He shook himself off, trying to get the girl's happy mood to rub off on him. "Really me too!" He smiled, it was nice to know someone your age, and in your house. "Got any tips for me? I just transferred from India..."
"Vincent! Vincent! Hey!" Aurora waved at Vincent. "This is Mordred." She pointed at him. "And this is Selador, he's pretty quiet."

Bissy finished her main course and started eating her dessert. She looked at Evelyn and asked with a smirk on her face: “How was your trip in the express? Hope you enjoyed yourselves.”, hoping it was spoiled.
She may not have been hungry anymore, but she did take a few sips of water every now and then. To keep her throat not so dry...
Alright...so that would have been a horrible excuse to say, but she was irritated, bored, and ready to just go to their common room and sleep. This day felt like it had been the longest out of the whole year so far, and it was just dragging on. Having to turn her attention back to Bissy though, since the girl was being rather nice at the moment and had asked a perfectly innocent question, Evelyn waited for a moment or so before looking over the girl's way. It was a shame though that the dark haired Slytherin didn't feel like being nice back. She tried though! Very much. "It was fine." she nodded.
That was...sorta true? "And you?"

Unlike you, Lola Jones...
"Evelyn," Sierra said, her face brightening considerably. "How...refreshing to see someone like you around here." For a brief moment her brown eyes flickered over to Lola and then to some annoyingly loud Slytherin who literally hadn't stopped screaming since she'd sat down. "I...had an interesting summer, we'll just say." She'd just leave her answer at that. Interesting was...a slight understatement. "How was yours?"

Noticing that Evelyn had spoken to the girl, as well, Sierra added, "Friend of yours, Evelyn?"

I have known Josh, her boyfriend, for two years.” She started eating her dessert and after a few bites, she asked: “Where do you live by the way?”
Hmmm, Sierra could brighten her mood a little she supposed. Her comment sure did that is. Hehe. "It's always pleasant to see you around as well."
Interesting? Aw not one to talk about what happened was she? Well, that was all fine with Evelyn. Though that did make her ten times more interested in what actually happened.
"Mine was...interesting." Goodness, interesting wasn't really the word she was looking for, however, for now...it was alright. Actually smiling, it didn't last for long once the next question reached her ears, and it fell even more once she heard Bissy start to answer. WHAT!? "Friend...?"
Wait, what? No no no. No one became Evelyn's friend after a less then thirty minute meeting...and much less after she found out just how SHE knew Josh. No no. Obviously, Bissy was mistaken. And OBVIOUSLY Evelyn must have misheard her because she was certain the girl did not say...that. "I'm sorry but, what do you mean two years?" Yes, certainly she misheard.

That showed her!
Although, she probably could have spit it out.. right onto her friend. But, despite whatever bad mood she was suddenly it, Destiny still thought that was disgusting. Besides, that would be wasteful! One should not waste chocolate!
It should be a rule!
Once she had swallowed, Destiny reached into her pocket for another chocolate frog, to REALLY show Evelyn, when she saw something else to eat.
Mwaha!
Sure, she really didn't like the little Gryffindor after her whole 'I'm going to sit on Patroclus' lap' incident, but cookies were cookies and Destiny liked cookies. Especially if they were chocolate ones. Reaching over the table, she pulled a few of the AWESOME Slytherin cookies out of the box and waved one in front of Evelyn's face.
"Would you rather me eat THIS?"
Because she was going to.
...
And certainly, Destiny could yell even louder.
Oh Merlin, she was going to freak out any minute now, and for once, it had nothing to do with studying or exams. There was just, too much irritation, anger, and annoyance building up inside her.
Lightly swatting away the cookie that was being shoved at her face, Evelyn scowled and huffed before glaring at Destiny. "Get that thing away from me!" UGH! "And no..."

