I wish she were," Siobian snorted trying to stay calm for two seconds, "It would give her an excuse but no, she was a Gryfindor. She has a sister named Hayley. She's actually really nice unlike her sister. We have both tried to break the spell but only someone of a equal or higher level can remove the spell."

"Oh. Well my cousin have a twin brother and he is nicer then him and he is in Ravenclaw and I dont why I thought they will be in same house" Bella just saw somebody just came in. "Maybe one of the teacher can do it or the headmaster, I dont know any good spell yet sorry if I do I will help."

"I've already asked. They don't believe that sweet innocent Vanessa could ever do such a thing. I'm only doing it for attention and Hayley is just a little older than me so she can't break it like I said. I've tried getting Grandma to help but she won't talk to me because I'm a filthy mudblood. She was in Slytherin. I'm a disgrace to most my royal pure-blood family."

"What about your parent?" A owl just came in and drop a letter on Bella lab and then the owl fly alway."That weird I just got here and I already got the letter. Maybe there a book that tell you how to remove curse."

"Muggle-born," Siobian reminded her then looked at the letter, "It would be a miracle if it did," The giggling started again, "God, I hate this!"

"Ya it will be." She giggle a little and look at the letter."I wonder who it from."

Well, no, Treyen was certainly NOT in the Common Room, mainly because he'd been spending time outside time to come up with one of those planets for Astronomy...yet he decided he was going to do the essay instead. Coming up with a House was exhausting enough for him.

As soon as he stepped inside he noticed the one little girl who's birthday he'll never forget. The details he'll prefer to keep for himself, but he walked over to Nessie as soon as he heard she was looking for...someone? "Please, don't tell me you lost Puffles," he said, knowing that plenty of people lose track of their pets.

Ness was too busy looking around that when she heard somone talk to her she got the biggest fright of her life. "Trey!" said Ness as she turned to see who it was. "What oh, No Puffles in the girls dorm! I was actually looking for you!". She was really greatful to finally have found him. "Um.. well I was wondering if we could ask you something?" said Ness getting to the point then gesturing the 'we' to her and Viola. She smiled a reasuring smile at Viola and hoped the two knew eacheother.

Viola looked surprised as the Prefect actually turned up. Just out of nowhere. WOAH. And, she looked confused. Ness greeted him like he was an old friend or something. Umm.

Anyway, Viola turned towards the prefect, hoping that he didn't yell at people who asked him stupid questions.."Well, it's got something to with the Defence assignment?" She attempted a small smile. "I'm Viola, by the way. Viola Cartly. Second year."

Siobian looked at the letter, A spell in there to break this, ha! and I'm not a drama queen. She rolled her eyes as her awkward giggling continued. "So, are you going to open it or not?

Bella look at the letter "Ya I am going open it" She opened the letter and read it to Siobian. The letter said.

"Dear Bella.

I heard you just started Hogwarts and your mom told me that you are in Hufflepuff. I remember my first year of Hogwarts and right alway I learn a lot of good spell and good potion. Oh how I love doing potions, maybe you will be good as me. Hope to see you on the Hoildays.

She finish reading it. Her couson is good at potion and spell. She was thinkong. Maybe there is a potion will get rid of Sobian cure. "Maybe there some kind of potion will get rid of your cure."

Siobian looked at the note, "Sam?" She thought for a second, "That name sounds fimiliar. When did he leave Hogwarts?" If it's who I'm thinking it is he could definetely help! Another giggle got out and Siobian sighed, "Heck, I'll try anything, why don't you write him back and see if he knows the spell?"

"He leave Hogwarts last year." Bella look confusses. "Ok I will write him back and ask him" She got the paper and ink and start writing.

My first day was great. I met a friend name Siobian. She been cure by her cousin and she cant get rid of it. She try everything but didnt help. I was wondering maybe you know any spell that can make the cure go away.

She give the letter to the owl and the owl fly alway with Bella's letter. "Maybe he can find out how get that cure away."

"I hope so," Siobian smiled, It might actually be over! No more blabbering or giggling, or witchy attitude! "Woah!" Siobian tripped over a book on the floor and stood up slowly, "Son of a biscut eater..." She wiped off her robe and looked around to see who the book belonged to but no one was there, "People need to learn they can't just leave their stuff on the floor like this," She huffed, "Probably another stupid first year. She quickly covered her mouth and looked at Bella, "Ohmigosh! I'm sorry, that just slipped out! I didn't mean it I just..." Siobian forced herself to stop, the damage had already been done.

Bella notice that was her book that Siobian tip over. She had the book on the floor when she took her paper and ink out. "No I am sorry I left my book there" She pick it up and put it back in her bag. "Are you ok?" Bella is hoping her cousin write back soon. "Hear" She took out a chocolate frog and hand it to Siobian "I have about four of them you can have one."

Well, he expected the frightened Nessie, because he hadn't been too delicate about his entrance, but said nothing of it. Oh, good! The Pygmy puff was doing well. Perfect.

