Hmm… I wonder what will come up next, the girl thought. Watching out for the walls and slides, Gwen followed the arrow. Where am I going? I have been moving around for minutes and didn’t come across any obstacle… should I worry? Is this a wrong way? It can’t be- I can see the arrow! But then- am I done with this? Should I get back? Keep walking forward, perhaps?, the young ravvie thought, looking around.

Come ooon- on what am I supposed to use this spell if there is nothing around. Maybe another student… tee hee. While thinking about that, she suddenly saw something. It looked like some…. small and thin waterfall. Oh, how nice! It looks almost like a window, though. The girl took out her wand and said: ‘Diffindo’. There, now it worked just great!

Moving forward again, Gwen fell down a slide. Soon, she found herself following the arrow again. Am I done now?, she asked herself. Slim chances, she thought when noticing a large cardboard box in front of her. Interesting… ‘Diffindo!’, she said, making the box split in half. But then…

Sierra had been lost in thought about something dealing with Quidditch when she felt her chair suddenly shift out from under her. Alarmed, she reached for her wand, but just as she did so, she saw that all her classmates had jumped to their feet, and the room was suddenly shifting into Merlin only knew what. Her eyes wide, she took three giant steps backward from where she'd been seated, and she tuned in just in time to hear the professor explain what was going on.

She reached over and hastily grabbed a pouch of gillyweed and an antidote off a nearby desktop. With her wand grasped tightly in her hands, she quickly dashed through a nearby tunnel. A few seconds in, she found herself fighting off a mountain off spongy-type balls. She shoved at a few of them with her hands, but they only came rolling right back at her. She glared at them, and if looks could kill, they'd all be whimpering like a puppy right about now. She sort of swam through the mountain of balls (even though she wasn't underwater just yet), but then found that a large wall blocked her from moving any further.

Right. Diffindo, yes? We think so. She raised her wand, moved it in a downward, slashing motion, and then said, "Diffindo!" The wall broke in two, and she quickly moved through, finding herself in darkness once she did so.

While charms was by far her most favorite subject out of all the classes given at the school, Evelyn still found herself rather bored and tired lately during the lessons. Any lessons actually, so there was nothing against the subject or the professor. Besides, being bored helped her with perfecting her artistic talents. Her notebooks of notes were filling up rather nicely with doodles.

Even if there had been commotion around her, the Slytherin was so far away from the lesson, that she almost didn't notice the chair under her start to move until it messed up her picture of a perfect peruvian vipertooth dragon. HEY! EEP!

Looking around, and see others moving, the Slytherin stood up, half expecting the lesson to be over, but the sight of the walls and ceiling moving...and the little bag and vial on her desk...she figured the lesson wasn't over yet. Except before she could even pick up the stuff on her desk, someone else did. Sierra did! "Hey!" PFFT! Fine, she'd just take them from someone else's desk. Like it mattered. They could just take it from another, and then it'd be a never ending chain of stealing from people's desks. Brilliant.

Not knowing what the heck they were doing, Evelyn hesitantly went into this rather large play area like everyone else was doing, wand at the ready, and keeping whatever it was that was in the bag and vial safe. Except, she was rather disgusted at the sight. Red. So much red. It was so GRYFFINDOR-ISH! Scowling, and having to crouch down slightly so as not to bump her head, all the red in the area she was in almost distracted her from the arrows. MEEP!? Frowning, she stopped and stared at where they led...which was a dead end. Confused, the Slytherin glanced behind her before moving over to the wall, poking at it slightly. Huh. It wasn't hard. Would the professor be mad if she...

"Diffindo." she said, creating a slash downward with her wand towards the wall. The foam wall busted into two, and as it did so, it revealed the continued passage that she was going down. Still red.

Yet the arrow was still there, and still showing her to...somewhere. EEP!

....darkness. Great.

Sierra had been following a series of bright arrows, but here in the darkness, she couldn't see much of what lied ahead. She experimentally put a foot forward and tapped the ground below her. No water, at least not yet, so she wasn't headed for the lake. "Lumos!" she said, lighting up the general area of the tunnel so she could see what was ahead.

An arrow. Perfect.

She followed that arrow toward another arrow, and so on, so forth, until she reached an area where she could see light just up ahead. Maybe the end of the tunnel she was in? Hopefully, and so with her wand lighting up the path before her, she crawled toward the light source. Reaching it, she found that it was the size of a snitch, definitely not big enough for her to crawl through, and so she ended the light charm and raised her wand toward the tiny hole. Slashing downward, she said, "Diffindo!"

The hole broke off into two large halves, and Sierra crawled through.

