Nika saw Cove and jumped up as if she wasn't even the least bit tired. She skipped over to Cove's bed and jumped up and down right beside it. "HIYA COVE!" Nika really needs to lay off the chocolate pudding. It just adds to her craziness. "I'M SUPER ENERGIZED!!!" She kept bouncing as she looked at the tired? Looking Cove. Poor Cove having to deal with a spaz ball like this. "WOOOO!! I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY!!!" Oh dear.

.....................................All of a sudden there was Nika, bouncing off the walls, again. "Hi Nika." Cove said. "You ate chocolate pudding again didn't you?" She asked. "Sorry that I'm not very energetic. I swam in the lake for most of the day than practiced my piano-violin concerto for like three hours........" Cove moved to sit up, but her back hurt to much and was screaming at her to not move.

Nika smiled sheepishly as she swayed back and forth. "Maybeeee." But it's just so appetizing!!! The pudding is just too good to pass up! Besides it makes everything better. "Okay maybe I did." She admitted blushing. "BUT IT WAS JUST SOOOO GOOD!!!" She started to bounce some more as she listened to Cove's little story. "OH! It's okay I think I have enough energy for the both of us! SEE?!?! SEE!?!" That's it. No more pudding for Nika.

"Okay, I think you need a sugar free diet from now on. Or atleast a diet with less sugar in it....." Cove said. Sugar never affected her. "Yeah, I see." Cove said a little scared.

Nika shook her head. No sugar? B-b-but what fun would that be? "That's what my parents say! They say that I shouldn't have caffeine either. That's why I'm not aloud to have coffee." She said pretty fast. "Cooooove I'm booooooored."

CeCe looked upon the girl. She wasn't quite sure what Hiya meant- grant it to her language barrier, but Nika seemed good enough, a nice girl to become friends with or get to know well.

"Hola.."CeCe greeted in her natural language."Are you a first year...?"

Hola? What in the name of Merlin's underpants is that? Right. Hola... She had heard of it before. "It means hi... I think." Thought Nika as she smiled at Cece. She'd have to ask what language that "hola" was from. It sounded familiar, but then again... Nika never really did travel at all. The first time was last summer when she visited a friend who lived in france. The only language that she understood is English.

First year?! First year!? UGh. If Nika had a number one pet peeve it was this. People thinking she's a first year. She's much older than that. Okay so even if she's a second year which is only one step up she's not a child anymore. Not a first year child at least. Now she is a second year child. A mature, somewhat crazy, twelve year old girl. Even though she was practically fuming on the inside she kept up her smiliness and replied sweetly. "No, actually I'm a second year." She remembered the girls "hola" from before and thought she would clarify just in case this girl didn't understand her english. She held up the number two with her fingers. "What year are you in?" She asked sweetly.

Raising an eyebrow as the other girl Nika became distracted by something CeCe began to play with her fingers. Well, if the girl could distract herself and forget about CeCe, why couldn't CeCe do the same also?

A second year, just like Selina, CeCe made a mental note of that. Wondering if all second years acted the same crazy hotheaded type who then calm down after a good chat.

"Thres...Or in your language...Third Year..I'm 13...And umm...What are you doing ? Going to bed yet?It's only 8:30..."CeCe mentioned as she looked up at the clock in the corner.

Nika raised her eyebrow. Right "Thres?". "What is your language?" She asked CeCe as she mentioned "Nika's" language. Wait what? "I was thinking?" Isn't it normal to think? Or did this girl not think in "her" country?

"Erm- no I'm not going to bed. I'm more of a night owl!" She said enthusiastically. "Why? Are you tired?" She asked the "Thres" year girl. Nika tried to sweeten her tone as she talked to the girl because she wanted to become friends with the third year and not make any enemies in her own house.

It was a testing time, just when CeCe had trouble becoming friends with Selina. But she wouldn't make the same mistake twice, Selina told her off good, so she must listen to herself and realize when she was acting big headed. I'm from Mexico City..I'm completely Mexican...Oh...Yeah..Thinking is good."CeCe responded with a crooked smile.

I'm also..No puedo..I mean I can't sleep early..This is like f-f-four o' clock..That's how you say it right..? Four o' clock?.Sorry me English is no good..I'm still learning.."CeCe added as she could feel her skin turning bright red from being embarassed. I'm not tired..I just asking you because you were in la bed already...Just wondering.."

Tayla jumped into bed, feeling much better. Her muscles were sore from the running and the flying. "Good night girls," she said sleepily. She yawned and pulled her blanket over her face.

Nika nodded. AH. Mexico City. "They speak Mexican or is it Spanish?" Nika thought as she smiled at CeCe. So it seemed like she had a bit of an attitude change all of the sudden. Well whatever brought it about Nika was glad. It seemed like the conversations lost some tension.

