After taking a shower and deciding to soak in a warm bath for longer than was probably really necessary, Kurumi made her way over to one of the sofas and sat down, sighing as she did so. She didn't even feel like eating one of the cookies, so she instead slipped off her slippers and hugged her knees to her chest. She took one more look around the common room before resting her head on her knees.

She really wasn't in the mood for any of this - namely being around other people. She just wanted to curl up in her bed and stay there for the rest of the term. First there was what had been written in Aparecium that had then been confirmed by Treyen and broken her heart and then there was the results of the Quidditch match which had left her feeling equally empty inside.

Trying to hide her discomfort, Kurumi buried her face in her knees and closed her eyes while she waited.

Something was up when Heather went in the common room and found soemthing on the table. COOKIES! she barley noticed the note when she saw the cookies, but as she approached it, she saw it and raised a curious eyebrow. What's up? She asked herself in her mind, but she could not make out what since she did not really know, so she decided to wait, instead of taking a cookie, whom the note said, Kurumi didn't make.

But as she turned around, she saw, to her horror a rather sad-looking Kurumi. She rushed to her bestie's side, and knelt on the floor infront of kurumi. She saw the aparecium. It was really mean, and to her friend too! She frowned and put a hand on kurumi's shoulder. "Kurumi." she called softly.

Sarah arrived at the Common Room for the meeting. Hope I'm not late! she thought as she entered the common room just to find a girl in there. She knew her by name, er, was it Kurumi? Sarah went next to her, smiled and said, "Hello." politely.

Arabella-Marie arrived at the meeting after showering after the match and wondered what it was all about and she was lost and sat and waited for the meeting to start she had no idea what it was all about and hoped that it was nothing bad to be said in the meeting

Cody arrived at the meeting. He was thinking if he was going to be late or not. He took a seat and waited for someone to say something. He was just thinking what the meeting was going to about.

There was a house meeting, Orlando figured it couldn't be about something nice. The environment around the Gryffindors seemed too gloomy. The game had a lot to do with it, of course. Even though, he tried to avoid such circumstances - such environment, he had decided to drag himself in for the meeting.

Spotting the note and the cookies, the boy contemplated over the ordeal situation of taking the cookies. No one had touched the plate yet. HE WANTED TO. SO MUCH. Kurumi's sad sad face didn't help the boy - his insides said, how could he think of eating when everyone was so glooooooooomy.

Lexi walked in, grabbed two handsful of cookies and plopped down in a corner by herself. Yeah. She had no desire to be ANYWHERE near either of her USELSS Prefects... well Simon and Legend anyway. She didn't know whether that girl was... oh what does it matter? She had no desire to be there and if it was about something STUPID like house points, she was SO out of there.

Shoving half a cookie in her mouth she didn't even bother to look around to see who was there... if anyone wanted to they could talk to HER. HMPH.

Unlike Orlando Lexi had no regard for gloooomy people. She went on grabbed a handful of cookies - giving Orlando the chance of not feeling epic guilty. Quietly reaching out for the now touched cookies, Orlando grabbed two .. and then three before following Lexi.

The last time, they had met - chaos had happened. Ryden had been there, punching Lexi's boyfriend - Lexi was talking pirate and yelling at people. Being Orlando, now he did not feel what he had felt then - nevertheless, he had to be careful, in case Lexi decided to erupt again. "OYE." He called, plopping down next to her. "Are you stillll talking pirate then?"

Rose walked into the Meeting thing. She and her friends had been speculating over this, so she was anxious to find out what it was about. She sat down on a chair and waited for the Meeting thing to start.

Lucy entered the room for the meeting. She had earlier read the notice about the meeting. But that didn't quite explain why the meeting was held. She walked towards one of the tables and made herself comfortable, as she watched others arriving. None of them looked quite happy after returning form the match. They all looked sad including herself. She wasn't very happy too.

Thinking why the meeting was held she waited for it to start. Her curious mind was on the way to blast if she didn't find out quickly why in the name of Merlin were they called?

Kurumi eyes were shut tight as she tried to erase the awful memories from the past 24 hours. No, it had been less than that. It had been more like half a day since everything had happened. It had taken her over six months to get over Adam and finally when she was feeling the most comfortable and willing to open up again...she was right back where she was the day Adam left.

No...she was in an even darker place.

But, a small glimmer of light appeared in the gentle voice of her friend, Heather.

"H-H-Hello," she managed to squeak out as she forced herself to smile.
Kurumi then nodded her head to the girl who sat down next to her. Nodded, but did not remove her arms that were hugged tightly around her legs.

Usually, Kurumi was very bubbly and talkative to the younger students...but her heart just wasn't in it right now.

Her eyes glanced over at the sand dollar cookies and she sighed. When she was little, she would pretend that sand dollars were like real money and that she was a mermaid who had to go shopping at various stores. Her hometown was no where near the ocean, so she had to play make-believe with that too. She was beginning to miss being back home in Japan, which was very unlike her seeing as that place held nothing but negative memories for her.

Sarah noticed that she was worrying about something. She knew Kurumi to be a lively and happy-go-lucky Gryffindor, but now it was a contrast. Somethings not good! Sarah thought for a moment and then went near her. She touched her shoulder, "What happened?" she asked calmly.

"Hey Orlando... what are you talking about? I have never spoken pirate in my life." Odd child. "How have you been?" She then crunched on a cookie and eyed the boy suspiciously. WHAT was everyone on about pirate talking? it was BEYOND her.

