Mikey shrugged and moved a strand of hair from Maria's face. "You know I'll do anything for you" he replied. And she did know it. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for her.

Philip smiled and kissed Dani back lovingly. "It tastes like nothing I have ever tasted before.." He smiled lovingly, obviously not talking about the gum.

Philip nodded softly, cuddling Dani. "I can't wait to meet your family." He whispered. "If they're anything like you, I'll like them.." He smiled. He smirked when she read her text. "A little change of plans, but I don't see it as anything bad." He smiled, snuggling Dani lovingly.

Maria smiled a little. "I know" she said. She placed her hand on Mikey's cheek and kissed him softly.

Mikey half-smiled again and returned Maria's kiss. Wow she really did know how to change his mood. "So what we gonna do if they come looking for you? I mean, they won't get you out of Yorkshire but if they come looking we'll need a plan" he replied. Always thinking about the possibility's of a plan going wrong.

Carter gaped at her with his mouth open for a few seconds. "What? Do you think I purposefully look around for ex's cats just so I can step on them?" Seriously. He didn't know she had a cat.

"You shouldn't be leaving him in the hallway. I'm sure I'm not the only one he's gotten in the way of."

And he was halfway tempted to give the cat a good kick into the compartment to make sure he was the last.

But he refrained. The poor cat didn't do anything other than be allowed to run free.

He gave Caroline one last questioning look before continuing up the hallway.

Jumbles of scenarios were running through Samira's head. Most of them included heat, bugs, no communication, and vast amounts of elephant dung. She was having a bad outlook about Africa, but in reality she was a bit intrigued. She hadn't visited since she was a baby, and wanted to be able to see the natives, go on safaris, and meet with the African Wizards. Not that she would say that out loud.

Samira jumped when she heard a knock on the compartment door, and visibly brightened when she saw who it was. "Hey," she smiled as she automatically sat up straighter. She felt her lips automatically quirk up when Levi gave her a brief kiss and she shot him a grin. Did she really look down? Maybe she shouldn't be so mopey...or maybe Levi just knew her well. This last thought warmed Samira.

"Sure, thanks." Chocolate makes everything better. She knew from experience. "So are you going to write to me this summer?" she asked cheekily. Samira didn't know how many letters guys sent back and forth, but she was pretty sure they wouldn't forget about each other over summer. At least, Samira knew she wouldn't.

Maria smiled. "They won't notice. But if they do, we can say that I never saw them at the Platform and refused to be left alone, so I went with you all" she said. She had gotten good at lying. Her life depended on it.

William looks up and down the cars for Witsy. He is tired. He finds an open compartment and sits down. He needs to talk to anyone.

Cass wrinkled her nose at him in reply and smiled once more "No worries, I like funny guys." She said with a cheeky grin

Then her eyes widened as he leaned in closer.

PANIC MODE.

She could feel her cheeks burning as she leaned away from him, pressing herself against the wall of the compartment. "Hold it right there, Romeo." She said with a small smile on her face as she made a reference to that muggle prince she learned about over the summer. "You're getting a little too close for comfort."

Then she shrugged, now that she was sort of a safe distance away from him - still fairly close, but not close enough for THAT - she could continue the conversation..normally. "Maybe. If you go into rage every time I mention a guy, it would be..."

Jonathan sure is a funny guy or at least he think he is. But he does like joking around and acts very sarcastic most of the time. It's practically his forte. His idea of funny falls under sarcasm most of the time.

But the look on Cass as he leaned towards her is priceless. Of course, he is not going to kiss her. His eyebrow raised but his smile didn't fade. "Romeo?" who's that anyway? Familiar. He doesn't know where he heard that from. Some girls have mentioned that name as well but Jonathan doesn't know if it could be the same person. Probably it's a book Jonathan NEVER read. Maybe? Maybe not?

"Don't worry" he said going back to his normal position. "I was just kidding..." he said. Looking at her this time as she continued with the whole crush thing. He laughed softy "Don't worry, I won't" he added holding up his right hand as a promise.

Caroline stared at him. Really? She was the one who's had her cat just stepped on. She didn't realize that the cat was out there she was a bit busy trying to read a letter. What? She didn't even say anything close to what he had excused her of saying. She wrinkled her nose up, trying desprately not to be all cute with it, she couldn't help it it was a bad habit of trying to get her own way. "All I'm saying is it just had to be you didn't?"

Now he was excusing her of leaving him there. whatever"Oh yeah I left him right here hoping that you would come by and step on my cat." Oh yeah, that was her plan the whole time. "yeah, I may have stepped on him today myself."" But that wasn't the point.

"He didn't bite hurt you did he?" Looking down to make sure that he didn't bite him.


She took the cat back into the compartment and shut the door. There was no way he was getting out....again. She turned back to Carter though she had no idea why. Maybe it was because she basically started yelling at him."I'm sorry he's been on my last nerve today." HUh? He was just there two seconds ago..... Yeah walk away "Carter..... Hang on." She took off in a sprint up the corridor. "Hey look I'm sorry for all sorts of things"And before she realized what she was doing she had jumpped into his arms..... and was kissing him? Well that was a stolen kiss i What in the name of Merlin was she doing? This wasn't a good thing right..... it felt right. Didn't it? It was just that she couldn't think, at the moment.

"Oh. Right..." Carter said feeling a little stupid. He shifted his weight between his feet. "In my defense that is a Slytherin-type plan." In fact, he was almost positive Destiny had a similar scheme once.

"No. I'm fine." And even if he wasn't, he wasn't about to say that the kitty gave him an ouchie.

He was already halfway down the hall when he heard Caroline shouting after him.

He stopped and waited for her to catch up. Did he drop something?

No. She was apologizing...

AND SNOGGING HIM! o_O

Since when is stepping on a cat an invitation to do that.

He was way too surprised to even react. He just stood there dumbfounded.

"I'm very sure. And thanks!" Ronnie said. "That'd be so cool! Maybe we can play Quidditch together! I've got a big field where we can do that, the Muggles can't even see us!" she said her mind fully off her dad. She loved having a friend like Rose. Someone she could always rely on, now that was a true friend.

"Oh yeah, Carter anything to get your attention. I'll try." Rolling her eyes. Becasuse that was the last thing she wanted was to see him on the train ride home.


Now maybe this would get his attention. She was even taken back by the action. She pulled away, and slowly made her feet hit the floor of the train. She stood there still in shock. She placed the back of her hand on her lips, as she stood there in front of him. Had she really just done that? Seriously! Could she just not stay away from him or something? There was one of two things that she could do, turn and leave or stay, and speak her mind and tell him what she had been wanting to say for weeks. The thing is she couldn't move. She was still shocked, that she had done that.