Alex's eyes widened as he listened to her talk. Goodness, SOMEONE had gotten an espresso or something from the trolley on the train, hadn't they?! She was so PEPPY. That was so weird for a Slytherin. The peppy people were usually in Hufflepuff. Cause you know, they were all nice and that.
"I'm over here visiting my sister, who IS a Slytherin," he explained, shrugging in Sierra's direction. He doubted she'd be friends with this girl...this was the kind of girl he was sure Sierra would avoid at all costs. He grinned at her next statement about not having anything against Hufflepuffs...THAT was a first. "Well thank you, it's good to know there's SOME house unity amongst us still."
Cause seriously, this rivalry thing got so RIDICULOUS sometimes!
Speaking of which...out of the corner of his eye, he saw that Lulu girl that his sister knew GLARING at him. Just sitting there. Staring and being rude. So he turned and stared right back.
Yeahhh, keep on staring. He wasn't going ANYHWERE.

..not really.
Well, yeah, maybe. "Alex," she sternly said, "...how was it? You know, away from Dad and I? How was it just living with Mother?" That's what she really wanted to know. Who cared that he likely rose two feet off the ground on a toy broom with handlebars? Or, well, that's what she imagined the broom to look like, at least.
Leave it to Sierra to just cut the fluffy conversation and go straight to the serious stuff. He sighed and shrugged. "Well, it was...quiet, that was for sure," he told her. "It's mainly why I was outside so much, I was just bored and honestly I didn't have much to talk to Mum about..." Seriously, what 12 year old boy wanted to hang out with his MUM all summer?
"But I...I know I made the right choice," he added quietly. He'd barely had to think about it, and he knew that Sierra's choice had been obvious as well. If he had been living with his dad, not only would his mother be incredibly lonely, but it would only worsen his already strained relationship with his father. It was better for everyone this way, even though he didn't want to admit that he missed his sister. "How's dad?" he asked.
Yes, he missed her. A LOT actually. It was boring without her terrorizing him all the time.

Samira waved a nonchalant hand. "Oh, I'm fine." That was an understatement. "What about you?" Samira didn't know if she and Helena were considered "friends" yet, since they both had their meeting at Diagon Alley cut short. They hadn't really had a chance to get to know each other, so it was kind of weird. Just the, she had a peculiar idea.
"Hey, since we didn't have a chance to really talk at Diagon Alley, do you want to start over?" Odd, yes, but Samira thought it was a good idea. Wasn't it quite obvious that she was in no mood for socializing?
"No, you wouldn't have because I am new." She informed the girl who looked worryingly similar to herself. She sighed, but introduced herself nonetheless, "Rozanna."
"I take it you're not new, then? What is it actually like to be in this house?" The slimy house, how she called it.
Samira gave a nod of acknowledgment. Okaaaay, so this chick wasn't the warmest person on the block. That was okay though, if you didn't really know Samira, she could be quite cold herself. Obviously she was new, if she wasn't Samira was sure she would have looked much happier.
Well, obviously she wasn't new. Hogwarts was her second home. Samira tossed a curl behind her shoulder as she sat up straighter. "Slytherin House," she paused slightly for dramatic effect. "Is the best House you could hope to be sorted into at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry," said Samira was confidence and conviction. And that's the truth. It was definitely better than some of the other houses. "We are known for our cunningness, perseverance, and ability to watch out for ourselves." Some would call it 'self-preservation', which it was. Samira called it being smart.
Danielle moved over to Connor, pushing her blonde curls over her shoulder as she looked for Belle. Hmm, where was she? She soon noticed Connor though and smiled as she waved at him, making her way over quickly, she noticed he was talking to a girl and smiled sweetly at her as she pulled her blonde curls into a suitably green ribbon and sat down next to him. "Hey you" she said softly, nudging him slightly and grinning at him- admittedly adoringly.
Connor smiled at his friend, not the smile he had for Kurumi, but he smiled nonetheless. He tweaked a curl and hugged her. "Missed you girl."

