Evan was surrounded by his own footsteps in the dark, and if it really wasn't for the utter silence in the dark passage otherwise, he wouldn't have heard her voice. Turning towards the entrance, he kept his wand low not to disturb her eyes, and went to meet her.

"Mina!" he said, both as a warning that it was him and no one else, and out of excitement. "Finally," he said as he hugged her, placing a soft kiss on her neck. "It's almost as if I saw you more when you were in France!" he said, a hint of annoyance in his voice disguised in jokingness.

"Come, we will be alone here," he said as he held her hand to guide her inside the passage. "I wanted to meet here obviously to be alone with you at last... without any chance of disturbance." Almost since the summer they could never be alone. It was either Bissy, Sophie or someone else, and he wanted to be with just her, away from the eyes. He missed talking to her.

Hearing her voice, Mina smiled brightly as she lowered her wand. She was in the right place after all. The light from her own wand and Evan's wand was enough for her to get a look at just where she was. It wasn't as creepy as she had expected but it wasn't like it was all that glamorous at the same time.

"Hi handsome," she replied as she returned his hug, her arms wrapped around his waist. Feeling his lips on her neck, she sighed happily and blushed. No matter how much she loved how close that have gotten, she still blushed every time he kissed her neck. Pulling back, she tilted her head slightly. "I know, I feel the same way sometimes too," she replied with a pout. It was like she was a prisoner locked away in the tower someday with all the stuff that was keeping her away from her Evan. "But I'm here now and that's what matters," she offered as she wrapped her arms around his neck, getting on her tip-toes and placing a soft kiss on his lips.

Following his lead, she allowed herself to be guided deeper into the passage. If it had been anyone else, she wouldn't have freely gone but it was Evan and she trusted him. "I understand, it's been way too long since we're had some alone time," she nodded as she laced her fingers with his and gave them a squeeze. The last time they actually had true alone time was over the summer and that was nearly four or so months ago.

Evan grinned at the 'handsome' greeting, heart pounding faster all of a sudden. It really was a good thing they were in almost complete darkness. It would have been stupid to have blushed after all the years they spent together, but he wasn't the guilty one this time. It had been some time since they could be all alone again, and it needed some time to get used to the feeling.

"Yes, you're here now..." he agreed, murmuring against her lips as they kissed him. He returned her kiss passionately, pulling her even closer by her waist. He was glad to be away from eyes, nobody to judge their actions. He pulled away at last, a bit reluctantly, to guide her inside to the end. As he saw the end of the passage, he put out his wand and instead retrieved a red, little candle out of his pocket. He let go of her hand and sat down as he placed the candle in front of them, lighting it. It wasn't exactly the most romantic date, but at least they were all alone, and they would be, unlike at a fancy restaurant or somewhere on the grounds.

He eyed her for a moment, before offering "If the stone is too cold, I can fetch my blankets from the dormitories in a minute." He wanted her comfort, after all, in their first date in four months.

Mina calmed her heart and smiled. Her cheeks weren't as red now, but she could still feel the warmth in them. It was rare that she would allow herself to blush like so, but it really had been a long time since they had any proper time alone. She was just making up for all the lost time they had, or at least that's what she was telling herself.

"I knew you would agree with me," she smiled softly against his lips. Leaning into his embrace, she returned his passion with a bit of her own. It really was good to be away from everyone and get a little bit of privacy for themselves. As Evan pulled away, she could feel the warmth returning to her cheeks. She had missed being in his arms again, but she knew she would be in them again as he lead her to the end of the passage. Keeping her wand low to the ground, she noticed him putting his off. Before she could say anything, she saw the candle and smiled. It wasn't the most romantic setting, but it did work for them. She did find it very sweet though. He never failed to surprise her and she did love that.

Shaking her head, she put her wand out and reached for her bag. Opening the flap in it she pulled out a piece of fabric. "It's okay. I usually carry around my travel cloak with me," she smiled as opened it and quickly cast an enlarging charm on it. "I'm sure if I get to cold, you can keep me warm." she teased as she laid her cloak on the ground. It wasn't all that cold in the passage and her warming charm was still working.

