Ness smiled back at Willaim. "Hey!" she said waving at him. So she wasn't the only one that was thinking of Zara after all, this made her feel much better. "Yeah! We're best friends, but I haven't seen her in a long time, apparently she left the school." She didn't even get to say goodbye thought Ness. She just hoped she would atleast get to see Zara in Diagon Alley, or maybe she would write to her.

Ness nodded as William said that South Africa should be exciting. "It really is, but South Africa isn't like most African countries, its well..um more developed." said Ness hoping this wouldn't scare William. To be honest she preffered holidays at less developed countries, as they had much more nature everywhere and Nessie loved nature, She remembered the time they had went to Swaziland, it was beautiful!

"I kinda am, and I guess I will sleep on the train." she said answering William. She was pretty warn out, but she would as William suggested sleep on the train. She would just have to make sure she had a good compartment.

Kurumi took just a moment to glance over her shoulder at Treyen, and wished that she hadn't. He had changed, grown angry at her for something that she had done, but she had no clue what it was she had done.

Hanging her head, she continued to walk away to find comfort in her pride of lions.

She certainly would be having a long conversation with her father as well.

Thinking that she couldn't feel any worse, Kurumi noticed that Conan was watching her, or, she thought that he was. She couldn't be sure if he was looking at her or if he just needed to give his eyes a short rest from whatever he was reading.

Truth was, Kurumi had something for him as well. It wasn't anything large, just something that she had asked her brother, Takashi, to send to her. One of his self moussing brushes that styled your hair while you brushed it. She wasn't sure if he would even accept it after she told him what she had to say, but she didn't want him living a lie.

Swallowing her nerves, Kurumi took a bold step towards him. "H-Hello Conan," she chirped with both hands behind her back, hiding the goldenrod colored brush.

Bella look at her father "Ya he is and he is a great guy." Bella amost when in tear when Siobian told the story about her mom "I am so sorry. I bet that really hard. My dad was outside with me and we were picking flowers for my mom because it was her birthday and there was a huge bug and my dad use the killing curse to kill it but he didnt realize he holding his wand the wrong way and the spell backfire him and dead right in front of me." Bella start crying "And it was on my mom birthday and she didnt get to see him on that morning."

Cassie slipped into her usual seat at the Hufflepuff table and looked around for her friends. Chandler and Kai were not down as yet, no surprise there and she had just spotted Treyen sulking away. She wondered what was up with him. Cass spotted Arya and waved at her before turning her attention to the food spread across the table. In all honesty, she was very far from hungry...that whole thing with Jim and Fin had ruined her appetite. She wanted the feat to be over already so she could leave and get the hell away from all the selfish people she seemed to be surrounded by.

She jabbed angrily at an olive on the plate and ricocheted off her plate and a goblet and flew God knows where.

Janice spotted her dorm-mate Rebecca and called to her.
"Hey, Rebbecca, why don't you join us here?"
"Nah, I still have to babysit my little brother. He's 4 this year, and just broke his arm."
Janice couldn't imagine a worser way to injure herself as she had broke both of her arms.

No way Kita Lewis could fool Caroline like that just by laughing. She could still tell something was up. "Your my favorite Hufflepuff. You know that right." Nudging her in the arm with her elbow. That Puff been there for more than anyone else has over the past few months. No wonder why the girl was a Hufflepuff. She could seen it now.

As Caroline waited she twirled her hair around her finger, since when in the heck did she start during that. While she waited for Kita to spill it out. There was something wrong and if the puff said that there wasn't she maybe just have to punch another puff before the term was over. Best frined or not.

Finally she spilled it. Oh, She didn't want to go hone. Pff Caroline would go spent the night on the train if she could. She was ready to get home. Espeically afater this term. But Kita didn't want to go to her home. Suddenly the blonde girl had an idea. " After this pat few months I ready to go home. Well then. Don't go home. Move in at Belle Vue with me." with a smile it was a brilliant idea. Now as for the final year for them next term "I know, our time here has gotten away from us. We'll just have to make it the best ever." As for the Simon thing she wasn't sure what to say about that. "So you guys are talking again? At least he'll still be here next term." That was a relief after Caroline nearly ruined their friendship while she was polyjuiced as Kita. He'll be here next term it wasn't like he was leaving school next year to just quidditch.

Conan's mouth dropped open behind his book, as she stepped towards him. She even spoke to him. Oh she spoke...close mouth...check. Start speaking so you don't look like an idiot. "H...Hi Kurumi," he blushed. He set his book down on the table, so that she had all of his attention. "Wha...what brings you to the Hufflepuff table?" And to him in particular.

It was a girl. That wanted to talk to him. And was pretty. And was nice. And....sigh.

Lexi strode over to the Badger table in search of... Treyen or someone. Someone other than her friends that were leaving. She wanted to NOT think about that since she bolted from the Ravenclaw table.

Casting a glance around she just shrugged and plopped into a seat off kind of by herself and returned to thinking. Thinking about her leaving for holiday... her friends leaving for good... BAH. Chin in hand. Pout face on. Stupid end of term feast.