Sierra eyed this Bis-whatever girl. It was a mystery as to how and why she ended up with the snakes, because two minutes into conversation with her and Sierra was already fighting the urge to roll her eyes. Honestly? How could she bare to be so overly-nice?!
Drawing in a quiet breath, Sierra turned back to her and said, "Yes, well, I've been told I'm a little mature for my age." When the girl's face fell, Sierra's eyebrows automatically rose in response. Hmm...she smelled trouble at the snake pit. "Ahh, I see," she commented, giving Evelyn a questioning look. Then turning back to Bissy, she simply pointed in the direction of Hogsmeade. "Just there," she said, lowering her hand, "about a five minute walk away."

Velma was a very bossy woman. And so she reverted back to life, her finger again pointing to this ... Sierra person. "You," she pointed and then yawned, "Get me that a glass of drink, will yeh? At the sound of a soft squeak, Sierra narrowed her eyes and gave Lola a less-than-amused look. This girl was weird. As in, St. Mungo's escapee weird. She was honestly thankful they weren't in the same year here at Hogwarts. She'd be afraid to sleep at night with Lola in the same dormitory. The same common room was bad enough.
...and then Sierra's eyes grew wide in half-shock, half-anger. "Excuse me?" she asked. "Who died and made you and queen?" Sierra was certainly nobody's loyal dog, especially not Lola the Lunatic's. With an intense glare now set on her face, she asked, "Or else--what?" Bring it on, Mungo's Girl.

Concentrating on small talk with Evelyn had suddenly proven to be quite difficult for Sierra. Her attention was now fully focused on whatever it was going on between her friend and this Bissy girl. Hmm...maybe Bissy was starting to prove herself to be Slytherin-ish after all. What have you done, Bisssssy? Sierra raised her eyebrows at this, but otherwise said nothing. Her eyes traveled from Evelyn to Bissy as she waited for the question about the two year friendship to be answered.
...and oh, look! Destiny Shepard was threatening to eat one of Kurumi Hollingberry's cookies! No, Destiny! Don't! Don't succumb to the non-dark side!

"Oh," was really all Sierra could think to say. What could she say when Alex was claiming to have had an extremely boring summer, and her's had been just the opposite? She'd had an amazing summer, but for some reason her good side was taking over and wasn't going to let her tell Alex that just yet.
"Yeah," she commented, nodding to his reply about making the right choice. "I did, too. I'm sure of it." She paused and then said, "Dad is..." She paused again, wondering how she could answer him without making it seem like their life had suddenly gotten so much better. Sighing, though, she added, "He's doing great, Alex. Better than great, really."
Lila could already tell that her and Peyton were going to get along just fine. "I like the Daily Prophet," She said, "My dad always says that it's important to keep up with the news so that when something shocking happens you're in the know. I must have missed the article about this ship."
She craned her neck to try and see out the window, but was unsucessful. Her and her less than five foot tallness. "Honestly, I think I plan on seeing it no matter what." Oh yes, Lila would see the boat.
“Your dad is smart.” Yes, just like her daddy. Although she didn't like reading the paper, she had to admit that it held important information. Oh gawd! She was beginning to sound like her dad.
It was no use, she couldn't see the famous ship from here.
Darn it!
Oooh! Lila was sneaky. Peyton giggled at the girl's determination. They were thinking the same thing, except Peyton would need some protection. You know, for in case there was a human eating monster in there. “I like your way of thinking.” she smirked. This was going to be so much fun. “Count me in, too.” Oh yes, Peyton was going to treasure hunting.

P's cheeks immediately flushed when she heard William's compliment, still not used to it. “Hey, William.” she greeted with a smile, nonetheless. She saw the lion crest on his robes and her smile faltered a bit. “You got sorted into Gryffindor.” she had wished him to be in the same house as her.
She looked down at her hands then back up and scanned the green table. “I haven't seen her,” she said. Where was Fee? She was a snake, so she HAD to be here...somewhere.

