"Umm... around 450-500 each. That one-"
*Matty pointed to his that was being passed around.*
"-can hold up to twenty contacts. But that was made special by my uncle."

"Oh yeah, like I said it would just look like your writing in it. The newer ones can talk if you want but I turn mine off... after my howler. Anyway that is the price when they are out to the public. All I can get now is the three contact but I might be able to do some work on them... bump them up to 5 or 8 contacts."

*Matty rubbed the back of his neck unsure. He wasn't even sure that he uncle would let him have the notebooks.*

*Raising an eyebrow at Mikey Matty looked very confused. Beta? Wasn't that a fish? Or was that bata? No that was what you said at those muggle baseball games.*
"Beta what now?"

*Ohhh testers! Matty wasn't sure. He would have to talk it over with him.*
"I'm not sure... I can ask him though when I tell him about our findings. He's also sending me another book on the... knights."

*Matty looked around at the others not sure what they knew. Sitting down on a near by stump he pulled his pack off. It had gotten very heavy with books and his notes but he didn't want to leave anything out.*

"Awww thank you Rex",the blonde smiled,"makes me feel loved."It always cheered her up when she was with her best friend and he telling her that he was glad to have her was a major cheer up.Hehe."Well we need to get one of the sets from the lesson and read them for our partner.",she explained. Hopefully she woildnt have to hear something like Kurumi had to.That would be not too nice.

Katelynn walked down towards the Whomping Willow. Her mother had told her a lot about it, but she had to see it for herself - A tree trying to hit people if they come to near? Sounded a bit unlikely, even for Hogwarts.

But there it was! The big, magnificent tree.. She walked as far as she dared to, and looked around. There were a few other people here besides her..

Fee noticed a girl showing up next to her.Mhhh she seemed to be a little younger than her.Probably a first year. Gettinfg uo from where she was sitting the blonde approached the girl.She seemd to be scared. Well, that giant tree could be frightening sometimes."Heey you",the Slytherin smiled friendly,"scary tree hm?"

" You are loved by all" Rex told Fee." So what sets are we going to get from class?" Rex asked Fee. " I am not sure on this homework" Rex repeated to Fee again. "Something about sticks on the ground, right?" Rex asked Fee.

"I am not",the blonde giggled,"you are the famous and popular here."He totally was, Hogwarts was going to miss him.Especially Fee would."I guess its the Chieung tong stets",the Slytherin explained,"i am not so sure about it too but we can get it right."They were cool like that.Hehe.

" Ok, I am popular and famous " Rex laughed. " Yes, the Chieung Tong sets is the homework" Rex said to Fee. " My friend Chloe is going to help with the homework, too" Rex explained to Fee. "So who is going to throw first?" Rex asked Fee. " Fee, Chloe, Chloe, Fee" he introduced them both.

Chloe arrived to whomping willow at the time she had agreed upon with Rex. Upon er arrival she saw a girl she did not know so well and was glad Rex introduced her and vice versa. Chloe extended a hand to Fee and said, "It's nice to meet you Fee and as Rex said my names Chloe. I look foward to getting to know you better as we get some work done", Chloe said with a smile.

A girl just slightly older than herself approached Katelynn.
"Uhm, hi!" she said and smiled at the girl. Scared of the tree? Yes! "No. Well, a bit.." she said. "I'm Katelynn - first year. And you?" she asked the blonde. Well, she was definitely a Snake, Katelynn could tell by her robes. She seemed very nice?
And she knew Alex, who was in Slytherin too, and he was kind! Maybe Snakes aren't really mean, then? Maybe they knew each other!
She made a mental note to herself, so that she'd remember asking either the girl, or Alex, if they knew each other. That could be kinda fun!

"We are going to be a great help to each other" Rex told Chloe and Fee, " how about this, A slytherin working withnot just one Gryffindor, but two Gryffindors" Rex laughed.

"Yeeees you are",Fee smiled.He totally knew it.Hehe."Okay lets go",she said. Looking at the other girl with them now.Getting to know new people was always nice."Sure what about our guest here starts?",the girl winked. Was only fair.


