Okay... it was official. This girl was crazy. Dallin frowned at her reaction; he hadn't expected that. At all. What was with her sudden change of attitude around him? Just a few days ago she'd been excited to sit on the couch with him all night and be bored. Now she seemed to not want to have anything to do with him. He probably wouldn't be too bothered with it - if he actually knew what he did to make her mad.
"Yeah, Ellie saw you standing behind us, and then I saw you reading. You didn't look happy." He leaned forward, his elbows on his knees so that he could look at her more seriously. She really wasn't happy, was she? "And it seemed like you didn't want to talk. So I wanted to ask you, now, if you were okay." His voice had taken on a slightly bitter tone by now.
He leaned back, sighing. It was obvious she didn't want to talk to him, then. What had he done wrong? He stood up swiftly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Alright, well, i guess I'll leave then. I just - I guess I'll talk to you later. If you want. Call me."
Dehydrated or not- her eyes suddenly found enough H2O to pee themselves. Yeah, it's a disgusting expression but SHE DID NOT CARE. And wait... Ellie? "Ellie? Ellie Johanson?" She straightened up and leaned forward, too, to seriously look at him. He was holding hands with Ellie?? The nice, friendly Ellie? Well.. she was friendly when Enya wasn't around, at least. But.. but...
And then he stood up and all the hard attitude and blankness of the heart were out the window and flew away with the wind.. She jumped on her feet and grabbed his wrist, "No!" Gulp. She let go quickly, "I mean... you can go to your friends, if you like, but.. but I.. we.. can talk. Now. If you want," Back to wet eyes and runny nose. *sniff*

He looked down at his wrist that Louisa was now holding. The sudden mood change was almost scary. Dallin was completely silent as she finally got out what she was trying to say. He stared at her, perplexed by her wet eyes and sniffing.
He was so confused.
"Okay." A stomachache. Sure, if she said so. For some reason, he didn't believe her excuse. Ellie said that she had seen them before leaving - so why had she given up? Sure, maybe she hadn't recognized them from the back, but... still. Dallin couldn't get his mind around it. "Are you mad at me?" He couldn't help but ask. Her sniffing and earlier behavior made him think she must have some sort of a problem with him. He took a slow, deep breath to get himself to calm down. He wasn't going to snap at her or get mad.
As Emily peacefully turned the page she heard the door slide open. She just looked up as Cove shouted her name, causing her to drop her book. "Hi Cove" she smiled picking up her book and marking her place. "Oh it's fine. I was only reading sinc there was no one to talk to."
She beamed and placed her book back in her trunk.
Turning back she saw Cove grinning. She was planning something. "Why are you grinning?" she asked suspiciously, narrowing her eyes at her friend. Whatever it was, it would be evil. "This is my owl Sunny by the way." she said showing Cove the little ball of feathers asleep in cage next to her. "She's quite small, but can get the job done."
Cove looked over at Emily, still grinning. "Hehehehe, no reason...." She said. Her grin disappeared when she saw the owl. "Hi Sunny." She said too the owl. "She's adorable."

"Lied?" he repeated, sitting up straight and working hard to control his voice and keep it level. "I didn't lie, Louisa." He had no idea why he was suddenly so angry. Maybe just the fact that she was accusing him of something that he didn't do. Plus, he hated lying. He would never do it himself.
"When you asked me," he said slowly. His voice shook with his effort to keep it calm. "I didn't have a girlfriend. I was being one hundred percent honest with you."Just so you know. "Nothing," Dallin answered quickly, looking away from Louisa. He should have kept his mouth shut, period. Then he wouldn't have said that. Sure, he'd explain the situation to her if he could, but he just didn't feel right telling people about something that really wasn't something that was his to tell. Besides, he had a horrible feeling that if he told Louisa why Ellie wouldn't be his girlfriend for long, he'd cry or something. And he definitely did not want that.
Thank Merlin for the change of topic. Also, thank Merlin that Dal had decided to get something from the food trolley on his way here. That way, he felt like he could do some good in this visit to Louisa. "Here," he muttered, reaching into his jeans pocket and pulling out a slightly squished pumpkin pasty. "It's, um, all I got." He still wasn't meeting her eyes.

