Caroline smiled when she seen her blushing. It reminded her of when she had first met Carter. She took and sip of her tea and took a small piece of coffee cake. "Me too! That was a close one."

"Yeah I do think you two would make a cute couple." She smiled. "When I was over at your house that day, rememeber? How did you guys meet?" She asked her, it was always fun to find out about how girls and guys meet, and such.

Kyle blushed when Caroline repeated she did think they would be a cute couple - and how it was at the party. Ah, yes she had blushed and acted quite 'odd' when Simon had arrived. Blushing, she smiled and looked over to Caroline.

"Well I'm glad you didn't get hurt - and its actually rather a funny story" she smiled, blushing as she remembered how they had met. "We met in the library last year at the end of term" she began pausing momentarily because of nerves reliving the moment was kind of embarrassing.

"He was, well in the library studying for finals - and I was just heading to find a table, and all of a sudden WHAM i'm on the floor ontop of the books" she admitted with a laugh, come to think of it, the whole situation was rather hilarious. "And then he asked if I was okay - and we studied together" she admitted with a smile. "He was really nice - asked if I was okay an everything" she smiled at the end of retelling the tale.

"But we ended up really getting to know each other this summer - ran into each other in Diagon Alley - luckily for me, not literally into each other." She chuckled, running a hand through her hair. "Day before the party we ended up having ice cream together and just chatting - found out we had loads in common"

Caroline ate her cake and drank her tea. She listen to Kyle as she explain the story of how her and Simon met. she finished off the last bit of cake. That was a sweet story. "Aww that's cute!" She smiled. They had met in the libaray and hung on in Diagon Alley as was as at her party. She didn't really noticed much how he acted around her. Bad friend, that she was being. That's what friends were for right? "How does it act around you?"

Kyle blushed yet again as Caroline said it was cute, painful maybe, but cute? She hadn't thought of it that way herself, not yet that is. "Thanks, and I have to say I haven't noticed really" Kyle admitted shocked at her own naivety. "I forgot to check - I was too focused on not doing something stupid - but all I can say is he's really nice to me" she smiled. Her little cheeks still bright pink - but she looked happy, very happy right then. "Now i've atleast told someone - its not like i'm going to blurt it out in a room full of Strangers...or Gryffindors" she added as a last touch that would be embarrassing.

Caroline smiled. She seem very happy when she talked about him. All she wants is for her friends to be happy. Oh, so she hadn't noticed, She need to be her lookout, next time she seen them together. "That's good. It's always important to have a guy that is nice to you." Caroline had had too many guys that were not to nice to her, but Carter was very good to her and nice. Caroline nodded, that was so true, "That's what friends are for. That would be bad." She smiled. Hey wait a minute Simon was in Gryffindor she knew that, and the quidditch captain. She had this vision of her and Kyle watching Gryffindor practices together and cheering for their boys during matches. It was a funny picture, if Carter made the team, which she knew he would, they'd have to do it. "So what are you going to do about it?" She asked her getting straight to the point.

"Yeah it is good - and I'm glad you have someone nice" Kyle smiled, Carter seemed like a good guy really. "What am I going to do about it, I don't know - nothing yet...I'm going to wait it out." Kyle nodded slightly, "you know me something will probably start out of nothing - I really think the best relationships start from friendships so - maybe being a good friend would be a help...and I don't know, sometimes I like people because they are nice to me," she admitted with a chuckle.

That wasn't the case with her ex-Alex. "Did I ever tell you about my ex-boyfriend Alexandre Francois Austin the Third" she asked, making her voice sound exta 'snobby' as she said the name. "He was horrible - ended up telling me he'd hex me if I didn't date him - after that he became nice - and then a jerk again...he was okay, I hated him though after a while" she admitted softly the only other persons she'd told of Alex was Stella - and that was because Stella had known him seeing they'd both transfered from Beauxbaton and he'd been a student there. "I broke it off with him and he said he rather have dated a goat than me after I'd broken it off with him - honestly, he was an idiot...but I just want to make sure he's not like Alex" she admitted her tone suddenly soft. "I don't think he is though - he doesn't seem haughty or pigheaded really" she twirled a section of hair absent mindedly as she spoke trying to avoid the repercussions of the topic she'd brought up no one knew of Alex - he was the past and that was where he would stay.

