"Hi," Rafe said. He took in a deep breath of the sweet warm air. "How are you?" He didn't really know what to say. He wasn't opposed to making new friends, but he still felt a little out of place. A year away from Hogwarts can really change a person.

"No problem! Just be safe," he called back and watched as he was accompanied. He didn't inquire any further. Who knows? Maybe he'd run into that kid later.

Heather looked over by the Womping Willow and saw Rafe there. "Hey there, again." Heather said walking up to him. Her arm was bleeding from her incident on the Quidditch Pitch.

Oh, that was sad, maybe because she was used to have siblings and didn't imagined a life without them. "Well, at least you have a half brother, is he in Ravenclaw too?" she asked taking a little bit of grass. "Oh yes! they used to go here and I was waiting for my time to come" said smiling. "And your parents?"

She was having a great time at the Whomping Whillow with Dozer. First year at Hogwarts and it was starting really good.

Nodding his head Dozer gazed off into the distance. "Ethan is in Ravenclaw as well. Though he's a year older then me." Even after a year it was still weird to think that he had a brother. Ethan seemed to take it all in stride but it had thrown Dozer for a loop. Though, he supposed it was easier for Ethan, being on the good side of everything.

Returning to conversation he smiled wryly. "Both my parents. My mom was a Ravenclaw like me." He remembered how happy she had been, the letter had been shining so brightly it would have been hard to miss.

"So, you looking forward to starting your classes. They begin tomorrow you know. If you need any help finding anything, come find me and I'll help." He wasn't quite sure why, but he liked Georgiana. He was going to help her out if she ever needed him.

"Yeah, although, I'm not very confident about that I would get in..." Cass said uncertainly "How about you?"

He frowned a bit. "And... did it say hi back?" Hugo always thought people communicating with animals and plants was a bit odd. Of course, he talked to his owl but he didn't expect it to understand any of what he said. "Oh, it was kind to me too," he told Kurumi. "Hi, tree. I'm drawing you a nice portrait," Hugo said, facing the tree and bowed down to his drawing once again.

"Hello," he said to the girl. "Thank you," he replied. "I'm Hugo, Hugo Doyle."

Elliott was strolling around the grounds, seeking something interesting. The boy had quickly come to realize that Hogwarts always had something interesting going on. Intense cat fights, drowning victims in the lake, humongous thwacking Willow trees. It was a very interesting school indeed.

Aaaaand, well would ya look at that. Some idiot was running straight towards the tree. Wait.. that idiot was Nathan! Lucky he slowed down, otherwise Elliott may very well have witnessed his best friend's death right there and then. He walked over to him. "You're an idiot," Elliott said simply, in manner so casual that he may have been speaking about the weather.

This. Was. PERFECT.

Anakin could not have been more pleased, as he'd found the perfect place to scout out. Snort, he was probably taking the superhero thing too far, but it was FUN. And made him feel...semi-normal, which was weird. VERY weird. But anyways, he was a superhero, this was a killing tree that ATTACKED PEOPLE!

Could they're be a more perfect place for justice? Scooting over to where he was curled behind a bush, Anakin waited and stared. He would save people, he just had to keep his eyes trained.

He'd never be able to hear the screams.

HE WAS NOT DEAD!! I repeat, Leopold Gordon O'Donald was NOT dead. He was just sleeping in his dorm room for the past ...two days. Now was time for him to run about and enjoy everything around him, actually see if the new school he was attending. Hopefully it would be much better than Beauxbatons? Yeah, Leo hoped it would be. Leo's first destination was....the giant moving tree thing that seemed SO cool.

So yes, that explained why he was here. As Leopold saw the tree he took a HALT.

Leopold just kind of stood there, next to a bush thing. He heard a faint rustle and then turned his head around to see....someone just sitting there. Leopold blinked, not saying a word.

What did he do now?

OH HE JUST GOT HIS WATER GUN OUT OF HIS POCKET.

Squirt.Squirt.

"MWAHAHA!!"He said as he shot the other boy RIGHT in the face. Leo didn't even think about the other kid possibly being mad at him. Hehhh.

Ellie wandered around the grounds until she saw the Whomping Willow. Probably THE most epic tree in all of epic tree history. Yeah. She stood a good distance from it, just in case it decided to crazy and attack her. She noticed a couple other people out with their friends. Hm. Where were her friends this time of day? Huh.

While zipping up his leather jacket, Hyun walked over the grounds at Hogwarts. He looked around at a place he had never seen before...well, so far he had only seen the great hall , lake and common room so he still had to explore many of the places at the big castle.

Hyun walked with a slow pace, and knowing his parents would be angry at him if he didn't talk to anyone, he saw a girl on the other side of the field that was alone. Maybe he could talk to her?

Taking a few steps towards her direction , Hyun heard a loud swishing sound from next to him, he looked up to see a HUUUUGE tree moving up before slashing its branches at the Slytherin boy. "What the?!" he shouted with wide open eyes before the branches had hit his face....His face!

