What was that God-awful noise? It seriously sounded like a dying animal. Ellie wanted to find out. So she walked around the second floor, following the sound of the terrible noise. Ellie finally made it to the corridor and saw a couple people crowded together.

"What the hell was that screeching noise? Is someone dying down he-" Ellie froze when she saw that someone was actually putting on a one-man concert. And asking others to join in. Heh. Whoops.

Right that was it, Simon was annoyed now taking out the dungbomb that he had been saving for a Professor office he suddenly dropped it.

"BOOM" The dungbomb hit the floor and what a smell it made. "That for you all being so mean." Simon laughed, now did he want to run for it before a Professor came to see where the aweful smell was but saying that, it probably would then mean that they knew that it was him, if he stayed then maybe if a Professor came then no one would realise that it was him.

People had started to arrive and criticize the guys singing. It wasn't THAT bad. He just needed better lyrics. But obviously with everyone being so mean he got upset.

And dropped a dungbomb.

The smell stung his nose so bad he felt like it was on fire and Legend was instantly mad.

MAD. He reached forward and grabbed the younger boy by his robes basically dragging him over to whatever direction he wanted. "YOU. Don't be such a jerk." The whole hall was beginning to reek of the dungbomb, and Professor was bound to come soon. Or..."I'm taking you to Tate. We aren't all getting in trouble for your stupidity."

"Hey let go off me." Simon said trying to keep calm, surely there has got to be some sort of rule against dragging someone. "You won't get into trouble for the dungbomb, if a Professor comes I'll own up, I'm no coward." Simon decided he would give the guy a chance, if he didn't let him go he was going to scream his head off until a Professor came.

Legend looked at the boy, trying to decide if he would run or stay. Honestly, Legend didn't care if he got in trouble. That was just a jerk move trying to get other people in trouble. It wasn't THEIR fault if they were honest about his bad singing.

He let out a cough as the dungbomb invested air went through his lungs. "Whatever." He said giving the boy a hard shove agaisnt the wall before letting go. Turning Legend made his way down the steps, leaving the second floor. Let the Huffie deal with the Professors or run.

Sing along, not gonna happen. Before she even got a chance to respond to Simon someone came up and asked if someone was dying. Uh oh! She saw Simon's anger raise to 10 in a seccond. She then saw him take out what looked like a dung bombs. Chloe started running as fast as her legs could carry but it was too late. The bombs went off just as she turned a corner and the smell traveled fast. Chloe gagged as she ran even faster to get away. Man, Simon is such a dult, now I gotta take a shower and class is just 30 minutes away, great.

Josephina was needless to say NOT pleased when she entered the second floor corridor. She wasn't born yesterday and therefore was fully aware of the stench's source. Granted had she come sooner, she might have been able to prevent the dropping of the dungbomb, but it was ONLY singing and there wasn't really a crime to singing in the corridors. Even if the singing was poor and the song was made up, it didn't really matter, particularly as there wasn't a class around that it would really be disturbing. Except for the fact that it deterred her thinking patterns, but she was managing.

For five minutes. When it was decided that the person or persons were not quieting anytime soon, the brunette emerged from her office to go tell them to keep it down. That was when she was hit with the horrific odor. "Awwwgghhh!!" She winced, pinching her nostrils with one hand, as she looked around for the person who dropped it. Spotting a few loiterers nearby, she approached. "ALRIGHT, who was the wise guy to drop a dungbomb?" The Arithmancy Professor was NOT pleased and perhaps if they fessed up easily and with good reasons, she might consider lightening the punishment she had in mind.

Simon looked at the Professor. "That would be me." Simon said. "I did it because everyone was picking on me and annoying me." Simon was being truthfully there if the Professor had come earlier maybe she would have seen someone drag him around the corridor but she hadn't and he had run off now so there was nothing else he could say. "So Professor want me to come to your office?" Simon decided not to add so I can drop one in your office, he thought if he did that he could be in serious trouble so he just stood waiting to see what Professor Hadley had to say.

Well then again, it WAS a Hufflepuff, which in her experience, those particular housemates didn't try to evade stuff and even if they did, then they were poor at it. Honesty, of course was one of their core values too.

Well at least she got one thing going for her; she knew the Hufflepuff's name! Granted she was always pretty decent at learning people's names.... a talent that her sister always envied of her.

