The Headmaster has re-purposed this old classroom for an entirely different use. The room is larger than it should be; the fact that Tate reduced a wall into an adjoining room is obvious by the fact that it has two doors along the same long wall. Rather than leaving an empty office or reinventing the standard dueling area, the room now serves as a training facility for those with an interest in Defense and Defense related careers: Aurors, Hit Wizards, and the International Task Force (among others).
The two windows in the room face out over an inner courtyard and let in tree-filtered light throughout the day. Beside one such window, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves have been stuffed full of countless Defense texts. The titles range from ancient tomes in spidery indecipherable scripts to glossy hardcovers featuring some of the premiere Defensive authors of the day. The long table is conducive for transcribing notes from the various books, but there are also a few deep chairs pushed together for general reading or quiet conversation. There is a sign posted on the bookshelf.

Along the opposite wall, leading from the far door halfway to the window, Tate has set up various pieces of exercise equipment, intending for those interested in pursuing a Defensive career to develop themselves physically as well as mentally. A punching bag is suspended from the ceiling in the corner, sitting beside a stand of free weights and other odds and ends, mats and exercise balls and the like. Stretching along the remainder of the space to the window is an enormous climbing wall, complete with hand and foot holds all the way up to the ceiling. There are no ropes, but the floor is generously cushioned with a charm.
Between the two windows sit a series of padded dummies, perfect for any dueling practice needed for class or just to be used in the process of learning new spells. Drag one or two out and practice. Either of the windows onto the courtyard may be opened and, weather permitting, training can extend into this open space. Try not to kill and trees or squirrels in the process.

"I'd like to see a muggle do that." he said laughing.
Now that looked much more like the real Carter. What was he thinking? Him, a fry cook?
No, he was a wizard. A muggle wizard, keyword being wizard. He smiled. He was pleased with himself. He'd been able to face his biggest fear... in the form of a boggart. Now he just had to embrace that part of himself and face his fear in the real world.

STOP SMILING ON ME CLOWN! It's the scariest smile i ever saw!' her thoughts were running; she was trying ever so hard to concentrate, trying to know what was that spell. What it really is.
R...R...Ridicule?...that spell she learned it before...she read it somewhere in a book too. It was to counter boggarts...R....R......Ridiculous.....R...the spell turns the boggart into something funny, right? Something to lessen the fear....Ridik...Ridikku....perhaps if she knew it, then she can use it on this boggart, and laugh to her heart's content.
She'd be brave. She'd face her fear. She just figured out that spell.
RIDIKKULUS.
That's it! That's the spell. Grabbing her wand that was in her pocket, Heather pointed it at the boggart; shut her eyes tight and thought of something extremely funny to her...and she crossed her fingers, hoping that with casting this spell, nothing would go wrong. She had always been nervous to do so, but she was determined for it to not go wrong right now.
"RIDIKKULUS!" She said, clearly, as if saying a command out loud. Heather opened her eyes to see-not a clown but...
a giant Panda Doll, reminding her of the time her own moving panda doll, Mr. Panda was enlarged over the last summer holidays. It was rather funny. Heather could not stop giggling and then broke out in laughter as the doll looked sort of flustered and stressed at seeing her laughing at him.

Post four, finally! *Is ashamed of her tardiness.*
No, no. It certainly couldn't be.
How could Caroline Krauter be standing before him? He hadn't seen her in years. Of course, there was an obvious reason for this, but he was puzzled as to why the boggart had her here. Secretly, he knew that she would always haunt his dreams, looming in the back of his head. But he tried to live on. She wouldn't have wanted him to overly grieve over her death. She was the real reason he was afraid of losing the ones he loved. And the boggart knew this, and also brought it to his attention again. She symbolized his entire span of fear.
"Caroline..... I....." He began to say, stopping shortly though. This was because he'd just realized he had no idea what he was going to say to her. What could he say? Nothing could make things right with the Muggle girl. She was in fact, his first true love. What would you say to a dead girl that you once loved, who also probably blamed you for the end of her short life?
Exactly.
"It was painful, you know. The accident. I know you tried to save me, but you obviously didn't succeed. Perhaps if you had I would be alive," she said calmly and matter-of-factly, twirling the wooden necklace they'd carved themselves in her fingers, making Christopher wince. "Perhaps I would be here if you had done better. Everyone blames you, not for the accident, but for surviving. You were the only one who did. Poor Michael, and Robin, and Katie. They died instantly with me. Jack made it two hours on life support before he went." She twirled her dark hair so like his own around her finger idly. "So how was it that you survived with only that measly scar?"
Boggart Caroline stepped forward, tracing her freezing fingers on a long scar running from his heart to just above his naval. Her pale blue eyes locked with his, but for just a second, he saw them flicker red. Most people had thought they were twins, not a couple. Even the faint memories of her life made his heart break. "Care," he said her old nickname in barey anything more than a whisper, "you know I feel responsible for that accident every day. It haunts me always. But I couldn't have stopped that drunk driver. It was dark, we shouldn't have been out that late." He winced and shuddered. The memories were too painful. He didn't want to re-visit them. "I'm so sorry. I tried everything I could to help you all, I really did. I would've given anything to have lost my life in order for you to stay here. I'm sorry Carie."
She shook her head, becoming more and more menacing by each second. Her face and eyes hardened over that time. Her voice slowly became icy. "It was your fault we died. It shouldn't have been us. It should have been YOU. You're a murderer Christopher James. You only hurt the ones you love."
"Please, stop..... Don't say that...... It isn't true...." He pleaded, his eyes teary, his voice shaky. Her words were like knives, stabbing him in certain points until he bled out all together. He was so pale at that point, he might've even looked that way.
"You're a monster! Five of your friends die, and you hardly even think of them, mourn them! You don't even care that we're gone! I guess you're not who I thought you were. A big shot wizard like you doesn't even care about five Muggles dying." She paused for a moment, an evil and twisted grin spreading across her face. "Or should I say six. Your dad feels the same way. Maybe we should make a club. I' call it the 'Christopher Killed Us' club. 'Killed by Chris' has a good ring to it. 'Abandoned by the Lover Boy,' I like that one too. Well, no matter the name. We'll all hate you none the less."

