A little field trip was in order for the kids today. Literally really, considering they were on a field. The Playing Field, that Chad had very kindly let Isabelle have the use of for this lesson. It was just the right size....
Walking down the first thing you will notice is a GIANT curtain in the middle of the pitch, surrounding what, you may well think....All in good time. A long table is off to the side, with 4 wicker baskets, each with the name of a house on the front, and a large wooden box. A padlock is keeping the box firmly shut. Placed in neat rows on the floor are cushions, grouped by colour: Yellow, Red, Green and Blue - each with a stuffed toy perched on top. To the side is the blackboard from the classroom, bearing the following message:

OOC: LESSON HAS STARTED. Please don't have your character arriving late, or points will be taken. Just have them act as if they were there the whole time. Thanks.
Lucy was ready for another shout, well prepared and wand in her had she said Incarvolo! and it jabbed. This one was very easy then the first. Professor had a really good class. The took the and wrote on the wall number 6

Kurumi, still carrying the rabbit under her arm, continued to run around the pen trying to avoid evil glares from the two Cookie!Haters when she nearly tripped over three rabbits. Instead, she dropped the cage holding the rabbit and it went rolling across the ground until it hit the fence.
"Oh no!" Kurumi chirped rushing over to the cage and picking up the now even more frazzled than earlier. "Sorry," she whimpered dusting off some dirt from the cage.
Now with the rabbit safely under her arm once more, Kurumi turned her attention towards a rabbit hopping by. "Incarvolo!" she shouted as a cage formed around the rabbit so suddenly that it caught the poor thing mid-hop and it crashed into the side, knocking the cage over.
Kurumi rushed over, turned the cage right-side up, and removed the key before adding it to the Gryffindor collection.

Reason: fixing numbers
Lucy well getting more and more excited for this game, it would be so much fun to catch rabbits, she never thought of that. She got her wand ready in her hand and said "Incarvolo!"There you go little rabbit you can't run from me....haha she said and quickly wrote the number on the board.
Assistant Marauder | 1/2 of BenSky | Hit Wiz! | Mischief Managed
Nerida said Incarvoloas a bunny came shooting out of a nearby bush..She walked over to it and picked it up and brushed its fur while taking the tag and looked #94...
She set it down for it to be free and walked over to the board wrote it down and put it into the Ravvie Box..
Lucy now ready to give another shot for the rabbits. She came near to the pen of the rabbits few were felt now making it more easier for her to catch one, she took a deep sight of all of them and saw one in the corner. There i'll take you she said and keep her wand ready in her hand she siad "Incarvolo" and jabbed. There you go little fellow.
Unbelievable. All houses were moving up really quickly. She had to do something to get Ravenclaw to win. She pointed her wand at a couple of rabbits who were together. `Incarvolo!' she cursed and as she had expected, both the rabbits got locked into separate cages. She ran over to their side and found a number tag on only one of the rabbits. Well, fair enough, she thought to herself. She removed the number tag #75 from the rabbit and put it into the Ravenclaw bowl. Then she went and crossed the number off the board. At least Ravenclaw was still in the lead.

occ: just posting this to tell you that Ravenclaw cant do it anymore we have 25 and thats how much the Professor said the limit was
Nerida said Incarvolo and the bunny was caught..She picked it up and said Oh..It doesnt have one...It must have gotten tagged already...Nerida turned and walked away...

The hopping had to stop, so it did.
Besides, she felt like she was getting looks from that Huffie boy. Like he was going to try and capture her in a net or something. Destiny was NOT a bunny! But if she was, she would sooo wiggle her little, fluffy white tail.
Walking over to the 'disposing' pen, she placed the rabbit she had captured inside and placed the key in the Slytherin basket after marking the number off on the board. Woot! They had lots of keys. Not. Which meant, she had to go get more.
"Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail. Hippity Hoppity, Destiny is on her way!" she sang, quite loudly as she made her way to the other rabbit pen. Once inside, she glanced around and finding on that had to have the FLUFFIEST tail ever, Destiny gave her wand a jab in it's direction. "Incarvolo!"
Lucy on attack for another bunny, got her wand ready on the rabbit and said "Incarcolvo" yes! gotcha, i'll be coming for more of you be aware she said to the rabbits, as if they could understand to what she said. She took the key and wrote down the number 98.