Caroline nodded. It was nice to have someone nice. She had never too much boyfriends that were nice to her. But then there had been one or two that she wasn’t very nice to either. She smiled as she told her that she would just wait it out and see where it went from there. That sounded like a good idea. That pretty much how her and Carter started. He had asked her to go to the tea party with him last term and it just worked itself out after that. “I know that you being a good friend will help out. I do hope you guys get together. And soon.” She could see why anyone that knew Kyle would like her she was so sweet and nice. And a great friend.

“No, you haven‘t” Holy cow what a name. She listen as she told her about Alexandre Francois Austin the Third her ex boyfriend. He sounded terrible. “That jerk.” She nodded again. “Simon seems to be nice guy, I don‘t think he would be like that too you.”

Kyle immediately felt like hugging Caroline - she was a good friend, a really good friend. "Aw I kind of hope we work out as well even if its you know only temporary and everything - seeing, it is seventh year and all" she remarked softly.

"And honestly Alex was horrid but - I got past him, and yeah can I just say there are some ridiculous name's at Beauxbaton's his wasn't even that ridiculous" she remarked with a laugh. "And thanks, really, hey I've got a question do you want to investigate the ship with me later?" She asked excitedly after all there were students currently climbing aboard as they spoke there.

Caroline grinned. Kyle was funny sometimes. "You know, my brother that got married over the summer, him and Sarah, his wife, got together there fifth year, and look at them their married." In fact they had been having a long distance relationship for two years. He was in Twain and she was in Vancover. "You never know it could go on after Hogwarts." She grinned and wiggled her eyebrows and gave a little giggle.

THE SHIP!? Yes of course she wanted to go explore the ship. "Yes, that would be so much fun. She had been wanting to go explore it since the night of the start of term feast. Now there were students getting on board. "I' suppose to meet a friend later. But how about after that?"

Kyle couldn't help but giggle and laugh not only because of how embarrassed she was with what Caroline had said - it was sweet really, still none the less. But, it was also because of that little eyebrow wiggle and giggle she had given her in return. "Well we'll have to wait and see then won't we" she smirked back to Caroline the light happiness and laughter shining through her eyes, and laugh, and smile.

"Oh wicked! Of course we can do it later - how about when the lovely frightening Professor Vindictus gives the actual go-ahead" she smiled over to her. Yes, Kyle didn't want to get killed with glares - or literally, or have the poor sorting hat yelled at about her being ill fit for Ravenclaw... that happened too many times last term already. "He scares me sometimes - not as much as Jacob Blunt but...enough to make me not want to lose house points" which was probably the point. Come to think of it that was brilliant.

Caroline laughed along with Kyle. "We will have to wait and see." She nodded.Woohooo. The ship they we're going to explore the ship later. hehe They could act like they were pirates. Arrr matey. Was there something in this tea or treats? Caroline was acting a little too goofy than normal.

Professor V, huh? Oh the fun. I kid. I kid. He scares all. Right? She nearly dropped her tea cup again.Jacob scared her. Caroline didn't really know him, She just remembered being locked up in the broomshed with him and what seemed like twenty other people flocking over the two muggle kids last term. "He scares you? Why?" She asked. suddenly she remembered something. The person that scared her was so one they both knew, "That cousin of ours scares me." She snorted, yep there had to be something in the tea. She was going off the deep end, or totally losing it. either one or both.

Kyle didn't know it then, but she and Caroline had shared similar thoughts - about pretending to be pirates that is. Because after all, pirates were cool all tough, and swashbuckling - and you know just really cool.

"Which one Jacob or Vindictus?" Kyle asked with a laugh knowing full well she was talking about Jacob. "Remember when the muggles were here last term - well, he still has the sword that he threatened them with." She explained as she took a sip of the tea. She barely heard the next bit about the cousin and nearly spit her tea out. Someone felt the same way about Hannah? She thought laughing.