He smiled next, "Really? Me?" was everything alright? Because people didn't go around looking for a Prefect unless--Ooooh. He caught the 'we' part and looked to Nessie's side, where the second year was sitting.

Curious, he was, because he had no idea what both the girls wanted to ask him, and...was Viola saying something about DADA? Treyen was actually hoping that they wouldn't ask him to dance, because he kind of already had a dance partner, and he doubted he could have the time to fit four into his agenda. Kurumi was his number two.

The boy nodded once Viola said her name, "I know, I'm Treyen, or Trey for short, but you probably know that," because Nessie had said his name, not because everyone ought to know who he was. Though, really, al Hufflepuffs should know the name of their Prefects.

"Are you having problem or doubts about any assignment? Or is the lack of actual Defense what's worrying you?" because he'd been doing some studying on his own thanks to how incredibly useless he found those assignments to be. Well, not ALL of them were. The karate stuff was Defense, and he didn't mind the dancing, plus, one needed to exercise regularly, but people didn't need to run for five miles when they had 142 stairs to climb up and down every day.

Siobian nodded, still feeling horrible, "I'm fine," She moved a peice of hair out of her face, "Thanks," She smiled, "I've honestly never had one of these before. Mainly because I'm just not the type to eat... sweets," Siobian blushed, "I use to have a major weight problem." She covered her mouth again, "Stupid curse!"

"Oh sorry" Bella put the chocolate back in her bag cause she dosent want to eat it in front of her."I still cant believe or couisn did this to you" Then 2 hour later the same owl came back with a letter for Siobian and Bella look confusse why her cousin wrote back to Siobain." It look like you got a letter from my cousin mail it by my owl."

Viola nodded her head to let him know that she knew who he was. Although, she'd never really met him..even if she had, she didn't remember.

"Lack of actual Defence." Viola wondered if this was a bad idea. He wouldn't really hand out punishments, would he? For complaining about the assignment? Anyway..Viola continued hesitantly, "Well, I think these assignments are an absolute waste of time. We really aren't learning anything, you know?" Singing and dancing? Yep. Whacky exercises. Especially for Defence class. Viola looked at Nessie, hoping she would continue.

"Yeah we just think that the Homework is ridiculous and we don't see how it's going to help us at all" said Ness putting on a serious face as she continued for Viola. "I mean I understand Lord Berty Borr is the misnister, but cant he hire somone else to teach?" said Ness getting more and more irritated with Lord Berty Borr!

Siobian looked at the note confussed, "Why would he write me?" She took the letter and slowly opened it,
Dear Siobian,
I'm sorry to hear about the charm your cousin has put on you. I unfortunately don't know how to help. I'll do the research and see what I can find, I'll be sure to let Bella know. Best of luck with school Sobes! I hope we can see each other again. I miss our talks in the pumpkin patch.

Siobian smiled, "It is Sam!" She giggled, "I met him one day in the pumpkin patch my first year! Talk about a small world!"

Bella smile "Well he love to research. Hope he will find the answer" Bella was surprise that Siobian and her couisn know each other. "So tell me all about the pumpkin patch, if you don't mind by asking."

Yes, as he guessed, Viola knew his name, clearly thanks to Nessie knowing it.

Oh, perfect! No one else was asking him to dance, that was actually pretty good. Treyen tilted his head to one side as Viola kept on explaining, and then his eyes flickered between both girls as Nessie also spoke up about her discomfort with the way the subject was being handled.

In all fairness, he couldn't blame them. "Okay, here's the thing," he started to say, once they were done, "While I'm not entirely against physical exercise -thanks to my former Quidditch Captain-," seriously, Melanie actually made then run around the Pitch for no apparent reason, so far, the Captain that had actually managed to make him tired after practicing, "I do agree that those assignments are completely useless if one needs to defend one self with a wand," so, Treyen was clearly agreeing with the girls, "The thing is...Borr doesn't expect us to defend ourselves," wasn't that the whole point? That they didn't need to worry about that for as long as he was Minister. Ridiculous!

"I disagree. I think what he's doing is idiotic," and yes, if he ever saw Borr and was asked what he thought, he'll tell the man exactly that, "I'm actually studying on my own," he said, as he took the nearest chair and sat down beside them, "You totally should, and since it's first and second year, I could help you with the practical portion," because he would've done those spells back when he was a firstie and second year, no? "But...you can still complain to our Head of House, I'd say Headmaster, but he'll probably ask if you've already spoken to the Head of House." so, Head of House first, since they already talked to the Prefect, which will definitely tell the Healer next time he sees her.

"Borr may also like to know what the students of Hogwarts think of the way he's running this school's education, at least in regards to DADA...you could write him...," yet, Treyen didn't know what the man's reaction to that may be.

"Oh, they weren't anything special." Siobian still giggled throughout the conversation, "We met there while I was looking for a pumpkin for the upcoming Halloween. He came across me when I was actually still crying looking at the pumpkins, my parents just got a divorce, and he just asked about it. I guess you could say he was my unprofessional therepist." She smiled, "Soon after we just met there every now and again to talk about life, mainly mine, but he never mind."