Evan looked at her fishing her cloak. He was impressed. That was being 'Ravenclaw' then, he figured. To think every possibility... He smiled as she enlarged it and sat down with her. "I sure can, m'lady," he said, grinning as he wrapped his arms around her. There, it was better. With his one arm wrapped around her waist and hand resting on her upper leg, he sighed happily.

"So, what have you done since we last talked?" he asked as he held her hand with his free one. It felt like she was back from France, and they were trying to catch up.

Mina smiled as she leaned against him and sighed happily. Resting her head against his shoulder, she laced her fingers with his. "I would expect any less from you, luv." He really was everything she could hope for in a boyfriend. They had their moments, but she knew that he was worth all the hard times.

Glancing up at him, she bit her lip in thought. "Studying and getting used to how everything has changed around here," she replied. Thinking that things were just going to fall into place again was rather ambitious of her. Getting back to where she was before she left was going to take some work. "I've been trying to meet new people so I don't feel like a stranger where I used to feel like I'm at home." She still didn't feel as welcome back as she expected and that did annoy her a bit. Hogwarts was her home and it was like she was a guest again, an unwanted one at that.

"What about you? I haven't seen you much and I've missed you so. Keeping out of trouble and being an amazing Prefect, I'm sure." she added with a small smirk.

Evan smiled to himself. Mina sure knew how to flatter, and he felt amazing when she did that. "Thanks, dove," he said, squeezing her hand slightly. Sure, he could never know how it would have been with Sophie, but he never regretted his decision to stick with her through everything; she was fascinating like that.

Of course she was studying. She was a Ravenclaw, a good one at that. "We're more than happy to welcome you back," he said as if talking in the place of the whole school. Well, he was talking in the place of a good ten, he knew that much. Compared to 'glorious' Beauxbatons, she should get used to here way faster... Except some certain ones, people were friendlier as well. Hehe.

How about him? Minus a few... disagreements with some little people, he said "Yeah, I'm trying to be helpful for the younger." True, in a way. "I'm currently tutouring Daichi, a bright firstie at Slytherin." Yeah, that was pride in his voice. Though he was proud of Daichi, not himself. He was past the point to boast about himself to girls. "And also, y'know, I have my own training." At least, they had good excuses to be away.

Mina smiled again as she gave his hand a light squeeze. "No problem, love." She was happy to have these kind of moments with Evan again. She had really feared that after being away for so long, he might have moved on from her. It broke her heart to think like that, but she couldn't help it at times. Her fears were all for not though, as here they were and happy together again.

Leaning back to look up at him, she smiled and nodded. "Thank you for taking me back," she replied. It was rather nice to heard that she was welcome back to her home, as she wasn't really feeling like that as of late. It was something that bothered her, but just hearing that she was welcome made her smile.

"Well, as long as I've known you, you have always been helpful to the younger students." That's kind of how they meet and became closer, wasn't it? He was helping her learn more about football. "Really? That's very sweet of you. Daichi is lucky to have your help, I mean you are a rather good teacher and all." she added. He did have a knack for teaching others about the game. She had learned a lot from him about it. "How is your training going, love?" It had been a while since she had asked and she was a bit curious to hear about it. "Have they said another to you?"

Evan grinned at her as he kissed her forehead. "Who wouldn't want you back?" he asked rhetorically. She was the only clever Ravenclaw, really. The rest were just silly and didn't even deserve to be there, i.e. Finlay Carmicheal and James.

He snickered at that remark. Good for him to keep her away from his evil side. Hehe. "Oh, you haven't seen my impatient side, hun," he said, and he was determined to keep it that way. No need for her to hear his yelling at Daichi, or that William kid for example. He liked this 'clean and helpful' image better.

"Thanks," he muttered again as he lay his head over hers. "I think he likes my teaching too... I mean, he doesn't have much option. Only I take the time to teach him some magic..." No, he knew little boy would still enjoy it, even if he had other options. For him, Evan had endless patience. Almost. Until he almost blew him.

"I'll visit them at Christmas," he said as his heart skipped a few beats at the mention of it. Yeah, it was pretty exciting already, even if he still had around 4 months to have the real test. "I am going well... I follow the programme, and I think I developed, but I don't know what they'll think." Hopefully. It was the only thing he wanted so badly now, and his world would be truly devastated if they didn't find him well enough.

