"So I'm interesting am I?" Aurora raised an eyebrow, the corner of her mouth turning up.
"I hope it's something with adventure!" She bounced in her seat as she finished her Shepherds pie and put her cutlery on her plate.

"You don't have to be a member of the Wizengamot to figure that out Aurora." Mordred grinned. He then looked at Selador. "Don't you think Selador is interesting too?" he pointed at the boy who was obviously busy eating.

"It should, the ship. What a great disappointment it will be if it's just decoration." Mordred replied still trying to figure out why it's there. Mordred then straightened up. "I still got so many letters to write after the feast." Mordred said as he counted with his fingers. He then thought of what he was going to say in his letter...

Skipping to her own table, Ever-Lily took in the familiar surroundings and grinned to herself. She glanced around for a split second, but decided to sit where there was a small empty space. Ever was never really the 'loner' type, but she wanted to scan the room for a moment.
She drummed her fingers on the table contently and sat up straighter to peek at the other house tables.

Iris looked up as Evan entered the Great Hall. Nodding in acknowledgement to him, she took a sip of her water. As he greeted some of the younger kids, Iris scoffed. THAT'S his idea of a speech? ... Pathetic. Iris wasn't going to stand up and make it heard here though. She didn't need to. Besides, the best place to hold meetings is in the Common Room, everyone knows that.

In between looking at her plate, glancing across to the doors (in the hope to see a best-friendly face) and staring at the staff table, Iris had really nothing to do. She just sat there, waiting for one of her friends to show up...

Listening to Evan - as he wasn't that far away from her - talk to younger kids, the Head Girl thought to herself that perhaps she should go talk to some of the Firsties, too. But then Evan said something that kinda hurt, oddly.

He's THE Prefect, is he? Well...

Leaning down the table a little, Iris cocked her head at her CO-Prefect. "The Slytherin Prefect, are you, Cartwright?" Iris' mouth curled into a sour smile, "Oooh, no; you're not. I'm still the female prefect. My title is Head Girl and Prefect." Iris eyed Evan for a moment, then leant back in her seat. She didn't even bother introducing herself to the kid Evan was talking to...



Being perfectly honest, Kurumi's cookies were one of Iris' favourite things about the Feasts. Her cookies were so cool! As the little Gryffindor made her rounds, Iris grinned at her. "Kurumi!" She called, as the kid put the cookies down, "What've you made this time?" the Head Girl asked, as she stood up and walked down to the middle of the table where the girl was.



Iris grinned. It was easy to read younger kids. They don't hide their feelings from their faces very well.

What did she want to do when she's older? WHY do people keep asking her this?! Just lemme enjoy my last year as a kid happily! Iris looked at Hugo. Before she said anything, he'd announced that he'd like to be a prefect when he's older. The blonde smiled at him. "I think you'd make a fantastic prefect." And that's the truuuuuth. Nod. "But what do I want to do... Gosh. I try not to think about it, honestly. Next year, I'd quite like to go travelling. Visit all the wizarding communities around the world, y'know? And career wise... I've never told anyone this, but I'd really like to own the Leaky one day. Or Floreans. Hospitality Management... I think it's something I'd enjoy. They're the only plans and ideas I really have though, so I guess I'm kinda screwed if they don't happen..." Iris drank some more of her water. She really didn't enjoy talking about her future. She liked Hogwarts too much.

Maybe she could go to University... and come back to Hogwarts as a teacher, one day.

What on Earth would she teach, though? Charms, maybe... Or Arithmancy.

"Well thanks." She let her mouth turn into a massive grin. "Intriguing, yes. And yourself, we should get to know more about each other." She wanted to know as much as she could about Mordred, he fascinated her. She forgot to throw up a mental block at that and crossed her fingers under the table, hoping he hadn't heard.

"Mmm, it's whether we can get away with taking a look." And even if they couldn't... it was worth a try right? "Me too, let me just eat some of that amazing looking apple pie!" She loved eating, just LOVED it. She had a brief smug moment as she thought about one of her cousins who ate very little and still put on loads of weight. Aurora could eat all she wanted and stay thin as a stick. "This. Is. Amazing. You have to try some, just a little!" She waved her spoon at Mordred.

Mordred closed his eyes and grinned. He wondered what's fascinating about him. All he knew was...was..he was..boring. He opened his eyes to see Aurora waving her spoon at her. Mordred politely waved his hand to decline. "I'm full already." he said. He watched Aurora eat the apple pie. "Aren't you full? Where exactly do you put that food? Your toes?" he joked and looked underneath the table.