Lu pressed two fingers against the bridge of her nose, right where it met the corner of her right eye. "Stop," she whined when Minnie started shouting about wanting green hair. "Stop, stop. Full stop. Pretty sure that breaks about five school rules and me eyeballs too."
Talkin' Aboot? Lulu groaned. Right, she couldn't expect a first year to understand her accent. Patterson was taking care to stop using less of the Glaswegian dialect and more of the fancy English these Londoners and other nearby residents fancied using. At Minnie's sudden screech, Lulu grabbed Sir Robin defensively from the table. The ferret struggled, pushing his black paws against Lulu's cheeks repeatedly in an attempt to escape.
"Amelia's quite awrite," assured Lulu although she didn't think it suited the girl quite as Minnie did. "Minnie is better, though. Name's Lulu Patterson. This here is Sir Robin, he--" Lulu gave an angry shout as Robin escaped to the table. He landed on the silverware, rattling the table. "Eejit."
Lulu wasn't done with eejits or St. Mungo's escapees it seemed because the Green Haired Eejit was now speaking at her; demanding apologies and what not. Lulu raised an incredulous brow at her before laughing. She turned her face away from her to snatch a fork away from Sir Robin. The ferret chattered loudly and crossed the table to climb up Minnie's shoulders where he observed the bright haired girl with vicious curiosity.
"Talkin' aboot?" said Lulu loudly, half leaning over the table at the girl before pulling down one eyelid and sticking her tongue out. "Calm down and sit down. Yer obviously new."
Peyton witnessed what was currently happening in front of her. She didn't see what was wrong with what Minnie was saying, but apparently Lulu wanted her to stop.
Eh.
Then Sir Robin was jumping everywhere. A small giggle escaped her when he went up to Minnie. He was a very curious creature. She was definitely going to have to keep Usagi away from him...for his own safety.
As he was greeting the other girl, some little girl else rushed to the table--it even seemed she was more interested into the food than the Slytherin itself. As he got himself ready to high-five her, she dramatically fell and he had to bite his lips not to laugh. It was a horrible thing, of course, even without the whole SCHOOL watching her, but he just couldn't help it.
Controlling his reflexes, he looked over her to see if she was OK. She seemed so, but he asked nevertheless, just in case. He was an expert at the healing charms, after the... interesting summer.
"You alright, mate?" he asked with a warm smile. Yeah, welcoming the new people did help him keep his mind off... some certain people.
Jade looked up at the person standing over her. She had already gotten up, but she was quite short. Rather annoyed that someone had seen her epic fall, she brushed off her knees and fixed her clothes. After looking down at the floor, then her legs, she looked back up at him. "Yeah, i'm fine." She said, feeling rather embarrassed.
Ugh, he hated crabby teachers. They really didn't need to muss up his days, why were they even needed? "Does she play favorites?" That was the only good thing about them. They always had the favorite students. And more often than not, it was Vincent.
Seeing Aurora definitely perked him up. "Hey! Long time no see, eh?" He smiled and patted the seat next to him. "This is K-Lee, shes in my year." He smiled at Selador, who looked kind of familiar, and Mordred, who he had never seen before. "Hey guys."
"Hey K-Lee, I'm Aurora." She leant across and held her hand out to shake. "Come on guys, scooch!" there were a few free seats between her and Vincet and she slid down the bench. "Come on." She pleaded at the guys with her eyes, and knowing she would eventually get her own way she stared at Mordred. Pleeaaassssseee? He's in third year, it'll be cool to have older friends. "Well I have to be honest and say I don't like you because you have nice dresses," he said and snorted towards the Gryffindor table, "It's a contributing factor." he nodded.
"Oh yeah, it was pretty rainy and the ship was far away. I'm excited to hear more about this though," he said. YEAHH ADVENTURE TIME! "I guess the train just went faster," he said, then lowered his voice to epic levels. "Or there are mysterious circumstances-" He chuckled. "Not that we have never had mysterious circumstances at Hogwarts," Hugo giggled.
Hugo quickly looked at Iris, who seemed to have his back. Stupid stupid stupidness this was.
Hugo scratched his forehead. Did they ever meet? This kid was seriously confused. He raised an eyebrow at the boy. His calmness was annoying Hugo. "If you've got your own demeaning ideas about love than that is fine with me but don't tell me how to live by your ways!" he said, looking William straight in the eyes. "I love Fee both as a friend and as a girlfriend..." Hugo blushed. Did he really say he loved Fee? He always understood he was too young to be able to love... But looking at it this way anything other than what William Fee gave counted as love. He fell quiet instantly. He sat back down and shot an awkward smile at Fee.
"Well you better believe it because it's TRUE." She nodded and smiled. Iris liked telling the truth. Especially when i was nice truths. Like that. As Hugo said something about bad balance, Iris laughed. Loudly. "I'm sure even the Eagles are good at Partying. I've head Professor Vindictus likes to throw common room parties." And what does Slytherin get? Trips to the bottom of the bloody lake.
She nodded grimly. "Yup. Singing. Apparently we'd planned something. Liar."
Iris shrugged. "I suppose. I just don't want to be around when his internal clock shows that protest. That man is HUGE." She nodded at his outburst. "I didn't. I refused to leave my seat. Well... Lexi. She was braave. She got up and sang. Then she said... something. I can't remember what. Borr had said something harsh first. She was standing up for someone, I think."
Iris examined her empty plate while the boy and girl flirted. They really were adorable.
Then the topic moved swiftly back to the SILLY GRYFFINDOR. As Hugo defended them both, whilst also exclaiming his platonic and romantic loves for Fee, Iris grinned. A lot. THEY WERE SO CUTE! Iris smiled, a lot. She was still looking into her plate. The Head Girl felt like she had no business interfering with these two now.
Well, older than me. Come on. She turned back to
Vincent. "So did you enjoy the rest of your summer?"
"Hey guys," said Selador in between small bites of his mashed potatoes. No gravy. "She's right, I do tend toward quiet. How is it you all know each other? Aurora and I met in Florean Fortescu's. It was a happy, although somewhat tense, mistake." He smiled at Aurora. "Met Mordred here at the same time."
Connor smiled at his friend, not the smile he had for Kurumi, but he smiled nonetheless. He tweaked a curl and hugged her. "Missed you girl."
Connor smiled glad to see the girls were getting along.
Looking up and seeing that Tate was not even close to doing his speech yet.Mikey wanders over" Hey Conner see you got your self sorted,A bunch of us head down to the kitchens afterwards and snag stuff for the parties in our common rooms ,Kurumi can show you how to get in.if your up for it " looking just over his shoulder to see Kurumi handing out goodies to the staff,,,Great they got food so we will never get to eat
"And you?"

