Skye pursed her lips. It really didn't surprise her that Enya didn't know what classes she was taking. She didn't exactly seem like the studious type. "Well, you're going to be a third year, right? It's the first year where you get to pick your classes." She shrugged one shoulder up at the next question. "I could tell you all about what I've been contemplating, but I'm sure it would bore you."

Enya looked up at Skye as the older girl pursed her lips. She chose not to comment and instead looked forward again at the wall opposite where she was sat. She shrugged her shoulders, first year you got to pick classes...seemed interesting and yet boring. She thought as Skye rambled on.

Sigh.

"Whatever you chose have fun with it..." She wondered whether she should ask the girl what she wanted to chose to to make her feel happy? Hmm... "I on the other hand have more important things to do than think of classes" She added peeking up at the girl again.

After a moment she thought Fine.. "What are you going to take..." Let the boredom begin.

Skye shook her head at Enya. "Classes are very important, actually," she said. "If you don't take the right ones now, you can't get any sort of career after school." Then she gave a small chuckle. Oh, so Enya wanted to know about her classes? All right. She'd been warned. Skye was going to make this good.

"Well!" she began. "I'm not sure how to start choosing what courses to take! I mean, I want to be a spellcaster somewhere, but I don't know if the Ministry of Magic is the right fit for me. So should I take Ancient Runes? That might be helpful to know. I already took flying; that was a disaster. I'll definitely stay with Charms and Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts, but do I really need History of Magic? Divination is a waste of time, but it'll look good on a resume...I think I'll skip Ancient Runes straight to Arithmancy. It's quite difficult, but it's a necessary skill as well." She peeked up at Enya to see if she was annoyed yet.

Enya moved slightly so she was staring at Skye better her mouth jsut dropped open. Okay she knew that it was bad to ask the girl the question of classes but she didn't actually think that she would shot off and give her a lecture of the thoughts and feelings. My gosh! "Stop!" She cried holding her hands up to silence the girl.

"Are you trying to bore me to death?" She demanded next glaring a little. The girl seriously couldn't be thinking about lesson's that much!? She didn't even know what she wanted to do let alone know what classes she should take. Though Potions and Tranfiguaration seemed fun and she did like those classes but what could she take that to? She really didn't know. Se focused all her attention onto Skye, "Do you really think about lesson's that much!? there are more important things to think about" She said repeating herself from earlier.

Skye opened her mouth to continue her pondering, but she then closed it again at Enya's request. Skye couldn't help smiling a little. Success! "Sorry..." she said, though a bit untruthfully.

Skye frowned at Enya's obvious lack of interest in school. "Well then, tell me what's more important," she said. If the answer was 'friends', then Skye didn't want to hear it. But she betrayed none of her thoughts as she waited patiently, one eyebrow raised, using her curious, soft, but penetrating stare - the one that Enya hated so much.

Enya ignored the sorry and instead looked away to the wall opposite. She was glad that Skye had stopped talking about boring lesson's but now the silence just seemed endless, she opened her mouth to talk but then Skye asked her a question...

'Whats more important?' well..she could go on for hours but she was being nice and didn't want to bore her friend so she decided she would just say something small. But where to start? She bite her bottom lip looking away from Skye as she thought. "All everyone goeson about is lesson's, lesson's and lesson's but there are msre important things like.." She paused, "Friends, Family, getting by in life with lesson's you don't learn from school" She said half heartly hoping she was being convincing.

Taylor pushed back her blonde curls as she slowly made her way down the corridor- really not wanting another lesson right then- her mind would no way focus!

She moved her satchel bag over her shoulder and yawned as she looked down at her cute Chanel ballet flats that she was constantly wearing- they looked so good! Looking up, she wondered if any of her friends were around as she pulled out her lipgloss to apply another cherry flavoured layer.

Skye shook her head. "Enya, I don't deny that those things are important. But right now, you're at school. You should focus on schoolwork first, and then your social life." She hoped that she wasn't being too mean! Admittedly, she had been in a rather bad mood lately, and she hoped that she hadn't been taking it out on her friends too much.

Walking into the corridor, Kelley noticed a girl standing by herself, who seemed to be looking for someone. She debated whether or not to go talk to her. If she did, maybe this girl could be her first friend here.

She approached the girl and said politely, "Hello, I'm Kelley. I'm new here, as of this morning. I just transferred here from the United States..." She hoped she wasn't being boring, she was just trying to make conversation.

Enya sighed and pointedly didn't look at Skye, okay she had a point but she wouldn't make that known. She pulled her legs up and leant her head on them, wrapping her arms around her. She closed her eyes for a moment to think about what she would say next.

"Yeah whatever" Was all that came out of her mouth not that she minded, the whole conversation was anoying her to be honest. Sigh. With another breath another she stood up.

Skye shifted her weight; her back was pressed up against the cold, hard stone again, and it wasn't very comfortable. She wiggled her shoulders a little bit and settled into a less painful position. It probably hadn't been such a good idea to sit on the window ledge. She watched Enya again, but not annoyingly this time. Her eyes followed the younger girl as she stood up, trained on her face. Skye couldn't really make out much of an expression. "Er," she said. "Are you leaving, then? Or just stretching?" she asked hesitantly.

Elle just got out of class and was heading for the next, Divinations. She hoped she wasn't late, but was sure she was early since her next subject was to start in half an hour.

As she was walking slowly towards Divinations, she noticed a familiar walk and the usual blonde curls. Who- yes, it was Taylor! The redhead smiled and walked briskly towards her direction.

"Hey Tay! Been a long time!" She giggled.