Tripping slightly over the broken foam wall, Evelyn huffed as she continued on down the amazingly-long-for-this-room-and-extremely-red tunnel, still eying the arrows leading her to who knows where. She could hear the others in this massive place, but she couldn't really see them. Just shadows here and then.

The arrows led her to a hill it almost looked like. She was supposed to climb up THAT!? Would her shoes allow it?

Trying anywhere, the girl practically had a death grip on the floor beneath her, trying to get up. Eventually she did though, and she was pretty sure she squished whatever it was that was in the bag. Not that that mattered either. Whatever was in the bag was already squishy.

The only problem here though was that the arrows led her to another dead end. WHY!? Whyyyyy?! What did she ever do to the arrows!? Except, now that she was aware that there were others in this place, she could also hear what they were saying. So...using diffindo...wasn't a horrible thing to do. Well, for Merlin's sake, that took all the fun out of this. "Diffindo."

With anther slash of her wand downward, the wall crumbled into two, and slid down into the darkness, with the arrows showing the way. What?

...She had to go down...that?

Sierra crawled through the hole, fully expecting to be outside and on the wide, open grounds of the school, but there was no suck luck. As a matter of fact, she had no idea where she was. She was outdoors, yes, but she could tell that she was still in a tunnel of sorts. Branches of some sort of tree formed a little foot-long tunnel, complete with a bright arrow that looked like it led her straight back into another tunnel--another dark tunnel.

Being a Slytherin, she didn't mind the dark tunnels too much. She lived in a dungeon for over half the year, for Merlin's sake. It was the unknown that bothered her, though. Again, she cast lumos then wandered through the semi-lit tunnel. She could hear the distinct sound of running water up ahead, so she reached for her pouch of gillyweed, preparing to use it if need be.

The tunnel abruptly ended, though, and Sierra came face to face with a wall. By that time, she knew exactly what to do. She pointed her wand toward the wall and slashed downward. "Diffindo!" The wall broke away, and Sierra pointed her wand downward and saw water below her. She gulped a little. This was slightly terrifying, but when she saw a bright arrow pointing toward the water, she knew it was just part of the course. With her wand gripped tightly in one arm and the gillyweed in the other, she jumped down, landing with a splash in the water.

She shoved the gillyweed in her mouth then waited until she'd grown the gills and webbed hands and feet. She swam through the water with ease, though she was always on the lookout for anything dangerous. Hmm...she was slightly ready for this to be over with. Yup.

No matter how long she stared at those arrows, they just would NOT move into the opposite direction away from the darkness. After another long moment or so, Evelyn scowled and sat down, feet in front of her, vial and bag in one hand and... "Lumos"...a lit wand in the other.

EEEEEEEEEEEEP!

While lumos didn't really help any with the light considering her eyes had been CLOSED, the Slytherin found herself falling in what seemed to be a million colorful balls. A million colorful balls that made it practically impossible to move around. ...Seriously?!

Falling onto her back, the Slytherin huffed again, and then AGAIN, before realizing that there were a bunch of arrows on the ceiling. Looking behind her to where they went, and noticing they once again disappeared behind a wall, Evelyn struggled to turn onto her stomach before struggling all the way to the wall. Stupid colorful ball things. Making it hard to move. She would diffindo them ALL if she could!

"DIFFINDO!"

...No, she didn't do that to the colorful ball things. With the wall broken in two, Evelyn hastily made her way into the next tunnel, and AWAY from the death trap. People could die in there! If they weren't blinded by the colors, than the inability to move surely would do that trick.

As Sierra swam along, she eyed her gills and webbed hands and feet. This was her second time using gillyweed, so she still wasn't used to how odd she looked once she'd eaten it. She was sort of bored here underwater, but she at least preferred this to a random grindylow attack or something. Thank Merlin the professor had decided not to include them in his underground playground. Or whatever it was he was calling it.

It stayed kind of boring for a few more minutes until Sierra came to a wall again. It would be so easy to just cast diffindo, but when she tried to talk, it sounded more like Dbbbtttt-fnnnn-dbbbtttt. Okay, well, that did nothing. Great. She needed another way out, some way that didn't require talking. She felt around on the wall, thinking maybe it'd give on its own, but it never did. Finally, her hands ran across something stuck on the wall, and upon further inspection, she could tell there was an arrow on the wall.

It was facing upward, so Sierra swam along the height of the wall until suddenly she broke the surface of the water and came to an area where she could take a tunnel that would lead her out of the water. She couldn't do that with the gills and webbed hands and feet, though, so she pulled out the antidote, took a small sip of it, and waited a few seconds for the effects of the gillyweed to wear off. When it did, she pushed herself out of the water and began crawling through the next tunnel. Again, she predictably came to a wall, but this time, she wasn't underwater and could break it apart easily. With a quick slash downward and a "Diffindo!", the wall broke in two, and Sierra crawled through.

