Well, this was certainly a first. Jacob Blunt in the hospital, and not for himself. Someone call the Daily Prophet! Lilyan laughed silently to herself as she approached the small band of Ravenclaws. "Oh, I just love Quidditch time." She spoke to the three of them, obviously not entirely serious.

"You can come with me dear, off to Room Two." She nodded to the girl with the broken arm, and then towards the boys she directed, "You two may wait here for her, if you wish." She glanced at the Captain and nodded to him, "Nice to see you're still in one piece, Jacob." For the first time EVER.

Hehehe.

Amadeus bit his lower lip in a near exact imitation of Vashti when both the nurse and their captain arrived. Although it was reassuring to know that she wasn't hurt permanently and that the ordeal would be soon forgotten, the current matter at hand was pressing and he still felt as if he was being watched, a liability to the team and the house of Ravenclaw because of his skills at Quidditch. "Well," He began a bit nervously, uncharacteristic for the blonde, "I suppose I'll wait out here? I don't think I'd be of any use in there."

He laughed a bit awkwardly and folded his hands together on his lap, twiddling his thumbs to physically vent his worries.

It was a good thing the healer showed up just then because the pain from her arm was finally starting to settle in, and Vashti had to bite her tongue to stop herself from crying. She hated crying in front of people for one thing, but she also didn't think it'd make Amadeus feel any better to see her burst out crying. She was rather glad though to hear that they could wait - it implied that she wouldn't have to be here long, which hopefully meant she wouldn't have to miss any practices or the game.

As she stood, she offered her two teammates a small, hopefully-reassuring smile before heading for the room the healer had told her to go to.

Destiny had no idea Rae could be so strong. She thought it would be easy to get out of her grasp, especially with all the flailing she was doing. She had even thought about biting the girl's hand, but that might have been a little too drastic and Rae would be in the bed next to her being checked for rabies.

There was even an attempt to pull the quill right out of her hand as she checked her into the check-in book. And since she had failed at grabbing the quill, her name was written into the book and she couldn't just leave! The authorities would be called and then Destiny really would be sent to St. Mungo's and placed in the escapee ward again.

Gah, she hated that place.

Shuffling over to an empty seat, she threw herself down on the chair and folded her arms across her chest. "My vision is fine. I should write in that book that you need your hearing checked."

Because obviously, OBVIOULSY, Rae doesn't know how to listen.

Rae walked and sat down next to Destiny.. Poor poor friend. The suffering soul was delirious. "Destiny, I know you think your fine, but that's why you have friends like me to help you! And I don't need my hearing checked.. I can hear you just fine!" Psh, or else you'd hear Rae going around saying "Eh?" and "What?" Maybe she would be rambling a lot if she couldn't hear, or talk really loud all the time.

"Destiny, look at me" She had her hands on Destiny's shoulders with a serious look on her face. "We WILL get through this..'

Destiny couldn't believe that she was dragged to the Healer. Didn't Rae know how much she hated the place!? Not only were her parents talking about Healing all day when she was at home, being in the place brought back the memories from her second year.

Merlin! She wanted to leave.

FROWNING, Destiny slumped further down in her seat, knowing that even if she tried to run away, Rae was just going to run after her and she might not be so gentle dragging her back. Not that Rae was gentle to begin with. She should probably get her wrist looked at, too! It felt BROKEN! It was only when her friend placed her hands on her shoulder and the she saw the seriousness in her face that she realized that it was, indeed, serious.

Only during serious times did people place their hands on her shoulder like that. Like the time her brothers told her about her..disability; being a leprechaun. "Merlin, Rae! Do you think the Healer is going to have to take my eyes out!?"

*wibble*

"Will you come in the room with me!? PLEASE!?"

OH! The mixture of fear and sadness in dear Destiny's eyes!

Then the question Rae hoped and wished wouldn't come about.... was asked.
In her mind she was thinking... In this case Destiny, they might have to. But a supportive friend couldn't just say that in the middle of a tough time right? Be sensitive Rae! "No! No, they might just..... need to give your eyes a little rest from your head. That's all." A permanent rest.