Tay noticed a girl nearby and smiled- "Hey Kelley, I'm Taylor- well, you can just call me Tay though" she said politely to the girl- "Oh you did! Wow, I love it over there!" she said honestly, still smiling at Kelley.

Taylor sighed and turned around when she heard Elle's voice, she smiled widely and waved at her friend as she approached.

"Hey Elle!" she said, stopping for her friend to catch up. She gave her a quick friendly hug and smiled again. "It has!" she laughed, knowing it had been a long time!

"How are you?" she asked her friend kindly as she pushed back a few loose curls.

Jacobs bladder was on the brink of the Twighlight Zone of bursting. He needed to pee so badly... Here, bathroom! Here, boy!

4 whole floors to go?! that couldn't be, He'd never taken this long to get up to the towers, even that one time after getting lost somehow in the dungeons when he had clearly gotten off on the 5th floor. But now it was like forever and they weren't even lost. "What ever it's not here!" he grummbled, unless it was here and he completely missed it. But he just wanted to go... if they didn't find it by the sixth floor, he'd have to go to the bathroom room in the regular peoples one, the one that didn't make him feel important and all powerful with executive authority, and dirty toilets.

Jacob moved back up the corridor to the sairs... why was this so hard. Patroclus was supposed to be good at this... Was his father like a treasure hunter archaeologist? He was supposed to be good at finding hidden stuff. He was supposed to have secret door superpowers... like 'my toilet senses are tingleing.' or something like that... right?!

"Nice to meet you, Tay," said Kelley cheerfully. "Yeah, it's pretty nice over there, I guess," she continued, "But over here, it's just beautiful! I love it."

Enya turned and looked at Skye, raising her eyebrows a little. Did the girl want her to leave or something? She said as much, "Did you want me to leave...?" She pointed in a random direction over her shoulder as she was speaking, "....because i could." she finished.

She folded her arms and looked away from the girl again, waiting for her answer. She wasn't really going to leave, but she really did feel they needed to something to talk about. Hmm.She bagan to tap her foot.

Skye raised her eyebrows as well. "What? No!" she said. That wasn't what she'd meant! "No, you just stood up and so I thought you were leaving," she said. "You can stay if you'd like. I wasn't sending you away."

Finally fed up with the hard stone, Skye sat up completely for a moment. In a movement so fast that the human eye probably couldn't discern it, she flicked her wand and made a pillow appear behind her back. She leaned back contentedly.

Enya raised her eyebrows at the girl before her and folded her arms. She didn't sit back down but she leant against the wall next to the perch Skye was sat on. "fine i wont go" She said with a sigh, she really didn't have anything to do if she did.

Enya stood where she was a watched Skye move from her postion - she knew it would have hurt her - and found a more confortable seatin. Once down she wondered what they were going to talk about next.

She smiled, mollified. "Cool," she replied. Skye watched Enya reposition herself and wondered what was really going on in the other girl's mind.

An awkward silence followed. Skye twisted her mouth to the side. "What do you want to talk about now?" she asked. It was probably time for Enya to pick a conversation topic. Hers weren't too interesting.

After telling Finlay that Jim was gonna be fine Marie hurried out of the waiting room into the corridor. She just needed to be out of that place.

Leaning against the wall she slid down it until she was sitting on the floor. She pulled her legs up to her chest and buried her face in her knees. The tears then started to fall even more than they had already been falling. She had NOT expected this breakup to be so hard. In fact she had been doing fine, right up until she seen the tears falling down Jim's face. Why did it take something like this for him to show her any emotions?

Stupid boys and not wanting to show their emotional side when it counts.

Jade looked at Cody. Hmm by the lake that was interesting. "Did you like the Lake?" she asked him. Another two girls... "Never met any of them," she added quickly.

After seeing Marie go out crying Finlay knew that he needed to make sure that she was okay. Hence why Finn was no moving out of the hospital wing to go find her, make sure she was okay. Oh....Finn kind of stopped when he was, watching her sit on the floor. Man...he was never good with tears. Mainly because he had sometimes causing the girl to cry.

"Marie...." He called out, approaching her slowly, and sat down next to her. He was sure this couldn't be all about Jimmy. Surely the healer wouldn't have let her go see him if Jimmy wasn't well. "Whats wrong?"

With her face still buried in her knees Marie didn't move when she heard someone call her name. She knew exactly who it was without looking up.

Finlay.

He had already seen her crying in the waiting room, he didn't need to see her crying out here in the corridor too. Taking a few deep breaths she tried to stop the tears. Really, why was she crying anyway, she had been the one that broke up with Jimmy, not the other way around. That still didn't seem to make the hurt any less though.

Now that Finn was sitting next to her and asking what was wrong she couldn't very well ignore him. Raising her head she wiped away the tears before looking over towards him. Might as well tell him what happened. It was sure to get out sooner or later. "I... broke up with Jim."

Crap!

More tears.

Finlay was a little anxious right now. He wasn't good at tears at all. He did really want to know what was upsetting Marie. He also felt like giving her a hug. Hugs made everything better didn't they? But oh....that was what was wrong. She'd broken up with Jimmy. Finn glanced back over at the hospital wing, wondering what on earth Jimmy must have done to make her break up with him. "Oh...." And she was crying more now.

Finlay sighed, wrapping his arm around Marie, and pulling her into a big hug. He knew that she needed comforting now. "I'm sorry Marie..." He really was. He knew how suckish break ups were. Part of him was worrying about Jimmy though. How was he taking this? He knew it had been Jim's first commited relationship. Finn had a feeling that he'd come fighting back though. That was the Jimmy he knew and loved

"Of course", he answered. "It's the best part of Hogwarts", he added, nodding his head at the same time. "Doesn't surprise me", he repiled to Jade.