"And you too." Mordred addressed to Selador who was still eating.

Chandler trudged along towards the Slytherin table. Why? He wasn't so sure but he did know a lot of people who were in Slytherin. Not that he was in a socially mood right now but he could use the company, he had it on the train which was quite nice. As long as he wasn't around someone that he knew, especially girls. He could NOT deal with that right now. It just...hurt. With a sigh, he plonked himself down on an empty space and half smiled to a couple of people near him and then stared into space...sigh.

She looked at the younger girl for a moment. She was a relly nice person and a beautiful girl. Then, she smiled and said: "Nice to meet you, Sierra. Yes, this is my first year at Hogwarts. I was in Durmstrang for five years. It seems a bit weird to be here but it's great to be in Slytherin." Cutting the chicken in her plate she said: "I will go to the common room after I have finished eating; I should have a good sleep. I'm really tired. Are you a forth grade student, by the way?"

Then she turned her attention to the owner of a familiar voice. She looked up and saw Evelyn. She smiled faintly and squinted at the dark-haired girl and said: "Oh, hello Evelyn. I'm really happy to be your fellow student. We will see each other around frequently, as you see I have been sorted into the Slytherin house." The blonde girl weighed Evelyn's reaction for a moment. Seeing her furtive glances Bissy felt a great relief and satisfaction. She was not happy at all and seeing her unhappy made the blonde snake extremely happy. "Won't you have dinner, Eve? The chicken tastes wonderful." she uttered with the fakest smile she had even worn over her face.

Then she looked up at the boy's face. She bowed her head and said: "Nice to meet you, Evan. I'm Bisenleona Mariaed." Then, her gaze slided to the badge on the boy's chest. "So, you must be a smart student." she said smiling.

Oh god, he had heard. She could tell. She suspected he would tease her about that later. "Oh go on, just have one bite!" She held her spoon out towards him and looked at him pleadingly.
"I don't know, I'm pretty lucky I suppose." She shrugged and looked down at her hands, as skinny as ever.

"Sel hasn't actually eaten much, he's just eating slowly." Yep, she noticed these things.

Selador was very busy taking in his surroundings, habitually noting in his mind every window and every entrance or exit to the place. He did this subconsciously just in case.

"Well I think you are both very interesting, and the boat on the lake is interesting, and this castle is interesting... but what I'm interested in the most is how everyone is eating when there is no food yet..." Selador looked up at the staff table, wondering when the headmaster was going to give his speech. "I was told by an older student that the food shows up here magically, but not until the headmaster gives his speech. Probably wants us all focused or something." Selador laughed, "Unless, of course, I'm having one of my delusions and we've been eating all along..." Selador winked at Aurora, "Yes. I'm Delusive." He laughed again. He was in such a great mood, he felt like he belonged to something for the first time in his life, he had friends and people here weren't weird about his eyes. The atmosphere was charged with magic, and his potential for greatness never seemed more attainable.
"We're all a little mad though, yeah?"

"Delusive, now that I can believe. Wasn't the sorting hat song good!?" Aurora smiled at Selador.

[OOC: Oh just go with it You were eating before, I realised a while back but other people seemed to be eating so y'know...]

Ugghhh, couldn't Destiny see she was resisting the urge to kick someone away from THEIR table at the moment!? And she was distracting her with talk of the one food she found most disgusting in the world. Not to mention somehow her suggesting she was smart actually irritated her.

Sighing, Evelyn glanced over to her friend just in time to see her stuff another chocolate frog in her mouth. For the love of Merlin, where she was holding all of those? "Destiny..." GAH! "Spit...that...out." Like...now. Just, not at her.

Stare.

Yeeaaa, she could see the girl was in Slytherin. She wasn't blind!

Though the question still remained in Evelyn's mind...why was Bissy sitting at THEIR table? Sure, she had been schooled at Durmstrang and sure, it was obvious that she'd have been in Slytherin, but couldn't she have been sorted into Hufflepuff instead? Or even Ravenclaw- no wait, the Ravie tower was closer to the Gryffie tower.

...Why couldn't she have been sorted in Hufflepuff then?

"I'm not hungry." she muttered, pushing her plate away from herself slightly as she looked away from the blond. Hmm, if it wasn't the traveling that made her lose her appetite, it was realizing that she had to share a dorm with the blond girl. Meh.