"Atleast your not in the same house as her - I have to say, Katra is personally easier for me to handle...french and all" she explained with a laugh, but if she were talking about Katra she would try and understand. "Oh do you mean the french-slytherin one?" she asked with a laugh.

Caroline's tea giggles were now finally. Thank Merlin. "Acutually Both. Yeah I was there, That makes since now." Why she was scared of him actually thanking about it now so was she.

She laughed. The two were in the same house what a shame. Too bad they didn't share the same house. "Katra? I like her. She's nice." She finished up her tea. Welll more like gloped it down she was ready to go explore the ship. "Well I think its time to go explore the ship, don't you?" She grinned.

When Caroline said she liked Katra Kyle couldn't help but smile, she personally didn't consider the other cousin a full cousin since...well, she freaked her out sometimes...yeah, weird ones. Always got into her house. So Brilliant.

No, that was mean. She was going to be nice - but she didn't want to be nice to clingy girls....humph. Then she heard the words ship and her ears perked.

"I'm so there - and YES, I want to explore the darn ship it seems so cool so, antique!" she giggled, placing the cup down, nearly breaking it...eh the room would fix it. It was the room of Requirement she realized with a chuckle. "Lets go then!" She smiled, walking to the door, and opening it nice thing was people couldn't see them if they didn't know of the room right now. Brilliant.

So back at the room of Requirement, Heather mentally told herself. It was good to be back again, really. She had a feeling this would be the perfect spot to open her packages first before heading back tot he common room.

Oh right. this morning, she had received two big packages. One big one wrapped badly and the other was a box that smelled of Brownies. It wasn't her grandmother's brownies, she knew. The note indicated it was from Camellia her sister and was to be shared with her friends, that was why there were so many.

the second package was badly wrapped-an indication she knew it belonged to her father. Scribbled on the note was a message both from her parents. She quickly read it and grimaced; but she opened this package first.

It was a brand new strange-looking violin. She sighed. Her father always picked the strangest looking things, thinking they were cute, but the Violin sure is pretty.

"well then, let's test this out if it sounds good." she said, stood and picked the violin. Assuming position, she started a song she'd always play when practicing.

after playing the song, Heather smiled at herself. She hasn't lost her touch at playing the violin even though it had been quite a long time, and this violin was in tune, meaning, it was working. "That felt good. I should send mom and dad a message of thanks." she said to herself.

Connor was pacing back and forth at the room or requirement, trying to figure out how to tell Kurumi how he felt when he heard some SA-WEET music and he was like I NEED to know where that music is coming from I haven't practiced in weeks and I need to play a guitar and sing! Suddenly a door appeared and he went in. "Wow Heather tthat was awesome! Could I jam with you, I want to try a new song I wrote for Kurumi."

Heather stopped and looked around. It was Connor, had he heard her? Of course he did, he wouldn't be complementing you if he didn't.

"Big bro!" she said, putting on a smile, though her cheeks were very flushed pink. "T-thanks..." Had connor noticed how weird her violin looked? WEll, it did sound good. Looks like her parents sent her a really good birthday gift this year. then Connor mentioned about trying a new song. Wait, he played music as well?

"Of course, Big bro, i would love to jam with you." she answered. Well, making music with friends seemed a better fit. It sounded really fun. "If it's for Kurumi, it must be so special, I'd like to hear it." she added. True, If it's for her bestie, it would be really good; she'd do anything to make anything for Kurumi very very special. "What instrument do you play, Big bro?" she asked.

Dani went into the RoR to try and get some fashion drawing done- she peeked in and noticed Connor and a friendly looking girl. She went in, pushing back her blonde curls as she approached them. Sending across a friendly wave, she walked over with her sketch book under her arm, she sighed as some magazine clippings fell out, dropping the book so she could pick them up. "Hey" she said softly as she looked up at both of them, flashing her usual smile at Connor.

Then another girl approached them. "H-hello..." She said shyly, putting her violin away, as if hiding it behind her back. it did look a little..unique for a violin.

