What kind of a game was this? Isobel considered just leaving, but she didn't want to get in trouble and she did want to earn points, so she looked around for a partner. "Simon," she said, walking over to him. "Want to be my partner?"

Simon looked at his Quidditch Captain and smiled. "Isobel, I'd love to be." Simon was just about to get on his broom when he had a flashback of him hitting the stands in the last Quidditch match which made him shiver, suddenly remembering Isobel would be watching he smiled. "I'm just a bit cold." He was hoping she would believe him.

Simon got on his broom and then went High up into the sky, if he had crashed into the stands before it could hurt that much fallen from 40 metres right and if the captain wanted him to he would go even higher, he suddenly stopped his broom and waited for Isobel to catch up.

Isobel grinned, glad that he wanted to be her partner, and wouldn't abandon her. That would be kind of depressing. Isobel frowned in confusion when he said he was cold. It was May. Whatever.

Isobel mounted her broom and followed him up in to the sky. When he stopped she looked down and saw that they were really far up in the air, but she shrugged. Whatever he preferred, it didn't bother her. "So, um, what exactly are we supposed to do?"

Simon looked at Isobel and smiled. "Where suppost to knock each other of our brooms." And then seeing that she was also not happy with the hight he smiled. "I thought this would be too low for you." Simon smiled as he raced on upwards in the sky." Simon passed 100 metres, 200 metres, 300 metres, 400 metres, he stopped at 450 metres which was as high as a sky scrapper, he then waited for Isobel to catch up to see if she wanted to go higher or it this was high enough for her.

Thea squinted up as she watched Simon soar higher and higher. Wow.... she was almost shaking just watching him. Her sharp blue eyes caught the sight of him grinning down at his partner.
'I think this is one of the things Professor would of included in the what not to do list..' She muttered to herslef, once again sweeping Hemo's bright blonde hair out of her eyes.

I could use a partner" William told the others in the class that are unpartnered.

Marie gulped. It wasn't natural, but it was a way to learn how to protect herself and others, right? RIGHT? She walked towards the spot where the flying would begin, she hopped into her broom and with a tap on the ground, she began to raise up in the air, not so high, as she thought what spell or techniques she'd use to tackle whoever would love to take her down.

She looked around...There were many Quidditch Players....oh dear.

Daichi circled in the air on the school broom and looked down at the grass.
The students and the professor below him looked like ants. This was another reason why he loved Quidditch. When he flew, others were smaller than him and he wasn't the smallest anymore~! Daichi disliked his height, other first years were bigger than him. But now he was bigger than all of them mwahaha. Daichi grinned as he thought about hoping to get long legs when he got older.

Oh right, the exam! Nodding off in to his own thoughts seemed to be a specialty of his since the last few weeks. Daichi looked at his partner and saw her still standig on the grass. Was she scared of flying? Daichi couldn't honestly get what was so scary about flying! The freedom! The speed! The wind! The falling off a broom! The bludgers attacki-- oh right... He could see a point why the girl looked like she'd rather stay on the ground

He was however surprised to see the Ravenclaw push off in to the air. Wow, he admired her courage. If he didn't like flying himself he would have said adios and walked back to the castle. But she didn't and Daichi watched as she flew towards him while the broom bumped.

And then he saw her opening her mouth, no doubt saying something. But because the wind was a little too loud he couldn't hear her. He grabbed the handle of his broom with both hands and bend forward. He dove to the ground until he was at the girls side and tucked up, breaking his dive. "what is it?" he asked, grabbing his own wand because he had seen her having hers in her hand. You never know who to trust, it might all be an act.

But then he saw the girl's face. She looked pale and balanced unsteadily on her broom. Daichi looked at her hands and noticed them clutching on the broom. " A- are you ok?" he asked with a concerning voice. " i-if it helps, i-i'm bad at performing spells so uhm...yeah." He finished his sentence with another blush and looking down.

How on EARTH was THAT going to HELP her?!

Ah they were following along with instructions, Sherman mused to himself as he watched the rest of the group pair off and one by one take to the skies. He shook his head not understanding anyone's fascination with flying for any reason especially for fun. His eyes caught a pair in particular, a boy and a girl, recognizing the robes as those he had identified as the Hufflepuff house in his time around them before they zoomed off to great heights.

Time for some fun.

Slipping his wand from his robe pocket, his gaze still following their movements to try and avoid loosing them, he took aim in their direction as best he could. "Incendio!" he cast the fire spell shooting off in the direction of the Hufflepuff captain and companion.

Letting out a high pitched shriek, Thea spun around as the spell shot past her. In her panic she had whipped out her wand in seconds and screamed right back.. 'Incendio!!!'
Squinting slightly, Thea didn't even know which direction her spell went.. and she didn't have a partner.. Whoops? Giggling slightly, Thea regained control of Hemo's gangly features, and carried on watching the Hufflepuff duo.

Simon was waiting for Isobel when suddenly he saw fire shoot slightly passed him, looking down he could just make out that the caster was on the ground, hey that wasn't fair, how was he suppost to knock him off his broom if he wasn't on the broom anyway he thought he would let the Gryffindor Captain have that one but if he shot one more fire spell at him no matter what the Professor would say he was going to send one back.

Simon then had an idea and putting his broom into full speed, he went up higher and higher and higher until he was over 1,500 ft in the air, now he was sure they were safe from the Gryffindor and maybe even Professor Vindictus because if they couldn't see them on the ground they could just chat and then go back down and say they were trying to bump each other off even though they just chatted.

