After skipping breakfast, Riley hurried down to the Quidditch pitch, exicted for the day's match. Today was much different than the last match, Gryffindor was playing! Decked out in his red Gryffindor t-shirt he sat down on the bench and grinned, the words 'GO' and 'Gryffindor' painted on each cheek.
They had better win today, he was hungry and didn't want to have missed breakfast for nothing!
Harper entered the stands and sat down, yawning. Wooo weeee she was tired. She eyed the boy that had just hurried onto a bench. "My, you're certainly in the spirit, aren't you?" she asked, holding back yet another yawn. "I'm guessing that you may possibly be a Gryffindor? Just a wild guess." she shrugged, rubbing her eyes. Yay for sarcasm!

Sitting there in the pretty much empty stands filled to the brim with Gryffindor pride Riley was not expecting to hear someone ask him a question...much less such an obvious one. He turned and saw a girl sitting not too far away and squinted his eyes at her for a second curiously.
"Umm yeah, what gave it away?" -_- Sarcasm. He could use it too. Hmpf!
Caroline walked up though the stand of the quidditch pitch she was very excited about this match. Her house was playing her boyfriends house who happen to play for the other team. She wore her usual Slytherin green attire . To her support to Gryffindor Carter She had stayed up half of the night before transfiguring one of her brother Casey's old hats into a lion mask thingy.Well it looked more like a stuffed lion animal on top of her head. She liked it though. She had a sash that one of her friends had made it. The sash said sweet 16, it was her birthday today.
She wonder around looking for some she knew but didn't see anyone, so she sat in the mddle of the stands. It was a good spot. What a perfect day to play quidditch or watch it, and to top it off today was her birthday. This was the perfect day.

Ellie was super nervous, man. She sat down, crossed her legs, entwined her fingers in her lap, and CHOMPED on her lip.
Why so nervous about being in the stands, you ask? Because this game decided who she'd be playing against next. Selfish, yes, but true.
Mostly, she though, she wanted Gryffindor to win. They'd beat them before, they knew them, they could beat them again. Slytherin, however, she didn't know. And...she was scared.
So, go Gryffindor?

She turned around on her bench a little bit and blinked a couple times at him. Gosh she shouldn't have stayed up that late.
Seriously? He didn't know?
Oh wait. Yeah. Sarcasm.
She recovered from her confusion and raised an eyebrow. "I dunno. It was either that or a very confused Slytherin." she stretched out her legs in front of her and resisted the urge to yawn. Evil yawn.
"This is my first time watching Quidditch," she said casually. "In person, anyways." Harper was curious to find out what this guy was so excited about.

Witsy made it to the stands that were filling up pretty quickly. She took a climbed over benches to get to a place that seemed unoccupied. She looked over to a girl that seemed older than her, "You mind if I sit next to you?" looking around noticing there wasn't much space left. "How are you?" She noticed she looked a bit on the tired side.

The Gryffindor placed his elbows on his knees and then layed his chin on his hands. He wanted the match to start. He was all for outdoors and all but he was NOT about to get sunburn from watching this match. He looked up at he sky wondering how sunny it was going to be today.
Then the girl spoke again and yawned. Puffs were so weird sometimes, didn't they realize their Common Room was practically underground? Why turn the whole no windows thing around and sleep better without any light coming in? It made sense to Riley btu he had no idea if they had windows or not, knowing Hogwarts, they probably did.
He was not a Slytherin, even though when he was first sorted he had longing feelings towards the house of the Snakes but he got over that. "No I am a Gryffindor." he said looking at her more closely. "My name is Riley Sinclair a sixth year. What's your name?" After he introduced himself she said something about not having ever watched Quidditch before. He just let his mouth fall open and stared at her.

Iris didn't have anything with her. No banners, no streamers, no horns. Just her, and her Slytherin scarf. Making her way up the stairs to the stands, the prefect hoped that there was going to be some of her friends already up there. Not finding them before a game made watching the match tedious and not as fun as if they were with her.
Slytherin vs. Gryffindor.
The prefect had a feeling that she knew who the majority of the school would be rooting for. But not her. Nu'uh. Iris was cheering for the Snakes. For Aaron.