"blank clue, black clue, clue, I have wand, now I think I know what to do."
Raven walk out in the room, he figured out what is the parchment clue.

Post 4!
Blinking through her tears, she saw the image waver and change. Sitting up, the little first year remembered where she had heard the spell. Of course! Thea tapped herself on the forehead. A Boggart!
She felt stronger now. Getting to her feet, she scowled. Nothing and no one made a fool out of her like that! Picking up her wand, Thea pointed it at the Boggart. 'Not this time..' She muttered, shaking her dark hair back.
1. Run 8 km (5 miles)
2. 100 minutes of meditating about a proper role model
3. 50 front rolls
4. Stretch daily
5. Ball room dance with a partner at least twice a week
6. Spend time every day trying to touch your toes
7. Talk to yourself in the mirror about your goals and how you'll achieve each one
8. Karate
9. Swim the lake
10. Singing is good for the soul. Sing to an acquaintance at least once a week.
Audrey had already swam the lake once this week. That was an activity she decided was going to be weekly and not daily.
Audrey started stretching with jumping jacks. She remembered her muggle gym teacher teaching her how to do them as a child. "Make a Christmas tree then a star." Audrey did two repetitions of 50 each.
She felt good after stretching.

Post 5!
The Boggart, clearly noticing what she was about to do, turned to face her. Before her eyes, it shifted into its' final shape. Alfie Eden, her daddy..
Swallowing slightly, Thea scowled. 'What now...' 'A girl? You have got to be kidding me.' He practically spat the words at her. Thea flinched, but he wasn't finished yet. 'Your useless, worthless! We thought you were going to be a boy..' 'What do you care? You're never home anyway!' Thea was almost screaming, tears racing down her face.
The Boggart smiled, clearly happy with the outcome. 'Thank Merlin.. I keep in touch with my boys.. your Mother assures me you are well.' He snorted. 'Maybe you'll show you're worth keeping now your here..' Alfie sneered down at her.
'ARGHHHH!' Thea screamed, grabbing her hair. No way. No actual way. 'Riddikulus!' She screamed, pointing her wand at the figure. Totally taken by suprise, the Boggart stumbled and turned into a jelly baby.
Wiping away her tears, she resisted the urge to spit on it. 'Nobody does that to me..' Swishing her hair, she held up her head and went to look for the Prefect.

Heather stared at the parchment. There was no time to waste then? Even though she wanted to jump and celebrate at defeating the boggart on her own, she had to rush to things-especially on this hunt.
after sometime trying to figure out what to do, she finally got it. Looking up at Legend, she beamed. "O-okay. Got it, I'll go now, thank you!" she said and made a dash out of the room.

She smiled a weak smile. "Guess I'll start with the stretching." she said to herself, and began stretching. It wasn't that bad! After about five minutes of stretching, she looked back at her list, her bright orange hair in her face. "Guess I'll do 50 front rolls next." she said, and began. This was actually quite easy! She then looked back at the list and then tried to touch her toes, and managed to do so after a while of trying. She'd save the other things on the list for more appropriate places.
Gwen walked along the corridor, heading over to the DADA training room. Sooo… what shall I start with?, the young Ravenclaw thought while opening the door, making it squeak. When she entered the room, she looked around. Ah, good! There aren’t many students in here… so it won’t be that embarrassing to do something stupid… Maybe I should start with something simple… touching my toes, perhaps? Yeah, that seems all right….
After a while, she took out the list from her pocket and crossed another thing out. Let’s see what I could do next…
