As the class began and the Professor started out immediately, asking what ingredients were in a Polyjuice Potion, Alfie thought for a moment, almost unsure. But as the other students began listing off other ingredients, her mind was able to recall another part of the potion. She'd read a bit about the Polyjuice Potion before. Her hand quickly raised, "I believe powdered bicorn horn is a necessary ingredient," she said softly once her hand had been recognized and she knew for sure she wasn't speaking over any other student. She hated doing that.

Sierra listened to the greetings her classmates received. She normally didn't pay greetings any special attention, unless they were said to her, but she didn't miss the fact that she was the only member of the house Quidditch team that didn't get a comment about Saturday's game.
She sighed. Lafay seemed to be in a not-so-good mood anyway. She made a mental note to be on her absolute best behavior during class--no glaring, eye rolling, frowning, or complaining in general. Not that she'd ever complain in Potions class anyway--it was her favorite. She still made a mental note of it just in case. No way did she want to end up on Lafay's bad side.
She raised her hand. "You need a bit of the person you want to turn into. It doesn't have to be a strand of their hair, but it usually is," she answered.

Unlike other members of the class, Simon wasn't quick to comment on the professor, simply staying quiet as he awaited class to begin. When it did and the first question was asked of the class, the seventh year tried to think back on what had been read before hand to offer up an answer. Finally he raised his hand to supply what he had come up with.
"There are the lacewing flies that are needed," he said as he lowered his hand and listened to the rest of what was given.

Simply not a good feeling. But then it was a rhetorical question and Selina could breath. Potions in theory was not too bad. She just wanted to throw up a little, "Knotgrass ma'am as well."

From what he had read, the polyjuice potion didn't have many rare ingredients. However, what made it so difficult to brew was that it took a very long time Eino raised his hand without hesitation and said: "You need an ounce of antimony." And that was only one of the reasons why it took so long to brew it, because antimony was very difficult to melt, so it had to be heated for a long time.
Hopefully, this meant they were actually going to brew one, maybe she would make them finish it as homework. The good news was, she didn't mention any bad news, so hooray!

Lola nodded to the Professor's congratulatory, but she studied her. Why did she look so tired? She was so up for Lafay to cry on her shoulder if something terrible happened, or maybe they would have that nice picnic under the sun if she was tired! Lafay and Lola! Would they have a theme song? It was a nice thought, but she focused towards the question.
Polyjuice Potion...
She was very interested in that Potion. It was the best potion to go under disguise. As an actress, she was very curious and... "Three drachms of Sal Ammoniac!"
