The young professor was taking her daily walk around the castle when she turned the corner and stopped...was that a young man in his.his...unders ahead...she tried to stiffle a giggle and then she walked a little bit faster towards the boys standing there...one in robes and the other well half naked...surely there was an explanation...of course there was always an explanation...she forced to get the smile off her face.

"Ummmm..I'm sorry to interrupt but is there a reason that you are standing in the middle of the corridor in just your underpants?" she asked with a blank face and a sweet voice....maybe he was sick...or maybe someone had bullied him out of his robes...or maybe...or maybe who knows....she shook her head slightly back and forth and glanced between the boys hoping that one of them had an answer.

Nika nodded. Yeah Dojo did sound pretty cool. "Erm well it's this place where you go to do Karate." Right? "They have grasshoppers there and stuff." That's what they said in all of the movies right? The Karate leader guy always said "that's right grasshopper". Right? Hmm... Well anyways. She turned back to the older girl and smiled sheepishly. Right oops. They're sort of leaving her out of their little side conversation.

YES! HAHA! Nika hugged her quickly and then backed up again. "Oh it's a contest to see who can hug the most slytherin. It's all for hug-a-slytherin day." She said nodding. How could the older girl not have heard of it? Most of the slytherins that Nika hugged had been hugged more than once. Maybe this girl just didn't get around often or something. "So you know our names but what's yours?"

Conan's eyes widened. He was in trouble now. A big person. He didn't know which one, but she didn't look like a child, nor was she dressed like one. And she was asking why he was in his underpants. "I got told I'd get eaten by pogrebins." Truth. Since his Mom almost did get eaten. And he definitely didn't want to get eaten. He would rather be cold.

And cold he was. Shivering, goosebumps, everything. He was probably going to catch pneumonia. He didn't want that at all.

The young professor tried once again not to laugh outloud. She wasn't sure if the student was mocking her or he truly believed he would get eaten by pogrebins...is that what he had just said?...She looked at him with a nurturing look. "Well I haven't seen any pogrebins wandering around the castle in all my years of being here." she said kindly as she glanced around and then continued, "but may I ask you two questions....why would they want to eat you any less if you were robeless and where on earth have your robes gone?" she asked and then flicked her right wrist. With that flick her wand shot out of her wrist holster and into her hand. With a little flick of the wand, a blanket was conjured from a nearby drapery. She made a mental note to replace the drapery later and then directed the blanket towards the young boy.

Conan frowned. "The yellow. It attracts pogrebins." So he had been told. "And they are right there." He pointed to the pile on the floor. Duh. They looked like a pile of clothes. Minus his socks and underpants. Everything else was there though.

He shook his head. He was about to run. Instead he swatted at the blanket. No. No magical blanket. He continued to swat at it, til it left him alone. Stupid teacher woman attacking him with blankets. He would tell someone about this later.

Grasshoppers.. "Oh, I see. Well, can you teach me? Erm, US if she wants to also." She considered, maybe the older Slytherin wanted to learn Karate too. And Nika did say she was an expert.

Fallon smiled at both girls as they tried to include her in the karate conversation. She really didn't mind. She didn't think that either one knew what they were doing anyways. "Don't worry about me. I'm fine."

Fallon couldn't help but giggle after the young Gryffindor gave her reason for having hugged her. She had a feeling a lot of her house mates would NOT appreciate that. Fallon on the other hand, really didn't care. "Really? I bet you've run into a couple of angry snakes..." She smiled. How could she forget to introduce herself. "I'm Fallon. Fallon McCarthy."

Ohh, right. Zara still didn't know the girl's name. Thank Nika for asking. "Nice to meet you Fallon," she smiled, turning her attention to the she-snake.

Gemma raised her eyebrow at the young man...she had never heard this before but she didn't want to explain that to him..."Well I've never heard that one before, maybe we should ask the COMC Professor about that one just in case..." she said once again with her nurturing tone as she followed his gaze towards the pile of clothes on the floor and she shook her head at him.

As she watched him swat at the only help she had offered him and saw the annoyed face on his, she started to loose her patience and her nurturing edge. With a small flick, the blanket folded into a pile at her feet and with another little flick, his pile of clothes came towards his arms. She instantly realized that they weren't the correct color.

In her sweet voice but with a small edge to it, she said, "Well, then Mr?..." she said letting the statement trail off in a question about his name before continuing, "I suggest you put on these robes...but I do have one question...if you are a yellow Hufflepuff the where did you get these blue Ravvie robes?" she said trying to not to sound accusingly.

Conan frowned. She hadn't heard of it. "Eino told me." He nodded. And Eino would know. He was obsessed with pogrebins. "So he must've read it somewhere." He couldn't be wrong. Nope.