Remaining silent for a few minutes, he played with her hand as he debated whether to bring the thing on his mind up since the history lesson. He knew he had to tell it sometime, to get to the next level of the relationship--if there were levels in a relationship--but he still wasn't sure how she would react. She was only 16, and he was 17, after all. Heck, it would be up to her once he was done telling it.

"Well, I actually chose this romantic spot to tell something else too," he said, laughing at the 'romantic' irony. Well, with their candle, he tried his best. There were only so many places to be alone, and Room of Requirement was definitely out of question. "Did you... notice the similarity between our pirate names, as well?" Not even worth telling if she didn't... they had been right there for everyone who knew they were together to see.

Mina smiled softly, letting out a tiny sigh. "You would be surprised," she whispered to herself. It wasn't like anyone was overly unwelcome, but that didn't stop the feelings she was currently getting from people. She had only been gone for two years, but she was being treated like a stranger in her own home. At least the ones that she cared for wanted her back and welcomed her home with open arms.

Hearing him talk of his impatient side made her smile. "We all have an impatient side, love." she replied. Her came through a lot and it did bother her so, but it was just a part of her. "You know if I did ever see it, I would still be unaffected by it." She wasn't a fool to believe that anyone was perfect, so seeing Evan impatient wouldn't really change anything.

Smiling again, she leaned into him. "Well either way, it's very nice of you to take time out and teach him. It's very nice of you and I'm happy to see other students look up to you." She had heard rumours that some didn't think he was a goof prefect, but she thought the title was good on him and he was doing a great job. "One on one attention does wonders for learning students, I should know. I learn a lot better when someone can give me details and stuff." This kid was pretty luck to have an older student help him anyway.

"Over break? That's exciting. You'll have to tell me all about it!" she smiled. Even if it wasn't the real test, she was excited to hear about it all. "Well, I have faith in you and your skills, love. You will blow them away, I just know it." She hadn't really seen him play in a while, but she knew how important this all was to him. "You'll do great and at the end of the term you'll have the offer you're always wanted." It was something he had always wanted and she wanted it for him. She would return to school and he would gets his spot and she would visit him over breaks and after she finished school. Yes, things would work out for them.

Cradling her head into him, she looked down at their hands and smiled. They did look very nice together. She did like it when they held hands, especially since they didn't get to do that ever often. It was just nice for a change to hold his hand. Being with him alone was nice as well. Things always kept them away, but these small moments were ones that she cherished. Their time was always limited after all.

Looking up at him, she nodded as she listened. "A place is as romantic as the people that inhibit it," she smiled. A dark passage wasn't really a romantic place, but being there with Evan made it romantic for her at least. Hearing mention of their pirate names, she nodded and bit her lip softly. How couldn't she remember that they had the same last name as pirates. "We did have a pretty cool last name as pirates. I'm not at all as dirty as the first part of my pirate name though," she laughed. No she wasn't and that was the only part that she didn't like about her name. The last part, well she liked it and she loved the fact that he had the same last name.

Who, really, wouldn't want her back? It was ridiculous, she was one of the most devoted Ravenclaws he had ever seen, and she was a great person. He considered offering beating talking to those people who were rude to her, but he then decided against it. He was sure being an independent girl, she wouldn't enjoy it at all. Plus, she was almost a grown up... though, he could always just... investigate, and he would do it without letting her know... Thus, he merely muttered "They are very wrong then," as he softly petted her shoulder while he considered who might be rude towards her.

"I haven't--oh yes, I have seen yours," he said with a small laugh. Yes, he could laugh at it now but at the time it had been pretty scary; when she caught him with Marie a few years ago. There, he had took a mental note not to ever infuriate a girl like that again, and he had tried his best, although he pretty much failed.

"Thanks, I try..." he muttered, at a loss to say anything else. Since the beginning of this... 'date', he had said a lot of 'Thanks'. Hehe. She DID make him feel special and flattered. And he didn't have much to say... way to go, he thought, and even if his mind was half-occupied by something huge, he still felt like he wasn't enough now. Mweh. Better to focus on how to say it then, the most effective way. At least, he could make up like that.

"...you won't come?" Disappointment and moral corruption. "My parents won't be much of a supporter," he said, eyes open with disbelief. "In fact, they might even try to break my leg or something. So I thought you could come to support me..." If she wasn't there, he couldn't even hit a ball straightly. Of course, he should be past this point but this was HUGE for him and he had always believed in superstitions, even if a bit. She was his superstition, she had to come!

