She giggled softly, "I won't tell him, but if I gave him a treat once in a while would that get me in trouble with you?"

"I do, I have my owl, but at home we have a dog named Zoe. Maggie wondered if maybe not a lot of wizarding families had pets. "Do you have an owl?"

Feeling his cheeks flush Oh .. Wow I didnt know you went to Beaubaxtons... I uh... wasnt trying to brag or anything like that " looking to see if tate was ready to give his speech,face getting redder. " I t was my first yr so I really didnt look at girls much.... not that I dont like to look at girls " It is true Beaubaxtons girls do have an affect on boys reaching for a jug of pumpkin juice " want some pumpkin charm ...I ...I ...I mean.... pretty juice...." face in full blush " can I just crawl under the table now" giving a weak smile and not quite knowing what to do with his hands.

So, a friendshunting journey it was. And to be honest, most of her friends were in her own house. Somehow, she always found those the friendliest. Okay, forget about the last sentence because KITA was sitting here!

"Hey Kita!" She said happily and walked quickly to sit near her, squeezing herself between the fifth year and another student. Without bothering to see if they were actually sitting deliberately near each other. "How're you!?" Excited, she shifted in her place and faced Kita with bright eyes. "I haven't seen you at Flourish & Blotts this year.." Which usually was their undeclared meeting place every year.

Maybelle walked to the Hufflepuff table. She looked for someone she knew...she then found Isobel. Cautiously, Maybelle walked over and sat across from Isobel. "Hi." She said. She grabbed an apple and bit into its skin. Yummm.

Jimmy tutted.

"You're so SCANDALOUS, Mia." SO very. He laughed too and reached for more food. Mmhmm.

"Yeah. And I'll be eighteen in October." So. Pretty soon really.

"What are you gonna do?" Maybe knowing what SHE was gonna do, might help him figure out what he was gonna do. It was mad, all these decision things. Life and responsibility. Pshh.

"Mmmm." Jim was noncommittal about it, and he didn't exactly congratulate her either.

Because pshh, she had to work with Finlay.

Jim glanced over his shoulder towards the Ravie table and shook his head. Pshh.

Not that he knew anyone who would be better but, Finlay Carmicheal? Head Boy? Madness.

He looked back at Arya and smiled. Well, it was far more cheerful over here at the yellow table. "It depends on how crappy the classes are, I reckon." Yep. Big factor. Too much homework was bad too.

Oh. Eh. Brain related question. He shot a look at Mia and then answered Arya. "I did.... okay on all of 'em." Shrug. 6 A's and 6 E's and he'd been a bit stroppy over the E's, since they were.... too good. Yeah. He'd worked hard at only being mundane across the board.

Late! She was super-duper completely late. Emmaleigh had been one of the last students off of the train, and she caught the last carriage up to the castle. If that wasn't band enough, she tripped getting out of the carriage and scrapped her hands and knees. She had stopped just inside the castle to apply some bandages. But, she was finally here. A small smile came to her face as she saw her house table. It was good to be back here.

Seeing Em come in Mikey almost trips over him self to get to her "what happend to you" looking at her wrapped hands " are you ok "

She had to admit that she was quite impressed that Treyen actually remembered her boyfriend's name and the fact that she was spending the summer with him. "It was really great, thanks for asking. And how was yours? Did you stay in England or did you manage to get away?"

Mia remembered him telling her that he had no plans to tavel this summer but his plans might have changed. Good thing about being magic, you didn't really need to plan that far ahead.

"Hey!" she said, eyeing the glint on his shirt. "You got a badge too. Congratulations."

Mia ended up going for the vegetable soup and she listened as Arya spoke while she poured some into her bowl. "Oh I don't know. A little weirdness might spice things up. I wouldn't mind a little adventure." She had been here two terms already and nothing really out of this world had happened. She was beginning to wonder if the rumors were true.

"At least Descoteux is still here." That man needed to come with a warning sign. He was too hot for words. "I just hope the lessons are still fun." That was the most important thing. To her anyway. She didn't care if she learned anything or not.


If only he knew the half of it. Mia snorted softly as she picked up a bread roll. "Right. And you're not?" She was pretty sure that boy had snogged a lot more girls then she had snogged guys. "No doubt we would have raised a few eyebrows around here." If things were different that was. And she was glad they weren't.