He frowned again, as he caught his clothes. "Taylor. Conan Taylor." Wait what? His robes were blue? When had that happened? "I am a Hufflepuff. And my robes were yellow when I took them off, and folded them." He looked up at the woman. "What have you done to my robes? My Mom helped me buy these." He wasn't going to shout. Oh no. But he wasn't happy that she had done something to his robes.

Gemma shook her head slightly up and down, "Well that is interesting, but I don't think taking your robes off in the middle of the hall was the greatest idea....maybe you should've confirmed with the COMC professor about Eino's story...." she said glancing at the boy and making a mental note about the Eino boy.

She glanced at the robes again, realizing that she had mistaken the colors of the robes..."Well, Mr. Taylor it is nice to meet you...I wish it had been under other more clothed circumstances..." she said with a smile at him..."Sorry Mr. Taylor, I was mistaken...it seems your robes are yellow, however...I can put a color changing charm on them for now until you find out if there really are these creatures around the castle...the charm can be easily removed later on." she said trying to calm the young man.

She looked around and instantly asked, "Do you by any chance know where Eino headed after he told you this information about these creatures?" she knew that the information couldn't be true and she had to find this boy and talk to him about this....this was just ridiculous.

"Well I didn't want something to happen in the meantime. It is a long way to wherever the creatures lady lives. And it is outside. I don't go outside." Yeah get that right woman. Crazy woman who had changed his robes' colour.

He frowned, "You accuse me of stealing someone else's robes, or for lying about who I was. And you expect me to accept your apology? And I would rather walk around in my underwear, than you put a 'charm' on my clothing." Did she not understand that he had no dye on him, nor did he have any to change them back to yellow?

He nodded, "Yeah. I sent him to the lake to look for pogrebins."

Gemma's expression went blank and her patience had run out with this boy...he didn't go outside and he would not let her help him at all... In a very stern voice she said, "Mr. Taylor, I highly suggest that you put your robes back on...you can not walk through the castle in just your underpants. It is against school rules for you to not be properly clothed." she said looking at him sternly.

She was in quite a predicament. She was not going to leave this boy alone in the corridor for fear that he would take all of his clothes off again but yet she needed to find this Eino boy and get to the bottom of this. Decisions, decisions.

Nika looked at Zara and nodded her head. "Yeah, I'll teach you..." She'll try... As long as she imitated the movies she'd be fine... right?

Hehe. About that. Angry snakes. A couple? Let's just say that probably the majority of the Slytherin house hated her now... "Yeah, a couple maybe a dozen..." She's hugged what 21 now? Probably 15 of them weren't too happy about it. The others didn't really show a care. But the angry ones are the fun ones. Hehe.

"Oh I like your name! It sort of rolls of your tongue." She said thinking. "Fallon, Fallon, Fallon, Fallon." She nodded in confirmation. "So, Fallon. What year are you in? Zara here is in her first and I'm in my second."

Conan frowned, "I am standing in my underwear. How different is that, to those people that turn up to class in jeans and a tee?" There was no difference at all. They were inappropriately attired for class, and they got away with it. How come he was getting into trouble now?

He was not putting his robes back on. He didn't want to get eaten by the pogrebins. Even though they were just rocks. His underpants kept them away. His robes attracted them. There was really no choice here.

Gemma cocked an eyebrow at the young man, "Well I can assure you that students don't come to my class dressed like although professors can choose what they want to accept in their own classroom..." why was she explaining this to the boy...she wasn't sure...she was just too nice natured but he was pushing her. "However, that is beside the point...and actually has nothing to do with right now..." she motioned towards the pile of clothes again...

"Being in your underpants is just not appropriate....AT ALL." she said with a nod left and right. "So Mr. Taylor, you have one of three choices...." she paused and took a breath to keep from yelling at the young man, "One: Put on your current yellow robes and head straight towards your common room to change clothes and then go visit the COMC professor or the librarian to find out more information about this creature..." good one..."Two: Wrap up in the blanket I have provided and head towards your common room to change clothes and then go visit either of these ladies.." pause.... "Or Three: Refuse to get recovered or reclothed and force me to take points from your house..." she sure hoped he chose the first two because the last still wouldn't really solve anything but she hoped it would convince him to take care of this situation.

Conan shook his head, "It is not beside the point. It is the same thing. It is also the same thing as spending the summer in your swimming shorts." He'd rather it be summer and he was in his trunks. But it was winter, he was in his pants, and he was freezing.