He laughed. "Yeah, sure, except the dirty part," he said as he smelled her hair. Her scent was amazing, as always. Then, he softly tried to get her off him, to see her eyes. He didn't let go of her hand though, he needed it for the support he had been so much craving lately.

"Well, the same surnames that we got," he started, looking at their hands first. "they... well I knew, I felt, but with them..." He took a deep breath. Up until this point, he had been stealing glances at her eyes, though never no longer than a second. Now, he was looking directly into them. "I love you, Mina," he said, clear and open. He tried to fight off the evil voice that kept saying 'What if she doesn't tell the same? What if she doesn't feel the same? She's only 16 and you're 17--not even an adult!' If she didn't feel the same... he only had to accept it, although it would break his heart to pieces.

She smiled to herself as she listened to him. He was very protective of her, she knew hearing what she had said didn't sit too well with him, but she wasn't about to run to her boyfriend every time someone wasn't nice to her. No, it wasn't new to here that maybe she wasn't liked and she would have to fight her own battle. It wasn't like anyone was overly mean to her or anything, it was just an unwelcome feeling of sorts that she was getting. "Well, you know they are wrong and I will not let them get to me," she replied softly. She wasn't really planning on going anywhere any time soon anyway. Her exile was over and she was back for her remaining two years, like it or not.

Blushing at the thought of him seeing her like that, she hide her face slightly. "Oh yeah, not my best moment in life." she replied with a tiny smile. She hadn't wanted him to see her like that ever, but it happened and at least he wasn't scared away by it. It wasn't her finest hour, but she allowed her emotions to take over and the result was that. It embarrassed her, but there wasn't much she could do about it now.

Smiling to herself again, she looked up at him. When she first met Evan three years ago, she wasn't sure what she was getting into. He looked like he needed a friend and she was there for him. It had started out rather innocently and all, but look at them now. She thought the world of him, even with all the issues between them with her being away so long and all. They had made it and there wasn'ta day where he didn't really surprise her. He was a great guy and every day it shined through more and more.

"You want me to be there?" she asked. It was something you would love to do, but she wasn't all that sure if he wanted her there. She didn't want to be a distraction for him or something. "You know I would love to be there with you, love." she replied. Her family wasn't expecting her to be around much as she refused to go to France for the holidays, so being with Evan was what she wanted. Her cousin would understand. "You know I'll be there with all my support that I can give you. I know you will be great." It was a major things and she wanted to be there no matter what. She'd just have to owl her cousin to tell her that she had plans and would be leaving for the holidays, but she would be with Evan and that she shouldn't worry too much.

Mina pouted and shook her head. "Really, I wasn't happy about it. But it was just a silly name for the class anyway." She didn't give that part of the name but care, but the surname was what she was more amused by. Feeling herself being moved, she looked up at him and smiled. The candle was still burning brightly and she gave his hand a small squeeze. Sensing something might be happening, she gave her full attention to him. He was a bit quiet and she was starting to worry a bit, just as he looked down at their hands.

Biting her lip as she waited for him to speak, she caught his eye ever once in a while and smiled. He seemed rather nervous and it was a bit odd to her, but she was sure that every thing was going to be okay. "Love, what are you trying to say," she asked as she tried to make out what he was trying to tell her. It wasn't really making sense to her at the moment. She understood the surname part but after that it was just words. Finally, he looked directly at her and her eyes locked with his as she heard those three words that every girl longs to hear. Blinking for a second as her mind completely processed what she was really hearing, she smiled brightly. "I love you too, Evan." she replied. She had been in love him for some time and she wasn't afraid to let it known. She didn't want to scream it from the towers in fear of her feelings not being returned, but it wasn't a secret that she did love him.

Evan smiled when she said she wouldn't let them get her. "I know," he said as he squeezed her softly. Still, he felt he should see those people. At least, he would know who was a total douche. And then he would do more to welcome her... maybe, on the frozen lake, another football match would be fun with proper proction of cushioning charms and such.