Bissy looked at the end of the table trying to take in every face she saw at the house table. She thought miserably how this year was going to end. She looked at her plate and didn’t feel like keeping eating it. She raised her eyebrows when Evelyn answered her question and look at the dark-haired girl’s face and she said: “Nice to hear that. I wouldn’t expect it to be bad thanks to your companion. Mine was OK, too and luckily nobody tried to steal my belongings.” with a sarcastic smile on her face.
Sipping her pumpkin juice she looked at her direction. And there came the awaited question. Bissy looked at her face with a fake astonishment and said: “Oh, correct me if I’m mistaken but I have thought you have known where and how we met Josh. Haven’t you? So let me make it quite plain. We met each other two years ago on a seaside and had an absolutely perfect summer holiday together. We have been in contact, since then. So that makes two years, doesn’t it?” She moved her fingers around her goblet and watched Evelyn for a moment to see her reaction.
She then turned to Sierra and said: “Oh, that’s nice. I love Hogsmeade.” However, she sensed a bit of oddity in the younger girls attitudes. Sierra was weighing her deeply. Bissy felt a bit irritated as a pair of eyes was travelling over her but she had to get used to experiencing it as she was a newcomer. *inner groan*
She took her eyes off Sierra she focused her attention on Evelyn, waiting for a response and wishing an angry one.

