Late for class...late for class...late for class...

Sierra hurried (not ran, though--walked quickly) down the corridor leading to the courtyard. She was on her way to Herbology class but had literally three minutes to get there and get seated before she was late. The sound of her click-clacking shoes against the pavement echoed against the side walls as she moved faster and faster.

There were stairs up ahead. Ughh...stairs. Why?! Just then, a thought occurred to her. Wasn't there a charm she could.... Oh, yes...there was! They'd learned it earlier this afternoon, and it'd be perfect to use! As she continued to hurry down the corridor, she flicked her wand out of its holster and then aimed it toward the stairs. With her concentration set on the stairs and the slide she needed to turn it into, she said, "Glisseo!"

She reached the slide just in time to dive to the ground and slide all the way down it. Once she hit the bottom, she turned her wand toward the slide and cast "Finite!" as she hurried away. Half a minute later, she'd reached the greenhouses.

Legend was half expecting Katie to stun him, push him to the ground and then walk away while declaring that their friendship was over. However, that didn't happen. After a few second he felt the girls arms wrap around him, returning the hug. It was really the best thing he could have asked for.

Were they dating again? No. Legend didn't even think he was ready for that himself. It was just too much drama. And he couldn't handle another incident with Katie not trusting him. But if they were friends? That would be better. Much better. Because there was no pressure. No fear of messing up. No stepping on eggshells when he really wanted to shoot down her ideas. It would be light and easy, just like it had been when they were kids. "So does that mean you agree with me? I'm right? We're friends again? Legend Chosen is amazing, can mend a friendship and should be the King of the world?" He grinned, breaking the hug so he would be able to see the Hufflepuff's face.

Katie took her time in responding, pulling back a bit when he moved his arms. Her dark eyes simply gazed up at his emerald green ones for a moment, her hand raised to absently attempt wiping her slightly reddened tear stained cheeks and shoved pesky curls from her face while she was at it. Again, slowly, she nodded. Turning her gaze to her hands, folded in her lap along with the present. "Yes." Yes, she agreed to.. TRY to be friends again. Katie couldn't promise him, or herself, that it was going to work. It wasn't going to be easy. But she would try. "Lysander Chosen is," Katie murmured, dark eyes glancing up at him and back down at the little black box between her hands, a slight smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "But I won't agree to that King comment. I'm still going to be Queen." He knew where she stood on that matter.

"Can I open it?" Katie added after a moment, holding up the little black box between them. He had said he made it? "It's not like.. going to jump out at me or something, right?"

Yes! He was right! And she agreed. Legend grinned. Sometimes it was tough not being awesome, but he really wouldn't know since he always was. Legend was just about to say something else when Katie said that name. It even sounded awkward. Not like him at all. Legend really didn't have the heart to legally change it though, he was named that name for some bizarre reason so he couldn't just change it. "Whatever Kaitlynnh." His eyes rolled, but his grin grew.

"But I like your humor. Maybe you won't be the servant girl after all. Maybe my jester?" It was a step up! Jesters did get to make jokes and insult anyone they wanted without getting in trouble.

Open...the gift! Legend had momentarily forgotten about that. It really wasn't that important now. They were friends again...or they were going to try to be friends. Either way, it was better than what was going on before. "Yeah, you can open it. Can't guarantee that something is not going to jump out at you though." He smirked.

LEaning out one of the gaps, Thea took in the scenery. Running her fingers through her hair, she didn't know where to go next. Where was everyone anyway? Thea growled under her breath. This was laaame! She couldn't even find a brother or two.. or three.. or- whatever.
Rolling her eyes, she began to tap her fingernails on the rough stone. BORED!!!

After Jordan cleaned up and ate, he decided to take a little walk, for no particular reason. When he stopped by the corridor to the courtyard, he noticed one of his friends, Thea, sitting there all alone. So he decided to go over and talk to her, after not seeing her for the longest time.

"Hi Thea. How are you? Haven't seen you in quite sometime." Jordan approached Thea with his casual Gryffindor Shirt and dress pants with some black shoes. He looked ordinary compared to the other students in the school.

Thea's head snapped up as she heard the voice. 'Bahh, Jordan!' She jumped up and wrapped her arms around him in a rib crushing hug. When she let go, she was grinning. 'Sorry.. I haven't seen you for aaages!' She brushed her dark hair back and looked at him properly. He looked no different.. oh maaan, was he taller?

As Jordan hugged her back, he felt as if fhe hug was needed. "Yeah, it's been awhile it seems. How are your classes going? I just got done with the Potions Polyjuice Final. It was quitefun." Jordan said relieved to see Thea. He then remembered when he first met Thea on the Hogwarts Express. Jordan thought to himself, I wonder if she's still the same as when I met her. Im sure she is.