"No Puedo", Nika was repeating all of the little phrases in her head after CeCe had said them. She was trying to pick up some of the new language so that maybe she'd be able to learn it. "Yeah four o'clock is right..." She said unsure. Unless CeCe was trying to say something like 5 o'clock because in that case she would be off by a bit. "It's alright. Your english is fine. I wouldn't have been able to tell that it wasn't your first language if you didn't tell me otherwise." Okay lie, but still! She was only trying to be nice.

"Oh." Right. That's why she had asked if Nika was going to bed. She didn't even realize that she was sitting in bed with her PJs on and the covers drawn over her. "I-I guess I was just planning on thinking some. You know reflect on my day."

Nika turned to see Tayla all ready for bed. " 'Night Tayla. Sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite." She said with a chuckle as she turned back to CeCe.

CeCe could see now that she had explained her language a bit better, the conversation flowed a little bit more easy and neither of them were judging each other on speech.

It was nice to just be able to talk to someone in a calming manner, with Selina it was still a bit serious with the conversations but CeCe didn't mind. Sure these two girls right now were having a simple chat about sleeping and what time it was, but it was the most relaxing chat CeCe had in months at Hogwarts.

Do you want me to leave you alone and think?"CeCe asked politely as she got out a notebook from her backpack..

Yes, this is much better. Nika is truthfully happy that the conversation became nicer and less angry. So this CeCe girl wasn't actually half bad. Maybe Nika just needed to clear her mind off of everything that happened today.

Wait think? Eh, no. Nika gets enough of that in class. She was only trying to come up with an excuse for laying in bed so early. "No, no. I don't need to think. I've had plenty of time for that." She said nodding her head. Now to start a decent conversation. "So what made you move?"

"It's not surprising that they say that." Cove giggled. "A lot of sugar and caffeine are bad for you so don't have too much of it." Cove was like a doctor therapist and artist all wrapped up into one. "Okay what do you want to do?"

Nika shrugged. "I dunnnnooooooo." She said as she looked around the room. "Maybe we should get some of the DADA homework done?" Yeah. Okay spazzy Nika was starting to die down. "You wanna do some karate or something?" She asked raising an eyebrow. Maybe that would make some good use of her energy. "Except I dunno how to do Karate."

"Okay let's do it." Cove got up off the bed with her back cracking the while time. "Alright, I know karate." Cove said.

Okay so Cove knows Karate. That's good, very good. Because Nika absolutely does not know it at all. "Well I've seen a couple of movies where they do this stuff." She said as she kicked the air a couple of times while saying a little "HIGHYA" after each kick. "Then they do some weird punches." She said demonstrating them. "But that's all I know..."

Cove watched as Nika did he kicks and punches. "Okay not bad but your balance is off a bit." Cove said. "Okay show me your stance for a kick.l and then I will improve it." Cove said.

Right. Balance. Well honestly Nika had no clue what she was doing. She was only imitating the things she saw in movies. "Erm- my stance for a kick? I don't really have a stance I just kick?" Huh? Cove is just way too sports oriented for her.

Cove giggled. "Just get ready like you were gonna do a kick. The execution of your kicks and punches were perfect. Here like this," Cove said and turned to her side. Her legs were apart and her left foot was faced foreword. "Let's go for the punch first." She demonstrated putting her fists up. (Justbimagine Mulan stuff). "Try it."

Right... Well Nika has no idea what she's doing. She imitated Cove and looked at her with her eyebrows raised. "Like that? You know Cove i think that counts as enough Karate." She said nodding. Yep. No more... "Do you wanna stretch now or something?" She questioned the fourth year. Maybe they could knock out like four different things.

CeCe hesitated . She hadn't really explained this to anyone so she told her the part that she felt comfortable with.

"My parents found out we were magical and , rather than me staying in Mexico City, wanted me to come here, so I could clear my head..The rest is all fuzzy to me and I don't want to talk about it with you yet..We need to be good friends to talk about that.""She explained the best she could without having a fake grin or expression to her face.

If the girl wanted to know more CeCe would seriously attack her like how she and Selina used to be around each other.So, to get the point across CeCe raised an eyebrow meaning Nika shouldn't research further into the moving situation.

Right... the rest is all fuzzy? O.o

Well that makes total sense. NOT. Huh? Okay well the rest was fuzzy... Did she soundly loose her vision so then she needed glasses so everything became fuzzy? Eh. Well Nika won't question the fuzziness. Apparently she can't talk about it with CeCe yet anyways. So it's all good.

"So are you a muggle born?" Nika didn't really clearly understand. So she decided to ask CeCe. Hopefully CeCe could tell her this without having to be really good friends or anything. Eh besides questions are how you get to know a person right?

CeCe saw that Nika was becoming more confused by the second, so to clear some things CeCe spoke.The fuuzyness is the thing I don't want to talk about.My parents did something to me and I don't feel close enough with you to explain it."By explaining her actions CeCe hoped Nika would understand and rather bring up the subject later on when they were better friends.

"Excuse me? I don't know mucho de Magical Language but ..Me parentes..My parents are both non magic..Maybe you can teach me some Magic Lingo?"Good way to laugh at CeCe's mistakes and for them to be better friends.
