Caroline raised an eyebrow. He didn't seem to sure about it. "I know one thing it looks good." she said eyeing the strawberries on top. She shook her head and focused on the earrings and jewelry box. It wasn't nice to eat other peoples christmas presents.

She laughed slightly. "Just try to take it easy on Slytherin though." Hoping he wouldn't get to carryied away beating Slytherin. "I gues I'll have to come back to watch you at practice again, and see if the broom works better" She grinned. "I must have surprised you at practice earlier, huh?" She giggled.

Why exactly was she closing her eyes for anyway? A kiss? Did she really need to go ahead and close them? Everyone knows that you kiss with your eyes shut or was it opened anyway. Did she really need to close her eyes for that? Oh. A grin spread across her face, and her face redden. Her eyes popped open, and she jumped to her feet, and jumpped into his arms in a hug. "Happy Christmas, Carterbo!" Carterboo? Where did that come from? It was kind of catchy though. She laughed. Correcting herself and cleaning her thoat ".....Carter" She said quietly blushing even more that was weird. Carterboo. Hehe.

Carter chuckled. "Sure." he said. "Just give me a bit of warning next time. I'd hate for you to see me doing something embarrassing." Which did happen during practices... especially when he was trying out new moves. "Yeah. Just a little." Luckily Simon just chuckled a little and didn't care that he was a little distracted for a bit.

Carterboo? "Happy Christmas to you too." he said giving her a tight hug. He'd ignore the Carterboo part. He noticed that she was blushing a little too. She looked so adorable like that. He kissed her again. He couldn't resist. He was such a lucky guy. It was moments like this when he noticed it the most.

He then slung the bag with the broom and the new ball over his shoulder. He then grabbed the box with the cheesecake in one hand. With his other hand he took Caroline's hand. "So what do you say to going into the kitchens and testing out this cheesecake?"

Caroline smiled. "I will I dont want to put you in shock with your mouth hanging opened again." She was teasing his mouth really wasn't hanging open but his expression was pretty funny though. She was actually a bit embarraassed herself. She had tried to make it up the stairs of the stands quietly but something had fallen out of her bag and made a noise when it hit the stair. It was a pretty loud noise, but it suprised her that they heard it.

Wow that boy was pretty strong as he gave her a tight hug. At least she could breathe. She smiled and kissed him back. She had seriously never been so happy in her life than in this moment. Were they leaving already? As she watched Carter gather him presents up. He took her hand well at least they were going together. Oh, haha She had been wondering when he was planning on eating the cheesecake. "Of course, We'll see just how good I did." she smirked.

Carter chuckled. "Yeah... I heard a quaffle almost hit me too." he said. Thankfully all Simon did was laugh and shake his head. And everyone on the team knew they were dating. So he knew the team was fine with it and none of them commented on it. (Unless you count the giggling from the younger girls as commenting.)

"I think you're going to have to tickle the pear." he said as they headed to the portrait. "My hands are a bit full." he said looking at the box in one hand and Caroline's hand in the other.

Ness had been really bussy with homework in the common room and she had thought of going for a little wak to get a break. She had also decided to bring Puffles with her, but she wasthinking of taking him back as he kept on nibbling on her shoulder. "What?" she finally said to Puffles after she had been ignoring her Pygmy Puffs bites. he nibbled on her again. "Okay Thats it! Im making you walk." said Ness as she put him on the floor, he seemed to be happy now, so thats what he wanted thought Ness.

Maleficent had wandered around the corner before Thea. Sitting down to clean her paws while she waited for Thea, Maleficent spoted Puffles waddling along beside Ness. Bounding to her feet, she began to then bound down the corridoor after them...

Walking round the corner, Thea spotted Ness infron of her. 'Hey, Ness!' She called out, hoping her friend would hear her. Freezing,Thea's eyes widend as she spotted a white ball of fluff bounding towards the little Pygmy Puff walking beside Ness... Oh dear.
'Ness!Watch out!' Thea began to run down the corridoor.