"Oh i'm Daichi by the way, Daichi Katharos and i'm new here!" the smile was back again as he watched how the black haired girl looked past him towards Evan.
He saw the look on the girl's face and felt bad again. He turned around to face the Prefect with a look on his face while pointing at the cookies the nice girl had made. "Ya! she made these cookies for us, why aren't you even trying one of them?" he said as he picked a cookie and held it in front of the Prefect's face, trying to shove it in his mouth. "Tryyy~"
"That's alright," Kurumi smiled deciding to pet the Mr. Duckles instead. Still, she couldn't deny that she could use some cheering up. She returned her violet gaze to the boy when he introduced himself. "My name is Kurumi. Kurumi Hollingberry," she said with a slight bow at the waist. "I'm a third year." Her smile faded for only an instant when she looked over at the Gryffindor House table. "I suppose a proper welcome to Hogwarts is in order then," she continued with a wink. "I am sure you will come to love it here. Mr. Duckles as well."

He looked down, light snowflakes fell on his head in his sadness.
"Thank you Connor," she said giving his hand a tight squeeze. "Right now, I just want to enjoy tonight." Or try to at least.
Tugging on his hand a bit, Kurumi sat down on the bench and gestured for him to sit next to her. "Sit with me for a little?" she asked in a shy voice looking up at him. She wasn't ready to head back to the station.

Kurumi's head then spun around when she heard someone else call her voice. "G-G-Good evening," she bowed flicking her eyes to the box of cookies. "Afraid they are the same house cookies that I made last term." Her cheeks flushed and she began to tug on her hair again.

Narrowing her eyes at the box and the various people grabbing what looked to be cookies out of it, the hazel eyed girl turned her gaze onto the person responsible. Yes, we see you Cookie Girl.
Psshhh, and Evelyn totally believed she was trying to poison them again. Did the Slytherins not understand the meaning of caution!? Merlin...
Then...a familiar burning sensation began to grow on the back of Kurumi's head and her entire body went rigid. Before she even turned around to confirm, she knew exactly who was the one causing it. Glancing over her shoulder, Kurumi saw the piercing eyes of Cookie Hater...and she immediately turned her had forward once more.
She couldn't help but look over her shoulder again when she heard more banter going on between Cookie Hater and Scary Girl from Charms. Well, at least she knew that one of the girls liked cookies, right?

"Good evening, Sierra," Kurumi said trying to sound as pleasant as possible. "Please call me, Kurumi. Hollingberry sounds so formal or would you prefer I address you by your last name as well?"
Some people were like that.

She paused again, wondering how she could answer him without making it seem like their life had suddenly gotten so much better. Sighing, though, she added, "He's doing great, Alex. "Sooooo, um..." Now what should they talk about? She was happy in Dad's house. He was happy with Mum. What else did they need to establish?
"Trying out for Quidditch again?"

Hugo blushed slightly and smiled. "It has come to my attention... Never really believed that when anybody said it," Hugo said not very loudly. Curse his stupid self-conciousness. He nodded. "I'm not very good at the balance, and if you're wondering to which side I'm leaning, just take a look at the logo on my robes," he chuckled pointing out his Ravenclaw badge.
"Entertainment?" Hugo asked finding it quite odd. "What did you have to do, do a little dance or something?" It seems he was rather lucky NOT to have gone, though it was easy to see that Hugo was quite jealous of the "chosen students" at the time. "I think he is way too busy to be a teacher-" A time turner? That would be a good way. But still. Minister of Magic? A professor? He didn't see it. "I always wondered, wouldn't often use of time travel mess you up? I mean, your internal clock must be protesting against that," he said, still staring at the empty seat.
"You had to SING?" Hugo asked. "That's quite humiliating! Well, I think you're going to be in better favour than that Lexi girl, I heard she said some pretty nasty things in his face," he said. Oh gossip. "Of course I wasn't there."
"Umm yes, I was waiting for a girl named Fee, maybe it would be nice to save a spot for her," he chuckled as he filled his goblet with some water. No more pumpkin juice. He had had enough and he was gonna get plumpy. He took a sip, made the "AHHHH" sound after drinking and set his goblet down. "That's my magic making Fee smile ability power thingamaging," he said and smiled brightly. "Yeah," Hugo agreed.
" I do not tell you to live my ways" William told Hugo. " I was just saying what I would do for a cute girl like Fee if I was her boyfreind" William said to Hugo." Well, hallellejuah, you finally said you love Fee" William smiled. " I think you are a great guy and Fee is a great girl" William explained to Hugo. Want to start over?" William asked Hugo, " my name is William Starr and it is nice to meet you" William re-introduced himself to the boy.