Was she even asking it?! "Of course I want you there! I need support, and yours is perfect at that. You know my parents, they won't like this little test..." No, he bet his parents would do their best to obstruct him to avoid 'having a filthy Muggle lover in the family', and he pretty much depended on her to keep his morale up. In fact, it was better if she stayed with them, therefore his parents wouldn't be able to talk much. But, for the time being knowing she would come for him was enough, they would clarify the details later.

For a moment he grinned mischievously. "Oh, so you don't want to be called as 'Dirty Anne Rackham'? Shame... that was just what I would do." Tehee. Minus the 'dirty' part, he did like the name... especially with Mr. and Mrs. Rackham, they could have made a good couple... Meh. He just had to manage with Mina, then.

...she was blinking... surprised to hear... no, she was smiling--quite brightly. His face broke into a smile too, both relieved and overjoyed. She loved him back. SHE LOVED HIM BACK!! Sure, just as how he stuck with her through those two years--a few affairs were irrelevant--she had stuck with him too, even if she could have gone away as well. This just occurred to him now, and hearing those three AMAZING words sealed that she indeed loved him back.

He moved one of his hands to her cheek as he started kissing her passionately, relishing it with every second.

Mina smiled as she enjoyed being in Evan's arms again. Even if she didn't feel as welcome as she should at the school, at least here with him she felt like she was at home and welcome. Who needed all the other people when she had him and their little moments together. Maybe they would have to sneak away more often to have a moment or two alone.

Smiling brightly, she nodded. "Well, if you want me there. I will be there for sure." She knew very well how his parents felt about it and knew that her support was all he was getting. "You know I won't let them say anything bad about this. This is your moment and they will not ruin it for you, love." Yes, she wouldn't let them take this away from him. She was pretty sure that the only saving grace she had with his parents was the sheer fact that she was a pureblood witch and was in love with their son. She had made it clear to them that if they didn't accept his dream, she did and would be standing beside him through it all. His dreams were her dreams in a way and she wanted him happy.

Shaking her head, she smirked. "Not Dirty Anne Rackham, maybe Mrs. Rackham or something like that. But you have to be my Mr. Rackham." Yes, she really could get used to being a Mr. and Mrs. with Evan. She could be lying if she said the thought hadn't crossed her mind a few times. She always thought it a possibility and hoped that it might come to that, seeing she really couldn't see herself with anyone else but Evan. She only had eyes for him anyway. Yes, she found other boys around handsome and all, but Evan was the only one for her.

It was amazing to hear him say those words to her and be able to say them in return. She was afraid that maybe the feelings she had for him weren't the same as the feeling he had for her and she didn't want to ruin anything by voicing them first. She had worried that her love was one side, but it was all just wasted worries. No, he loved her and she was overjoyed by that. The whole time she was about, she had thought about him and her love for him never faltered. She had other guys want for her attention and she had heard about the girls here and him, but that didn't stop the way she felt for him. It was something special and it only got stronger as the days went by.

Leaning into his touch, she returned his kiss with passion as well. They were really in love and there was no reason that it shouldn't be known.

Naw, that was why she meant the world a huge deal to him. She was a girl with principles, and she looked out for him as much as he did for her. "Thanks, love," he said as he kissed the top of her head. "You can't believe how much it means to me, you being there for me." It was the biggest issue in his life, after all. It was even bigger than his NEWTs now, and it would be one of the factors to indicate whether he was on the right track, or if he had to take NEWTs more seriously.

He grinned. "With pleasure I'd be your mister, m'lady." Yeah, he would very much love to be her Mr., while she would be his Mrs. "Mrs. Rackham... I like that," he said as he tried the name on his lips. Yeah, she was his Mrs. Rackham now, with an occasional 'dirty' as an adjective. Hehe.

Smiling to himself as she kissed him with passion as well, his hand holding her cheek moved to her back as well and he had to pull away quite reluctantly after a long moment. He didn't pull away his face though and leaned his forehead on hers. His hand lightly caressed her cheek again, as he focused on their breathing for a while.

"Love," he muttered again with a small, amused smile. "It is the strongest word to make someone happy..." Just look at his heartbeats that were still quite fast as it took him a lot of effort not to pant against her face.

She smiled and blushed slightly as she looked up at him. Seriously, she would follow him to the ends of the world and back, if he asked her to. He meant that much to her and she wasn't at all afraid to let that be known. "You know I will always be there for you, love." Yes, they would be separated again next year, but that didn't mean that she wasn't going to be there for him. If she was his only supporter, she would his number one fan as well and would do all she could to help him.