Ness was just about to start walking again when she heard somone shout Watch Out! She lookedaround to see a cat about to pounce on Puffles which was nibbling on her shoe so she would pick him up. She picked him up imiediatley hoping the cat wasn't vicious. She then looked up from the cat to see Thea."Thanks!" said Ness greatful for Thea! "Hey is that your cat?" She hoped it was so Thea could maybe controll it. Ness stroked Puffles static indigo fur before putting him back on her shoulder, luckily this time he didn't start nibbling her shoulder.

As soon as Puffles was out of reach, Maleficent swapped from mental I'm-going-to-chew-up-your-pygmy-puff to purring, innocent fluff ball. Sigh.

Catching up with Ness, Thea giggled. 'Yep.. this is the delightful beast I caught then kept..' Shoving her with her foot, Thea frowned. 'Behave, you little witch!' Maleficent simply hissed at Thea an carried on walking with her tail and head high. Thea shook her head. 'Have you ever known a cat to act like that? It's like she understands you!' Thea thought back to Henry.. 'Well actually, it's like that with Henry too!'

Ness giggled too then replied."Nope Im more of a dog person!" Ness started thinking of her dogs at home and how much she had missed them. They were the best dogs ever her two labradores Chilly and Daisy. "Well my dogs at home usually look at me like they understand everything!" said Ness thinking of when she would tell Chilly to find out where Dasy was in the house, then Chilly would kinda like signal for her to follow. Ness didn't exactly get what she meant by Henry, but she guessed it was anothercat."So you have two cats?" she asked.

Thea smiled. 'We have dogs at home, and I think my Mam's just got given a puppy.' They already had a german shepard and westy.. now another german shepard!
'Yup.. Henry's my little black cat. The old man!' She grinned, her tounge sticking out. 'so.. how come your going to the kitchens?' Thea had been down here before, to visit the house elves. They seemed to enjoy having little chats with her once in a while!

"Aww thats so sweet!" said Ness expressing her love for puppies. Ness then tried to remember if she had ever seen Thea's black cat around, but she didn't think she had. "What oh I was just heading outthe Hufflepuff common room!" said Ness actually wondering why she had never been to the kitchens before she should deffinatley go when she had a chance.

'Yeah, my Mam's going to send some pictures with Lullah soon.' Thea smiled. 'Ok, um.. well I'll see you later then?' Thea peered down the corridoor and spotted Maleficent sitting at the corner. 'I'm just going to see if the house elves have any more of these weird cat biscuit things. Maleficent goes wild for them.' Thea rolled her eyes.

"Aww thats so sweet! You should deffinatley show it to me, when you get them!" said Ness smiling. "Yeah sure!" said Ness giving Thea a hug goodbye and then turning to the kitchen watching the cat Maleficent waiting for Thea.

Smiling, Thea returned the hug. Waving, she set off down the corridoor. Scooping up Maleficent, she wandered round the corner and tickled the pear on the picture of fruit. A door handle appeared. Thea opened it, stepped through and closed it behind her.

Janice was on her way to the kitchen for some peppermints for the Potions Storeroom. With her wand in her hand, and the list of Potions Ingredients in the other, she went out the Hufflepuff Common Room. If she is lucky, she might Stupefy some rats or cockroaches.

She spotted a rat.
"STUPEFY!"
Then, she opened her bag, take out a shoe box, and Wingardium Leviosa-ed the rat into the box. After closing the lid tightly, she continued her journey to the Kitchen.

The kitchens was one of the most visited places for Chandler at Hogwarts and who could blame him? There was great food, great House Elves and a great kitchen. It was one of his favourite places of all here as well and right now he was going to get some FOOOOD because he was hungry, like always and he just wanted to see those cuddly, cute House Elves. The teenager also brought Chucky his pet squirrel along with him who, was beside him holding his hand. See, Chucky was kinda tall for a stuffed squirrel and Chandler wasn't exactly that tall so it worked. And THEY were COOL. HELLYEAH.

Ew.

It smelled down here of icky food and cheesy feet. That was just disgusting. Delilah wandered down the corridor, no particular destination in mind other than to get away from the noisy annoying kids on the other levels. Honestly, they were EVERYWHERE. Yes this was a school and that was generally where you found children but these kids seemed more annoying than ever. And that was coming from a third year. She was quite mature for her age, if it wasn't for her attitude. Her brain was certainly more progressed than that of her fellow students but she never made it to class. She almost went to history of magic the pirate one, it seemed fascinating.

