Sitting on his desk, his eyes on his feet with which he drew random patterns in the air, Jeremy patiently waited for the first few students to arrive for his lesson. His first lesson of the term. He hoped to see many new faces and just as many returning. Well, he was going to know soon.
Behind him on the simple blackboard he had written his name and the subject he was teaching:

Eino let out a deep sigh and sank on his chair as he heard the same lovey-dovey boring story over and over and over again by different people. Where's all the dragon slaying and sword fighting? Muggles were so boring. If that was the point of today's lesson then Eino had already gotten to it. Eino had never heard these stories or other fairy tales. He had grown up reading Arthurian legends and other medieval tales instead, which were much more interesting than a woman as white as snow who hadn't learned that one shouldn't talk to strangers or accept their candies. He sad quietly, hoping that the next tale would involve something other than a man with magical saliva.
Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.
Hmm Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs hadn't there been a really really really really old movie on this once. I think it has something to do with a talking mirror, a beautiful servant girl, a queen with a poisonous apple, seven dwarfs that like to sing, and a typical prince who saves the girl in the end. This was Oakey's abridged version of the tale. It was a REEEEEAAAALLY old film on it, but it was originally written by some guys named the Grime Brothers or something like that.

Anasta Liora Riddle could write here as difficult to communicate by noxious dwarfs, how I was surprised by the fact that Snow White is tied to the snow and it's not a coincidence. But testy things with a long history, yet True Love Kiss when seven dwarfs whould have been transformed in Odin and a pair of standstill in the oncoming hug and heartfelt (theatrically well-rehearsed kiss)
:: Ganymede decided to spend sometime working on her DADA assignment. One of the parts was singing to an acquaintance once a week. Well, there were several acquaintances in this room.
So, Ganymede raised her hand and sang (similar to the muggle tune of 'Climb Every Mountain')
"Oh Dear Professor.. I found something strange... Snow White's Queen wanted her heart and the warlock wanted a heart as well... he was a hairy warlock.. tra la la.."
She then returned her now blushing face to the safety of her crossed arms that laid across her desk. ::

Neptune hadn't been jazzed about classes at ALL. Since Jake was gone and was no longer with Neptune, she just... WHO would she sit with???
So of course, Muggle Studies was the only class that made since to attend and console herself with.
It didn't end up being disappointing at ALL.
Professor Z was talking about KISSING. KISSING. *SWOOOOOOOOOOOON* And FAIRY TALES.
Her chin was resting in her palm, elbow propped on the desk, and Neptune Bott GAZED at the Professor.
KISSING. True love and KISSING. "I volunteer to re-enact any parts you may need, Professor." JUST SAYING. *SWOOOOON* Neptune hadn't been in that class (WHY??? WHY????), but.... she was on point and listening now.
Re-enact any parts y- WHAT?! Jeremy just stared at Neptune for a moment, his brow slightly furrowed. What was she talking about?! Was she implying they should re-enact the supposed True Love's Kiss from Snow White?

Shaking his head slightly he continued to stare at her for a moment before allowing the corners of his lips to curl up into an amused grin. "I'll...keep that in mind." Yes, since she had been so nice to volunteer and all. For whatever.

She would have either been grossed out by his kiss or have been miserable for the rest of her life because he refused to marry her.

Nodding and smiling at all the people who had provided the class with the story of Snow White, Jeremy's head jerked around as he heard somebody mentioning vampires. "I'm sorry...?!" Was his automatic reaction, assuming he must have heard the girl wrong.
If not then she had just seriously said that Snow White was a vampire who later on tortured the Queen with hot iron shoes. Yes, exactly. He must have heard that wrong.

"It seems that this whole 'True Love's Kiss' thing is just the romantic version of something else. It's not real after all. It wouldn't work." Hopefully nobody would start to faint or run out of the classroom in tears now or both now. They did know it wasn't real, right?

Kurumi suddenly had a rather morbdi thought deal with this whole True Love's Kiss notion and she timidly raised her hand. "P-P-Professor," she said with a frown already on her face. "D-Do you suppose the idea of True Love's Kiss came from someone witnessing the effects of a love potion?" She hated to admit it, but that did seem like the logical thing. A non-magical person falling for another in the instant of a kiss seemed almost too good to be true. Kurumi still wanted to believe that it existed, of course, what young girl wouldn't?
She then thought a bit more. "In the fairy tale of Cinderalla, the fairy godmother transforms a pumpkin into a carriage and mice into footmen and horses. She also changes Cinderella's clothing into a beautiful ballgown. That seems to be several different forms of Transfiguration."