And what Simon said next completely took his attention. No killing? But...but.... did not he know what that coward did? He had been asking for it for quite a time and Josh had not even punched him once...yet. Yet...killing of annoying owls? Ah? Maybe Simon misunderstood what he was talking about.
''You know him.'' so he said in case the other lion boy had not guessed it. ''I meant Riley. '' Heh. No killing for him? ''Well...cannot i at least maim him? You should have seen what he did and said!!! He simply implied that i was not a good enough boyfriend for her, even not worthy of her. And...'' the Gryffindor tried not to tense angrily at that point. ''...and he boasted to me that he will be seeing her during the summer break!!!'' Seriously, that was too much. Really, too much. ''And you know what i will be doing the whole summer? Lemme make it clear; i have to work at my uncle's farm...the whole summer....while he is playing around my girlfriend. Seriously Simon. You should have seen his expression while saying those. There was a huge smirk on his stupid, ugly face.''
Josh had no idea what the boy had been trying to do anyway. Maybe he had a death wish or something? ''The more i try not to kill or even punch him, the more he does his best to get on my nerves.''
Yeah...now he thought of it. He was supposed to find a few or more opportunities to escape to the Diagon Alley during the summer since...things were getting more and more intense which was no good. No good at all. Maybe he could find a part-time job at one of the shops in the Alley. Maybe if not there, he could find a job in the...Knockturn Alley?

No, not there. He had promised Lafay not to walk in there again. Aaand...his thoughts of those immediately stopped when that...voice he loved to listen to came to his ears. Evelyn!
Pushing himself off the door, Josh turned around to face the girl. Guess, there was going to be no more talking about the coward now. ''Hey!'' he greeted back with a small smile and stepped aside to let her in ''Patrolling the corridors?''
Apparently this place was getting more and more crowded. Not that Josh did not like some crowd, actually he was just not in the mood yet those were all friends so it was way better. Waaaaaaaay better.
Smiling at Selina as well, Josh nodded at her too as a greeting. Ah? She was asking if she could join them? ''Yeah, sure.'' he said before moving his gaze outside the window then...back on Evelyn again.
Kurumi sat back in her seat as she listened to the slight banter between Simon and Josh. Wait, Josh and Riley weren't on good terms? Well, this was rather unfortunate....Why did it always seem like she was on good terms with two people who seemed to hate each other for existing? Kurumi decided to keep her mouth shut, her eyes on the owl.
Yep, Kurumi would just stick with the owl for now, who was apparently named Hotty. "Good day, Hotty," Kurumi said bowing her head towards the owl. Maybe...she wouldn't try to pet the bird. She would rather like to keep her fingers on her hand.
Ah yes...Pineapple Boy...we meet again at last. Walnut sauntered into the compartment, following his mistress, and saw the owl. Nope, far too much effort to try and stick his paws into the cage. Then, Walnut did something a little unsuspected - well, for those who knew the relationship - he rubbed his head on Josh's leg. Pineapple Boy and him may not always see eye to eye, but at least he had never made his Mistress cry, unlike that Hufflepuff.
What the catnip was a Hufflepuff anyway?

They had spent a little more time together outside of the classroom - and outside of Kurumi handing Josh cookies - so perhaps that had something to do with it. Kurumi wasn't really aware of it, but Cookie Hater Evelyn was rubbing off a little on the lioness.

