'Hey, Ariella!' Rose grinned

"Rose! Hey!" Ariella's mood brightened when she saw one of her friends in the room.

'You did brill in the match yesterday!' Rose grinned. She was watching, Gryffindor were amazing!

Arabella-Marie sighed she wanted to be up in her dorm sleeping and not waiting for a meeting to start and basically she felt lonely as nobody was talking to her

"Awww, thank you!" Ariella replied. She smiled at Rose. "If only we could have gotten the snitch."

Ariella noticed Arabella-Marie sitting alone. "Hey, Arabella!" Was that what she wanted to be called? She hoped so. "What's up?"

'Meh, it doesn't matter! We know we're good, that's all that matters!' Rose was very good at positive speeches!

Arabella-Marie smiled at Ariella and said "Not a lot up just depressed that we lost the match"

Jordan entered the common room after he cleaned up a bit from his work out. He also took a much needed nap. Thinking to himself, "Let's get this show on the road."

'Fera Verto!' Rose said quietly, pointing at Maxine. She put the police cap on her head. 'Ello, ello, ello! What've we got 'ere?' Rose grinned.

" Ho Sarah" Willaim caled out to her. " Ready for this meeting?" William asked Sarah. " I really enjoy talking to you" William said to Sarah.

" Cove, nice to see you" Willaim told her. " So you know what this meeting will entail?" William asked Cove.

" "Well, I see the meeting is about to be held here" Willaim told Jordan. " I am sure we have to wait for the rest" Willaim explained to Jordan.

Braeden rolled out of bed and walked out of the boys' dormitory with only one thing in mind: food. But life was complicated and he couldn't decide: should he go directly to the Great Hall or just go to the kitchens? Hmm. He'd have to see how picky his appetite was feeling that mo-- COOKIES.

The boy was just taking his first step into the common room, when he caught the smell of freshly-baked cookies. He stopped abruptly and looked around with wide eyes. Following the smell, the boy walked over to the group of Gryffindors that had gathered around the plate of cookies, and by a note that Brae didn't notice until after he was wiping the cookie crumbs from his lips.

What, so there's like a meeting of some sort? It seemed so, by the looks of it... Braeden considered the idea of skipping it. But the cookies got him to stay. So, he plopped down on the nearest armchair with a couple more cookies in hand.

" Hi Arabella" William called out. " Next term, Gryffindor will win the championship" William told Arabella. "So, do you know anything about this meeting?" William asked Arabella.

Nika walked to the common room and let out a small yawn. She saw a nice cozy lookong seat and walked over-- COOKIES! The sleep pretty much jumped out of her as she skipped towards the sugary snack. She better take more than one... You know to test them for poison or something... She waved at a few fellow lions as she smiled rather sheepishly looking down at her small handful of cookies. They looked to good to pass up the oppertunity. They were pretty much calling her name. How could she let them sit there calling her to eat them. "Nika, come eaaaat ussss. You know yoouuuuu want to. We are delicious." the cookies said it not her.

Settling herself down in an armchair, Thea looked around. Raising her eyebrows, she leant back. Yawning for about the 3456535th time that day, she looked about to see if she knew anyone.

A few Gryffindors looked gloomy, so the little first year just stayed put.

" Hi Nika" Wiliam smiled. "So you like cookies?" William asked Nika laughing.

"Hey Rose. How are yeh?" Jordan asked.


"Yeah, we probably do. Hopefully they get here soon. I'm still tired." Jordan replied to William.

'I'm fine, thanks!' Rose said as she cast Maxine back into a cat. No, I'm not, there's so much more I want to say... 'You?'

"Yeah! That's the spirit!" Ariella said, cheering up. She smiled and clapped her hands together.

"Same here," Ariella said, frowing. "We played an awesome game, though!"

'Yep, I know, positive thinker here!' Rose grinned

Alex entered the commonroom nealry tripping up on the way in. She still hadn't got used to coming through the portrait hole alot. Tiredly Alex walked over to where Rose was sitting and sat on the floor as all the other seats were taken and took a cookie. "Hi Rose how are you?"Alex asked after swallowing a nice bite of the cookie.

" Well, the meetin g room is filling up now" Willaim told Jordan. 'Do not go to sleep or the ones running the meeting may make an example of you" William explained to Jordan
. " I sure hope the meeting starts right away" William said to Jordan.
" How are you?" William asked Alex. " I have not seen you in a long while" Willaim told Alex. " Hiding in the girls dorm and doing yoru homework?" Willaim asked Alex.

Alex laughed. Her doing hiding away to do homework? NEVER! "Im good yourself? Ive just been doing nothing at all! No wait does being bored count?Alex asked curiously.

" I am doing fine, thank you" William told Alex. " You have been doing nothing, very interesting" Willaim said to Alex. " Bored counts if you d say it counts" Willaim laughed. " I am trying to figure out why this meeting was called by the Prefects and the "Quidditch captain" William explained to Alex.

"Good evening Gryffindors," the ghostly voice of Sir Nicholas de Mimsy Porpington said as the Gryffindor house ghost greeted those gathered in the room. The ghost having just entered through one of the stone walls with a fluidity only the dead can manage. He looked around as if searching for something or someone, his spectral head nearly falling sideways until he righted it.

"It seems the two young men have yet to arrive, but no bother I can fill you in," Sir Nicholas said with a gentlemanly flair always willing to help the students when he could. "You're here tonight for an event similiar to the Headless Hunt I can not unfortunately attend," he lamented before continueing. "What's the word....a scavenger hunt, yes thats it. "

"The first clue is this...." he began reading the rest as if from memory since no paper was held, revealing the first clue.

"Borr himself would not be found in this room, but the next clue is here. And don't worry, you no longer need the Headmaster's permission."

"Good luck my dear Lions."


OOC: Once you have figured out the location that Nick is talking about, go there to find your Prefect and Captain. They'll tell you what to do from there.

Ariella stared blankly at Nearly Headless Nick. What? They were gathered here for a scavenger hunt?! She sighed and thought for a little bit about the location. Could it be the DADA Classroom? Or the office? Ugh. This was so weird.