Rae formed a small sincere smile though when asked to go in the room with her. "Of course I will." Rae, this is one of those moments that you and Destiny will share, FOREVER.

The woman came back through the waiting room while on her way to visit in on another student, she paused and glanced at the two girls. "Destiny? Room One dear, I should be there shortly."

After... she got out of the other room.

*wibble*

Destiny had no idea what she would do without Rae as a friend. Well, she knew what she would have and that was horrible vision. It was strange, though. That she knew Rae the shortest amount of time and she was the one to pick up on her color problem. She'd have to talk to Evelyn and Marie when all this was over.

Nodding her head, since she was at a loss for words over her eyes needing a little rest from her head, she gave a little sniffle when Rae said she would go into the room with her. "You're a good friend."

It felt like forever waiting for the Healer to call her back and even though she DID want to get her eyeballs fixed, if Rae wasn't sitting next to her, Destiny would have tried to run away again.

Scary people, those Healers! Unless they happen to be her parents, they weren't scary at all.

When the woman did show up, Destiny nodded once more and taking Rae by the hand, she pulled her towards room one. Room one! Was the the terminally ILL room!? Sweet Merlin.

He WAS tired.

There was no denying that. And if Healer Moretti asked him, he'd tell her. Going down four floors carrying Emmy was a slightly tiring task, but at least he managed to miss the Moving Staircase, it would've been very difficult to arrive if he took that one.

"Don't worry, it's all fine," he couldn't even remember what had brought him to the top of the Observatory, but yeah, he had no problem with being sidetracked.

"Just, sit here, okay?" he said, moving her to a chair. Healer Moretti will come soon.

Hugo sat down after Kurumi had pointed him to a seat. "Was that a joke?" he smirked. "Because you know, I really can't write," he said. "My arm is paralized," he said and sighed. Painn.. Then, a tear fell from his eye. Don't cry Hugo... You're a big boy... "Thanks for taking me here Kurumi," he said and smiled, while another tear fell across his cheek. "And thanks for saving my life," he said and sighed again, looking at her elbow. "Kurumi... Did you get bitten too?" he asked.

Having finished signing in, Kurumi took a seat next to Hugo and...tried not to look at his arm. Then again, perhaps she should do something about that blood. You know, blood loss wasn't really a good thing either and seeing as he didn't have any feeling in his arm didn't know just how bad it looked. "Just doing my job as your friend," she smiled reaching into her robe's pocket for her handkerchief with sunflowers on it. "I'm sure you would do the same for me." She tied the hankerchief around the wound, well, where she thought it was the worst and made sure it was nice and snug.

Feeling finally able to breathe again, Kurumi took a look at Hugo and tried not to laugh. He looked kind of funny in purple...not to mention that his teeth looked really white. Would his blood turn purple too? Kurumi didn't really want to find out about that.

Emmy sat down obediently next to her best friend.
She could feel another panic attack closing in on her, pressing down on all sides, and her head felt like it was shrinking, squeezing all her brains into a thick gloopy mush.
Her breathing quickened, became more erratic; she tried to take deep, calm breaths, but ended up simply gasping, and alomst hyperventilated-
Then everything faded away, as she slumped gracefully against Treyen.

Healer Moretti made her way through the waiting room, a copy of the sign in book in her hands, "Emelia, Room Three."

She paused and glanced at the boy who was sitting beside the girl, "Oh, hello Treyen."

Lily paused at the other two students and glanced at her book, "Do you two mind sharing a room? I've only got one more open, so, one of you would have to wait, otherwise."

Up to them, Lily wouldn't mind either way.

Neptune had more or less followed the unconscious body of one Ravenclaw Seeker. She hadn't even thought twice about it, just ... she just had to. Or, she had followed as far as she was allowed.


"Oh before you go," Neptune lightly took Healer Moretti's arm, "would you be so kind as to take me to whatever room you put Jim in?"

Please?


It was a simple enough request. Really. Just take her where she wanted... needed to go.

Good. She didn't argue about taking a seat this time, well, she's never argued before, but still. Treyen was about to ask her if she felt any better and then...his eyes widened. She had fainted, right?

And where was the Healer?!