Sighing at the fourth year's answer, Josephina shook head. "Wrong. When you retaliate with a prank because someone is annoying you, it accomplishes nothing. The person is likely a bully and by pranking them with a joke item, they're likely still going to annoy you." She could tell he was suffering from the smell, but honestly, she didn't CARE. Perhaps it ought to teach him to NOT go setting things off on impulse. "Retaliation is tricky.... Ideally, if someone is bothering you, the best thing you should do is tell someone or even just tell them directy to 'knock it off'. As a Hufflepuff, you should be good with direct, blunt comments of the liking." Fina smiled at him.

Another sigh. "Despite your honesty in turning yourself in, Mr Simpson, your little retaliation is also going to cost you, as setting off dungbombs do go against Hogwarts rules. Ten house points. I hope you'll think next time, before you act, when someone is annoying you."

Simon made a mental note in his mind that next time he wouldn't get caught or just kick the idiot that was annoying him, because if he did want the Professor was saying it wouldn't help him do anything because they would still annoy him.

Simons was still trying to keep calm, as the Professor told him his punishment, last time he had let of a dungbomb it was only 3 points, Professor Hadley was mean, but he wanted to get away so he just nodded. "Anything else Professor?"

Ellie was just kinda... standing there. Watching the two of them talk. She was biting her lip. She certainly felt bad for saying that his singing sounded terrible, but in her defense, she had no idea it was someone singing until she saw it!

GUH, she couldn't take the guilt.

"Professor... It's kind of my fault that he threw the dungbomb. I sort of... insulted his singing." She cut in, looking at Hadley. Of course, so did other people, but since no one else was claiming some guilt, Ellie felt inclined to.

"AndIfeelreallybad." Ellie mumbled quietly, looking back at Simon. "Sorry."

Josephina nodded, clearly content with his response. She was about to wave her wand to make the stench dissipate slightly, as with dungbombs, unfortunately only time would truly help the air, but her thought process was interrupted by two girls.

Rude much? And to do so, snap, as she did right in front of a professor??! Daring, even for a Slytherin. "Ahem." She coughed lightly, trying to call the girl back. "Three points from Slytherin, for disrespect of your peer, as well as a professor." Because even though she wasn't on the receiving end, it was still disrespectful for such petty behavior in front of a professor.

Sighing, she thought teenagers before affixing her gaze toward another girl.

She was so cute and honest, Josephina wondered for a brief second why the girl hadn't been sorted into Hufflepuff. Kindred spirit, perhaps, as the girl seemed to fit into both houses like herself.

Did the girl want her to take points or something? Is that why she was fessing up? She felt guilty because Simon lost ten points for his house and she should have taken some of those? Tilting her head in confusion, she blinked a few times trying to make sense of it. Nothing.

Teenage girls obviously still were confusing, kindred spirits or not. "Oh. I ... thank you."

Sebastian was wandering around as usual, walking up to the second floor corridor, pacing around as he listened to his muggle iPod. He nodded his head to the beat as he walked around, wondering if he would find any friends up here or any new friends. Or...girls. Hah. Wink, wink.

Fallon took a seat in a window sill. It was her natural reaction every time she saw an open one. She was only on the second floor, but she was too lazy to walk up the stairs any more. She let out a sigh as she leaned her head back against the sill and pulled her knees up towards her. Fallon looked out over the grounds letting her emotions overtake her.

Things had just been so crazy for her lately that she didn't know what to do anymore. She needed to talk to someone about Finn, but Iris was against it so that ruled her out. She needed an unbiased person. But she also needed to feel comfortable talking to that person. Fallon let out another sigh as she rested her forehead against the glass.

James had a sweet smile on his face. Why? He had no idea and he really felt like busting out in sing some tunes. Why? No idea. He was just out of it today. His first day at Hogwarts and he was just plain weird right now and out of his element.

He hoped that she wasn't going to be rude to him if he said something to her. So now what was he going to say to her? He didn't know. He waited a couple of seconds before he spoke. "It must be really boring for you to hear me rambling about the States." James said.

Nika was walking around the second floor looking for something to do. Anything to do. She remembered just then that she had something she needed to get done for DADA. So she bent down and touched her toes. Over and over again.