She agreed with Rose, but didn't want to repeat what Rose had just said....
"Well," Eino began with his hand raised, "it is said that the prince instantly falls in love with her so she must be a veela or a nymph or something..." If she was dead, how was he going to fall in love with her instantly? Either she was a magical being herself or had some similar charm put on her. Either way, she didn't seem like she was a muggle, and didn't seem to be a witch. Plus, the story had other magical creatures, like the dwarfs, so maybe snow white was a magical creature too. That would explain why they all got along so well, they were all some time of creature. Maybe.

"Cinderella?" Had that been mentioned before? She wasn't sure. Maybe she should stop doodling. Maybe. "The fairy god mother used magic to give her a dress and an ride to the ball... but the spell only lasted til midnight. Could be proof that the person who wrote the book came across a witch. Maybe a witch that wasn't well versed in transfiguration spells since the spells only lasted for so long." Arya belatedly raised her hand.

Oh! Oakey had a good one for this .In a story called Beauty and the Beast an old hag turns out to be a beautiful woman and when a charming but stupid prince turns her away for her looks she turns him into a fearsome Beast. The Beautiful woman also said he would not change back until He could truly love with that same love being returned.Granny Gunter had told him this tale when he was little. Could the Author of this tale have come across some magic?
There was more to the tale but Oakey wanted to claim this one as his answer before anybody else. So he left out the juicy parts.

There's also fairies in that story too if I remember correctly. At least that's what my friends always said when I was little Professor." Elise was trying to remember all the stories her friends had said their parents told them. Too bad she didn't pay much attention to the details when she was younger. She had always found that idea of true love and fairy tales for fools and simpletons.

Isobel thought back to all the fairy tales she knew. Then she thought of one that she had head, but didn't know very well. "Professor, there's one called Rumpelstiltskin." She was glad he hadn't asked them to write it down; she could never spell that. "He...spins straw in to gold." That was what he did, wasn't it? She hoped she hadn't gotten that wrong.
Fairytales? In school? YES!!! Emmy's hand shot up in the air. She considered herself to be the master of fairytales. "In Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Princess and the Frog, and Snow White there are all sorts of transfigurations. And in Alice in Wonderland there's a talking rabbit which could somehow be related to a magical creatures. There are also stories involving mermaids, dragons, and centaurs. Then there is Rapunzel, who must have had a spell placed on her to make her hair sooo long." Emmy took a deep breath. "So many muggle fairytales are related somehow to actual things, meaning that the authors must have, at one time or another, had some sort of connection to our world." Phew. She leaned back in her chair, satisfied with her knowledge of stories, even if she was too old for them now.

Actually, Zookara, you just lost many points in Treyen's cool list. Clearly, Mr. Stryker was number one thanks to this horrifying topic they were now discussing or had discussed in class.
The Hufflepuff Prefect was eying the door, and pretty much trying to calculate what were his odds of being caught leaving the class without permission, but the door was just TOO far away...unless...unless...he could change seats many times and THEN get out.
It was too much work, better to keep listening to this...love and kiss stuff.
Yet, regardless of his disapproval, the boy raised his hand, "Well, there's 'The Little Mermaid'," he said, before continuing, "Besides focusing on merpeople, which are Magical Beings to us, the mermaid drinks a potion to make her human...," now THAT was the Lafay part, "...and, eh, the original version ends differently than the movie one," how did he know, eh? "But the main plot remains the same, as the Prince she fell in love with needs to...give her...a true love kiss, or whatever...," he was shifting rather uncomfortably in the chair, and he may have been blushing, "...so she could remain human or something like that," he was getting dizzy trying to explain it, "Another kind of magic, I suppose." Yeah, he was talking about the kiss. That was another kind of magic, in all fairy tales.

"Right!" Legend said with a grin. Professor Zoo understood. The older man got that if he was the Prince then poor Snwo White would have to live her life wandering around without any more affection from him.
His hand rose once again. "Sir! The Frog Prince story? The one about the Princess kissing the frog and he turned into a Prince? The Frog was an Animagus. He was probably already a Prince or something and just looking for a Princess who was like 'oh your a slimy frog it's okay i'll still kiss you' so he knew she wouldn't steal his gold or anything." Yeah. Made sense.