She passed down the corridor until she became obstructed by a.. Hufflepuff wasn't it? The poor creatures that didn't fit anywhere else. SNOOOOORT. "Are you having fun with your cuddly toys?" she asked eying the squirrel and cackling brightly.

"Chuuuuckkyy? What do you want to eat?" Chandler asked his little squirrel, looking down at him to see Chucky look up at him and shrug. No wonder. The animal COULDN'T exactly talk. Eh, he could eat a little of what Chandler was having. He always did. Or what Kaia was having. Chucky never cared because he was COOOL. ^___^

WHAT?! -___- Chandler did NOT have a cuddly toy. Or cuddly TOYS. But Chucky was quite cuddly, not a toy though. "TOY? 'E iz NOT a toy. 'E moves and stuff. Izn't zat right Chucky?" Yeah, the squirrel moved. And Chandler could totally ask him to do the robot and he would. Hehe.

BAHAHAHA! He was talking to a SQUIRREL! Now that was just sad. She cackled as she watched the boy, even if he was older than her, Delilah had plenty of guts. And he was asking it what it wanted to eat as well? See that was just hilarious. "I don't think cuddly toys eat anything. They've not got mouths" she smirked up at him and then poked the squirrel with her wand. But seriously, what was with this kid?

*Blink* What was THAT accent? Zeeee? He couldn't even talk normally? Poor poor child. It was a good job he was at school, he'd need to learn how to talk properly.

"Aww did you enchant your little cuddly toy to walk about just like you? Is he your best and only friend" she pulled a fake pout and then cackled again. "You know, if you want friends you're supposed to get real ones by not being so weird" she winked at him, always good at advice she was. "And when they said in your Hogwarts letter to bring an animal, you were supposed to bring a real one and a NORMAL one at that" Smiiiiirk.

Aside from the fact that the kitchen was down here and Jim was a big eater, it was rare enough to see him hanging about in the corridor... and hanging about was exactly what he was doing. He was waiting for someone, and had something in his hand.

Jim leaned against the wall and waited.

Cassie was becoming more and more comfortable around James these days which was probably why she hadn't spent a bazillion hours trying tto look nice. It would probablyt also explain why she was being eaten alive by her nerves at the thought of meeting up with him.

She was beginning to think she would be late by the time she got to him when lo and behold, therte he was doing the casual Jim lean against the corridor wall. She smiled brightly as she closed the distance between them to a few feet.

"I can definitely get used to seeing you here." She teased, not noticing at first that he was holding something.

"Hey pretty girl." Jimmy greeted her with an easy grin and held the flower out. But instead of giving it to her he reached out and tucked it behind her ear.

"Want to go for a walk?"

Cass beamed and paused as he stuck the beautiful flower behind her hair. As that wasn't sweet she didn't know what was. " I love these! The last one you gave me was a hit in my room room."

She nodded and slipped her hand into his." Yeah a walk would be great."

"Yeah?" He grinned. "I thought it was about time I gave you another. What's it saying today?"

He took her hand and swung it gently as they started to walk. "I feel like I haven't seen you in ages." Even though he'd snuck out to see her the night before. He HAD been pretty busy though.

"If you want, I have a few more growing. I dunno if you have any friends that could use some kind words." Because that's what his orchids did, they whispered compliments in your ear.

She reached up to gently touch the flower." Yes, I was beginning to miss waking up to compliments." Because really, who didn't like that?" It's saying, how luckyt the guy walking next to me is." She looked up and gave him a little wink." No, it told me I have beautiful eyes."

Cass pouted a little. Jim had been busy with the DADA teaching thing, which she only occasionally went to so she hadn't been seeing him that much, except for those sneaky times they managed to get away and hang out. "I guess its the price I pay for running around with Mr. Popular." Not that she minded much. She liked the relationship. They bought had their own thing but still enjoy hanging out. It kept things interesting.

She nodded. " Actually I know a little fourth year who could use a smile." She gave his hand a little squeeze." Brain,brawn and sensitivity all in one package? How lucky was she!