Harper turned to the girl who had just sat near her. She smiled and nodded. "Sure, no, I don't mind at all!" Harper never minded it. It was way better than no one wanting to be near you at all. "Oh, I'm fine, just a wee bit ti-ti." she shrugged. "And how are you?"

o_O Whaaaa?
Harper turned her face to the sky as well, to see what he was looking at. Clouds. Well that was nice.
She nodded and grinned. "Gryffindor is a nice house." ...Right? She didn't really know many people from there, but this kid seemed all right by her.
"Oh, er - Crickette. Harper. Crickette Harper. I mean Harper Crickette." Yeah, that name. "That's my name." Ahem. "Nice to meet you, Riley!" Yep. "I'm a fourth year. Hufflepuff. Although you probably knew that already." Cause Hufflepuffs were AWESOME and everyone knew who they were.
No. Not really. She just assumed it was probably pretty obvious by her gold and black knee highs.
She suddenly felt very self-concious. He was staring at her, with his mouth hanging open. What? WHAT? Did she have something on her face? She rubbed her nose, just in case, then looked behind and all around her.
"...What?" she finally asked. It was probably better to ask then start up a staring contest with this Riley Sinclair.

Riley stared at her some more, the initial shock was subsiding but he just thought it was a little fun to watch her squirm and think that there was somthing wrong. What he wasn't mean.
"Oh nothing is wrong Harper." *evil grin* "I was just a little shocked that you have never seen a Quidditch match." he paused for a moment weighing in his mind whether or not the next question he was going to ask her would be rude or not. Then after a few seconds he decided he didn't really care. "Umm are you Muggleborn?" that was about the only explination he could think of, unless they were just living under a rock or didn't care for the sport.

Normally, Vashti would be complaining about how she wished she was down there on the pitch instead of sitting in the stands. Today, however, she wasn't. She was quite content to be watching a Quidditch game for once, as it meant she didn't have to worry about how well she did or did not play during the game and, more importantly, whether she and her teammates would win. Perhaps she ought to have been a bit more concerned for this game since Ravenclaw would be playing whoever won, but for now, she was just going to enjoy a pleasant game of Quidditch.
Dressed in red and green and feeling very out-of-season since Christmas was months ago, she entered the stands, looking around for someone to sit by. Quickly seeing two of her teammates - Ellie and Jacob - she frowned at how they weren't sitting together. Teammates ought to sit together, at least in her opinion. Quidditch games were much more fun when you sat with fellow Quidditch players, weren't they?
Yes, they were.
Vashti moved over to where Ellie was seated, as she was closer to where Vashti had been standing, and waved to Jacob, motioning for him to come over as well.
As she sat beside the third year, she noticed the look on her face. "Something wrong?"

What an idiot she would be if she had something plastered to her face. Was she drooling or something? Well, it wasn't like she had paint splattered across her face like he did.
But then he spoke, and to her relief, it was nothing to do with her appearance or a werewolf creeping up behind her.
"Oh." she said, furrowing her brow for a moment. How was that such a shock? Though...well, no one she ever talked to at Hogwarts (unless they were a firstie muggleborn) had ever said they never saw a Quidditch match. Quidditch was something that sort of just...came with the terrirtory of being a wizard, she supposed." Err - no, I'm half and half, actually." she replied. "But uh...my mom was never really into it. And she works a lot. We never went to a game, and this is technically my first year at Hogwarts, so I've never really had a chance to. And I missed the other games." Okay, that sounded dumb. She knew she shouldn't have ever missed those games. "Cause uhh...well, when almost everyone has left the castle, it's really quiet and you can pretty much do whatever you want, kinda." She said, hurriedly.
Why was she explaining all this to Riley? There was no point...he didn't need to know.
"But....yeeeeah." she added. "It'll be cool to see a real game in person, instead of just a pair of omnioculars." And even that was only a few little tidbits.
How do you think Jimbo feels about Quidditch? I never quite established that.
Jimbo will set his turtle loose on you. { The Farley } "That's trademarked, don't use it."

It was about time he took Pebbles out for a walk. And Pebbles did enjoy a good game of Quidditch, so this was the perfect place and time, really.
Making his way to the stands, he didn't have any sort of Slytherin gear, but Pebbles had a tiny little Slytherin flag that he held. With Pebbles in his hand, Jimbo searched out for a good place to stay.
And then he saw Monty. He made his way over to her carefully, so he wouldn't harm Pebbles. Once he got close enough, he lifted Pebbles up to her ear and the turtle nudged her ear with his head.