Riiiiight. Sierra just bet that's what really happened in all those fairy tales. *insert sarcasm* More like, there had to have been a veela involved, and she'd share that, too, but someone else already had. Blahhh. She cast a certain look in that person's general direction, and then sat back and listened to the discussion around her. She would just give herself some think time, and then she'd be able to come up with something unique, too.
...even if this was Muggle Studies class.
Ohh! What about... Sierra raised her hand. "Rapunzel?" Hmm... "I think that's her name." Whatever. "Anyway, she apparently had this really long hair that could be used in the same way a..." Hmm... "ladder can be used," she summarized. "No one's hair is that strong. Maybe a few charms were used...or something."
Right. She wasn't all that great with Muggle stories.
"YUP." He crossed his arms, a determined look set on his face. "So, so amazing. Why, want proof?" DID YOU? No. You wouldn't get it Neptune. Legend was stubborn, and quite sure that she would just take his word for it.
Neptune's eyes squinted to dangerous slits as LEGEND spoke again. "I think I would have to have proof. I think you're delusional." Basically, yep.
Neptune waved her hand at the Professor then pointed at Legend. He's BOTHERING ME that wave said.

Salander gave the Muggles Studies Professor a thumbs up and a tight but cheerful smile in reply. Yeah he's all cool cat you know, no huffing and puffing and blowing any house down in front of the Z-man no-sirreee.
Oh and now lesson is about... True Love's Kiss? Eyes slides to the side as the Slytherin lad steals a peek at his Gryffincess. He smiles quietly to himself and eases further in his seat, his shoulder juuust touching the end of hers. There was a certain kind of bliss that usually wells up inside him that keeps him contentedly quiet, feeling that anything he would say about the matter would sound like bragging.
And now more muggle fairytales with their brand of magic weaved in.... hmmm "Professor, what about Jack and the Giant Beanstalk?" he suggested with a slight raise of his hand "Giants for obvious reasons, castles floating the sky-- gotta have some sort of super powerful Wingardium Leviosa spell and magic beans growing overnight? Gotta have used some Herbivicus on that."

"It seems that this whole 'True Love's Kiss' thing is just the romantic version of something else. It's not real after all. It wouldn't work." Hopefully nobody would start to faint or run out of the classroom in tears now or both now. They did know it wasn't real, right?

Ohh, fairy tales! Vashti had always liked those when she was little, particularly the Disney film adaptations, and several years ago she'd actually looked up the originals to see how different from the adaptations they were. Very different, they turned out to be and she still liked the Disney versions way better. Who knew any of that would actually come in handy for a lesson?
"There's one version of Sleeping Beauty," she began with a raised hand, "where the evil fairy doesn't turn herself into a dragon. She only disguises - transfigures, probably - herself into an old woman, in order to trick the princess into pricking her finger to fulfill a curse she placed on the princess when she was born. There are also a couple other fairies who're supposed to be good and who try to reverse the curse. None of them really behave like the creatures we know as fairies though. Maybe the person who came up with the story had a run-in with a couple of witches, some that were good and another that wasn't, and based the characters on them, except the storyteller decided to refer to them as 'fairies' rather than 'witches' since it seems witches were almost always portrayed as evil in Muggle stories hundreds of years ago. Perhaps he didn't think anyone would like the story if there were any good witches in it."

