Kurumi wobbled and swayed as she made her way to the temporary room set up for her. The potion had made the pain go away, but Kurumi still felt sick to her stomach, felt dizzy to the point that she felt as though she were about to fall over, and a serious case of tunnel vision.

Practically flopping down on the bed, Kurumi reached for her head that was still bleeding and rested both her hands on her forehead.

Kurumi could just barely hear the Healer speak to her. It sounded like she were somewhere far away despite her being right there next to her.

Kurumi opened her mouth to speak, but all that came out was a muffled squeak followed by a loan groan. After a few minutes with her eyes closed, Kurumi opened them again and looked at the woman. "I-I-I didn't do it...I swear," she said, her eyelids drooping a bit more. "I-I-I just saw smoke coming from under the door a-a-a-and I opened it...a-a-and then there was an explosion...I-I-I hit my head..."

Kurumi leaned backwards until her head was on the pillow. Wait, what had she just asked? Where was she burned? Kurumi felt it was more of a case of where hadn't she been burned. She hadn't taken a good look at herself to know. "H-H-Healer Moretti..." she squeaked before breaking out into a deep cough from her chest. She reached to clutch her robes, showing the serious extend of burns on her hands that also ran up her arms were a few small shards of glass had also been embedded. "Am...am I going to..." she paused to change her wording. "...be alright?"

"You're going to be just fine, dear." Lily said as she removed the glass shards while the child was distracted, she destroyed them and carried on to examine the cut on her head, "You've inhaled a lot of smoke, do you feel dizzy, nauseated?" The breathing treatment was going to have to come first.

"I want you to take slow breaths in and out, deep too."

"B-Both..." Kurumi said as the dull throbbing in her head continued. At least it didn't hurt, but there was still the feeling like someone was throwing a bludger against her head over and over again - or beating her into a wall.

Kurumi did as she was instructed, but the breathing didn't come easy and she coughed up more black ash and other gross looking things from her throat. Better out than in, right?

As the young Gryffindor did her breathing, Lily waved her wand in small intricate circles, just above her neck, she was using a nonverbal spell to pull out the smoke and everything the girl had inhaled.

A thick black smoke came out each time she moved her wand, but as it went on, it started to become more and more clear and clean looking. "Good job, keep up the slow breaths, you're almost done."

It was a strange sensation, watching black smoke come out her nostrils and mouth as she breathed in and out. If the circumstances were to have been any different, Kurumi was sure she would have been panicking and freaking out. If her brothers were around, they would be telling her to try and make smoke rings or something more elaborate like a dog jumping through a hoop with each breath. As she was now, she was just glad to see that her breath was going from raven black, to light gray, to slightly translucent white.

White…

Kurumi glanced at her hair. Nope, still white as snow. Great. Now everyone in the hospital wing knew about this.

Moaning softly as she coughed up one last thick cloud of black smoke, Kurumi found that her breathing had evened out and her lungs no longer burned like someone was rubbing sandpaper against them.

Eyes still only half opened and wanting to just fall asleep on the bed and wake up sometime next month.

scouting the area around for any sign of Kurumi, Heather poked and peeked at every single cubicle; she came from Connor's and she's now looking for her bestfriend's. Oh where could Kurumi be?

Finally the last cubicle and she sighed and hoped, it would be Kurumi. Connor seemed really hurt, and only increased Heather's worry over Kurumi if she was hurt just as Connor was.

She peeked in.." e-excuse..." ..and saw Kurumi. Her eyes went wide and she practically skipped inside, only stopping herself, realizing the healer was inside, still tending to Kurumi and she decided to not go over excited and squealing in relief. "Excuse me..." she told Healer Moretti politely. "uhm...M-may I..p-please... stay for a-awhile...w-with Kurumi...if that's okay?..." she asked and turned to Kurumi, trying to hold back her emotions and gushing herself in Kurumi was beyond fine; She was, in Heather's worst nightmares, in a very bad condition. Her hair had gone changing colors again-and to white as well, specifying that the girl had gotten quite terrified; who wouldn;t if an explosion like that happened? Plus, she was bleeding, and like Connor, had burns almost all over her body, and was coudhing up smoke and ash as if she just had eaten fire herself. "Oh...Kurumi..." she was able to say amidst the emotional turmoil in her brain and her heart. "I...I..was...s-so...w-worried..."

Lily shook her head when the girl walked in, though seemingly she didn't CARE to wait for an answer whether she was allowed inside or not.

Kids.

"I will have to ask you to leave." She stated firmly, before reaching for the jar she needed, "Now Kurumi, I'm going to take care of the burns on your arms, if you stay awake, when I'm done I'll give you something so that you can rest, okay?"

Kurumi was going in and out of consciousness. The nausea was almost too much for her to bear and she slowly rolled onto her side and began making the sort of coughing noises that don't usually end well.

Just then, she saw the faint figure of Heather enter the room, and she pushed her still white bangs to the side - which wasn't a very good idea since her head was still swimming an she made the feeling worse. "H-H-Heather?" she whispered. Then she heard Healer Moretti speak and was rather glad that she instructed her friend to leave. Kurumi didn't want many people seeing her like this...like a steak that had gone through the meat grinder.

Kurumi's body launched forward and, well, the contents of what she had eaten that day were now on display.

"S-S-S-S-Sorry," Kurumi stammered as she hung off the side of the bed.