Besides, the sixteen year old was kinda glad she turned her attention away from Bissy...having glanced down the table to see who else was there. Only to see someone who should have been at the Gryffindor table.

Narrowing her eyes at the box and the various people grabbing what looked to be cookies out of it, the hazel eyed girl turned her gaze onto the person responsible. Yes, we see you Cookie Girl.

Psshhh, and Evelyn totally believed she was trying to poison them again. Did the Slytherins not understand the meaning of caution!? Merlin...

Mordred hesitated for a while and looked at the spoon. "Fine." he said and took the spoon from Aurora. He got the crusty part with his fingers and put it inside his mouth. "It is good." Mordred nodded. "I should ask Mum to make one for my birthday." he said and grabbed his empty goblet. It took the goblet a few seconds to fill up with Pumpkin Juice. "Er...Can I have water instead?" and magically, the juice turned into water.

Mordred glanced at Selador then back at Aurora. "You watch him eat? Seriously?" he said with a grin. "Well, I'm quite sure I'll grow even more if the table keeps on serving us with this kind of food."

"I told you you'd like it. If I'd never made you eat it you might not have decided to have it for your birthday. You're welcome." She smiled.

"I watch you eat too. I watch everything closely." She stuck her tongue out. "I'm incredibly observant." She put on an affected accent with this to show she was joking.

Fee made her way to the Slytherin table smiling to herself.Yes,she knew she was kinda late but seriously she couldnt wear the saame dress on the train ride and at the feast.No no.Her boyfriend would be there,she needed to look fabulous.Giggling a little about her thoughts the blonde hsook her head and walked further down to her housemates.As she was about to sit down,the third year spotted a familiar head that didnt quite belong here and her smile grew even wider.Her heart starting beating faster and she felt happy as the girl plopped down next to hr boyfriend and placed a little kiss on his cheek."Are you looking for someone in particular?",Fee asked innocently looking at the ravenclaw beside her.

At least he'll be able to eat something different for his birthday. He was getting tired of the annual tiered cakes and chocolate fondue. "Yes, thank you." he replied.

"Yes, and I can hear your thoughts too miss." Mordred laughed. Aurora will hate him for that. He was sure of it. "What is your impression of me then? When I eat?" he asked.

" Just thought I drop by and say hello" William told Ever-Lily. " So when do classes start?" Wiliam asked Ever-Lily.

" Hello hot blonde" Wiliam called out to Fee. " Your boyfreind Hugo prefers me to call you friendly and smart, he thinks hot blonde is not proper" William told Fee. "Do you like the nickname?" William asked Fee. Hugo is nice, but I think he needs to treat you like a girfriend, not a friend" Willaim explained to Fee.

Emma shone him a one hundred watt a.k.a an Emma smile. "He does. Aww I feel loved. He's my fake brother, you know." she cried. She laughed at his comment. "Well.. I think it depends on who you talk to. There are certain people who can be quite grumpy." she explained, giving him a heads up. The blonde grinned. "Great! Now, I'll look after you, since your Rex's family and I feel as if you'll become family too. Wow! I agree it did feel fast- did you meet a lot of people on the train?" She quickly checked his robes. Gryffindor. "So your a Gryffindor! A very nice house indeed."

After being sorted, Macy took a seat at the table of greenness. Awwh, snap. Based on what the deranged little hat thing said, the description fit her enough. Eh. Wasn't like she cared anyways, seeing as she really didn't know anyone yet and therefore had no friends to look for *shrug*

Anyways, the fourth year sat down, eager for the feast to start. She was HUNGREH. Mmm, she could almost taste the food already. Stuffing a hand down into the pocket of her baggy and very ugly robes, she pulled out a piece of peppermint gum.

Now just to find someone to talk to. Hmm. One thing was for sure though, these Hogwarts boys, were cute.

Fee chuckled as she heard William's voice next to her."Hey fave firstie",she waved.It was sweet how he came over to the Slytherin table instead of maing friends at his own table."I am fine with it",she winked,"Hugo is just worried about me i suppose."It wasnt really an obectification because Willy and Fee were friends as well sop everything was fine."What makes you think he doesnt treat me like a girlfriend?",the blonde asked a little confused.