And there was the first student.
Looking up from his feet and at the door to see who had entered the classroom, Jeremy grinned back at K-Lee cheerfully. "Hello, good to see you again." Especially since she was the first of hopefully a lot to arrive today. "Very well, thank you. How are you? Had a nice summer I hope?" And as always with the first student to arrive there were a lot to follow soon.
Oooh. New student. He didn't know this one. A quick glance to the front of his robes told Jeremy it was another Slytherin. Not that he personally cared much for houses. As long as Gryffindor was in the lead he was fine with anything.
"Hello there. I'm afraid I don't know your name." He pointed out with a smile, quickly considering introducing himself but then again the boy had taken a good look at the blackboard so that was probably unnecessary.
And yet another new face. A Gryffindor this time. A very friendly Gryffindor.
Returning the girl's smile Jeremy nodded once and said, "Good day to you too, Miss...?" He gave her an inquiring look, expecting her to introduce herself. Hopefully he wouldn't have to make a list of names. No, he was usually quite good with remembering them. Usually.
See, writing his name on the blackboard had been an amazing idea. He should have it tattood to his forehead so nobody ever had to wonder what his name was. Or wear a name tag. Yeah, that would probably be the better idea. Erm."Hello." He greeted the Slytherin boy back with a smile.
Well, SOMEBODY was excited for today's lesson. Apart from him that is. "Good to see you, Kurumi." And that somebody had not taken their horridlovely cat along to class. How sadNOT!!!one!!!1!!!. "Yes, he would only be distracting you." And HIM especially. He wouldn't be able to concentrate on holding a lesson when he had to make sure that thing wasn't going to attack him the moment he turned his back on it.
The rubber duck? "No, I haven't. It's hard. But I will find the perfect place, I will." Yes, some people might call him crazy but every duck had its perfect place and he just hadn't found the right one for the one Kurumi had given him.
"Hello there. And what is your name?" Jeremy greeted the girl with a smile before continuing to answer her question. "I'm good, thank you. What about you?"
People had the most interesting ways to greeting him non-verbally. Though, Mia's peace-sign was still the best. By far. "Hello Eino." Jeremy greeted the boy with a grin before waving back at him even though he was only a few meters away from him.
Ella wasn't very talkative today it seemed. Oh well, at least she had acknowledged him in some way. Jeremy nodded back at her in greeting, lazily watching her take a seat.
Why exactly it was that Evelyn, among others, still took Muggle Studies, Jeremy wasn't exactly sure. Maybe she still hoped to gain some interesting knowledge about Muggles...okay, yeah, probably not. But what WAS the reason?
"Hello Evelyn. Good to see again." Before he could turn to another student, Jeremy raised his eyebrows at her upon hearing her question. "CPR, it's CPR and no, none of that today." At least it wasn't part of the lesson. Who knew what could happen though.
The first Hufflepuff. Hopefully the first of many. He liked to have the houses equally distributed. Or at least close to equally distributed. It hardly ever was though. "Hello..." He didn't know her, did he? Hmm.
Mia was...well, Mia. Jeremy stared at her for a second as she greeted him with a...peace sign? With a grin and a soft chuckle he replied, "Hello Mia. You too." Was he supposed to return that peace sign? No, he wouldn't. That wasn't appropriate probably. Not that he was usually giving people peace signs. Whoever they were.
He should ask somebody afterwards. Maybe that was the IN thing right now. Not that he was too interested in that but you always liked to technically keep up to date with stuff.
More students he knew already. Not well, but at least he knew their names. So it wasn't going to be only new people today. "Hello Helena." She did NOT look happy to be here. Not at all. Why did people even take the class when they actually didn't want to be here?!
And there was the new Hufflepuff Quidditch Captain. This reminded him, he really had get back into playing more. He truly missed it. He would have to contact Sam soon or something.
"Good morning, Isobel." Jeremy echoed her greeting with a grin before adding, "And congrats on that new badge of yours." Yes, and he was going to be watching every single match this year. He had more time this term...
So many new faces! It made him grin happily in delight as yet another little girl entered the classroom. He was still missing quite a lot of his usual students from the last few terms but they were bound to come soon. Hopefully.
"Hello my dear. And what is your name?" Jeremy asked the girl with a friendly smile as she seemed to be looking for a good place to sit.
And here was a Ravenclaw. They seemed to be pretty rare, really. Somehow he mainly saw Gryffindors and Slytherins around. "Hello..." His hazel eyes flickered towards the name tag she had just cleverly made. "...Hannah." He finished with a grin for the girl before turning to the next person to enter the classroom.
Caroline looked...a little tired today. But nontheless friendly and excited so he wasn't going to bring it up. Not that he would have either way. Of course. Unless he knew the reason and it was particularly funny. But like that, no, of course he wouldn't.
"Good day, Caroline." He greeted the Slytherin returning her smile cheerfully. So many people here already.