She was not sure what difference him being eighteen meant so she decided not to comment on it.

"Well first Nik and I are gonna travel and then when we're done doing that, we're gonna open up a wand shop together." she shrugged her shoulders. "I'm good at working with wood."

While she was standing there looking at the table, she saw Michael get up and rush to her. A smirk came to her face as she thought about how some things never change. The smile left her face as she heard his question, and she winced as she tried to hide her hands behind her. "Yeah, I'm fine, just fell getting out of the carriage. I just got scrapped up, and my wrist hurts. But I'm fine."

Arya glanced at the claw table to see what was so interesting, and made note to find Ivory so they could explore the awesome ship afterwords.

"Crappy lessons?" Were there such things? "So long as they're fun, and I come out unscathed... I'll be happy." Else she'd be a bad role model and skip lots of lessons this term. Hehe.

The young Puff Prefect hummed that secretive tune of hers as she considered Jimmy for a moment. "You give a lot of vague responses." Did he know that? Well... he did now. Her smile was still present. "I'll take it you mean you passed 'em all." Nod.

She tugged on her dark locks, considering Mia's words and disagreeing with them. The older girl hadn't been here those first few terms, had she? "I... kinda like it how it is. Not too much weirdness, still lots of adventure." So long as you knew where to look. "I've had enough spicing up here." More than enough actually, she was sure she'd had enough to last her the rest of her years at Hogwarts.

"His lessons are always interesting." She was glad that he was still here to keep her on her toes in the lessons. And still not REALLY risk her life. Kinda like Saylen, except.... different. Had to be the man thing. "I think I'll just skip the lessons if they're boring and go for a swim instead." She grinned.

And YES. Arya was so listening to Jim's conversation with Mia in hopes of gleaning off some information about post-Hogwarts plans.

And she got nothing... useful.

"Really? It is a fun sport to play. I was going to try out last year for the house team but my uncle wouldn't sign the parents form."
*Matty shrugged about talk of another school year.*
"I guess I'm ready as I'll ever be. I can see that you are."



*Hearing a familiar voice he looked over and saw Mia sitting down the table.*
"Ello Mia, have a nice holiday?"

Gently lifting her hands " I went to a magical camp for healers this summer.Do you mind if I give it a try " looking at the scrapes " I think you can get away with just dabbing some essence of Dittany on it .. but it will sting"letting her hand go he reaches down and grabs his back pack " I think I still got some in here" Reaching in to a pocket he pulls out a small bottle and hands it to her

Where was his Arya and what had Sabel done to her?! Aaron would be informed of this as soon as he can lay his hands on some ink and parchment. He, Treyen Lockhart, was the one supposed to be doing all those things, and be the pretty face of the trio as well, otherwise, well, his talents were kind of useless to Aaron once he's at the top of the Wizarding world.

"Right." He said, after blinking in amazement a couple times.

And then he nodded, yes, Treyen was fully aware of her summer with Sabel, and since both him and Aaron had approve of the boy, then it was all good. "Good. I bought you something when me and Aaron were at the World Cup...but...you'll have to wait until we get to the Common Room." Nod, nod, because it was in his trunk, hopefully.

Thank you, but yes, he kind of knows the news was all over the Daily Prophet. That's why Treyen nodded, until...

That's why he chuckled next, the fifth year couldn't believe it, really, he was going to keep an eye out for this one. The firstie was a clever one, like, those that tend to get in trouble? Yeah, like those.

"We have windows, but the lake doesn't show in them," that's what he meant, "What have you heard from Hufflepuff, exactly?" it was a way for Treyen to know if the boy had had any relatives belonging in the House or something.

Oh? He had a very firm grip on his hand! Helloooooo new...Hufflepuff Beater?

Haha. "It's nice to meet you, Noah," he said, with a nod. But, of course, he was the nicest one, he was the one in Hufflepuff.

France. Yes, he heard that from Isobel, "I got relatives in France, I like it there," the country itself was most enjoyable to the younger Lockhart, and he kind of liked the completely Muggle way of things, since all those relatives were Muggles. "What did you do in there?" like, he'd learned to skate with his cousin that one time, but he was wondering what could've appeared cool to an eleven year-old. A girl, that is.