"The pogrebins might get me between here and the common room. So I won't be putting my robes back on. That blanket was charmed, so I won't be putting that on." Did noone understand his fear/dismissal of magic? Where were all the muggleborns when you needed them? He knew none.

Points? The school's form of punishment and reward. According to Treyen he was already being punished for not believing in magic anyway. And nothing was worse than what Treyen thought of him. Points were nothing compared to the disappointment coming from his best friend.

"Alright!" Zara exclaimed in excitement. Finally she'd be able to finish that homework.

Then Ariana said she was on second year. Right, Zara had almost forgotten that. "Well, come on, let's learn Karateee. I need to go soon, I have a birthday to plaan." She grinned.

The young professor was at a loss for words. She didn't know how to handle this one. She wasn't sure if the student had a real problem or if he was just being a pain. She really wished she hadn't met the student in this situation. She cocked her head to the side realizing that she wasn't going to win this argument...and she wasn't sure that this was an argument.

She looked around to see if anyone else was around to help her out with this one. She wasn't sure if taking points away was the answer but it would be if he was just being a pain. O how she wished there was another professor here to help her out.

"Let's make a compromise...." she said towards the young man as she took her robe of and left her in a dark blue skirted dress suit. "Would you be willing to put my robes on so that you aren't standing in your underpants in the middle of the hall. Mine are just the purple Hogwarts colors and won't attract the creatures you have mentioned." she said sternly but almost begging the student....she didn't want to take points from a house...that was her last resort and it had been an empty threat at least for now.

Fallon smiled at DanielleZara. She'd already told her it was nice to meet her so there was no point in repeating herself. It would just be redundant.

Fallon chuckled at the angry Slytherin comment. "Some of my house mates are like that. But I just think they need hugs." It was true. A lot of them had issues, but Fallon just tended to ignore them. She figured that's why she was friends with so many Puffs.

Fallon giggled as the girl repeated her name. These girls were very hyper. She had guessed correctly one their years and had a feeling it might have something to do with their hyperness. "Seventh."

Conan looked her up and down for a moment. "Has your robe been charmed in anyway?" He had to know. He wasn't wearing it any other way. Purple was better than yellow. Even though the robes would be huge. It was still rather nice.

"Do you want me to follow you to your office?" Where was her office? He still didn't know who she was. He probably should ask.

Nika smiled at Zara. Well if the girl was in a rush then they would have to cut their conversation with Fallon a bit short. AH, fine Zara you win. "Okay, okay. I'll teach you." She looked at Fallon and gave her an apologetic look. "You're welcome to stay." And watch Nika make a fool of herself...

Gemma let out a breath that she hadn't known she was holding..slowly her soft and sweet demeanor snuck back into her body language and her usual smile returned. Maybe she had done something right with this boy finally. She shook her head left and right, "No they haven't been charmed in any way. Actually my muggle grandmother is a seamstress and she made these for me. She used to make my father's robes as well as he attended Hogwarts to help save money." she said calmly realizing that she had never shared this story with anyone but it seemed like a good time to share something like this to earn the boy's trust.

She shook her head again. "Actually, you can just wear my robe to your common room and just drop my robe off at my office at some point. I have a couple of sets so I should be taken care of..." she said glancing at the pile of yellow robes..."By the way, I'm Professor Cerulean, the HOM professor and my office is on the second floor...And I will make sure to deliver these to your HOH so that they can be taken to your common room for you." she wasn't about to suggest the young man carry them right now.

She paused and then said quickly before the man walked off, "But please do me two favors....One: please research this rumor about the yellow loving creatures either in the library or with the COMC professor...and Two: please try to stay away from walking around the castle in your underpants...it can be quite drafty in these corridors and that's one way to catch a cold..." she said with a smile towards the young man.

Usually the fifth floor corridor was vacant and Vindictus frowned as he entered it. One of the voices belonged to a female professor and the other to a student.

Blink.

Who was wearing staff robes.

How odd!

Not wanting to be seen, he quickly hid behind one of the statues.

Oakey was walking down the corridor when he noticed that The Loud Quidditch Professor quickly moved behind a statue. He wasn't very well hidden the statue wasn't big enough to hide all of a full grown man.

What was he hiding from anyways... Oakey scanned the corridor with eyes and it was on the History of Magic Professor and and a boy who looked close to his age wearing her robes.

Why would he want to hide from that? Oakey thought and if anything he could hide a bit better

He went across the other side of corridor directly opposite Vindictus and hid behind an identical statue...

Psst, Sir!Oakey whispered across to the other end of the hall. If you want to hide a bit better i suggest you crouch down like this. Oakey demonstrated as he hide completely behind his statue. You're to easy to see when you stand up.