Wow. He got a smile from Sierra. That was something considering how much it seemed she hated the class. Once again, why was she TAKING it in the first place? Oh well, he wasn't going to complain about people taking his class though.
Simply smiling back at her as she passed his desk on her way over to Evelyn and Mia, he couldn't help but overhear her comment. A small frown flashed across his face as he huffed barely audibly before turning to see who was greeting him.
The Head Boy. Who looked a lot better than the last time he'd seen him. For one, he wasn't covered in blood. Plus he was smiling. Both were quite good signs. "Hello Finlay. How's the nose?" Jeremy asked with a smile, realizing that he hadn't made sure he and Sophie had made it to the Hospital Wing safely. Though, apparently they had. Phew.
Jeremy had subconsciously started to draw little doodles on the back of his right hand with the chalk he was holding. Rubbing it now to get it off so he wouldn't get it on his clothes he smiled at yet another set of new faces. "Good morning, y'all." He greeted them before staring back down at his hands...which were now both covered in white chalk. Hmpf.
Simon...was a Seventh Year this year, wasn't he? Just like a lot of other people. Like Legend. Though, no need to get all upset about another class leaving them this year now. They still had a whole term ahead of them. "Hello Simon." Hopefully they would win the Quidditch Cup this term.
Not that he cared too much really. He just liked watching the matches.
Maybe making a name-list wasn't that bad an idea after all. Though, no, that would go against his principles. He remembered names with his head and not with the help of a piece of paper. "Good morning. I'm fine thank you." Jeremy replied to the two students who had just made their way into the classroom.
"Arya." Jeremy greeted the Hufflepuff Prefect - where was Treyen actually?! - with a grin as she made her way into the classroom and took a seat.
Jeremy couldn't help but grin broadly at Amy as the girl skipped into the classroom, seemingly very hyper. "Hello Amy." He greeted her back with a small laugh at her excitement, shaking his head slightly. "I'm good, thank you. And you seem...happy." EXTREMELY happy. Heh.
Another girl he already knew. "Kita. Good to see you." Jeremy greeted the Hufflepuff, smiling at her while absently passing the chalk in his hands from one hand to the other. How many more would come today?
Somebody was very displeased to be here. Who forced those people to attend his class when they so obviously didn't want to? Of course he was secretly glad that they did. Whoever they were. It was good for all of them to broaden their horizon. "Hello." He greeted the Slytherin back with a smile in reply to her own.
As he noticed the Slytherin standing in the door looking a little unsure, Jeremy beckoned him inside. Why would you not want to enter? Weird. "Good day, Alex." Jeremy echoed for the zillionth time today it seemed. But he was happy for all those people who wished him a good day so no complaining.
More and more new students. "Hello there. How are you?" Jeremy greeted the boy and the girl who had just entered with a smile, obviously happy to see so many new faces in his classroom.
The way Legend came strutting into the classroom made Jeremy briefly consider if he should salute him. Mock-salute him of course. But then again somebody might take that the wrong way. So all he said was "Hello Legend" with a chuckle and an amused grin for the Gryffindor boy.
His smile just as bright as Lexi's Jeremy turned to grin at the Gryffindor who had come in right after Legend. "Good day to you too, Lexi. Yes, I am. You too?" Apart from accidentally getting involved in fist fights.
"Hello Ivory." There was the second Ravenclaw Prefect. Well, the only one technically this term since the other one was Head Boy. And Head Boy first. So there was no male Ravenclaw Prefect at such this year. Yes, he was learning quickly.
"Hello Ellie." Jeremy replied with a grin, which faltered slightly as he took a closer look at the Ravenclaw. She seemed upset with something. Or was it embarrassment? Hopefully it wasn't anything serious.
Whoa, people needed to stop fretting about being late for class when they so obviously weren't. Wasn't good for the nerves. "Heya." Jeremy returned the boy's greeting and watched him take a seat.
Another friendly new student. Jeremy grinned back at the girl as she greeted him. "Hello there. Yes, I am actually." He couldn't say why but it wasn't bad so it had to be good, right? Yes. Optimistic world view.
"Good morning." Jeremy echoed with a smile for the Gryffindor. Hearing her introduce herself to another student, he made a mental note of the girl's name. Rose.
Maybe he should have started with discussion Sleeping Beauty instead of Snow White. Would have definitely suited Alex current condition. He seemed to be in danger of falling asleep right then and there. "Good morning, Alex." Maybe he should get him one of his pillows.
Or keep him awake with discussing interesting topics.
Jeremy was watching the girl who had just entered the classroom and...had stopped dead in her tracks all of a sudden. Err. Was she okay? She seemed a little torn about what to do. Was she in the wrong classroom?
Waiting for her to say something or ask him where the library was or whatever else made her so confused, he was quite glad it seemed she had decided to stay. "Hello Peyton. Nice to meet you." He replied with a friendly smile.
Salander...was breathing awkwardly. Err. "It's going good, thank you. How about you, Salander?" Jeremy replied with a small grin for the Slytherin boy, wondering what in earth he had done before class.