Sigh. "Actually, yes, and there are some in the Forbidden Forest...it's best to keep safe distance from it," THERE. That was his first hopefully-accomplished Prefect duty. To warn about the Forbidden Forest. He forgot to mention that they weren't really spiders, but Acromantulas, though, he was certain it will have the same effect.

"The tryouts?" he repeated, and then smiled again, "They were," best to leave out the part where he had hit a Bludger at Jake, most purposefully, "But, to me, Quidditch is always fun."

Speaking of Quidditch....

...wait, no...speaking of grapes?! He knew he'd felt something hit him! Good thing the fruit hit him on his arm and not his head. Tsk! Cassie! That was NOT a good example, "Heeeey," he started to say, "A simple 'Hello' would've been nicer," but he smiled, and winked her way.

"How was the train ride, Cassie? Getting ready for Quidditch yet?" oh, he was so going to have fun practicing with her. Seriously.

The wands know more about the Wizard than the Wizard knows about themselves. He pondered the option Nolan had given him on Diagon Alley, about the wand-making thing...he could do that.

Okay. Time to share the theory with the kid. "The reason why I asked, is because I believe it's supposed to show our favorite color," he said, taking out his own wand, "My sparks were purple, which happens to be my favorite color," he smiled, whilst it was true that purple was not some color that guys preferred, he didn't care about it, he just embraced the purpleness. Ironically enough, there's only ONE piece of clothing that has that color...

...his purple/blue striped scarf. Or blue/purple striped scarf. Whichever way one prefers.

"Anyway, what I'm aiming at is...that the wand knows so much more about the Wizard than one might think...so...keep it safe." He nodded, and then smiled, hopefully she'll get her owl a name soon.

Dear Merlin! Was he this hyper when he was a first year? Guess Pierre will be getting a letter soon.

"That's good." And he encouraged that behavior, so as long as she didn't get in trouble for doing so, then all was well. Meeting people was always nice.

Treyen smiled once again, "I love it here, but I know one person who still doesn't feel that way," he immediately thought of Conan, the second year who, by the way, didn't believe in magic. "Just...try to keep out of trouble...and everything will be alright." True.

Good. He got it right. Thanks, Arya.

He nodded, as if to say 'Glad you had a nice summer' and then smiled widely when she asked him a similar question, "Actually, I stayed in England for most of it, but I went to Africa for the World Cup," Quidditch World Cup, Mia, "So, my plans of staying in the country failed for the better." He wasn't still sure just HOW much better, because England lost to Spain. And, he, of course, was supporting England.

Did Mia like Quidditch?

He...actually had no idea.

Ah! "Thank you!" he exclaimed, smiling again, "I suggest you keep out of trouble, though," and a smirk was forming on his face. But, if Mia got in trouble, there was nothing he could, honestly.

Yep. Letting Orlando to pull her over to the Gryffindor table and ignore her feeble protests had been a very, very bad idea. It had ended even worse. And by 'end', Katie meant her leaving the table after forcing the crup pup into Lando's arms, telling him that it was a gift from her and Legend, and then.. and then eventually answering his question of 'what happened' that she had tried avoiding for as long as possible. Which really wasn't long at all.

No, because it was always far too obvious when things weren't right between her and Legend.

Running a hand through her unruly curls, Katie quietly slipped over to her own House table and into the first empty seat on the bench she noticed, dark eyes glancing up at the staff table for a moment.

Violet smiled and said,"You'll love Charms I'm sure Jaymie!" Violet clapped eagerly and then she gasped and then said,"Oh Astronomy is fun also!"

Violet saw the beautiful redhead sit down at the Hufflpuff table and she immediately remembered who she was. She gasped and then waved at Harper excitedly,"Hello Harper! How are you? And how was your summer?" She smiled sweetly.

Violet nodded her head in agreement saying,"Yes, I absolutely agree with you! It's so much fun! I feel a lot of adrenaline while it's happening!" She frowned a little when he said he couldn't try out for Quidditch last year and then she said lightly,"Aww, I'm sorry! Are you going to try to try out again this year? I absolutely think you should, and especially so I'll know someone if I decide to try out too! That way I won't be as nervous!" She smiled.

