Looking back to Jai, she frowned... "This is getting out of hand."

While this didn't make any sense, there were things between the two of them that Rafe would have to answer for...but that wouldn't be today. Marilyn was beyond tiffed...and they did NOT need to open that argument in front of this other guy. It was private... "Rafe...please..."

Marilyn recognized a dark energy growing in the room and frowned. Simply looking upon the Gryffindor, one would not see the underlining mystery...but now? It was swamping him. Rafe had been right. Jai's aura was all over the place...and it felt like it was suffocating her.
Marilyn, having grown up in a tradition pureblood family, knew quite a bit about the Dark Arts. She was a Malfoy after all...and Malfoys were known for the involvement during the years of Voldemort.
Looking upon Jai now, Marilyn felt a little disgusted. He'd been holding her earlier, letting the Slytherin cry on his shoulder...and this was what was hiding underneath? "De este modo, finalmente vemos sus colores verdaderos." Yea, that boy-next-door, attractive thing was a brilliant front...or maybe something he'd suppressed. Either way, it sent a shiver straight down her spine.

Rafe had spent many of times there before he came to Hogwarts and he most certainly hadn't forgotten the language nor the people who came from there. Many powerful witch and wizard were from there. And if he was anything like the powerful witch Circe, he most certainly wasn't to be trusted. Jai dropped his grin and said, "What games do you speak of? My mother always told me not to play with my food.", with that he flashed white teeth. He laughed and said, "Even though I don't eat humans."
He started to clap before he said, "Very nice. Not that I care about what she likes. I don't know her nor do I know you?
He began growing wary of them both and felt the urge to dispose of them both but decided against it. When Rafe translated Greek he smiled, "Xérete ti̱n archaía glóssa."' You know the ancient language.' "Then you know I am Greek and that I am not to crossed in the wrong direction. Now stay away from me Rafe or will know just how Greek I am." He turned his gaze to Marilyn with the sweetest of smiles as his eyes softened, "I hope you feel better now that much has come to light. And I will keep my word of not telling the whole school that you cried today."
Jai rolled his shoulders back and said, with a friendly smile, "It was lovely meeting you both. Stay out of trouble now and that means making me angry and threatening my safety." Quote:

Marilyn, having grown up in a tradition pureblood family, knew quite a bit about the Dark Arts. She was a Malfoy after all...and Malfoys were known for the involvement during the years of Voldemort.
Looking upon Jai now, Marilyn felt a little disgusted. He'd been holding her earlier, letting the Slytherin cry on his shoulder...and this was what was hiding underneath?

Rafe almost burst out laughing with his food comment. Who does this guy think he is. Rafe focused for a moment of all his anger, a way to control it and focus it in one area. He closed his eyes and kept his mouth closed tight...tomorrow would be a full moon so surely a little preview would be easy to develop. "You might not eat humans," he growled before opening his eyes, "But my kind has been known to do so!" Rafe's eyes were almost solid black and he flashed his teeth and his upper and lower canines were longer and sharp. "You're the one that should stay away from me," he growled and stepped in front of Marilyn like a shield. He didn't know what this Jai character was capable of but he certainly didn't want her hurt or getting in the middle of it. "I'm familiar with your people and advise you not to travel too far north from Greece or you'll be entering my territory and no dark magic will protect you there." He growled again when he made a snarky comment towards Marilyn. Rafe shook his sleeve and his wand came falling out and into his hand. "I suggest you leave now!"