QUOTE=dingDong;10310829]The Sorting Hat.
LOLA WAS ALL HAPPY AND TRYING TO KEEP HER COOL--but it was just simply unbelievable. Jittery and hyper. All eyes on her. She clasped her hands, eying above at the wrinkly old hat (which she immediately wanted to befriend because it was just adorable) and she waited. There was no response whatsoever. And then it whispered something in her ears, sentences that made her cringe and her eyes just formed into a blank stare. "Who are you, Lola Jones?" She stopped her hyperness, but repeated the words in her head "HUFFLEPUFF, PLEASE MISTER SORTING HAT, SIR!" He paused.
"Very interesting. I could place you in Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff... but ahh--SLYTHERIN!"
"Sl--Slytherin?! SLYTHERIN?! SLITHER-INNNNN?!" She gasped, APPALLED at the words coming out from the hat's mouth. MY MY MY! Wasn't she going to be a Hufflepuff? But her words were not of shock, but out of excitement. EEEEP! SLYTHERIN! The house where people slither everywhere... so in Slytherin pride, the girl slyly slithered to her table, her body moving to the left and to the right as she slither-walked with pride, as if her body was waving all over the place in complete enthusiasm. Hmm did she befriend anyone from the house yet so far?
Well if she hadn't, it was a must to befriend someone. NO WAIT! That Sierra Greingoth girl! One of her bestest friends in the whole wide world (she probably felt the same to her) was in Slytherin! My my my she must have been so proud of her, yes?!
And I believe it was time to play... that one special person.
So, Lola Jones took out a tiny green wig from her robes, placing it on her head, as if it was a royal crown. Because it was. And an evil smirk escaped from her lips.
Oh.
My.
Merlin.
Why? Why? Why? Why? Whyyyy? Sierra clenched her eyes shut, hoping that if she didn't even spare the annoying girl a slight glance, Lola wouldn't even recognize her or see her and would just move on--to maybe, another table perhaps?
How had 'Little Miss Sunshine, Happy, Overly-friendly, Annoying Lola' make it into Slytherin? She better be intellegent--or a good Quidditch player, at least. Who did that sorting hat think the Slytherins were? Helga Hufflepuff? No, no, no. They were not going to take the lot of them for no good reason at all.
Yes, Lola Jones. You better be amazing out there on that pitch.
Ohhh, ...finally! Now here was someone Sierra could actually tolerate at all times, no matter what. She smiled at Evelyn--yes, smiled. Evelyn wasn't annoying in the least, was a great points earner for Slytherin house, and was awesome out there on the pitch. Yes, Evelyn got a smile.
"My kneazle," Sierra answered, turning her attention back to Lulu. She didn't add any details about Hissy Fit. Not yet, at least. "I'm sure Hissy Fit will take a liking to you, Lulu Patterson." After all, the kneazle only seemed to dislike obnoxious people that her owner seemed to have a problem with. That put Lulu Patterson in a safe zone...
...and Lola Jones, who Lulu had just invited to sit down, in a danger zone. "Oh, Lulu! Why? Whyyy?" she wanted to complain, but she didn't, though. She just glanced down in another attempt to keep Lola the Annoying from spotting her. "Water bombs," she repeated. "Sounds interesting. I spent the summer in Hawaii, but...they didn't have water bombs there." No, there were other surprises in Hawaii. Surprises Sierra would just keep to herself for now.
...
Okay, this kid had to want something from her. There was absolutely no other reason for a random stranger to walk up to her and be that nice. She glanced up at him for a few seconds, assessing him and trying to figure out his intentions.
...and then she heard him greet yet another Slytherin girl in the same way, and then another after that. This one was up to no good. I'm keeping an eye on you, Lion Boy!"Can I help you with something, Montcenaggio?" she asked. Maybe, point in the direction to your own house table?
Ahhh, Evan Cartwright--the most Hufflepuff Slytherin she'd ever met. Evan was alright, though. More than alright. He'd always been good to her and had never been annoying in the least, so what was there to hate?
Not to mention the fact that he was a prefect. Staying on good terms with people with power was always a good idea in her mind. "Evan," she answered with a smile. "My summer was...surprising, yet really good." Again, she'd just leave things at that. "I'm guessing yours was good, too?" He seemed to be in a good mood, at least. Then again, Evan Cartwright was always in a good mood.
"Hollingberry," Sierra remarked, taking notice of the Dictionary Eater's presence at the Slytherin house table. Of course the girl came as a package deal--Kurumi + cookies. Sierra's eyes turned slowly to the cookies, and then she glanced back up at the Gryffindor girl once again. "Welcome back."
...of course that last line was accompanied by an evil grin and a hidden message--Let the games begin, Dictionary Eater...
...a fourth year?
Way to earn yourself brownie points in my book, new kid. She gave the girl a small, pleased smile, and then said, "Second year, actually." She nodded in acknowledgment when the girl mentioned having been to Durmstrang. "Well, welcome to Hogwarts--and better yet, Slytherin." Noticing that Evelyn had spoken to the girl, as well, Sierra added, "Friend of yours, Evelyn?"[/QUOTE]
" Yes, I thought someone like you could become a freind with me" William told her.. " Of course, I do not know your. name" William smiled. " My father and mother work in the Ministry and I remember them talking about someone named Greingorth in the Ministry" William explained to the girl.