They just invaded the classroom. A good invaded though. He was always happy to see new faces. "Good morning to you too." Jeremy answered with a grin.
"Good morning." Jeremy echoed the boy's greeting and watched as he sat down next to Kurumi. Oh, was he a friend of hers? Though, who DIDN'T like Kurumi.
Jeremy had watched the girl take a seat without greeting him which was why he was now staring at her, hoping she would realize her mistake. And apparently she had. Good girl. "Good day to you too." He greeted back, briefly considering to ask them all to make name tags like that Ravenclaw had. Would make things easier.
"Good day." He greeted yet another unfamiliar face. Somehow it seemed there were more new students than returning ones. Was that possible?! A quick scan of the room with his eyes proved him wrong, however. There still were more people he knew than ones he didn't. But it certainly seemed like it was the other way round right now. Not that he minded of course.
Aww. Had she just curtsied him? That was so cute. "Good day to you too. And what is your name?" Jeremy asked the little girl with a grin as she walked off to take a seat. Yes, there definitely would be a lot of new names to remember.

Walking back to his desk, he let his eyes wander around the room for a moment, occasionally lingering on a familiar face. "Now." He raised his voice a little over all the chit-chat going on right now to indicate that lesson had now officially started. "Welcome to our first lesson of Muggle Studies this term. If you have just got lost and don't actually take Muggle Studies then this is your chance to leave." They could of course also stay.
As he sat back down on his desk Jeremy continued with a smile, "My name is Jeremy Zookara." At this he gestured behind him at the blackboard with a look that said Obviously."If you have any questions, comments, requests, complaints or whatever else you may come up with, do not hesitate to find me in my office after class." They would know where his office was, right?
Now, time to get started. "Those of you who were here last term might remember we last discussed the Muggle fairytale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs before we were...interrupted." Yes, interrupted by that Garlic-Ministry bloke.* "Anybody of those who attended that lesson, or whoever else knows the answer, care to tell those who don't a quick plot-summary and the ending of the fairytale? And yes, I want to hear the version with...True Love's Kiss." Yes, that term had come up last year and it was actually a good way to describe it. Grin.
While he waited for somebody to answer, he turned to write "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" onto the blackboard, a little under his name and class.

Tayla couldn't help but give an amused smile as she listened to the answers of her classmates. This was interesting. She knew all the Muggle stories they talked about, and having Witch mother, she also knew the Tales of Beedle the Bard her friend Ari had mentioned.
Tayla raised her hand to answer Professor Zookara's question. "I'm Tayla Barnhill, Professor. First year Gryffindor," she began. "My little sister's favourite Muggle story is that of Sleeping Beauty. The three fairies - at least what Muggles think are fairies - they put everybody to sleep. The spell would only allow them to wake when Sleeping Beauty would receive..." Tayla blushed a little "Erm...true love's kiss."
Tayla continued, "And in the same story, the evil witch was able to transfigure herself into a dragon. Maybe she was an Animagus? Although I'm not sure if it's normal or possible even for witches and wizards to turn into a dragon...But anyway...the prince had to fight the dragon before reaching Sleeping Beauty. I think many Muggles, even today, would know a dragon if they'd see one, because of these fairy tales. I think many of them in the past did see dragons...they're really big after all."

Selina sat up a little straighter when Zookara started class. She loved this class because she knew so little about the Muggle world. All of her knowledge came from her only Muggle grandparent and even that was limited to when she visited him in Muggle London.
When he asked about Snow White she smiled and rose her hand. She had learned this last term and had even watched the Walt Disney movie over the summer at her grandfather's house. "Sir, it is the story of a beautiful young woman who is the step daughter of the Queen of Germany. This Queen has a magic mirror who tells who is the fairest of them all. The mirror says it is Snow White and the Queen sends a man to kill her. He fails and she goes into hiding at seven dwarves' house. Meanwhile, a Prince who fell in love with her is looking for her. The Queen finds Snow White and puts her in a coma. At the end of the tail the Prince wakes her from her coma with true love's kiss and they live happily ever after."

"But the main plot remains the same, as the Prince she fell in love with needs to...give her...a true love kiss, or whatever...," he was shifting rather uncomfortably in the chair, and he may have been blushing, "...so she could remain human or something like that," he was getting dizzy trying to explain it, "Another kind of magic, I suppose." Yeah, he was talking about the kiss. That was another kind of magic, in all fairy tales.