While she was talking to new friends and old friends Violet couldn't help but think about Chris, her boyfriend. It'd been only a few months ago that she and Chris had last seen each other on the train going home, but it felt like forever to Violet. He had told her that he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to return to Hogwarts this year and Violet felt so upset when she had found out. A lot had gone through her mind: would they ever see each other again, would their relationship last if he wasn't attending Hogwarts, would he break up with her because of the distance, would he even miss her at all? And those thoughts always went through her mind. Especially because she never heard from at all over the summer, although she tried to send him letters as much as she could whenever she could get her hands on a quill and parchment. But he never responded and she was slowly beginning to accept that he was never coming back-

Violet was brought out of her mental thoughts when she felt a sudden tap on her shoulder. She heard the voice of what seemed to be a boy with a very proper way of speaking. Violet then took a moment when she thought that the voice sounded somewhat similar. She immediately thought,"No way, it couldn't be-No-no it's impossible..." Violet slowly turned her head looking up and her violet eyes made contact with a very familiar pair of electric blue eyes that she so admired gazing into. Then she gasped and covered her mouth when she realized it was Chris, in his school robes and back in Hogwarts! Violet paused for a moment and then immediately got up wrapping her arms around her boyfriend saying excitedly,"Chris! Oh Merlin! I can't believe it you're back! I mean you're actually back!" She looked at him and smiled and then kissed his cheek twice and then went on to say,"So what happened? How was your summer? How are you? How's Elyon? How's everyo-" Violet paused and then said,"How come I never heard from you at all this past summer Mr. James? Hmm? Do you have idea how much I missed you?" Then she smiled and hugged him tightly again saying in his ear,"A lot.." Violet giggled and kissed his cheek again lightly.

Harper turned to see a familiar face waving to her. It was the girl that she had met the year before! She waved back and smiled. "Hiya there, Violet," YAYYYY someone to talk to! "Oh I'm fantastical," she shot her another vibrant smile. "And my summer..." her expression faltered a bit at this. She shrugged and tried to keep what was left of her smile in tact. "It was ordinary." Yup. "How about you? How was yours?"

Her smile was back, yes indeed.

Arabella-Marie smiled at Kita and said "Yeah sure Kita i would love to join you, I am Arabella just to let you know"

Caroline could not believe that it was time to be back at Hogwarts again. It would be her sixth year of Hogwarts. The past term had gone by so quicky. But it had been Caroline's best and favorite, her had made amazing friends, had the best boyfriend in the world last term, so this next term could only get better, right?

She found a seat at the table. This summer Caroline and her mother had gotten along amazingly well. The best in years. Her mum's new husband was pretty awesome. She had been the maid of honor in her brother Casey and Sarah's wedding. She had gotten to spend time with her friends and boyfriend a little and even made some new one's this summer, spent time in New York with her sister Starr. But it was the best summer ever, and she never wanted it to end, but at the same time she was so happy to be back at Hogwarts.

That was a very good question. Bleu had a varity of interests. The most near and dear to her heart was music, but she was assuming that Marie was asking her about classes, not her voice lessons that she had all summer long. It was the first time that she had had them, and she really enjoyed them. Which also reminded her she needed to sneak to the room of requirement a couple days a week to practice. "Well, I love Astronomy, Defense Agains the Dark Arts, Charms, Care of Magical Creatures, and....yeah the rest I'm okay at. I'm horrible at Arithmancy and Ancient Runes, and don't really care for Divination, but I'm good at it." She smiled. "What about you?"

Bleu grinned. Friends would for sure make things so much easier. "I couldn't agree more. I haven't really had any friends, mostly because I am very focused on my education. I believe it is very important. But, this year...I want friends. And yes, there will be many adventures in the future." She smiled hugely.

"Well, it's quite OK. The ceiling is really cool, my mom didn't told me about it."Janice said that while looking up to the ceiling,"and the food. It's like heaven.."

Penny had been one of the last off the train... and now making her way through the Entrance Hall and onward to the Great Hall....
"Wow"....she said aloud - the ceiling was amazing...
Making her way now up the Hall to find the Hufflepuff table, hoping to see a face that she recognised...... then seeing no-one she knew, sat down

He listened intently and nodded once, cautiously. "You make it sound easy." The wand stuff. It wouldn't be that simple. Not to make good wands at least. Or would they just sell 'em? Still, at least she knew what she wanted, that was good and more than he could say for himself.