"Diffindo!" The foam wall splitted in half. All the way down this time! Savannah fell down on to the floor. Ouch! That hurts! Savannah looked at the foam wall that she cast the charm on. Yep. That was a foam wall, not a faom ceiling. The wall must had some spell on it to keep people stick to the wall.

Savannah looked around. There was a tunnel leading straight down. It didn't look that pleasant. But there are no other routes. Savannah took a deep breath and jumped in to the tunnel. Plunnging again into the darkness. Then she saw light ahead. Thank Merlin. It got bigger until the tunnel ended. The end was blocked by a wall of ice. Savannah can tell that the other end was the lake. Time for the gillyweed!

Savannah took out her gillyweed from her pocket and looked at it. It looked so disgusting! Who would want to eat it? Even if they had to? They looked like green worms. Ugh. But Savannah plucked up her courage and swallowed it. Bleah...it tastes like feet.

It seemed that she was entering another dark tunnel, much like that slide, but what she wasn't expecting was the coldness on her legs or the sound when she stepped into the next area.

SPLASH!

She didn't move. She didn't even dare look down, but Evelyn was rather livid at this point. The girl officially, hated, Professor FrenchFry. Taking a deep breath and blowing it out slowly to get rid of some of that angry feeling that was crawling under her skin, she waded her way through the water, trying to see where the arrows went. Her wand was still lit up which was nice, and looking down through the water, she could see bright blue arrows on the floor, leading her to the other side. The other side in which, of course, was blocked.

Now that her legs and part of her school skirt was wet, since there was no warning to impervius them darnit, she was quite ready to get out of here. "Diffindo!" Perhaps she put too much intent on that one, because it seemed more like an explosion of the wall instead of it just cutting into two. She was pretty sure she did the wand movement right! A slash downward wasn't it!?

Whatever the case was, it took her by surprise, and since the water was as much resistant against her movements like the million colorful balls wall, the Slytherin had no choice but to fall back into it. For the love of everything EVIL! Quickly standing up, she realized that she had lost the bag and vial she was carrying, but she didn't care! She...wanted...out! And to GLARE at Professor FrenchFry!

Mumbling a few choice words under her breath, and with a rather large scowl on her face, the furious Slytherin girl finally made it through to the next area, kicking the pieces of wall away from her path and making rather huge splashes in the water as she did so. Which...resulted in her being even more angry since her clothes were getting wet too. Her DRY clothes. ARGH!

More tunnels. More crawling. Mehhh. When was this going to be over with? Sierra crawled in silence for what seemed like five to ten minutes. She was starting to think that she was just crawling around in circles, which would have really annoyed her. She'd been crawling for about a half hour altogether, and she was more than ready to see the true light of day now.

Ahead of her, she heard a low rumbling, and she paused in her tracks as she tried to figure out what could be causing the rumbling. A few seconds later, she didn't have to wonder anymore. A large amount of spongy balls, fifty to a hundred of them, suddenly rolled directly to her, knocking her backwards and onto the ground of the tunnel. She laid there, glare on her face, as she pulled herself away from the balls. Stupid balls. Stupid tunnels. Stupid darkness.

Where was her wand? She panicked for a moment, but then she felt around in the balls and fished out her wand. Angry at the balls for causing so much of a commotion, she raised her wand, slashed downward, and then with a "Diffindo!", she severed a few of the balls for no particular reason. So there. Take that! She trudged through the balls, coming out on the other end with a less-than-pleased look on her face.

Following the arrows, and not carrying that they were changing from bright blue to an even brighter yellow, what she did notice though was that there was no Gryffindor red in sight. In fact, it was all Slytherin green besides that invading Hufflepuff yellow. However, even the Slytherin green couldn't put her in a good mood. Not when she heard her shoes making a squishy noise every time she took a step.

Extinguishing the light from her wand since it was becoming lighter the further she went down the tunnels, she half expected to end up in the classroom again, but these tunnels never ended! Up and down she went, passing by previous walls that had been busted out from other students, but her arrow didn't go to any of them. It continued straight ahead until it went UP a wall and disappeared into the ceiling that wasn't so far from her head.

...Seriously?! She should've went down one of those other paths.