" You know what, I just remebered Zara had to leave HogWarts" William told Ness. " She barely had time to say good-bye to her housemates" William said to Ness. " Actually, there is no excuse for not talking to her best friend about it" William explained to Ness. " i am sorry Zara did not tell you" William apologized for Zara. Hopefully Zara qill owl you" William smiled.
" Ok, I know that South Africa is more developed other than the rest of Africa" Willaim smiled. " Thank you so much for the information" he told Ness." At least you get your beauty sleep on the train, I just get "ugly' sleep on the train " Wiliam laughed.

Orlando was just coming back from the Ravenclaw table - whaaat? He can't go see Ryden again? COURSE HE CAN! - when he spotted a rather annoyed looking Lexi passing by. It was the end of term. AND he really did not like that she was STILL DEPRESSED like that. SIGH. sighsighsigh.

So he had followed her to the Hufflepuff table. Catching on to her, he took a seat beside her. "Lexi. You okay?"

Feeling someone take a seat beside her she glanced over and then smiled softly. "Hey Orlando. Yeah... just a bit blue I suppose. And annoyed. Legend is mean to me and I don't want to go back to our table." She then scooted a bit closer and slumped against her pal a little bit. SIGHS FOR LIFE!

Ness nodded so William would know she was listening while he spoke. "Yeah, I guess, maybe she doesn't think of me as her best friend." said Ness a little frown on her face. Lately Ness wondered if anyone thought of her as a friend, she didn't really feel like she had such close friends. She just hoped that eventually over time she would find the perfect best friend.

"Good!" said Ness giving him a thumbs up. "To be honest, sometimes the less developed places are more beautiful" That was her opinion, but if William didn't enjoy being out doors too much then he might have had another opinion.

Ness giggled. "I think I'll be getting ugly sleep too!" She didn't sleep to well, while on the move. It was just not so easy for her to fall asleep. There would also be noise, alot of noise on the train which would only make it harder.

"Sure, Zara thinks of you as yoru best friend" Willaim told Ness. " I bet you she would have cried her eyes out to tell you she had to leave that fast, so she probaly wanted to avoid that little drame" Willaim explained to Ness. " You know, I wish we talked more during the schoolterm brcause I am learning how cool a prson you are and how nice a person, too" William said to Ness. " now ,let's become more friends than just aqcquaitences" William smiled.
I will be happy to visit anywhere in Africa" William smiled again. " I bet they neeed a lot of help in the underdeveloped countries, right?" William asked Ness." You are to pretty to get "ugly'sleep" he told Ness. " I meant since I am not good looking, all I can get is "ugly sleep" because there is no hope for me" William laughed. "Actully, my girlfreind Witsy will probably get on my case for saying I am not good-looking" he explained to Ness.

Ness smiled at Willia, he was really such a nice person. "You think so?" she asked to be sure. Maybe William was right after all. Ness thought about it for a while, maybe Zara did just want to avoid the drama of having to cause a whole scene. Maybe Zara would have also been worried on how she would have taken it. Ness nodded at William. 'I'd love to!" she said. She really did need some friends her age, because right now the people she was the closest to friends with was Damien and Trey.

"Yeah they do!" said Ness she thought it was pretty sad, but it was such a good feeling to help them. "My family always goes to the less privilleged places in South Africa and we always try and help in any way we can." she said remembering the time she had visited an orphanage. It felt really good, to help around, but it was pretty sad to see how many kids there was.

"Ohhhhh!" said Ness a little embarressed of her missunderstanding. "Your not ugly!" she said to William. He really wasn't, infact he was pretty good looking. "She should" Ness would to if her boyfriend thought he was ugly. Not that she had a boyfriend, she felt she was too young to have one.

People should be celebrating. AND BE HAPPY. Their summer was finally here, not to mention the most delicious feast was about to appear in front of them! PEOPLE SHOULD BE HAPPY. His friends should be happy.

And Lexi especially looked better when she was happy.

He didn't when she slumped and sighed but simply let her be comfortable. "It's just Legend .. " he shrugged, not really sure how to defend the older boy. "And you don't look good when you are blue. I thought not letting others get you down was kind of your thing, Lexi!"

"Yes well. This is kind of been a rough year and all... after all that pirate stuff. I think... I think we were all possessed. I can't remember anything. It's got me out of sorts to say the least. And I can only take so much before I too get blue, Sir." Fact.

"What are your plans for holiday?" she asked trying to lighten the mood for Orlando.

The pirate stuff. True. It must be quite exhausting. He wandered if it would be a good thing to bring up how she had treated him when she had been possessed. The Gryffindor decided to go against it. "If it makes you feel any better .. I don't really care how you may have acted. Umm .. It wasn't you, even though at that time - it confused me" he said, chuckling softly, in the end. "Forget about it, Lexi. Don't let it bother you anymore."

Hearing her next question - he thought for a while before grabbing pouring pumpkin juice for her and himself. "Well. I'll sleep a lot .." he smiled, forwarding the goblet towards her. "Drink." he urged, thinking she perhaps needed some sugar to get her energy up. "What are your plans?"