Hyun fell backwards on the ground as he quickly tried to move away from the vicious tree. Not noticing that his lower lip was cut open from the attack.

She was listening to Dozer, but almost started to daydream. Merlin, she should really stop doing that, at least she didn't missed what he was saying.

"Oh that's good!" said smiling " You know my dad was in Ravenclaw too and my mom in Hufflepuff...and I end up in Slytherin" said laughing. It sounded weird, neither of her parents was a Slytherin, but she did have some family that had been in Slytherin too.

"Yes! I'm really looking forward to it!" said excited.
She couldn't help but smile at the mention of the help he was offering, he was in fifth year and didn’t thought the older ones will offer some help, but she was glad he did. "Thanks! I will, without doubt" said giving him a smile "What are your fav. subjects?"

From the corner of her eye, Ellie noticed a boy walking in her direction. She turned her head just as a branch from the giant tree whipped around towards him. Her eyes widened and she was about to yell at him to move out of the way, but it had already whacked him in the face.

She let out an involuntary shriek as he fell backwards onto the ground. "Ohmygod!" She immediately ran towards him, trying to dodge any branches that decided to go after her. One thin branch threatened to trip her, but she just felt it whip across her ankle. Ow. She kept running. When she reached him, she fell on her knees (er, why?) and helped him scoot back away from the tree.

Ohmygoodnessohmygoodness. "Are you okay?!" She asked him when she caught her breath. His lip was bleeding. She pulled her handkerchief out of her side bag and dabbed his lip with it. Er... was that odd? Maybe...

Hyun wasn't scared or anything like that. He was angry! Angry because he had just been beaten by a tree... A TREE! He still tried to move away from the tree when he suddenly felt hands dragging him away. Out of reach from the tree that was still slashing around in the air, Hyun blinked a couple of times to try to register what had happened. A tree had just really attacked him! He looked at the girl who he wanted to talk to earlier sitting on her knees in front of him. She asked if he was ok. " I'm fine..." he said calmly before exploding his rant What in Melins Beard is that tree doing here?!?! Do they like students get hurt?! And why didn't I know about this tree?! Back at Durmstrang we didn't have trees trying to attack you!" hmm yeah, these were pretty much signs he was in slight shock.

However, before he could finish his rant he felt something soft on his lower lip. He looked down to see the girl depping a handkerchief to his lip. Was he bleeding? " uuh... Thanks" he said in a more calmer voice and looked down at the girls ankle which looked pretty bad. "Are you ok?" he asked, pointing at her ankle with his finger. "Do you need to go to the hospital?" woah since when was Hyun nice to someone? Well this girl did try to help him when he was in danger eventhough she didn't even knew him.

"It seems like it would be pronounced like grain instead of green. Graingoth." Alina snickered. That was SOOOOOO what she was calling him from now on! If she remembered his name after today, that is.

... "Are you serious?" He was being serious. There was no sign, what-so-ever, that showed otherwise. "Oh." Had he even been sorted at the ceremony? If so, that must have been the time when she began eavsdropping on the conversation about animals between to people that were sitting near her. It would explain why she didn't see him get sorted. "So, I see you're in Hufflepuff," she said as she pointed at his robes, "Are you a half-blood? Pureblood?"

Not that it mattered... that much.

Before she knew it, the boy exploded with questions. He obviously was a transfer. Ah, yep. Durmstrang. She listened as he ranted about the tree. "Well, that tree has been here... forever as far as I know. It's called the Whomping Willow. I suspect they keep it here because it's quite a significant historical marker. And because it looks cool. That is, if you aren't being attacked by it." She said with a gentle smile. "You just have to keep your distance." She told him. She could tell he was slightly shocked by the fact that he just got attacked by a crazy tree. Normal symptoms, probably. "Durmstrang, huh?"

She smiled at him again and sat down. "No problem." She looked at her ankle that he was pointing too. Oh, right. That's why it hurt. It was bleeding and turning her sock red. Bad day to wear capris. "Oh, uh... I don't know. I guess...?" She shrugged. She thought about fixing it herself, but goodness knew that would end badly. She didn't have an ounce of nurse in her.

Meh. This. Was. Boring. There was absolutely NO action going on at this tree. NONE. NADA. ZIP. ZILCH. Everyone was being GOOD and NOT doing bad things that resulted in Triple!A having to step in. Siiiiiigh. And he wanted to be a REAL super hero, but he couldn't with NO VILLIANS. Hmph, this meant he'd need to WAIT.

Pouting to himself, and leaning back on his heels, Anakin closed his eyes for a second until...BAM. Stream.Of.Water. IN HIS FACE. WITH AN EVUHL KID IN FRONT OF HIM.

Jumping up, Anakin lowered himself into a karate pose like all those muggle posters he'd seen, though he really had no idea what to do from their, "Halt! Evil-doer! And calmly hand over your weapon. Or I shall have to unleash my ninja skills."

Ninja skills...SNORT.

