Library Reading Lounge As you enter the Hogwarts library, what appears to be a cozy nook in one corner of the main area appears most appealing to the Hogwarts student interested in his or her reading. Upon further inspection, you see that this comfy area is larger than it had seemed on first sight. Spread throughout the room are clusters of armchairs, surrounding magical reading lamps giving off different levels of light, all of which are appropriate for reading. These clusters are perfect for study groups or group projects. |
Connor sat alone with his Arithmancy textbook His normally wild hair even wilder because when he got frustrated with himself over being a complete Arinthmancy Dunce. He was trying to figure out his Physical Transit number right now and move on for this journal thing the professor wanted them to do. He was lost. |

Either that, or he was going for a new look...but she much preferred the slightly less crazed looking Conor to the mad-man one. "You alright?" she asked setting down a page full of complicated equations and calculations down on her lap. |

SPOILER!!: Connor's paper "I'm such a dunce at this, I just don't get it, I think i'm going to go to Professor LaFay and drop Arythimancy for Divination." he put his head in his hands feeling ultimately stupid. |

She took a quill out of her bag and scribbled some notes at the bottom of it. SPOILER!!: added prettyness After writing from memory, Kurumi set her quill down and passed him back his parchment. "Baby steps," she smiled. |

SPOILER!!: His new parchment |
Zara made herself comfortable on one of the chairs at the reading lounge. She placed the couple of books about music which she had found on the table. Then, Zara took out her ink, quills, and parchment from her bag. And so her mind was put to work as she began writing her very first musical composition on the piano to give to her mom tonight as a birthday gift. |
Alicia decided to come to the library to study as she couldn't be able to study anywhere else. too much distraction here and there. "At least I should give it a try." She muttered to herself. She dropped her back next to an empty chair at the reading lounge and sat down. She rummaged her backpack and took her thick Defense Against the Dark Arts book. "Oh boy!" She sighed. She opened the book, flipping the pages without actually reading it. "I haven't even started. Why am I feeling so tired already..." She raised her eyebrow. Thinking bunch of other random things: laying down by the lake, enjoying her ice cream. She smiled. |

She scanned the text and blinked several times a bit unsure that she really understood what it was saying. "For someone who says they are rubbish at Arithmancy, you would think that you would pick an easier place to start," she said grinning as she looked up from the text. "Well, first you need to add all the numbers up in your name," she said looking back at the parchment. "So...C has a value of 3...which therefore represents three years of your life in which you will have to..." she returned her gaze to the textbook to read a bit. "You will be better able to express yourself. You are more creative and original. You will be intuitive and may experience premonitions or other psychic experiences. You feel more adventurous and make several new friends. There will be an increase in social events. You are capable of self-promotion. This is a good time for business, especially sales." She looked up at him. "Well, that's at least some good news." She set the parchment down on the book and looked at Connor. "According to the text, each letter in your name has a meaning and the number value assigned to that letter indicates how long you will experience those effects," she explained looking him straight in the eye and hoping that what she was saying was making sense. "When you add all the numbers together, you will know how long the cycle is. Meaning, you will know in how many years everything starts over." She paused to allow him to take it all in. "Easy, right?" she teased. She was sure some people would be proud of her for using sarcasm at a time like this. |
Anyone pwease? :3 ♥ It was nice to be back at the library.Fee loved to come here and read love novels for hours.Seriously, there probably wasnt someone more romantic than the blonde.Every week she came here and read a book about romantic relationships. When reading the girl seemed to forget about the world completely,it was weird. Plopping down on one of the really comfy couches the blonde sighed happily. As she opened her book, she crossed her legs and started reading. It felt good to be back at Hogwarts. |

J Bunny ♥ This was so hard. The fifth year sighed and slouched, throwing the book onto the table in front of him. He WAS willing to give up but he had to do this..for Ellie. Which included not telling Ellie and certainly not Kaia what he was doing right now. Chandler would tell Alex but after the whole break up between him and Ellie that, wasn't a good thing to do and then he wouldn't be so happy about Chandler doing this for Ellie. Alex was her ex after all. But Kaia, Ellie nor Alex would ever see him in here. It's not like THEY came in here often. Although Chandler did remember that time when he met Ellie in here. She wouldn't..come in here right? :erm: |

Perhaps he liked the broom that much because it was like, his best friend at the moment... Ahem, right. He decided that he could relax a little in the reading lounge, people didn't talk there and it wasn't such a big chance he would run into either Ellie or Chandler. He picked a random book from a shelf and plopped down in a big chair, and that's when he noticed He didn't want it to be all awkward again! *whines* Alex felt the urge to say something, it would be too weird if he didn't. "Hi." he said looking curiously at what Chandler was reading. What was Chandler doing in the library anyway? |
Quote:
O_____O AHH CRAP. "Al-Alex!" Hi..would you mind getting that book what just dropped...RIGHTINFRONTOFYOU. CRAPPPP. Chandler wided his eyes and stared at the book and then leaped forward to pick the book off of the floor because Alex even got the chance. The French boy then closed it and put it behind his back. "Err..'i, Alex." Hi indeed. |
Quote:
Whuaaaat did he think he was doing? Alex frowned suspiciously at him when Chandler hid the book behind his back. What could Chandler be reading that was so secretive? Sure, they weren't on the best terms right then but still, he wasn't doing anything... Illegal, was he? If he was, Alex would just have to put on his detective goggles and find out. Yeah, he wasn't getting away that easily. "What are you reading?" he asked. Alex stood up and tried to move behind Chandler's back to get a good look at the book. Tell Mr. Reed now Channieboo. |
Gwen was holding two books in her hands, trying to decide which one of them she should start reading. She read the first and last page of each of them, but still wasn’t able to decide which was more interesting. Finally, she flipped for it. The thicker one won. |
Looking from the book back to the camera then to the book.Mikey pulls his wand pointing it at the camera " You look here. If you dont do what I want we are both going to the lake, and only one of us is coming back " Picking the camera up. Looking at the lens then setting it back down he picks up the book. |

She looked at the snake skin shoes and shrugged. "Well, I need to find a way to accessorize these disgusting robes, and what's wrong with them? I have it in several colors," Orabelle said defensively. They were adorable and that was what mattered. "Besides, they're not that high," she added. If it was like four inches then, like, yeah, duh, no way was it fit for school. But two inches? Give her a break. |