Selina shook her red hair out in the Common Room as she entered the port hole. For a moment all that could be seen was her red hair flapping all about in every different direction until she decided that her hair was good now. She had just returned for the locker room where she had taken a long needed shower. The game today was a dissapointment for sure, but Selina was always the strong one and would be there for all of her team mates. But it didn't mean that she wasn't hurt either. Come on... it was Slytherin.

Once she entered the Common Room she saw that all of her house mates were gathered in one spot. She turned her head to the side to see what everyone was looking at. It was a sign and Simon's hand writing. She approached it cautiously and then read it through and through. What did they want to hold a house meeting for? A pep talk? Kind of not a good time. But she would listen regeardless so she plopped down next to Kurumi and said, "House Meeting?"

Kurumi winched slightly at the girl's touch - but not because she didn't appreciate the gesture. It was more that compassion being shown by others would most likely make her break down into tears.

"I'll be...alright..." she said slowly turning her face away to see...

SELINA!

Merlin did Kurumi need to speak with her later. Selina probably thought that the look of despair on her face was related to the match, but it was so much more - which was probably VERY obvious by the fact that her hair hadn't changed back to black since she had spoken with Treyen a few hours ago. She had her hood up, which is why no one else probably took notice of the sickly color her hair had turned save for a small portion of her bangs that was peeking out from under the black fabric.

"Yeah..." Kurumi nodded peeking a glance at her friend.

Watching Kurumi behave like that, made Sarah turn sad. Now why am I sad? Something about this girl made her feel attached to her. She wanted to console her, tell her everything was alright. But then, she didn't know whether it would make her angry. After all, Sarah was a little first year, wasn't she? This is not the cheerful meeting I thought it would be. "Hey, is there anything I can do?" she asked, hopefully.

Arabella-Marie sighed and then yawned a bit she was exhausted after the match and wondered how much longer they had to wait until the meeting started

'Hey, Kurumi...' Rose said quietly. 'I saw the Aparecium... I don't believe it! I'm sure it's just looking for some gossip!' Rose told Kurumi

''And now...THAT is MINE!!!''

Josh said directly walking to the Beater's Bat and grabbing it then checking it for any harm on it. Yea, he liked his beater's bat. It was his beloved beater's bat! And these days it looked like people liked to steal his things. Evelyn: his heart, Destiny: his hand, Carter: his name; Simon: his beater's bat and others he couldn't remember and list right now.

Heh!

But since he finally got his hands on his beloved bat, he could put a smile on his face and eye the note a bit. Well...the delay? That was no problem for Josh Carter. Especially if there was cookie but...somehow them having not been cooked by Kurumi was making the boy own a sceptical demeanor towards the baked pieces. Hmm...

Anyhow, he picked up one of them with a thought of saving at least one for himself before they were all gone in case the other lions would consume them all in the very near future.

Then approaching a nearby armchair, he settled himself down in it.

Mmm...comfortable thing...

Selina tucked a strand of her red hair behind her ear as she leaned over to look at Kurumi. The more she leaned forward the more she noticed that Kurumi was trying desperately to cover her head by keeping her hood up. So she leaned forward more and was nearly on the floor when she noticed a strand of hair that was obviously Kurumi's but a very sad Kurumi. Not wanting to draw attention to Kurumi's hair at the moment to the general public, Selina wasn't sure if others knew of her ability, she just rubbed her friend's back.

"Hey there, what's wrong?" It had been several hours since the game, so something must have happened.

Cove took a seat in the common room. She wondered what this meeting was about. She saw some people she had met before but decided to leave them be. She was not in the greatests of moods. But she wouldn't mind having someone to talk to. Atleast another girl.

Heather knew that from the softness of Kurumi's voice and the look of her rather forced smile that Kurumi was really down and depressed; poor Kurumi had gone through a lot and Heather could not do anything to greatly help her dearest friend. She tried to smile for Kurumi as a sign of sympathy.

Times like these, Heather felt helpless. She's not good at advices, she doesn't know how to really comfort someone depressed, but she does know this: She stood and sat beside Kurumi and gave the girl a big hug. "You can tell me anything, Kurumi." What she had been through...Adam...Connor...and...what was that guy's name again? T...Treyen? Yeah...she thought, The aparecium thingy said so. For a long time, Kurumi had not talked to her about such things, and Heather was afraid to bring it up between them, because she was trying to keep Kurumi as happy as she can be.

"I'm always here for you." she added, keeping a smile on her face. Her mother, her father and Camellia always told her smiles would make things better. She hoped so, keeping her smile on her face for Kurumi to feel better, but she thought, seeing Kurumi smile-that isn't a forced one-would be the best.

Jayce clambered through the portrait after hearing word of some sort of meeting? He wasn't sure why there'd be a meeting or why all of the Gryffindor was supposed to attend. Maybe he'd done something wrong and was about to get scolded by people his own age AND the younger students! OH THE HORROR. So, as he glanced about the now crowded Common room, the boy paused. It didn't seem like they were going to yell at him or anything and- OH. COOOOKIEEES.

The seventh year boy bounded through the crowd and scooped up two cookies. ONE FOR EACH HAND. He beamed before grabbing what appeared to be the only free arm chair as he waited for Legend, the quidditch captain- who's name wouldn't come to mind at the moment, along with the female prefect.

Ariella entered the Common Room, feeling better after a nice shower. She flopped down onto a chair, wondering what this whole meeting was about. She would much rather be in her room resting up than having to be there. She didn't even feel like eating a cookie.