Now that she had managed to regain her balance with the rabbit in its cage tucked under her arm, Kurumi was beginning to get a bit tired from carrying it around. Maybe, the rabbit would be alright if she set it down on the ground...
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Apparently not. Signing, Kurumi picked the cage back up and turned on her heels to look for another rabbit. She spotted a black one chewing on what looked like a daisy, but you never could tell in Hogwarts. For all Kurumi knew it was some rare form of cabbage that turned into a daisy during the day.
"Incarvolo!"
Kurumi grabbed the key, number 88, and added it to the Gryffindor collection.

Laughing at the ingeniousness of Professor Magnus, Patroclus rolled up his sleeves of his school shirt, untucked it, and looosed his tie.
It was business time!
With a jab of his wand, Patroclus declared "Incarvolo!" at a cute little brown bunny that was hopping past his foot at that very moment, quickly de-netting it, he saw that it was a keyless bunny, and quickly placed it in the safety of the pen.
Turning back to the playing field, he spotted a pure white bunny, that was scratching it's ears, "You are just tooooo cute!" he muttered to himself, before adding, "Incarvolo!" He felt horrible, but he needed the points!
Pulling the key from around the bunnies neck, Patroclus saw the gleaming number 53
OOC: Thanks to Katherine for keeping count on the keys OOC. *snuggles* It is just 25 each house to make it a fair and even number.

Simon looked at the professor and then nearly fainted. "Professor you haven't hurt the rabbits by making them wear keys have you?" He could report her to that what was it call RCPAS or something like that anyway, the poor bunny rabbits couldn't defend themselves.
"They are tied on gently using ribbon, Simon. No bunnies were hurt in the making of this game," Isabelle winked. He seemed to be asking an awful lot of questions today, and not doing much work. Ah well, questioning minds were no bad thing.
Spotting a fluffy white rabbit, Kurumi cast her spell and manged a half decent cage that was drooping a bit to the side, but at least there was a key in it. After taking the key and scratching the number off the board, Kurumi returned her gaze to the rabbit who...due to her poor casting...had managed to break the cage by kicking it.
Now it looked like a limp noodle in the middle of the pitch.
"Um...Professor," Kurumi said holding up her key and looking at their professor. "Does it still count if the rabbit escapes?"
Please say yes...
Isabelle had been stood to the side, watching intently, as the first lot of kids launched themselves into the pen and started trying to catch the rabbits. Upon hearing Kurumi's voice, she turned her head to where the young Gryffindor was standing and smiled at the question. "As long as the key came about from a rabbit capture, what happens to it afterwards doesn't matter. The more you try, the more you should perfect the spell." So by the end, bunny won't be able to kick it over. No.

Okay. Let's see if he got it right. So, they were supposed to...sort of...capture one of the white fluffy things and each of those was a HOLDER for an AWESOME key? Got it.
The boy nodded at Magnus' instructions and was getting ready to aim at whatever white spot he saw hoping up and down when he was reminded not to close his eyes, wouldn't want a classmate stuck in a cage, right? Actually, good question, "Professor Magnus," dearly Professor Magnus, "Does the spell work on us, too?" Not that he was considering any idea of the sort, he was merely curious.
Aha! We spotted YOU, white thing! The boy kept the little rabbit on his sight and then aimed at it, "Incarcolvo!" and then the jab, and then the cage, and then...did it have a KEY? A numbered one? Aha! Number 23! Bahahahaha!
That question worried her a bit, to be honest. Isabelle suddenly had visions of the kids trying to capture each other instead of the rabbits. And however funny that image was, she was sure the Headmaster probably wouldn't like it....Unless it was in detention. Blink."You'd need to be very, very good at the spell to get it big enough to trap a person, Treyen. I would say that none of you are quite there yet, so don't worry about getting one of your classmates," Issy smiled. Unless that was the sneaky badgers plan. Heh.
Spotting that the Ravenclaws in the group had already collected their haul of keys, she called them over. Conjuring a jug and some glasses, she also conjured some water into it for them to pour out and drink. "Ravenclaws! As you have finished, you can rest. There's some water here for you to drink. Same goes to the rest of you when you're done! Come on Huffies and Slytherin's," she grinned, peering into their baskets. "You still have quite a few more to get to reach your target. Gryffindor's you are nearly there!" Encouragement. For. The. Win.