Dani smiled at the girl warmly in her usual friendly way- "I'm Dani" she said softly as she stood back up and gathered all her stuff back into her sketchbook. She wondered why the girl had put away her instrument, which it was by the looks of things. "Why are you putting that away? You should play it!" she asked curiously as she kept a hold on her book, which had a pretty collage full of fashion magazine pictures on the front, people she had to admit she aspired to be like.

"H-hi, Dani." Heather smiled. "N-nice t-to meet you...I-I'm Heather." she said, trying to put on a smile. Well , Dani does look like a REALLY NICE person.

But she noticed she was hiding her violin "oh...uhm...it's just...just...just that...m-my dad sent me...a str-strange-looking violin....b-but i l-like it." she said, showing it to Dani. "W-would you like to listen to m-my practice song?" she asked and assumed her position once more and played her practice song.

Heather felt really nervous as she played, but hearing her violin caled her nerves down a bit once more, so she let herself immerse in music. When she was done, she bowed down in reflex. She always bows down when finishing a piece in front of an audience. then she shot back up, blushing. "H-how is it?" she asked.

"It's nice to meet you too!" Dani said in reply kindly as she sat down and watched Heather.
She admired the violin, yes it was strange looking- but she liked it. It was unique. She liked unique things.
"I like it too. It's pretty cool" she reassured Heather as she tapped her fingers a little on her sketchbook.
When Heather asked if she'd like to hear her play, Dani nodded enthusiastically- "Of course I would!" she said as she looked up and watched Heather begin to play.
The song was beautiful and Heather was really rather good at playing it!
She clapped at the end and smiled reassuringly at Heather. "Wow! That was good! Really good!" she said with a quick nod. She played the piano excellently- not that she really told anyone about that though. She was kinda shy about it.

"I play the drums and the guitar and I sing." He said softly. He shouldered his guitar strap and began set up the amplifier and microphone. He looked up and saw Dani.
There she went with that smile again. How had she gotten in, the ROR was set up for music! The room of requirement gave the person what they needed and the only way he could think of that she had gotten in was that she had stated in her pacing that she needed to see him or something. That was really Irritating, he gave her a polite nod but he really wanted to rehearse. He was just about to strike a chord when....


He clapped for Heather again and walked over to her and hugged her. He would have a talk with Dani later about following him around, but for now, as Kaishu says, if you have a ready-made audience, might as well perform and so he did, striking a chord he started the Intro for Sleepwalker. He leaned in close to the microphone and closing his eyes he began to sing.

When that song was over he decided to sing one he and The Winged Horsemen were working on for an album they were planning of famous covers. He dragged a stool over and played the chorus as the intro before he again leaned in to sing though he introduced the song. "That was Sleepwalker and this song is called Tracks of My Tears." He closed his eyes again and began to Sing. This song described best how he felt inside when he could not talk to Kurumi about his feelings.

"Tha-thanks..." Heather said, blushing at Dani's praise and then Connor hugged her. She smiled at her big bro for the gesture. It sure made her less nervous about performing now.

Then she set back and watched Connor play. Wow, he was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. He really was. He played like a big superstar.

when Connor was done, she went and praised him

"W-wow big bro! You're sooo cool! You're so like a rockstar!" she said.

Dani clapped for Connor- he was good, real good- and he knew it, he was such a rock star already and she was proud of him. She looked around the room, wondering why she'd walked down here with her book, she never had done before, it couldn't have been because of Connor, she hadn't known he was here. She smiled when she saw the piano nearby. "My turn" she said softly as she headed towards the piano. "I guess I should play you guys something" she said softly- knowing what she was going to play... and sing.
"Forgive me... If I sound a bit... nervous. I don't do this very often in front of people..." she said softly as she started to play Adele's beautiful song. It was emotional, sad but perfect.
Once she had done playing the last few bars, she stopped slowly and looked up at Connor and Heather- blushing slightly- she hoped she'd sounded it alright and not awful. "Yeah... It's one of my favourites" she said with a shy smile.
