Because the Flying professor Vindictus took over Herbology last term Riley hadn't been down here at all lsat year. Walking along the path to the little office like area he remembered the disappearance of the last Herbology Professor and looked at the Greenhouses nearby. Maybe he was in there being digested by the plants that ate him....

Shaking his head of that thought, for he could always ponder it later, he walked to the office door and knocked, eager to see the new plant-food Professor.

*whistle*

Jim wasn't one to .... visit professors. He just wasn't. He wasn't a suck up, he didn't generally care enough about his grades to try to build a rapport with the school staff, and generally he preferred to do as little extra work as possible and drawing attention to himself wasn't a good way to ensure that happened.

But... he was here. Not quite able to stay away and generally wanting to KNOW if there'd be a halfway decent Herbology professor for his NEWT year. Not that Vindictus hadn't... well he just wasn't a Herbology dude, you know? Right.

Jim eyed Riley as he approached and nodded warily, thinking up excuses for being here if the other boy asked. In the meantime he knocked and waited.

And so Seren heard some knocking...






Seren opened the door to find a Gryffindor and a Ravenclaw, how nice of them to visit. Smiling she took a step back, gesturing for them to enter with a neat flourish of her hand.
"Please come in, how can I help you gentlemen today?" she asked.

Epic. They hadn't had to wait for too long. Jim went on in, waiting until he was inside before he answered the question.

Riley was standing a bit behind Jimmy as they waited for the office door to be opened and he was staring at him, wondering what he was going to do down here. He didn't have much time before the woman opened the door and ushered them in.

Great, manners, quickly opens the doors for guests that was a good start for Riley. He followed in after the Ravenclaw.

Hannah Knock on the door she sat on the bench and just waited.she turn on her Ipod and put on a pair of heels.

Nika skipped towards the door. She couldn't wait to meet her new professor. She had practically screamed when she found out that the flying teacher wasn't going to teach herbology anymore. Thank Merlin for that because he was an awful teacher. Needs to stick to flying that one. Nika knocked on the door three times as she stood waiting.

Kyle Manning walked to the Herbology Professor's door, taking a deep breath she sighed. She was nervous - and shy all at the same time. Taking up her hand she slowly knocked on the door.

She was nervous, scared, and calm all at the same time.

Jacob made his way down to the ground. He was having way to many break periods and needed to fill it up with something. There was no reason to nap for 5 whole periods in one day... and there was no point in spending so much time working on strategies. So He'd have to take another class. Herbology.

Jacob finally found the new professors office... he had to admit, he'd never been here before. Jacob approached the wooden door, and gave a quick knock, before stepping back.

Wait... Why was he doing this? Come on Jacob! You still got a chance... Make a break for it. theres no reason to take up Herbology again! You can do Potions or something... but Herbology?! Think! Bushes? No To Prickly... come on! Just Run!

But Jacobs legs weren't moving... he stayed put at the door. and him mind was the only thing running.

The door slowly swung open on its hinges, making a small creaking noise as it went. Seren's eyes grew wide as she took in the sight of four students waiting in front of her office... four... four!

It was very nice of them to all come and visit her, she only hoped that she could assist them all... considering how many of them there were.
Smiling she looked from one fresh face to the next.
"Please come inside, pull up a stool and help yourself to some tea... I'm afraid theres not a great deal of room inside but we should still be comfortable, unless of course you'd rather wait and discuss matters privately."

Its fine with me Professer B she said with a smile.I dont have to to talk you about anything pratively she said with a smile.

William knocks on the professor's door.

Seren had been finishing off some paper work when she heard a knocking at her door. Setting the pile aside she wandered over to the door.
A small gryffindor stood outside.

"Hello there, please do come in", she said smiling down at him, gesturing for him to enter her office.
She really did enjoy meeting the students.

Oakey came to the Office of Professor Bentley. He had just gotten out of the Hospital Wing and decided he'd better get this done and over with. Bentley had wanted to see both the Crazy Captain and him after their squabble they had by the Whomping Willow that quickly found it's way to the Greenhouses. If She and Mr.Stryker hadn't intervened Oakey might have been plant food.

It was weird having his burns and broken wrist healed. It almost felt like it never happened. But it did and Oakey would have nightmares of that night.

He quietly knocked on the door twice then sat down on the bench.

And so there was another knock on the door and yet another sudent waiting to see her. Opening the door she peered down at the young Hufflepuff. The boy they called Oakey, she had been expecting him.
"Master Gunter, please do come in. Good to see you're all healed up."
And now to hear his side of events.
"Please take a seat", she added gesturing to the stools in front of her desk.

William wiped his feet before coming in her office. "Would you prefer I take my shoes off like Japanese style?" William asked the professor.

Seren smiled, such a polite young man.
"Oh that's not necessary, but if it makes you feel more comfortable then feel free to", she said allowing him to enter.

" Thank you professor" William told her.

Simon wanted to thank the Professor for a wonderful first lesson and he also wanted to know if she had any books he could lend on Herbology so he could find out what he wanted to do when he was older, saying that he could always do both because he would need something to fall back on when he retired from Quidditch.

Knock Knock

Simon knocked on the door now all he had to do was wait for the Professor to come and hopefully it wouldn't be long, he was starting to get hungry.

After hours of labouring over old expedition notes, and rifling through personal documents and important papers, Seren allowed herself to sink into her seat. Her posture resembling that of the average teenage boys... oh how she loathed it. And of course she couldn't sit like that for long.

She had just thought to put on a pot of tea when there was a knocking at her door.

Sigh...

Still she should get it, it could be important.

After setting down the pot of tea, Seren strode over to her office door and swung it open on its hinges. It omitted a faint screach. Mmm she'd have to oil that one soon.

"Ahh... Master De Simpson, come in," she said smiling at the young Hufflepuff that was standing at her door.

Simon ran upto the Professors door and knocked, hopefully she was going to be in, the Slytherin Girl had a nasty cough and Simon was sure she didn't want to go to the Nurses office, because if she did she would have gone already.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK.

"Professor are you in there?" Simon said to the door. "I really need you."

Seren was halfway through marking the homeowrk assignment she had set for Herbology when she was interupted by a frantic knocking at her door and the clearly concerned voice of Simon DeSimpson.

Swiftly, she rose from her seat and made her way to the door... she hoped nobody had been fed to the Snargaluff.

"Master DeSimpson... is there something the matter?" she asked, looking down at the boy. He looked a little puffed out... had he run to her office?

"Professor a Slytherin Girl is ill and she doesn't want to go to the hospital wing so I was hoping you could make her see sence." Simon said whilst also trying to get his breath back, he wasn't sure if she was faking it our not but well you had to be careful didn't you. "Professor please come on to the pathways." And with that being said he had run off hoping the Professor was following.

As quickly as the boy had appeared he was gone. Something about an ill Slytherin girl? Well she couldn't ignore that. After summoning her cloak and some vials from her draw she locked her door and conjured a sign on the front.

And with that Seren hurried off after DeSimpson.
