Not only did Riley let the wrapper fall to the ground but he also made the chocolate. Seriously, had the guy not heard of a garbage bin? "You said you wanted it before." Legend shrugged as he looked back at the chocolate cauldron on the floor. He could have eaten the rest of that!

"Riley, Riley, Riley. No need to be so uptight. It wouldn't have happened if you didn't need to be punished." Legend grinned. Yes, this was his Prefect, stealing way of teaching someone a lesson.

Or maybe he really wanted to bother Riley.

It was one or the other, Legend really couldn't make up his mind.

As if the guy hadn't done enough alrady to end up on Riley's bad list, he was using his own words against him? "I changed my mind after you gnalled all over it like a toothless gnome!" he siad looking down at the piece of perfectly good chocolate lying on the ground, soiled.

Need. to. be. PUNISHED?! "Who do you think you are?" Riley asked him monotonously. Nobody told him what to do except his mother...and Professors. He glanced at the boy's Prefect badge and smirked. "Legend, Legend, Legend." he said slowly taking a step towards the other seventh year with each repeat of his name.

"I've got more gold in my pocket than that silly little badge of yours is worth." he sneered, if it was one thing he learned from being a Sinclair it was that if you were in trouble, just throw money at it. So yeah he could just buy more chocolate but that wasn't the point, Legend stole his. "Do you think you can do whatever you want because of that?" he said pointing at it. "I want you to buy me a new chocolate cauldren." he sneered, turning his head to the side.

There was no doubt that Riley had an attitude. Legend knew that, but he didn't know the guy could be so uptight, for such a simple reason. "Well next time tell me not to bite into it then give it to you. You have to be more specific man." Legend couldn't help but smirk. What was that Riley? You wanted some cheese with that whine?

"Legend Chosen. Why, do did you think I was?" Another smirk. Legend crossed his arms in front of his chest, and rolled his eyes. He was so calm it was unreal. But Riley couldn't get to him. He had mastered the art of infecting people's brains at age 13. This was just a refresher course really. "Oh so you do, know my name?"

Silly little badge? Legend's gaze fell to his robe where the small shiny prefect badge was pinned on. Without a second thought, his hand came up to his chest and unpinned the badge before sticking it into his pocket. "Probably. But people with gold often end up being jerks." The blond shrugged. What did gold have to do with this? Was Riley away that he didn't even technically OWN the badge? "Actually it makes me not do what I want to do." He grinned. "Cause if I had the badge, I would have thrown the chocolate in your face to teach you a lesson about littering." The chocolate would be half eaten, AND have drool all over it. And he would have thrown it right on Riley's face. Sadly. "If you have oh so much gold, you can buy one yourself. It's not expensive."

Isn't a viola a musical instrument? Dallin thought to himself. He didn't ask though, because that would be embarrassing. So he just nodded and smiled. He laughed quietly when he saw her blushing but didn't comment on it. He read the title of the book as she said it to him and nodded again. He'd heard of it before, but had never had the urge to read it. Of course he didn't get the urge to read a lot of things.

"Hm. That's good. I can like, let you read in peace if you want," he offered.

"Um. No, that's okay." Viola smiled. She leaned her head against the wall and sighed. She'd completely ditched the DADA assignment and she was surely going to get in trouble for it. Well, she did complete a few tasks but seriously..what was the point? It was just an absolute waste of time, right? Huh. Anyway.."So, what year are you in?"

"Mmkay," Dal said brightly. He leaned his head back, staring across the corridor but not really paying attention to what he was seeing. "Fifth," he answered Viola, looking back at her and turning slightly so his neck wasn't so uncomfortable. He wouldn't give her the whole spill about how it was his second year and whatnot. "What about you?"

Viola closed her book and kept it aside. She wasn't going to get any reading done right now. But, she definitely had to start working on her assignments..especially arithmancy. Bleh, she didn't like that subject. At all. Hm. Anyway..trying to forget arithmancy for the moment, she turned to look at him and said, "Second." Geez, she felt like such a baby. "Must be cool..being a fifth year.." Ugh. What did she just say!?!?

Toothless was breathless from running up so many stairs. He had climped so fast carrying his sword in case one of these scalywags tried to interefer with him finding the treasure.