Peyton witnessed what was currently happening in front of her. She didn't see what was wrong with what Minnie was saying, but apparently Lulu wanted her to stop.

Jimbo will set his turtle loose on you. { The Farley } "That's trademarked, don't use it."
Jimbo still couldn't believe it. He couldn't grasp the idea that he would soon be leaving and never come back to Hogwarts. It seemed like he had spent a lifetime here yet also no time at all.
It was a funny thing that. He remembered not wanting to come in the first place. He wasn't too much of a grouch about it when he was actually on the platform, about to start his first year at Hogwarts but he had thrown a fit when his parents first told him.
He had liked being home-schooled, liked lazing around and wreaking havoc upon his neighbourhood and couldn't understand why he had to leave if he was doing perfectly fine studying at home. His parents had convinced him soon enough though. And now Jimbo couldn't even imagine what it would have been like if he had stayed. He couldn't imagine a life without having come to Hogwarts, without having met Iris Beaumont, without the vast playground that was the castle and it's grounds.
And he still didn't even know what he was going to do after Hogwarts. He was heading into his NEWT year and he didn't have a clue what he meant to do with whatever NEWTs he might earn. The thought of being thrust out into the daily life of a working adult was frightening - how was he supposed to get on if he had no clue what he was doing?
Still contemplating all these things he walked into the Great Hall completely immersed in his thoughts and he sat down at his respective table, staring at nothing and not even bothering to find anyone that he might know. He didn't really fancy much of a chat at the moment.

There were many Other Slytherin Talking They must Have been Just like Here When they Were first Year . " Wow This is Going to Be a Fun Term ! " She said To Herself .
Emma tried to think if she had seen her. Well.. maybe they had. But she was glad to have some company. "Nice to meet you Georgiana. I'm a fourth year. How was the train ride up for you?" she asked, before taking a sip of water from the goblet in front of her.
Georgiana glanced around the Great Hall, the place was getting crowded, more students were coming and coming. She noticed that there were new professors Hope they are nice.... Now back to her conversation with Emma..."Well...it was good, but I was starving so, you can imagine how happy I feel to see all this food" she chuckled. There was an awkward silence, thinking of something to say "Umm, so how was your summer?" she asked. Mhm, Georgiana couldn't thought of anything better.