Fee smiled at the girl and waved a little.She seeme really nice, okay she had to be.After all she was Rex' friend and he was her best friend.Made total sense to her. "Its nice to meet you too Chloe",she said friendly,"i am sure we will have a lot fun doing our homework together."Working in groups was always a lot better.


"Ahh dont worry it wont hurt you",Fee smiled at the little girl,"but when i was in first year i was terrible scared of it."Oh yees, she hardly was here when last year.That tree was soo giant and freaky swaying in the wind. "Nice to meet you Katelynn",the Slytherin smiled widely,"i am Feenella,second year snake."A first year how ciute, it was hardly to believe that she herself had been like that only one year ago and now she was 13. Woooah.

"Nice to meet you too, Feenela!" she grinned.
Feenela? that was... well, long. "Uhm.. If you don't mind me asking, do you - uhm.. Do you have a nickname? "
Second year? Well, she had guessed 3rd, but what's the difference?

" We both are popular and famous at HogWarts" Rex told Fee." Good, Chloe should start, then you Fee and then me" Rex said to Fee. Girls always go first" Rex explained to Fee and Chloe.

Chloe chuckled at Rex's comment and then noticed a loung Ravenclaw girl who Fee introduced herself to. She turned to the girl and said, "Hi, I'm Chloe and if I heard right your name is Katelyn. It's nice to meet you, "Chle said extending her hand toward the girl. Say would you like to oin me and freinds Rex and Fee here to do some Arithmancy homework. (Even numbers in groups always works better.)

"Well, I am Rex" Rex told Katelyn. We could use one more for our homwork" Rex said to Katelyn.

" Great idea" Rex told Chloe. Ready to start everyone?" Rex asked Chloe, Fee and Katelynn.

Another girl walked up to Feenela, and introduced herself. "Hi Chloe! And yes, I'm Katelynn. I'd love to! But.. My other homework I just did on my own - how can we do it together??" she asked.




And... another person! Who cares, meeting new people was greeat!
"Hi Rex, I'm Katelynn!"

Fee smiled at the firstie when she asked for a nickname."Of course i have one",she nodded,"my friends call me Fee."Actually there was no one that called her by her full name. In the beginning there were Ella too but Fee was more common now."Do you have one?"That girl seemed to be nice, maybe they would become friends.Hehe.


"Maybe we are",the blonde chuckled.rex would never leave it with her saying he was popular.Thaaaat best friend.Heh."Awwww typical your gentlemanly self",she winked.Sooo sweet. And Fee was kinda excited to see what she got, hopefully something nice and hopefully she did it right hen it was her turn.

Selina walked out on the Grounds. She was so excited for the Quidditch team. As a first year she was one of the three Chasers. It was too much to handle, her excitement. Her father would have a fit she was sure and her mother- well she would be happy for her.

She walked down on the grounds heading for the Pitch when a gigantic tree came into her view. The Whomping Willow. Her father had told her stories about this tree. When he and his mates were young they would sneak down under the tree to go into Hogesmeade for a drink. They were not the most well-behaved students.

As she walked closer she saw Fee and another girl talking, "Hey Fee!" she called out, "Whose your friend?"

" Nice to meet you" Rex told Katelynn. " WE do need an even number for homework" Rex said to Katelynn.
ooc- We will make it easy for you do the homework. If you have to leave, it is ok. All of us could do ours and then wait for you.

" Your nickname is "Sparkly Girl" Rex correxted Fee. "We are so popular" Rex smiled."always the gentleman, this is why a lot of ladies like me" Rex teased Fee. "So are you going first?' Rex asked Fee.

As Fee heard someone caling her name the girl turned her head to see who it was. "Heeeey Selina",she smiled,"havent seen you in soomloong.Whats going on?"Really it was freaky how long it took younto see all of your friends once shool had started again.The firstie seemed to be excited about something and Fee couldnt wait to find out .Hehe.


" I am sorry",Fee giggled,"yes Glitter!Boy."God if others overheard their conversation they would think the two were freaks.But who cared they were in their own little world.Shaking her head at her best friend the blonde laughed."Ohh man Rex tahts it i totally agree",she said.So she was up first. But wait, with throwing orn reading?!"Do you want me to read yours?",she smiled at her malie.