Oh.

GRIN. There she was. "Hi, Healer Moretti." Yes, he had a smile on his face, he'd certainly changed quite a lot since his last visit. No more need for chocolate, though, he had to hand it to the pretty lady, chocolate did wonders. And so did Ellie.

Anyway...where were they?

Oh! Emmy! "I...don't think she can walk by herself," he said, gesturing towards the girl. That shouldn't be an issue for Healer Moretti, right?

Lily paused at the touch on her arm, and she looked at the girl. "I'm afraid your friend is in the Observation Ward. I don't usually allow visitors to my patients there." When Treyen spoke, Lily glanced at him, "Hold on dear, just a moment." She turned her attention to the boy.

Oh?

"If she does require assistance, would you mind helping her to the room, while I speak with Miss Bott here?"

Kurumi wasnt sure if the Healer's calm nature was soothing or made her panic even more. HUGO WAS PURPLE! However, freaking out was not going to make things much better, so might as well take things in stride.

"We are fine in the same room," Kurumi said glancing over at Hugo. He still had both his eyes, right? They both had the same sort of injury...just she wasn't purple and bleeding.

Neptune turned around too to LOOK at TREYAN. WHAT WAS HE DOING? Why was he interrupting? THE NERVE. Jim was .... And just..... ZIP IT LOCKHART.

"You don't usually," Neptune pressed on. "but you do make exceptions....?"

Neptune turned her big wet blues up to the Healer. "Why isn't he in a regular room?"

WIBBLE.

Lily glanced at the girl she had just been speaking with, and nodded, "Alright then, you two go along, I'll be there soon."

"He needed the rest, dear. Sometimes, children come out of an unconscious state fast, but others needed more time and attention." The boy in question was one of the others.

But the poor girl was on the verge of tears already. Or maybe she had already been crying? Lily did not know, but she was very obviously upset. "I'll tell you what, I will go check on him, and see if he'll be alright for you to come in, but you might not be able to stay too long. We will just have to play it by ear, and see how it goes, alright?"

Please don't cry.

Marie rushed to the waiting room hoping she would be able to see Jimmy right away. She needed to know that he was going to be alright. However when she walked in who was the first person she spotted... None other than Neptune. Great, just what she wanted, to sit here with HER.

She wasn't going to think about that now. Right now she needed to find the healer so she could get back to see Jimmy. Spotting her on the other side of the room she went over to her. "Excuse me Healer Moretti. I need to see James Wilkes. Can you please tell me where he is?" Like now... please. I need to see him for myself to see that he is alright.

Neptune nodded once at that deal. Just once. It wasn't exactly a YES, but it wasn't a no either. Ms. Moretti would check on Jim, Neptune would find a mirror and consider the state of her hair (who knew at this point??), and then she'd go see him.

She thought about leaving.... for like a whole second.

BUT Neptune was there first and she simply wasn't leaving until she got to see him. Wasn't going to, and couldn't. At this point, she'd have to be dragged and it would be ugly.

So, Miss Bott ignored Jim's girlfriend or whatever. It was easiest.

While she waited for the Healer to return and fetch her, Neptune twirled a big curl around her finger, already forgetting about the state of her hair and makeup.

Early retirement.

Lilyan Moretti was going to retire early and she was going to move to Hawaii. Yes. Good plan. "As I was just explaining to Miss Bott here, patients in the Observation Ward are not usually allowed visitors. However, I am just about to go in and check on Mr. Wilkes, if he is up to it, you may see him after Miss Bott takes her turn."

Right then. She supposed that nod was a yes. Half of a yes, anyway. "You two wait here, I'll be back shortly." And then, she headed off in the direction of the Observation Ward.

WHAT!?

She would have to wait until Neptune went in to see him first! What the hell for? Marie was his girlfriend... not that BOTT BRAT!

"Don't you have a boyfriend you should be celebrating with?" She said glaring over at Neptune. Yeah you remember him. Jake. The one you been hanging all over. Go see him, we don't want you here.

Kurumi looked at Hugo. She probably should have asked him first, but she figured it was best they stick together to keep each other sane. "What room did she say we needed to go to?"