*Taking Marie to the compartment he had set aside earlier Matty opened the door and walked in after her. Taking a seat he held an arm out to her for her to sit next to him.*
"I haven't seen much of Mia either. Wouldn't put it past her if she found a faster way back home, so she could get to Nik."
*Matty smirked at that knowing that nothing could keep Mia from Nik. Just like nothing could keep Marie and Matty apart.*
"Good." Finlay nodded with a smile, resting his feet on the other seats on the other side of the compartment. He'd forgotten what it had been like to just be able to have a laugh. That was what his friendship with Mia was all about. He would probably miss it last year. Mia was someone he could always have a laugh with, she was really one of akind.
Finlay rolled his eyes. "Vain wench." He smirked at her. He remembered when Mia hadn't been this vain, and he did prefer he like this. It was fun. She was kind of just like him, but then different. It was good. Finlay smiled. He would really miss her next year. Oh well. He'd have to make sure he could come to hogsmeade sometimes so that he could see her.
Finlay smiled. He really was so happy with Fallon. She had changed him for the better. "I'm so happy..." He didn't think he'd ever been happier. Bring their other halves? Finlay grinned. "That will be fun."
This time Mia did roll her eyes at Finlay. "Oh Merlin! You and Nik are worse than my own father. He would let me leave..." Well he would eventually. She could put up a good argument when she wanted to and not only that she was as stubborn as a mule.
Brushing her hair back off her face, Mia gave Finn a look. Did he really just say that? "Oh now that's the pot calling the kettle black." Really! Finn had the biggest ego of anyone she knew. Okay that wasn't true. Nik had the biggest ego. Finn came in second. Oh man she was going to miss her best friend.
"I wouldn't be grinning if I were you." she said with a grin of her own. "You and Nik in the same room..." She trailed off leaving that last bit unsaid. Because fun is probably the last thing it would be.

Mordred felt his head ache as he continued to listen to Aurora. He had to do something to help her. Yes, he has not met any of her family members, but he knew it will mean a lot to her. “I don’t know how I will be able to help, but will you keep me posted over the summer?” he said thinking hard on how to solve her problem.
He then thought of the adventure he will have with Julian, Franco, Sebastien and Dominic. “Maybe they could help. But how?” he said as he flattened his hair. “If I can just find something in the library.” He thought bitterly.
Right then and there, he remembered the Ancient Potions book they have in their library; the one with the Morteaus Flower. “Maybe there’s something there that could cure Kryspin. The magic used by the old religion died years ago. But if there’s a chance of curing him...” he thought looking at Aurora who was being helpless again. “She’s good at potions—no doubt. And maybe her mother or father could help her out with the incantation.” He thought and smiled at the idea.
“Next year will be better, now that Hogwarts will offer dance lessons.” Mordred grinned and nodded in agreement. “Yes, we should hang out more next year. As long as you don’t share with me anything glittery, sparkly or pink.” he said grinning. He crossed his arms again and looked out the window contemplating more on his brilliant idea.

"It's funny, but I always seemed to gravitate towards guys with huge egos. I have this thing for guys with a lot of self confidence." Perhaps because she sometimes she lacked confidence. Especially when it came to magic.

Anyone that made his best friend happy was a good guy. "I think he's already now." Because well he had to right? He nust hoped that when he met Nik, that the guy wouldn't change his opinion. But he was kind of looking forward to the meeting. "Well...I'm going to behave Mia." He promised with a smile. He wasn't interested in Mia anymore....he hadn't been interested in her for a while now.

"I've never been to America before," Kurumi said with her eyes glazing over with excitement. "It will be my first time going this summer." A glow appeared on her cheeks. "I have a few times," she nodded. "It's the fastest mode of transportation within Japan. It's really fast and very comfortable to ride."
"You should come visit. I will look after you," he beamed. "Where are you going?" He wasn't sure if he knew that. "I only visit Tokyo, so I don't ever have the chance. I want to though. It sounds like great fun." He would go on it one day.

She looked at her handkerchief as Mordred fell quiet. Soaked. She produced her wand and pointed it at the hanky, muttering a spell. The handkerchief dried and she began wiping her eyes. It felt good to get stuff off her chest... she decided she'd try and do it more often.
"Hmm. More dancing." Aurora said, she could already dance. She didn't really want to have to do more of it... "Pink? Me? Are you serious?" Aurora chuckled. "Stars and shiny things. Yes. But no Pink and no Glitter. It gets everywhere. However, I'm sure a nice, bright purple would suit you." she teased.

Kurumi couldn't help but giggle in return. He did have a valid point - he would be a terrible host if he allowed her to starve to death. "You don't either?" she gasped. To someone just listening to their conversation, one might assume that she was in shock due to the horror of imaging a home without magic. However, her expression told a different story. "I am not allow to at my home. Father is a pureblood, but mother is non-magical, and deathly afraid of magic. She...she sometimes won't even look at me because of my violet eyes. They remind her of what I am."
Kurumi almost hugged Conan due to the sheer happiness of finding someone else that understood her situation. She stopped herself short though and instead probably resembled someone who was about to fall off their seat.