Scowling, she moved away from the area she was going to DESTROY, so none of that foam stuff could get in her partially wet hair. "Diffindo!" she said, creating a downward slash which proved to be quite difficult considering she was trying to aim for the ceiling. Nevertheless, part of the wall crumbled to the ground in two large pieces with a few scattered around it, creating a nice little area for her to pull herself up.

This was worse than trying to get to divination class.

"Lumos!"

With the light of her wand leading the way, Sierra walked (yes, walked, as the tunnels had conveniently gotten higher by now) through the tunnels. She had to be nearing the end. Sure, the castle was humongous, but she'd been at this for nearly an hour. Surely the professor didn't hate them that much so as to make this course go on forever!

Up ahead was a wall, so Sierra raised her wand toward it as she kept walking closer and closer. With a downward slash, she said, "Diffindo!" Ha. She was getting good at this! ...or not. She hadn't even taken a single step forward when she saw another wall just behind the first one. She glared at it then severed it, as well. This went on until she'd severed through at least five walls. She should be good, great even, at this charm by now.

Why were there so many blasted walls back to back, though?! She severed through a sixth one, a seventh one, and then... Oh, wait. Could it be?! Up ahead, she saw a little hole with light shining right through it. There was light up ahead! Just up ahead! Sierra ran forward and approached the hole. Downward slash..."Diffindo!"

The wall broke into two parts, and then she stepped through, fully expecting more tunnels up ahead. Instead, she was more than happy (for once in her life) to see the classroom. She'd reached the end! Thank Merlin!!! She stepped forward and collapsed into a nearby chair.

Tossing up her wand to the next level, Evelyn jumped up slightly and held onto the sides of the small opening in the ceiling, heaving herself up. UGH! Almost...almost theeerreee....

Crawling the rest of the way until she was laying on her stomach on the next level, she sighed before noticing that she was laying on the arrows path. The arrows in which were...Gryffindor red. Gryffindor red arrows in which...went down the tunnel and then...down. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?

Pushing herself up, the Slytherin angrily went down the path and then down the smallish like slide onto the level that she had already been on. Yea, that whole right there in the wall...she passed that before dealing with that ceiling back there. Resisting the urge to set these arrows on fire, and IGNORING all the Gryffindor RED....*seethe*...she finally saw the arrows disappear into another way.

"Diffindo!" DIFFINDO DIFFINDO DIFFINDO!!!!

With a slash of her wand downwards, she half expected there to be another tunnel there behind the wall, but no. What she saw was a desk. Or...well...half a desk?

....Oh. There was the other half.

Moving forward, she noticed the second half laying what would have been just out of her view. Clearing her throat, Evelyn peaked her head out of the tunnel and glanced around. Professor FrenchFry didn't see that did he?

...

Because she totally didn't do that. Totally.

Most of the students had returned to the unchanged portion of the classroom, but Jared had decided to give the stragglers another ten minutes or so before he let the room change again. It was a good thing, too, considering that several students traipsed out in those ten minutes and -

Had Evelyn just split that desk in half?

...

Right. Time to wrap up the lesson.

The part of the classroom that had changed earlier, began to change again. It happened sloooowly, so that the few students still inside couldn't have told that whole parts of the set-up were moving, coming to a stop when the tunnels and slides and spots had all shifted positions, so that the next arrow any student inside followed would lead him or her right back into the unchanged portion of the classroom.

"That's all for today," Jared announced, once everyone was back and seated. "If anyone would like a drying charm cast on them, please come up here." One or two of the students did look soaked. "Don't forget to pick up a copy of the homework on your way out." He glanced down at the pile of papers, each with the assignment printed on it, on his desk.

Lara didn't wait much as most of the students came back too. Then Professor Descoteaux somehow made everything go back to the way it was. Lara started to feel a bit cold now but luckily the Professor thought of it as he offered to dry them with a chram? Lara was curious to know this one. Her mother uses it a lot but she says it nonverbal-ly and Lara never bothered to ask.

Lara walked slowly towards the professor a little unsure. She didn't know what to say "Dry me please!!" so she just stepped forward with her clothes dripping all over the place and she noticed few dry students were careful not to get wet by her. She wanted to glare at them but the Professor was a couple of feet a way so she stood there and tried to bring a smile "That was a great lesson sir" If he heard her he'd know she needs lots of drying!

Jared looked up to see Lara wearing a rather unsure smile. "Good to know you enjoyed it," he said, giving the Slytherin a faint smile and using his wand to dry up her robes and hair and shoes. It was a good thing the classroom wasn't cool any longer. "Better?"

Finally! Helena could just go back to the dormitories to change into DRY clothes. Well... shoes. She could've just used a simple charm on those as well, but she was too grumpy at the moment to think about that.