Ravenclaws were done? Well that was both a relief and a pain. Less people to bump into her, yet...Ravenclaws were DONE. Before the Slytherins. MEH!
Scoffing quietly, her eyes searched for a rabbit that wasn't being caged at the moment. It wasn't difficult, it was just choosing ONE at the moment that was difficult. They were everywhere! But, there was one that was rather close by so she mentally claimed it. Yush! NO one touch it!
"Incarcolvo." she said, jabbing her wand in the direction of the quite still bunny. Had it even moved this entire lesson? Picking up the bunny, she grabbed the tag and looked at it. Meep! Number 29! Alrighty then. Placing the bunny in the other pen, and placing the key in the Slytherin box, Evelyn moved over and crossed off the number 29 before moving back to...capture more bunnies.

Oh gah!
There were still so many rabbits left! They were everywhere! It was like one of those scary movies on the muggle box. ATTACK OF THE RABBITS! Only these rabbit were so cute and look at that one over there cleaning his face! Destiny was definitely going to ask the Professor if she could KEEP one. And then she would name it after her, too.
Going back to hopping, since her feet felt better at the moment, Destiny put the already caught rabbit in the pen and her key into the Slytherin box after marking off the number. Hopping back to the other rabbits, she eyed the CUTE rabbit that was cleaning his face all CUTE like. ""Incarcolvo!" she said, making the jabbing motion with her wand in the direction of the bunny. Once the net was around it, she went to pick it up and it had a number!

Huzzah!
The number 46!
Evelyn should totally hop along with her.
She was totally resisting the urge to roll her eyes, mostly because this probably won't be the first and only time Destiny hopped like a bunny. LATER on, she could roll her eyes but for now, she had a bunny to capture! And she didn't mean Destiny.
"Incarcolvo." she said, jabbing her wand towards one of the rabbits. Cage, around it, woooooot. Picking up the cage, she took out the tag number and gave it a glance. Number 63! Awesomeness.

Pausing for a moment with the squeaking rabbit still tucked under her arm, Kurumi was relieved to hear that as long as they got a key they were fine. That was a relief considering that most of the cages she had managed to conjured had been busted by the bunnies...
...oops...
At least the rabbit under her arms was still in a cage? That was one cage she had properly conjured at least.
Spinning around, Kurumi spotted a rather speedy one and decided to chase after it. Jabbing her wand at it, she ended up missing several times and conjured cages that held nothing or cages that were lopsided.
Finally, she managed to catch the rabbit and pulled the key from its cage, 79, and crossed it off the board.

"Great Job Ravenclaws!" Kyle congratulated, as she climbed out of the pen she made to pet a rabbit on the head - this one didn't bite her.
Or attempt to - that was a relief. She smiled, walking over to the table with water was available. She was very much in need of water - absolutely parched. Taking a step over to the pens, the water in her hand she began to watch the game intently.
"Go Kurmumi!" She clapped - she was the most adorably clumsy girl she'd ever met. As Kyle had been before as well. Gryffindor was almost finished - and she rooted for them, for now, until they finished.

"Professor, whilst I'd love to stay and chat I think I should get involved more." Simon smiled making it sound like it was the Professor who had started the conversation.
Simon went after after a bunny and jabing his wand at it for a while he finally caught one now all he wanted to know was did it have a key and did it look unhappy.