Her enthusiasm knew no bounds it seemed. He couldn't even remember a time when he had been that wound up and happy. Well, at least some of that happiness seemed to be rubbing off. He hadn't smiled this much in months.

He had to think over her question for a second. "Well, I rather like charms and herbology. But sometimes even the most boring of classes are fun sometimes. It all depends on the instructor. I don't much care for Arithmancy though. Never been a math lover."

He wrinkled his nose looking like he had just eaten a sour apple. There were a million things in the world he would rather be doing then Arithmancy. Dozer just couldn't see much use in it.

"So, tell me Georgiana...what are you looking forward to most her at Hogwart's?" Dozer asked.

Georgiana. He would have to think of a nickname for her, her real name was a mouthful.

Dozer seemed like a calm guy, not much of smiling, but it was nice to see him smile. Maybe something was wrong, maybe not, she didn't wanted to ask it will make her feel like asking too much.

"That's good! I like Astronomy and Transfigurations". she enjoyed watching the galaxies, stars, moon etc. " I have never been a math lover either, it's so boring" said agreeing with Dozer.

She couldn't help but giggle a little when he wrinkled his nose. hehe it was funny. She looked up at the sky, thinking about the question that Dozer did.

"Well, I hope I do great on every subject but I'm kinda laid back" Indeed she was, she hated that. "But I'll try stop being like that" said looking at the lake, far away. Neither she was going to be a nerd hehe that was too much for her, but it was going to be very difficult to be so laid-back. "And what are you planning to do after Hogwarts?".

Glancing up at the sky Dozer smiled. At her words he could practically see the stars shining through the clouds and blue sky. He barked out a laugh at her math comment.

His smile turned wry as she explained her laid back attitude. He could totally relate. "You don't have to stop being that way, you just have to curb the need enough to manage homework."

She laughed with Dozer when she said her math comment, but I mean it was true. . Looking at the sky, she felt the need to go to the Astronomy Tower, but she was going to do it that night. Hopefully she wasn't get into trouble.

"You're right, but I find that very difficult, you know?" said looking at him "You should help me to manage it" she laughed.

Zoe walked through the grounds of Hogwarts, looking at the scenery as well as some of her friends. Finally, she came across the Whomping Willow.

Cooooool. She had read about this tree! It could kill people. How insane is that?!?! This was the most awesome tree she had ever seen! She sat down near it. Not too near, of course. Wouldn't want to get maimed or anything.

She looked around her. A boy squirted another boy with a water gun, and the victim had jumped into a sort of ninja stance. *chortle* What was he doing?!? Zoe laughed to herself and continued to watch the scene.

With his eyes fixated upon the magical tree, he witnessed it twitch rather intensely. Naturally, it made Nathan twitch out of fear, and he nearly fell over on his butt. But thank Merlin, he wasn't too close so no damage was caused. Nathan chuckled frantically, 'cause this form of nature was just insane.

Idiot? Nathan heard someone hurling abuse at him from behind. OH! Hogwarts-style bullies were targeting him, were they? PAHH, good luck. He turned around with a hard expression, only to discover it was just Elliott. Now he was just confused. Was he genuinely insulting him? Or was that his best friends new form of greeting? Errrrrrrrr.... "What you on about? You're the idiot." That told him!

"Whomping Willow? ..pfff it should be called Stomping Willow!" Hyun gave the tree a glare that would made a person cowar away quickly and then sighed out loud. "Oh well, i guess i'll just take a distance..." or just set the tree on fire!

Hyun nodded his head slowly, eyeing the girl with slight suspision. How did she knew he was from Durmstrang? Oh right he shouted it. "Yeah i'm from Durmstrang, it's my first year at this..."

Prison? blackhole? asylum?

"School".

Without another word Hyun got up on his feet and held his hand out. "Come on, i'll take you to the hospital wing...if i can find it... It's my fault your ankle is hurt and i think it should be healed properly." Meaning no students who think they know how to do magic. Oh and not forgetting that maybe he got some points for his house for helping a student, mwahaha that would be awesome!. Yeah he was mean.

She eyed him with a smirk. Stomping Willow. Fitting. She laughed slightly. "Yeah. Distance is always best."

Ellie noticed pause as he was probably trying to figure out this place. She chuckled. "A school with deadly trees, a lake inhabited by a giant squid and mermaids, a forbidden forest with who-knows-whats in there. And ghosts. Can't forget the ghosts." She said. Hopefully he already knew about all that. But if not, better that she told him than him finding out himself, right?

She watched the boy stand up and offer her his hand. She glanced back down at her ankle. Yeah, it was pretty bad. She took his hand and stood up with his help. She grimaced from the pain in her ankle. The dang tree really got her good, didn't it?! Suck it up, Ellie. "Thank you." She said pushing a smile out. "But it's not your fault, really. I was the one who decided to er... save you." Save? Help, rather. She started walking back towards the castle. "The hospital wing is on the third floor." She told him with a smile.