He was what....wait what floor was this and why in the hell was this castle so large. How could anyone get anywhere on time!!!!. He came upon a group of Lassies. "Arrrrrr.....Where ye be hiding the capt'in treasure!!" He cried wielding his sword ready for action. The Capt'in had told him to look everywhere.

"Wench choose ye words carefully, I be under orders to use me stell if I need."

Viola looked up startled when she heard someone shout. She jumped up in alarm when she noticed some random guy brandishing a sword? Woah! "Um. What-how-when.." Viola couldn't think of anything to say. What was that guy doing? Roaming about the school and yelling about some treasure? Geez. She found some words, at last. "Sorry but I don't know about any treasure.." Captain's or not. Viola wondered how he entered the school in the first place. She picked up her bag, ready to run any minute. What a weird situation..

"Ye lubbers be under the headmaster's spell. We WILL find the treasure and ye be sorry then." Toothless shouted at her again waving his sword around a little hoping to be threatening.

"I be asking one more time." He shouted, he couldn't help it. Pirates shouted. "Ye be on our ship uninvited and ye be taking what's not yours to be takin." He advanced on the girl when he saw her ready to bolt.

"Ye be not going any where." And he side stepped in front of her.

What rubbish! How was she supposed to know about some silly treasure? Ugh. And, he continued waving his sword again which was kinda scary and bit comical.

"Okay. First of all, there is no need to yell. I'm not deaf." Viola smirked a little and continued. "Secondly, I wasn't on any ship and I definitely didn't take any of your treasure or whatever it is you're talking about." Weirdo.

"Of course, I'm going! Why should I stand here talking to you when I DON'T have your stupid treasure?" Viola started to panic when the guy stepped in front of her, stopping her from making an escape. "Move, please."

"ARRRR LASSIE." Bill shouted at her swinging his sword like a color gaurd would swing their flags. "You will learn to respect us Pirates." He shouted at her again, pulling the rope that was aroud his body off.

"ARRR Wench, what yer going to do now." Toothless Bills plan was to tie her up and leave her. Maybe her 'headmaster' would find her and take care of this wench. She was a spitfire, and Bill was loosing his patience with her.

Lexi was wearing one of her flowy skirts, no shoes, a loose fitting shirt and a smile on her face as she spun and pranced down the 6th floor corridor. She was ready to dance. No Salander around meant she had to find other dance partners. Finlay would do. Indeed.

Setting the Wizarding wireless to the side she began to mess with the dials until she found something she liked. Then she began to twirl and spin and dance and giggle. Where was that Finlay?

Finlay had to grin to himself as he wandered along the 6th floor corridor, and found Lexi twirling around. Yeah. This was going to be fun. He hadn't danced in a long time, so he had a feeling that he was going to be pretty rusty, but he knew that Lexi wouldn't care at all.

"Cute..." He mused, as he came to a stop where she was. Yeah. It was true, Lexi was pretty cute. Finn smiled at her. This was going to be fun. hehe

Without missing a beat Lexi turned, saw Finlay, smiled, and flitted to him. "Flattery is most appreciated, Mr. Carmichael."

She placed a hand on his shoulder, took his hand in hers and began to lead him around the corridor in rather fluid movements, giggling all the while. "How have you been? Thanks for coming to dance with me. I needed a pick me up."

Finlay smiled, as he rested his other hand on her waist. "Well you deserve it Miss. Denver" Finn nodded, letting her lead him around the 6th floor. Now they probably looked pretty epic, he could see everyone dancing around corridors in the future.

"I'm been good..." He smiled at her. It was true, recently he was starting to feel much better, his last year was getting more interesting. "Although..." He smirked for a moment, spinning her around. "I'm sure I'm supposed to be leading...." Because like...he was the male?

"I do indeed," she said with a beaming smile. She held her frame and danced and danced.

"Glad to hear that, Finlay. You deserve to be happy as well." She then let go of his shoulder and spun out holding her hand and his above her, then brought herself back in with her back to him and reached for his other hand as she dropped the one she had.

"Well if you insist on leading... then do so, silly boy."

"Mmm..." Finlay had finally decided that it was true. It was his 7th year too, meaning that he was allowed to enjoy it too. He was doing that now, it was good. "You deserve to be happy too..." He mused already knowing that she was. Sal made her more happy than he had ever done. It was good.