"Mr. and Mrs. Rackham, I like that sound of that. But you know I wouldn't mind sharing any surname with you," she smirked. Being a Rackham was fine, but that wasn't the only name she would enjoy sharing with him. "I call you Mr. Rackham as well then," she added with a giggle. It was a bit cute in her opinion.

Resting her forehead against his, she leaned into his touch and smiled softly. This was how it was supposed to feel. Her heart was beating rapidly and she didn't mind. They finally know what they meant to each other and it was amazing to get it out in the open.

Smiling softly, she nodded. "Love is a very strong word, yes." she replied. "But it does made a lot of us happy." Hearing it made her very happy but being in love with Evan did more than make her happy.

Evan nodded with a smile. Yes, he knew Mina would be there for him when he needed. And although he wouldn't admit it to her, her support was sometimes not quite enough. He wished his parents would support him as well. When he would be signing that contract he would be 18 so he didn't really need his parents, but still, he wanted to feel them too.

"And I will be there for you, baby," he said as he squeezed her hand. He wanted her to know that she could count on him too when she needed; not just he needed her deeply.

"Deal, then, Mrs. Rackham," he said with a short laugh. For a moment he imagined her in Cartwright, but shook off the idea immediately. It was far too early to even think the word 'marriage', and he still couldn't help but think if they got too fast by admitting their 'love'. He knew for his part that he loved her, but it was one of the strongest words and he just didn't want her to be heartbroken by it if things didn't turned out to be as they planned.

He chuckled softly. "More than happy, in fact. Overjoyed is barely describing it." He sighed happily and got straighter a bit to look at the candle. It was almost finished, and he had to fetch another soon.

"What would you like to do now, love? Stay here in this cold peace..?" They did heat each other up, though, as promised. Hehe.

Seeing the smile on his face only made Mina smile. She did love it when he smiled and she was on the receiving end of it. She would probably do all she could to continue that and that was why she needed to talk this his parents about things. She wasn't a fool to think that it didn't affect him that they didn't accept his dream. If maybe she could talk some sense into them, it would mean the world to him. She had to try at least try for him.

Nodding, she smiled. Of course, she knew that he would be there for her. The thought that he wouldn't be there had never really crossed her mind. Returning the squeeze with a tiny one, she smiled. "I know, handsome." It was nice to hear him tell her though, even as independent as she was and all.

"You know, I really could get used to you calling me Mrs." she smiled. It had a nice ring to it and all. They were still really young to even think about the real possibility that she would be a Mrs. Cartwright one day, but she did think about it and smile. They were still kind of moving fast with their relationship and all, but she did hope that it would last for a long time. She had given him her heart a long time ago, but she needed to be prepared for the worst as well. She was going to be 17 soon and she did still have most of her life ahead of her.

Letting out a small giggle, she looked up at him and smiled. "Overjoyed is nearly the perfect word really." It didn't completely describe how she did feel at the moment there with him, but it was a start. Straightening up herself, she leaned against him and noticed the candle as well. It was nearly done and then they would be in the darkness completely.

"I'm open to anything," she nodded. There wasn't much waiting for her back up in the towers at the moment. Well, maybe homework and reading. But being with Evan was more important to her at the moment and he was keeping her warm at the moment. "I can settle for the cold peace, but it's not all that cold with you warming me up right now."

"And I, to your calling me Mr.," Evan replied, matching her smile. It would be a harmless joke between them. None of them would take it seriously, and if someone did take it as real, they would just laugh.

He smiled inwardly and sighed happily when she said she was overjoyed as well. It was only after going through this phase of waiting that he noticed how he had actually worried of not getting the same sentence or feelings afterwards back. It really was a burden on heart, and he could clearly see why more men died of heart-related illnesses than women.

"Then you know what I'll suggest," he said, grinning. Football, of course, on ice it was even more fun. "But only if you want. I mean, I'm pretty fine with cuddling here with my love."

Mina shook her head and let out a small giggle. It would definitely be their little inside join. No one would really get it and think them strange, but the was okay with her. "Well then it is settled, Mr. Rackham." she teased. It was a pretty cool surname after all.