Hugo smiled. "Thanks," he said and looked down, imagining himself as a cool prefect person. He nodded. Different wizarding communities... She should owl if she would find Adam in Mexico. He shrugged the thought of Adam and Kurumi's sad face off him and continued to listen to Iris. "Travelling sounds fun," Hugo said and thought about the idea. Visiting different communities. He liked it. "You seem laid-back, so I don't think you even have to think about it yet because you seem like the kind of person who could just wait and go with the flow when it happens," Ugh. Why was Hugo giving advice to a 7th year who didn't even ask for it. "Though I'm no expert in those sorts of things," he quickly added. "Let's make your last year a fun one!" he said and smiled brightly. He thought about it. This was her last beginning of term feast. This year a lot of things were going to be her last ones. That was a bit sad. Hugo turned his head to the doorway and smiled even brighter. Fee had arrived.

He looked at the Slytherin approaching and smiled at her. He blushed as she kissed him on the cheek and his hand immediatly took hers gently for some reason. "I might have been waiting for you," he said and looked at her. "What took you so long?" he asked, inspecting her, but he could already guess the answer. "Well, the food isn't here yet so you're still in time!"

And then Fee noticed Emma next to William and sqeauled."Siiiiiiiis",she said jumping from her place and hugging her friend.oh ym gosh she had missed her sooo much,they had spent way to less time together during the summer.There was so much to tell.The third year was so happy that Emma and her met here,otherwise she would have needed to search for her."How are youuu?",the Slytherin asked beaming at the other blonde.

Fee giggled a little as she saw the cheeks of her boyfriend reddening a bit.Aww,he was just too cute.Noticing that he took her hand the blonde smiled at him and squeezed his hand a bit.Glitter,it hadnt even been a week and she had still missed him like hell.It just felt really good to be back together."Ohh you have been waiting for me?",she chuckled,"with what do i deserve this honour?"Wait a second,was her boyfriend just checking her out? Hehe."Oh well i needed to change my dress and at least i tried to look kinda good for you.",with admitting that she blushed a little.Damn cheeks.Gladly she was still in time,how embarrassing would it have been if they had already started?!

It was time for Alex to stop his mingling and make his way over to his home the Slytherin table. He had missed those green dudes. Even though he didn't feel his best, how could he? Ellie was... Well, he wasn't sure how long she would be around, finally when he had gotten the courage to ask her out he was going to lose her again. Ellie Johanson. His Ellie. Plus he was kind of sad because of how his best friend had been feeling for a while. And he missed his twin! And quidditch. And he was hungry.

He sat down totally randomly by the Snakes table and glanced over to the Ravenclaw table. No brunette happy girl. He missed her. And he'd keep missing her.

Now when would the food be there already? He needed to eat so he could find Chandler and the others and then start practising for the tryouts. He so wanted to be a part of the Quiddicth team that year too.

Iris smiled. "It does... I think I'm definitely going to try and make it happen." As the younger boy begun to ramble a little, Iris laughed. "Ehh, I suppose so... I'd like to have a little bit of my life planned out, though. Just in case everything ends up going wrong..." At his little extra comment, Iris nodded enthusiastically. "Oh, totally. I wouldn't want my last year to be boring, now!"

As Fee arrived, finally, Iris smiled fondly at Hugo's reaction when he saw her. "I'm gonna leave you two to catch up..."


Iris stared at the boy, mouth open and frowning. He was RUDE. And disrespectful. Fee had only been sat at the table for 5 minutes, and then he dived on her with THIS?!

"Excuse me?" She said, to the YOUNG Gryffindor. "You're pretty out of line, there. Is it really any of your business how Hugo and Fee act around each other? And also, just for future reference... The couples who act like FRIENDS and who ARE friends are the couples that last. I know that from experience."

Ignorant, BIG HEADED boys. Iris disliked them. A LOT. No wonder that boy was a Gryffindor. They all took a step too far over the line.

At least Fee didn't seem too fussed about him, which Iris supposed was good. The last thing anyone needed though, was this kid growing up and thinking he can talk to girls like that, and boss their boyfriends around into acting how he thinks they should.

Her attention was diverted by a rather disgruntled girl who'd just sat herself down not far from where Iris was sat. Grinning at her, Iris scooted away from Fee, Hugo and the Gryffindor kid.

"Hullo, there! You don't look all to pleased to be sorted into the House of the Snakes..."

Eeeeek! Scary thought... No, none of those. She scowled at him. "And I can block you out." She threw up a mind block and looked to Mordred, this was not going to affect their friendship. "You eat until you're full. Then you stop. I shall observe you further and make my deductions when I have better evidence." She smiled and looked to the staff table. "What's the bet the ninja ship is out of bounds?"