Hopping back to the 'disposing' pen, she placed the cute little bunny that was cleaning his face down and hopping over to the board, she marked off her number and placed the key in the basket. How many did they have? Only nine!? They were so far behind! Now all her sentences rhymed!
GAH!
Poking her tongue out at Evelyn, Destiny hop, hop, hopped over to the rabbits. "Incarcolvo!" she said, jabbing her wand towards that one freaky looking rabbit with freaky looking eyes. Yeah. Best to put that one in a cage real quick. Picking up the cage, she removed the number 25 key and made her way over to the other pen. Holding the cage as far as her face as possible.
Emily had been running after rabbits all lesson. Just when she got close she usually tripped, then continued running. She had been like this for several minutes and still had not cought a rabbit. Ravenclaw had finished!
She dropped to her knees and sighed. She was not good at this.
She drummed her wand on her leg as she watched others chasing rabbits.
She jumped when something bit her hand. "Ow!"
A white fluffy rabbit (with creepy eyes) ran back, then stopped and stared at her. Aw! would have been her normal responce but the eyes were really freaking her out. "Incarcolvo!" she muttered and the rabbit was caged.
Heehee. Sucker! That;s what you get for biting me!
She pulled of the tag from around it's neck. "45!" she called to no-one.
Ok, at least that was another for Gryffindor!
She dropped the tag in the red basket then continued to run. She must be really fit with all the running she had been doing...

Freaky rabbits.
Well... "Hopping." she stated as if that was the problem. Actually, it was the problem. "I know what you're doing, but WHY are you hopping?" Hmm? It looked dangerous.
...
"You could hop on a bunny by accident." Hehe, maybe that would make her stop.
Smirking, she poked her tongue out at Destiny in retaliation before going back to bunny hunting. Well, it'd be more "hunting" if they were shooting arrows at them but noooooo, they had to make sure they weren't hurt. Pfft, if they weren't real bunnies, she supposed the professor wouldn't have minded using arrows. Perhaps next time they can practice on the stuffed animals.
"Incarcolvo."Jab. Mwaha! You haz been captured rabbit! What are you gunna do about it? Nothing? SHE THOUGHT SO! Picking up the cage, she pulled out the key and glanced at it as she moved to the other pen to drop of the captured rabbit. Number...what did that say? 20! Number 20. Awesome.

''PROFESSOR...PROFESSOR. I HAVE COME BACK!!!!''
The Gryffindor boy yelled as he ran towards the playing field holding his wand in one hand and his pockets, obviously, full of something else. And once he arrived there, he stopped between two Ravenclaws looking around to see and figure what people around were doing. Rabbits? Hopping around? What were they doing with those bunnies?
Of course being at the castle during the whole introduction to the challenge part, Josh knew nothing about what was going on yet observing what the other students were doing it did not seem to be very difficult to understand. They were capturing bunnies by conjuring cages on them with that new spell he had not even practiced yet. Not even once.
Oh..well
It never meant he was not going to be able to do it anyway. So smiling to himself the lion boy eyed a nearby gray bunny and approached it the wand pointed at the poor animal. Hmmm. It looked so defenseless. Of course, because it was defenseless. Poor animal. Hoping nothing would go wrong and hurt the rabbit, he uttered ''Incarcolvo!''. JAB. A tight looking net appeared and threw itself on the gray rabbit but successfully hopping away the animal got away from it.
''Smart bunny.'' Or his casting skills were poor. Meh. It was the first time he tried after all. ''Incarcolvo!'' It got away again makinh Josh bit his lip. Was the smartest bunny in this area his partner? And now this time it was hopping away faster. Running after the rabbit, he passed by Evelyn and Destiny and once the animal slowed down he tried his chance again with that jabbing move. ''INCARCOLVO!!''
Finally...
Then like the others did, he walked forward and gently took the number from the cute bunny's neck.