Leaning up to look at him, she smiled. "As much as I do enjoy this cuddle time, we can't hide away all day," she sighed. It would be fun and all to just stay hidden away from the rest of the castle, but they had things awaiting them out there. "Maybe just a moment longer, then we can go up and play in the snow." They hadn't had a proper play in the snow and she had a feeling that he would want to play some football as well. Who was she to stop him, if that was what he wanted.

Evan sighed as she pointed out it was probably the time to leave this perfect spot. She was right though. As much as he enjoyed the silence and privacy here with her, they did have to go to the world upstairs.

"Okay, if you say so," he agreed, standing up. He offered her his hand to get her up as well. "If we will play in the snow," as in, not on with a ball, "I have to change."

It seemed like it had been forever since she had properly spent time with Josh, and that just wouldn't do! She didn't really need to wait long for him to show up in the dungeons, and even if she really had noooo idea why he wanted to meet her here in particular, since he had voiced his opinion on the place before, the Slytherin girl wasn't complaining one bit.

Just when he showed up, Evelyn grinned mischievously and suddenly tugged him somewhere else where no other students, nor Professor, would walk across them unless they knew where they were. It was just them. Well, it better be just them...

Safely keeping the little box in his hand, Josh did his best just to think of only one thing when he was down to the dungeons which was not really hard to do since it was all his she-snake he had focused all his mind on. Yes, it was a known fact that he did not like the dungeons but he wanted it to be a place she would feel completely comfortable and since this place was the snakes' territory, it should have been where she was feeling good. And if she was feeling good, how he was feeling was not of importance.

Yet, to be honest, he was not expecting to be dragged into a slightly darker and seemingly deserted corridor by the girl herself the moment he had laid his eyes on her beautiful face. The expression on her face was all he needed to figure out what was going on anyway so nope, no one was complaining.

Leaning against the stone wall, he smirked back at her many thoughts and ideas coming with it. So, pulling her closer to himself some, looking into her eyes. No words could describe how much he had missed her. Even her presence.

Stopping just inside the passage way, Evelyn turned to back to the handsome Gryffindor, smirking just a bit more once he saw his. Wrapping her arms around his neck, playing with his hair at the nape of his neck somewhat, her smirk turned a bit more sweet instead as she shrugged her shoulders softly at the question he asked.

"It's alright." she muttered. "Though it just got a hundred times better." Grinning, she leaned up and kissed him lightly, thankful that there was an actual secret passage down here. Sure, she could do all her favorite things during the day like running, flying, messing with others, and lounging around with Poof while drawing, but Josh was like a strawberry in her opinion. Sweet, perfect, and made practically everything better.

Actually it was ten times better that they were in a rather deserted corridor since he did not want anyone to see why he wanted to meet her here when he was going to present it. He had been worrying about the safety of it for it had been said to be very precious...priceless to be exact as people had said. He had been hiding and keeping it for a while and now was the time to pass it, as he had decided a few days ago.

Enjoying the sight of her adorable smile, he wrapped his arms around her waist, of course still safely holding the little dark wooden box in one hand, as she did the same around his neck. So, her day had been good so far. That was...nice to know for he was not sure how the rest of her day was going to feel once he mentioned it. He had nothing to do but to hope for the best for her though.

''That's...'' he began but silenced in a sudden when she kissed him. Smiling for an instant he kissed her back gently...it was sweet but he needed to make it short just for now because he did not want to forget what he had been planning to tell her. She had that effect of totally taking his mind off on him. ''...great.'' so he completed his short comment about her day being good once pulling away.

''Rose...well...'' now it was the time to make this explanation. Maybe he was jumping on the topic too fast but...yes he was worrying about forgetting everything as his brain had already began sending the signals of being messed with by the all...emotions he had. ''...there's something.'' *epic pause* Yes, there was something. But he needed to explain what kind of a something there was, seeing there was always something everywhere and it did not make anything clear. ''Something i want to give you. It is something...''

Now, he had decided that the usage of the word 'something' should have been officially forbidden for him. Letting one of his arms free her, he brought the little wooden box at her sight. ''This. I mean. Not this. But the...what is in it.'' Pausing again, he closed his eyes for a moment and took a deelp breath. Seriously, what was so hard with that?