Jai had to go to the Hufflepuff table to see Cassie his closet friend. She would have his head if he didn't. He spotted her and went over. "Cassie! Hey girlie." he said, with a grin so wide it may hurt his cheeks later. She had been his friend since before he came to Hogwarts.

Lexi wasn't a forgeter, though. She was a dweller. Silently eating away at her soul with doubts and whatnot. FEH. "That's because you are unfailingly kind, Orlando." He wouldn't care, but others would. Shrugging she did take the juice though.

"Asia. For a while. Backpacking I think. Then perhaps home for a while. Which I haven't settled into one place for a long period of time in a while. Home sounds good," she said with a small whimsical smile. HOME.

She had to say... "Surely you must do something other than sleep. That's so mundane."

Lexi was perhaps the first one to say it out right and so bluntly. "I won't be kind, if you don't deserve it, Lexi" he turned to look at her and smiled. "I am not lying. When you went all fiercely pirate on me - I wasn't that nice to you either." he said. "And other people? they will forget. They have a whole summer to forget it all!" he added after a small pause. He had to make her feel better somehow!

Her plans, no doubt, sounded exciting. "It sounds so good. You will have a good time!" Orlando said, taking a sip of his own pumpkin juice. "Home. That's what I am looking forward to the most. The feeling of being at home .. I can't wait for that. Where do you live?"

He laughed, hearing her. "Well yeah. It is. But .." she shrugged, lightly. ".. it's the best part. I'll just be home. Meet up with friends. Spend like a lot of time with my family. I plan on traveling next year - after Hogwarts ends."

She had had enough of the pirate talk. Waving her hand dismissively she only said, "Good. Glad you didn't let me run all over you." Some people did. Sometimes. She would have hated to think that Orlando had not stood up for himself.

"I live in France actually, Bergerac to be exact. In a small wizarding village. It's quite lovely. You will have to come visit sometime," she said with a smile. She wouldn't mind Orlando visiting. They could go to the beach.

A pang of jealousy went through Lexi when he said he would be with his family. "I haven't got anyone but Salander and our elf to be with. So I shall make the best of it. You should travel. See the entire world if you can. Leave no stone unturned. It's good for you," she said sounding and feeling much older than she actually was. Heh.

" I am pretty sure she just wanted her best friend to remeber as shw was at hogWarts, nice and sweet" Willaim told Ness. " I am vey happy and honored to be your friend" William said to Ness. " I like to have friends and like to have lots of them" Willaim explained to Ness. " Of course, I really do not have many at all right now" Willaim sighed. " The ones I do have are the best in the world" William smiled.
" I think you and your family helping others is a fantastic idea" he told Ness. "What type of help do you give them?" Willaim asked Ness. " Ok, I am not ugly" William smiled. " Witsy is a great girlfriend" he said to Ness. " She is in Gryffindor, a third year" he explained to Ness. " Have you met her?" he asked Ness.

He sighed, noticing that her mood was not getting fixed. Throwing his arm round her shoulder, he gave a squeeze. "Come on, Lexi. Time to stop moping now - it's our last night. Let's just enjoy. I promise, I will be sad with you on the train - just let's not tonight!" He tried, smiling down at her.

France? Perfect. Seemed like the perfect place Lexi. He nodded. "Of course I will. I plan on visiting friends when I go traveling!"

When Lexi said she didn't have anyone else other than Salander - Orlando couldn't have been more childish with his reaction. Poking her lightly on the arm, he frowned. "Who are we, Lexi?" he asked, looking at her.

"Well I suppose so, maybe." said Ness still not too sure. She smiled at William. "Me too!" she said. She then gave him a quick hug to show him, her gratitiude. She was sure he had plenty of friends, even though he didn't think so. He deffinately had more then her. "You deffinately have more then me." she said. She maybe only had about 5 he probably had at least 20.

Ness thought how to answer William. 'Well, we give them food, and clothes and play with them.. and yeah." she said. It was really fun to play with the kids, but they always got so atatched when you had to leave they usually started crying. That was usually the only bad part of going to help.

Nope Ness didn't know Witsy, but she was sure interested in meeting her now that she knew she was her friend's girl friend. "Nope I don't think I've met her, but I would love to." she said smiling. Ness was sure Witsy was a kind girl, probably just as kind as William.

" I know, it is hard for you not to see Zara, but jsut in your mind wish her the best" Willaim told Ness." Friends forever" William smiled and hugged Ness." I can count my friends on one hand and you probably can quadruple that amount" William said to Ness. "Everyone shoud be your freind because of how you act, very nice and sweet to all" William explained to Ness.
" Great that you feed them, clothe them and paly with them" he told Ness."Children do stay attached" William agreed with Ness. " I am sure all appreciate you and your family" he said to Ness.
" I am going to introduce you to Witsy" he smiled. " She is still busy packing" Willaim told her. " I will tell you when she comes down to the Gryffindor table" William said to her.