Clearly, Legend didn't agree to her use of his proper name. He also didn't get it, though. She wasn't being cheeky, that much was obvious. But he didn't and couldn't understand her thoughts behind it, the reason she had corrected him, or anything of that sort. It wasn't something she would explain, either. Not now. Instead, Katie merely smiled back. Maybe one day..

Her eyebrows raised, dark eyes narrowing playfully at his words. Servant girl, yeah right. "In your dreams and only there, Chosen. Gabriel is my jester, why would I be yours?" Or was her jester, when he was small and cute and guillible. Now at fourteen, Gabe wasn't quite.. LITTLE anymore. He had grown considerably from his five-year-old self.

Giving Legend a funny little look, Katie turned her attention to the little box, very slowly removing the black bow and lifting the top off. No, Katie had no idea what was inside. Legend, Mat and Cy had been tricking and pulling pranks on her since they were kids, it wouldn't have surprised her if whatever was in the box did pop out at her or something of that sort. A slight, barely audible gasp left her mouth as she removed the lid to reveal the birthday present inside. Her dark eyes glanced up at him for a second and then back down, carefully taking the little bear with it's sunflower in her hands, one of her fingers tracing it's shape. "A little bear," she should have known. Her old childhood teddy, his nickname for her, her patronus.. always a bear. Her small smile grew a bit more, looking up to meet his gaze. "It's so pretty. Thank you."

Thea shrugged. 'Um.. okay I suppose!' Thea smiled. 'Ohh, I haven't got round to that yet..' Thea scratched her neck. Jordan was quiet.. and calm, collected. He seemed that even when she had been bouncing about on the Hogwarts Express all excited!

'How've you been?' Thea smiled up at him, and aptted the space beside her.

Yep, this was Thea. She hadn't changed much since the train, and he was glad of that. "Oh, I'm good. Been attending a lot of classes lately." Jordan replied while looking down at Thea.

"Really glad it's spring again. I tell ya, I was really dreading working out in the outside cold weather for Defense Against The Dark Arts." As Jordan really was excited that it was spring, he was more excited by the fact it was almost Summer! Although he enjoyed spring a whole lot better, probably because of the moderately mild temperatures and breeze from the wind on a nice day.

Thea smiled. 'Yeah me too, most of them are really good!' Apart from Arithmancy and Ancient Runes! Sigh. She nodded, slowly.

Rubbing her eyes, she blew out. 'Hm. The weather doesn't really bothere me much..' Ever since she was little she had been out in all weathers with her brothers doing.. whatever they were doing. It was like she was.. numb almost. Apart from in the heat. She got angry easily.. easier in the heat! 'Making friends?' She grinne dat Jordan. He was easy enough to get on with, she would be suprise dif he didn't have a crowd.

"Oh yeah. I've got a few first year friends from Gryffindor that I hang out with a lot, their pretty cool. Actually you might remember them from the Train. I think you sat with them in the same compartment." Jordan said thinking about Thomas, Rose, William, and Ronnie. Those were his best friends, aside from Ari of course, mainly because they were his first friends at Hogwarts.

"How bout yourself? Making new friends, I suppose?" Jordan asked wondering how she was holding up on the other end of the stick.

'That's good..' She nodded. A few friends.. she hasNess, Zara and did have Matt.. Hmm. 'I'm sorta close to a few people.. I suppose.' Thea chewed her lip. She hadn't expected to answer the question herself...

"Well that's good." Jordan replied remembering a couple of those names. "What year are they?" Jordan asked Thea guessing they were close to her age.

Legend rolled his eyes, yet his grin still remained on his face. He really couldn't remember the last time he had a playful argument with Katie. He had been so set before on not wanting to upset her when they were friends that...he really hadn't acted how he had when they actually were friends. But that would change. It had to. "No way, Gabe is Lissy's jester by now. So you won't get one. Rari will be my adviser cause although she's only 7 she's the smartest person I know." Or...was she 8 by now? Legend really couldn't keep track of the five monsters ages.

It didn't seem like Katie hated the gift. But he really couldn't be sure. Legend frowned a bit. She seemed happy..."I'm sorry that it's not really...perfect...there's a chip right there- He pointed to an edge of the flower "-I was trying to smooth it out but it didn't really work. But yeah...I made it cause I didn't know really what to get you, and you've always been Cub so...a bear..thought it was a good idea."

Scratching her chin, Thea's nose wrinkled. 'First year. I have a few friends in different years though..' She smiled.
'Aaanyway.. what have you been up to?..' The Gryffindor rubbed the back of her neck, still smiling weakly.