She made her way to the exit to grab the homework and then smiled at professor Descoteaux. "Goodbye." Splash, splash. There. More water around the classroom, since her shoes were still full of it.

Lara was now completely dry thanks to Professor Jared "Thank you sir!" she said trying to fix her hair.Unfortunately, She didn't get to know the spell, maybe another time. She fixed her clothes too, then she went to get her backpack

His clothes were soaking wet and his black hair was dripping with water as he waited in the classroom. It didn't take long before the Professor announced the end of the lesson and turned the classroom back to normal. Daichi started to shiver a bit as he listened to what he had to say. Stepping forward, the first year waited until the girl in front of him was dry and stepped forward. "T-that was an cool lesson, sir!" he said with a smile and shiver. Gosh the water was cold, couldn't they use warm water? "S-Sorry, i lost Mrs.Duckles somewhere..." At this, he looked down at the ground with an apologetic expression and saw he also missed his left shoe. "Great, dads going to wonder why i need another shoe..." he mumbled, more to himself.

"Have a good day, Helena."

Why hadn't she dried her shoes, too?

"No problem, Lara," Jared said, as he swept his wand over the classroom, and the items littered around - plastic cups and wooden boats and what not - repaired themselves, and were then directed back into the box on his desk. "Enjoy the rest of the day."

The water hadn't been that cold, had it? "Good to know you enjoyed it," Jared said, giving the Slytherin a bit of a smile as he dried him up. The smile might have widened when Daichi mentioned Mr. Duckles, if the first year hadn't looked less-than-overjoyed about having lost the... duck. Thing. Duck thing. "There are more in the box. Rubber ducks." He glanced towards the box on his desk. "Not Mrs. Duckles, but if you want to grab one, I don't mind."

Pointing his wand at Daichi's feet, Jared noticed that one of the boy's shoes was missing. Which Daichi himself noticed a second later.

How had the kid managed to lose a shoe?

"Let's see if we can retrieve that," Jared said, after a moment's silence in which he dried up the one shoe the Slytherin did have on. Accio Daichi's left shoe.


OOC: I don't know if you wanted the shoe to disappear for good or not, so I didn't RP the outcome of the spell. If you want it to be gooone, feel free to RP that no shoe gets summoned.

Daichi glanced at the box on the desk as his clothes were dried. He could pick one fromt he box?! When he was dry the first year quickly walked towards the box and grabbed a duck from it. He grinned like a mad man and his eyes twinkled. Oh how he loved duckies~!

As he walked back to the Professor , now with a red coloured rubber duck in his hands he watched how he started to wave his wand. Daichi puffed his cheeks as he waited for what to happen, he never heard an incantation. Must have been nonverbal. He waited and waited until.... wait... was that his SHOE?! O___o Daichi stared at the shoe as it flew towards them. How the? what? how did he? HUH?!

Daichi looked from his shoe to the professor and back to the shoe in awe. He needed to learn that spell! He grabbed the shoe that hovered in midair and placed it on. As he stood up he bowed "Thank you so much sir!" he said with a smile and grabbed one of the homework assignments. He turned around and waved once and grabbed his bag before quickly walking away.

Savannah looked at her feet and hands. They looked completely different as webbings starts to grow. The gills starts to grow. Now, she's completely fishy-like. "Diffindo!" The ice wall cracked and the water came in. Savannah pushed herself out of the tunnel and in the the lake. Suprisingly, she can swim as well as a fish itself. The lake looked beautiful! There were little, colorful fish everywhere that swam in groups. There were also a lot of beautiful plants and coral reefs. But Savannah didn't stop to stare at them. She was probably late. She needs to get back to the classroom! Fast!

Savannah swam as fast as she could. But it didn't help much because she doesn't know where to go. She couldn't locate the arrow for five minutes. When Savvy found it again she began following it, taking her into somewhere darker and darker. Savannah doesn't like the feeling of it. It's really creeping her out. The arrows that lit the way let to a cave. Savannah held up her courage and went it. There, the arrows pointed to another tunnel. But this one seems to be doing slightly up. Savannah went inside the tunnel and swam. This tunnel doesn't seem so long compared to the other ones. She saw the end in seconds. It seemed to be blocked by another wall of ice. "Diffindo!" Savannah cried and the ice wall broke like the last one, and Savannah was sent flying into the air with the water and landed hard on the floor. That wasn't so pleasant. No...not at all.

Whew. At least the lake part was over. Savannah took out the 'antidote' to the gillyweed and drank it. It tastes just as bad as the gillyweed itself. Slowly, Savannah changed back to herself. Without any gills or webs between her feet and fingers.