Eino couldn't believe what they had been instructed to do. But after picking up his jaw from the ground, he grew very excited. He had always wanted to duel on a broomstick, and this was close enough, even though he was certain he wouldn't last very long. He looked around at his classmates, trying to scout the most feeble person he could find. That way he would probably have a bigger chance at completing the assignment. That wasn't the way to play it, though! And that would not be the way Sir Toby and Eino would have wanted it. "Who cares confront me in a fiery battle that will make hell look like a bonfire?!" He announced with a very deep voice. Hopefully they were aloud to say that. If Professor Vindictus was roleplying pirates then he should be able to roleplay knights too.

Ronnie walked up to William. "I'll be your partner, mate!" she said happily.

Simon looked down and the ground and saw that they looked like specs of dirt and he didn't like it, so he decided for safety that he would go a bit lower, he even realised that if the spell of fire had hit him when he had been as high up as he was would have been hard to control his broom, he decided that 800ft would be high enough and hopefully Isobel agreed, Simon raced on his broom down to 800ft, he had been feeling a bit lonely at 1,500ft and so he had decided so he could see the other 800ft was much better and he could keep an eye on Simon and then if Simon tried to hit them again he would be able to get Simon without hitting anything else.

Sherman turned his attention to the Gryffindor as she shot back at him, the sailor pretty sure his shot hadn't hit her as it was several feet off. He barely avoided the returning spell as it hit the ground, the man putting it out with a quick "Aquamenti." The man then scowled at her, his wand raised threateningly.

"Use ye deadlights! I wasn't aiming at ye!" he yelled back. "But aye be glad to do so if ye so desire..." he threatened. Not like he'd do it at least when she was watching him.

Caroline smirked this should be fun. How many times did a Professor tell you that you can knock someone off their broom? Never, well maybe only once in a life time. And this was her once a life time chance. Looking around trying to find a partner. ANNNNDDDDD the best part of the whole thing was that her could earn house points. Now all she didn't was a parnter. She was about to shout if anyone needed a partner but decided not to she didn't want to sound overly excited about this.

Simon saw Simon put out a fire, oh he was so joining in on this, and it would serve him right for trying to knock him and the Hufflepuff captain off his broom, racing down to 100 feet so that he could get a good view on the Gryffindor captain he smiled as he shouted. "This is for the one earlier" Simon laughed as he pointed his wand and shouted. "Incendio." He had made sure he had a clear sight of the Gryffindor Captain of course and with that he turn on his broom and started racing upwards back to around 500ft hoping Simon would forgive him for getting his own back on him, though he doubted it.

Well... it seemed the girl in the blue robes wasn't coming up so... with a quick look around Thomas spotted a rather scrawny looking bloke shouting something about a fiery battle. JUST THOMAS' STYLE!

Leaning forward on his broom a bit Thomas jetted off toward the boy and raised his wand. "INCENDIO!" he shouted aiming for the tail twigs before swooping in front of him and sending an elbow toward his face. "It's a battle ye want? Well then it's a battle ye shall have, matey!"

Thomas then began to circle the boy with his wand raised and a scowl on his face. Game on.

Great. More partner work. Ariella sighed as she touched off, flying high into the air. She circled around the stadium a few times. "Does anyone need a partner?" she shouted, hoping someone wanted to partner up with her.

She wasn't very thrilled about this activity. She really didn't want to be knocked off her broom. That was no fun at all.

" Sure, I will be your partner "William told Ronnie . "So we get on our brooms and try to knock each other off, right?' Willaim asked Ronnie. "So how many wats can we knock each off our broooms?" Willaim asked Ronnie.

"Okay, thanks!" Ronnie said. "I think we try to knock each other off." Ronnie said. "And I dunno about the other..thing." Ronnie said shrugging. "Maybe we should as the 'pirate'." She said giggling.

Sherman turned back in the direction of his earlier quarry just in time to spot the younger boy flying towards him. "Protego!' he cast protecting himself this time from the oncoming fire spell before he could remember the captain had said not to use the spell.

"Ye coward...at least I stay in one place ready to fight back...ye run right after ye aim!" he yelled waving his wand at the boy as the Hufflepuff zoomed back off.

"Incendio!" he added shooting off another spell at the boy before turning with a huff to head towards the edge of the pitch. He sure didn't need to be hanging around these Sprogs Raw and their mismatched ways regardless of the captain's orders. There was still other matters thee crew still needed to handle.

Selina looked around for a partner and saw Caroline searching for a partner as well. She approached the Slytherin and said, "Hey you want a partner, Caroline?" Then without another word she mounted her broom and flew into the sky. Once she was in the sky she called down to Caroline, "You coming or what?"

Caroline spoted Selina. As she made her way to see if they could parnter up. the Gryffindor girl seem to have the same idea, as they met in the middle. She was about to speak up when Selina went ahead and asked first. Caroline nodded. "Sure. sounds fine" with a smile she watched Selina fight up into the air.

She stood there for a moment. She really didn't have a clue how she was going to knock the girl off her broom. She shook her head "Yeah, I'm coming." She mounted her broom and caught up the Selina.

Selina waited up in the air for Caroline. After a few moments the girl looked very confused as to how Selina had gotten up there so fast, it was moments like that Selina really appreciated being short and tiny. Most times it was annoying, but when it came to Quidditch and Flying it became one of her most useful skills. Then Caroline caught up mentally and physically. Once they were both up in the air she smiled at the Slytherin and said, "You ready for this?"

Without even waiting for a response Selina rushed right toward Caroline on her broom and pulled the Sloth Grip Roll. Once she was upside down she grabbed the handle of Caroline's broom and spun it to the side allowing the broom to move in circles and spin out of control. As this started to move along Selina flipped back right side up on her broom and watched Caroline spin.