"Well...I am the best." He smirked, leading her around the floor now. Yes. This was definetly going to be a good memory of his seventh year, he was so glad that Lexi and himself were good friends now. It meant a lot to him.

The song changed to something slower so Lexi moved in closer and lay her head against Finn's chest. "Most days I am very happy." No need to go into detail as to why she wasn't some days. It was all irrelevant to the current situation.

"The best at complimenting yourself, yes you are," she said with a giggle as she looked up into his eyes. He was part of her past, but also a good part of her present. When they could get along it was lovely. And lately there had been no fighting. She lay her head back against his chest and asked, "Things are well with yourself and Fallon, yeah?"

Mm. This really did remind him of their past, but it made him happy. It was good that they could get past what had happened, and come out as friends. He decided not to talk about the days when she wasn't happy. He figured that it wasn't his business, not at all.

"Well....I do believe I am pretty epic...and I may as well say it if nobody else will." Apart from Fallon really. He didn't care though, he liked complimenting himself. Oh. She was asking about Fallon? Finlay smiled, thinking about her for a moment. Fallon really did make him happy, even though he was still kicking himself for not realising that last year. "We're good...." He mused, glancing down at her as they danced.

"Yes, no one understands just how epic you think you are. Hehehe," she said cheekily as she swatted at his arm playfully. "But really I think you are an alright guy, Finlay. That should count for something," she added with a smile that he couldn't see since her cheek was still to his chest.

The downside to being barefoot. Heh.

"Well I am very glad to hear that, Finn. Seems that this relationship is working out nicely." Too bad the same couldn't be said for most of his previous... or hers for that matter.

"Twirl me around, Finlay. I want to TWIIIIIRL," she demanded as she looked up at him and smiled.

"Exactly!" Finlay laughed, shaking his head. He had got less vain over the last few years though. It was much better, Finlay liked himself much more now, than before. He smiled at what she said. "....that means a lot of me Lex." Especially considering the horrible things they had said about each other in the past.

"Yeah. It really is." Finlay mused with a big smile. He was glad that it was working with Fallon. He had already been a big jerk to her, he didn't want to do it again. "She means a lot to me." An awful lot.

"You're spending too much time with Neptune." Finlay laughed. Since when had Lexi been so demanding. Shaking his head, he began twirling her.

"I am good for a few niceties a year I think... so count your blessings that I found it fitting to hand one to you, mister," she said jokingly. Hehehe. It was MUCH easier to joke with Finlay than it was with Ivan. Ivan got his knickers in a twist about everything.

Lexi smiled up at Finn and nodded her head. "Salander's the ONE, Finn. I just know it. I will marry him one day I think," she said quietly... almost as if she didn't want anyone else to hear it.

Lexi laughed and twirled and twirled and laughed. She was on her tippy toes spinning 'round and 'round and just laughing away. "We have had positive influences on one another I think," she said breathlessly before basically falling into Finn's arms. Hehehe.

"Oh...I am feeling very blessed." Finlay laughed, grinning at her. He felt that it was much better being able to joke around with Lexi, than fight with her. It was very good. Lexi was like one of his closest friends now, she meant a lot to him, but then she always had.

"Aww...." Finlay smiled, that was cute. "I don't quite think I should be feeling that about Fallon quiet yet." Because well he wanted to see if it lasted before he started thinking about that. Finn had a feeling that it would last though, he felt as if his relationship with Fallon was different from the others, more grown up.

It was good that he was strong, because otherwise he might have dropped Lexi as she fell into his arms. "Mm... I think we tire each other out too." He mused, looking down at her.

"Sal and I have been together for quite some time now...been through so much. It just comes so naturally for us, too. One fight. One proper row is all we have ever really had, Finn. It's so close to perfect it almost scares me. But I have never been so happy in my life," she said with a teary eyed smile. She wasn't going to CRY. She was just a tad emotional was all.

Blinking back the tears and such she let out a tinkling little laugh, "If it's meant to be it will be. That is all we can think of, ya know."

Tired? Who was tired? Not her! She was merely dizzy. "I thought you were in better shape than that, Finlay. I am nowhere near tired enough to stop dancing." NOWHERE NEAR!

Placing her hand back on his shoulder she locked her frame and held her hand out for his. "I am not done dancing yet, mister."