She heard the Healer speak to her again and found her voice gone for the moment. Try to stay awake a little longer? Kurumi wasn't sure she could accomplish that right now. Still, if the woman wanted her to do so, she supposed there was a good reason. Slowly, Kurumi lifted her arm closest to Healer Moretti and gave her a meek thumbs up.

....Well, the burns had seemed to be a more pressing injury at the moment, and Lily had been more concerned with healing them than settling the child's stomach, but apparently the child's stomach did not agree.

Wordlessly, she cleaned up the mess and summoned over a potion, "Here, it will settle your stomach, but it will also aide your sleeping, if you can't stay awake until I finish, I'll heal your burns while you're sleeping." But it didnt take long at ALL. So, Lily set to lathering up the goo all over the burns.

If it hadn't been for the burns turning her face a red glow already, Kurumi would have resembled a ripe tomato at the moment. “S-S-Sorry,” she whispered again as she took the potion and drank it. Her nose wrinkled a bit as it tasted like some strange combination of peppermint and dragon dung – not that she had ever tasted dragon dung before. Based on the smell she imagined that this is what it had tasted like.

Managing to keep the potion down, Kurumi took the Healer’s words as permission to fall asleep.

Which she did the instant she had set the potion down on the table next to her.

Heather looked at the healer, and she was quite serious, in asking her to leave. Heather nodded. Healer Moretti had a point. Now is not the time to visit her friend no matter how worried she was of Kurumi-she was still being treated. She'd just have to wait and see Kurumi again when it's all right to do so.

She looked at Healer Moretti and bowed a bit. "Uhm..O-okay...T-thank you ma'm...""[/B] she politely said, since the healer did answer her question if she can stay or not. Glancing at Kurumi, she tried to put on a smile. "I-I'll see you s-some time. Get well soon, okay?" she said and turned around to leave so as to not interrupt any treatment Healer Moretti was giving Kurumi.

When the child was fully healed, all cuts, scrapes and burns accounted for, Lily let her continue to sleep, but slipped out of the room to help the other students. She'd come around every once in a while to check on Kurumi, but the child could sleep as long as she needed to.

Kurumi felt her skin tingle and, at times, felt like someone were painting a thin layer of silk over her entire body with a feather brush. She wasn't sure if she had dreamed the sensation, or if perhaps something of that sort had happened to her physically. All she knew was that when she had opened her eyes again the first rays of the morning sun were beginning to shine through the window.

Blinking the remaining bit of sleep from her eyes, Kurumi attempted to sit up, but found her body felt just too heavy to do so. She looked at her arms and was relieved to see that they were bandaged up. No pain and no horrible smell. She'd have to say she was doing pretty well.

After a few more moments, Kurumi was able to prop herself up against the back of the bed, but her head still felt as though it were stuck in some sort of fish tank. She reached up with one of her bandaged hands and felt her head, which had a thin layer of gauze wrapping around it. This didn't surprise her seeing as she had whacked herself pretty good.

She had no idea what time it was...or what day for that matter. Chances were that she had only slept through the night, but the gurgling noises from her stomach implied a much longer period.

Everything seemed more quiet, so Kurumi assumed that things had calmed down in the hospital wing. Kurumi thought she saw the Healer walk by and she leaned forward a bit. "E-E-Excuse me," she squeaked in a much clearer voice than previously. "I-I-I was just wondering if my friend Eino is alright. H-He is the one who brought me to the hospital wing." Leave it to Kurumi to think about others first.

Hearing the voice, Lily paused and backtracked into the room, "Oh, you're awake. How are you feeling?" She wanted to know about her friend? Lily thought for a moment.

Hmm.... "Oh yes, your friend is just fine, I've already sent him back to his common room."

"Better," Kurumi smiled meekly as she rested her hands on her lap. "My head still feels a little heavy though, but nothing is really hurting." She did have a bit of a dull pain all over her body that she assumed was her body's natural reaction to the whole ordeal.

She smiled when she heard that Eino was alright.

"H-H-How long have I been asleep?" She was almost afraid to know the answer.

"Not even an hour." She said, "You'll need more rest than that, so when you leave, I want you to go straight to your common room for the rest of the night." She glanced over the girl. "You can go now, if you're feeling up to it."

Kurumi's eyes widened. She must have been in a really deep sleep. She had been told that the potions she had drank would help her rest. Clearly, this had been somewhat of an understatement. "I feel like I have been sleeping for weeks," she half laughed as her stomach growled loudly. "I-I think I can manage," she nodded as she tried to push herself off the bed. She wobbled a bit, but she was able to get her feet planted on the ground well enough. "T-T-Thank you," she smiled.

Her expression hardened for a moment. "D-D-Did they find out who started the fire?" She had the sinking suspicion that a few selective Slytherins may have pointed the finger her direction.

Lily shook her head, "I couldn't say dear, I have been too busy to be able to check in." She glanced over her shoulder to see if Hecate and Casey were still present. "Perhaps you should ask your Head of House."

Kurumi blushed. Oh, yeah. Of course the Healer Moretti wouldn't have concerned herself so much with investigating when there was a hospital full of wailing students. "W-W-Well, I shouldn't take up more of your time," she stammered finally bringing herself to stand up. She wobbled a bit and her head spun, but she didn't lose her balance which was a good sign. "Thank you once again, Healer Moretti. I'm sorry we only see each other under....um...not the best of circumstances." Like being turned purple after being mauled by a plant.