"Yeah." Jim agreed, not going into any detail about what he considered to be crappy as far as lessons went. But actually it was that they were too easy. That was the usual reason for him getting bored in class and then playing the fool and pretending like he didn't know what he was about.

He raised both eyebrows at her and then laughed. "Yeah usually its enough to keep the masses happy though." Jim did, when possible, avoid giving away too much about how he worked. It wasn't that he liked being mysterious or anything, he just didn't like people expecting things, or knowing that... there was more to him beneath all the surface stuff.

"But yeah, I passed 'em all."

Brag? About what? Maybe he meant saying Hufflepuff had won, but Beaubaxtons hadn't, and that was there she had gone. But it didn't really matter to her, because she was in Hufflepuff now, and it was awesome that Hufflepuff had won. She fought back an amused smile and resisted the urge to pat his head. "Was it fun to have a bunch of people here from different schools?" It was sure weird for her for the first part of last year, when everything was still new to her.

Isobel heard a voice and turned around with a cheerful smile to make a 'hi' in reply. But when she saw it was Maybelle her smile faded. She tried to muster a smile for her, but all she could make was a weird half-smile. That summer, the girl hadn't been too bad. So, Isobel would try to be nice to her...for now.

"H-hi Maybelle," she said. Where's Jake? she thought wryly. Weren't the two attached at the hip or something? Well, if Maybelle wasn't with Jake, maybe Isobel could like her better. "How have you been?"

Oh.

FROWN.

Treyen had seen him. It wasn't like Chandler was in hiding so he didn't have to be THAT shocked but the boy thought that he would just take one look at him, see that he wasn't in the mood and then..just carry on talking to other people. But he hadn't. Which had surprised the fifth year.

"Oh..right, I forgot about zat. I didn't get anything for myself either..." Cue tummy rumble. >__< Chandler wasn't in the mood to eat anyway, he'd just eat when he awoke tomorrow. "Zorry, man." He frowned, still staring at the table. Yes, Chandler couldn't even LOOK at the fellow Hufflepuff nor anyone else for that matter. And when he heard Treyen call Kaia he closed his eyes, wishing that he hadn't because if he had known, he wouldn't talk to them. It was too depressing to make conversation with them both together like this.


Chandler frowned more deeply, if that was even possible when she stiffened at his touch. He knew somewhere in his head that she was just being cautious, she didn't know who it was..yet. He was surprised that she hadn't lashed out at him or defended herself even more but she was getting better, they as a whole were getting better as well as her getting better. And then she her head to look at him.

He smiled as she did and as she saw him, he automatically always did when he saw her. Chandler pulled the girl into a hug after she had decided to bury her head into his shoulder. He missed her too but he couldn't say anything, not at that moment. He just wanted to hold her. ..She wanted her daddy? How could he have not see that coming? "Kaia, you..can't. You're at 'Ogwarts now. With me." Chandler found her hand and interlaced his fingers with hers.

"We're...we're going to get zrough zis year." He wasn't fully convinced seeing as the last two weeks or so of summer made him think that he wasn't going to be able to get through anything else but they could and he knew that. Or thought that. One of those two.

Jory thumped his chocking friend on her back while trying not to laugh. Her choking eased and she started talking again.
"Charms sounds great," Jory told her. I cant' wait to make stuff zoom around the class. And I've never flown in my life. Are you going to try out for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team?"

Jory heard someone taking a seat beside him and then that someone talking to him. He turned and saw a young boy about his and Daisy's age.
"Hi there, Oakey," Jory said to the boy. "I'm Jory and this is my friend Daisy. You look very happy, Oakey. I suppose its the effects of Hogwarts?"


Jory heard a very familiar voice.
"Ari! Thanks and same to you for being sorted into Gryffindor. We'll still be best of friends though," he told her, even he felt a bit disappointed they were not in the same House.
"I love it," Jory replied with much enthusiasm. "It's far better to experience than reading it. My favourite so far is the ceiling."
Jory wondered if Ari had remembered their plans for adventure.
"Still up for our bit of adventure, Ari?"