Jordan thought, a couple friends from different years? That's nice. He wondered what if he had some seventh year friends, and what it would be like. He'd probably have a few more friends in different years if that actually happened. "Oh, nothing much. I've been working out a lot for Defense Against The Dark Arts this whole year so I can stay in shape and still learn magic. Well, not DADA magic at the moment of course. Ha." Jordan laughed seeing that the only magic he had learned in DADA is to plant evergreens for protection against your enemies.

Walking. Walking. Walk--no, he wasn't walking anymore, he was leaning against one of the walls that allowed to look outside without leaving the natural shadow and comfort of the corridor.

Though, really, he wanted to head to the Courtyard, but for some silly reasons it reminded of Melanie today, his former Captain, and it wasn't until now that he realized how much he missed her.

Not to mention that his friendship with Ellie had been much less complicated last term. He kind of missed that as well. And since the Courtyard reminded him of such, he only stood in the corridor, until he felt like walking again.

Cassie/Jai skipped to the corridor after leaving the potion's classroom still feeling a bit weird after the transformation. Plus girls were looking at her all weird like, she didn't like it at all.

She figured she would get some fresh air before testing out this polyjuiced body, maybe try to get jai a girlfriend or something, when she spotted Treyen Lockhart her most favouritest study buddy ever! Forgetting that she was not herself self she ran and glomped the boy with her big muscular jai hand and planted a kiss on his cheek. "Treyen! I haven't sen you around in like weeks! Where have you been?" She released him and put her/his hands on her hips.

How come he didn't sense that someone was coming his way? This must be a first time for---EVERYTHING.

WHO on Harry Potter's name was THIS? And WHY had he kissed him? Treyen stared wide-eyed at the guy standing in front of him, and couldn't even utter a couple words. His brain was trying very hard to place him.

He blinked, many times, before shaking his head and raising an eyebrow at the hands on the guy's hips. "Er, I've been busy?" he said, but straightened himself nonetheless, "I'm sorry, I can't remember meeting you," he finally said.

Cassie frowned and looked down at Treyen. Why was he looking at her all weird? She pouted.

Wait...she looked down at Treyen??? Riiiight, she was not herself, was she? She giggled and figured maybe she really should have some fun with this polyjuice business.

"Treyen Lockhart I'm hurt." She pouted and put her big Jai hands where her heart was.

"I thought we were friends, what about all the times we've hung out together?" She reached for his hand."Do you really not remember me?" Bats Jai lashes.

Was the guy POUTING?

This was....completely weird, strange, and pretty much unheard of. And he knew his name, well, of course, he was Prefect, lots of people knew his name. That was no surprise. His eyebrows shot up as he noticed the hands on the guy's chest. What on Earth was he on about?

Treyen chuckled, nervously, "Look, I...I seriously wish I could say I do, but I clearly don't," he said, shrugging and taking one step back. He didn't need another hug from the guy, okay?

And what was it with the lashes? "Are your eyes bothering you?" he asked, tilting his head to one side.

CassieJai noticed the look on Treyen's face and had to cough slightly to avoid him hearing her chuckle. She was enjoying this too much.

She/He took a step forward as Treyen stepped back."Don't you remember me Trey Trey?" Wibbles. She reached up and tried to twirl a bit of Jai's short hair around her finger. Meh, that was not having the same effect with her pouting that it normally would with her long hair.

CassJai tilted her head to the side too when Treyen commented on his/her eyes. Nothing was wrong with his eyes as far as she could tell. She was seeing fine and Jai had really nice eye lashes for a guy anyways.

She touched her/his eyes.

"What do you mean? Our...MY..eyes are fine. You're the one backing away from me! Why are you doing that? Don't you like my face Treyen?!"

Oh, dude. Why couldn't the guy just say his name already? He was a Gryffindor...was Lexi or Josh after this? This was probably Josh's doing, joking around or something. He'd rather have Josh playing a prank on him than punching him, that's for sure.

ACK! Seriously, Treyen was going to take another step back, but that would result in the other guy taking a step toward him. So, there was no point in doing so. Trey Trey? That was interesting. He had to be joking, yes. Treyen raised an eyebrow again, and eyed the boy in front of him, "No one calls me Trey Trey," he suddenly said, not even Cassie, who was by far the girly girl that remained in the Castle. And that sounded like a girly girl name to say. Pfffft. Trey Trey. "No one ever has."

That was reason one for thinking that Josh probably sent this guy to him.

Or that this was someone else....

....oh, wait a minute.

Nah, that couldn't be it.

He actually chuckled at his comment about the eyes, the backing away and the face, "No, I like my own, thank you," he said, a slight smirk on his face. There was someone else's face he liked, but that wasn't this guy's business.