"Wh-," the redhead began when she heard a familiar voice oh-so close to her. But she'd cut off when she saw Vashti's outfit.
Hmmm... "Keeping the spirit alive? I like it," she said, smiling. The Christmas spirit, obviously. It didn't cross Ellie's mind to match the color to the appropriate houses that were playing today.
"Is something wrong?" Should she be MORE nervous?

Or maybe she was just a little bit. But it wasn't HER fault, oh no. It was that fluffy cat of her's. Any other time the thing didn't care that she was wearing two different color socks, but today, today the cat wanted to run around with her RED sock in his mouth.
And that was the reason Destiny arrived at the Quidditch stand out of breath. Not only did she have that EPIC wrestling match with Sly, she RAN all the way up the stands. It was exhausting! Plopping down in the first empty seat she found, she turned to the person next to her..who happened to be wearing a lion's head on her head!
Why didn't she think of that!? Pointing a finger towards the lion head, she slooooowly moved it closer.
"I'm not touching it."
Not yet at least.

He noticed two of his teammates entering the stands... Ellie seemed less into the Whole 'Support a side' theory that Jacob had, but Vashti... Well Jacob had no idea what was going on there. What She couldn't make up her mind?
Well, so Obviously Jacob was the only one who thought Quidditch was much more enjoyable when rooting for a certain team.
He saw Vashti Call him over... But he liked his seat... No, This was a good seat. Jacob refused to move............. Fine! He'll move, but he won't be happy about it!
Jacob Got up, freeing his seat for the lucky person who noticed how good it was to see the whole game.
Jacob fixed the gryffindor tie wrapped around his head, like some hippie. He made sure that his hair was still okay, and walked over to the empty seat near his two teammates. "You wanted me?" cause if not, then he just lost his seat... by far the best seat he'd ever found in this stadium.

Caroline looked over and seen a fellow Slytherin sitting beside her. She though her name was mmm... Destiny? Yeah, she a was in her year, she thought. She had her someone call her Destiny before in the common room. She laughed. She didn't think about making it into a real lion, where it would bite someone if they got to close. That would have been cool. maybe? She laughed when she seen her pointing at it like she wanted to touch it.
"You can if you want. It doesn't bite. Yet! It actually feels like a stuffed animal." She smirked.

Marie entered the stands fully dressed in her Slytherin colors hoping todays match wouldn't be as tragic as the last one. She really didn't want to see anyone getting hurt today, especially the Slytherin seeker. She had tried talking Evelyn out of playing today but the girl was insistent that she play. Which was probably a good thing since Ev was the best seeker they had. Still, she didn't want to see anything happen to her best friend.
Looking around for her friends she didn't see any of them yet but she did see...
SPOILER!!: SlytherDork

What in the name of Merlin's shaggy beard! Was that a snake with a lion on her head? Climbing up the stands toward her usual place at the top Marie kept her eye on the girl sporting that stupid looking hat.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
It was a snake. The girl had on all Slytherin clothing with a lion head. Clearly this had to be Carter's new girlfriend she had been hearing about. Unable to help herself. "You know, there are less humiliating ways to show your support for your boyfriend." Like waving a banner like Marie did when she was dating Carter.
Wait... Destiny was sitting next to the SlytherDork. Really Destiny? You choose the one person from Slytherin that looks like a complete fool to sit with.
Whatever.
If Destiny wanted to sit with Marie at all she was going to have to move. There was NO way Marie was sitting next to someone with a stupid lion on their head. Especially when that someone was from her own house.
Rolling her eyes at Destiny she continued her climb to the top of the stands. Her real friends would come sit with her up there.

"Hullo, Monty."
WTFF?!?!?!
Iris had zoned out. She was staring at the pitch, day dreaming. She probably still would be, had something not given her a wet willy. As a voice spoke, Iris looked up at her friend, plainly. "Hullo, Jimbo. Hullo, Pebbles."
Yes. She was being dramatic.
Turtles cannot give people wet willies.
But that's besides the point.
Pebbles touched her ear.
And that was gross. End of story.
Eyeing Jimbo, Iris rolled her eyes and a smile appeared on her face. "You should work on your greetings. Turtle ear-kisses aren't that nice."
But enough of Pebbles. It's nearly time for the game to staaaaart!

It would be fairly obvious that he was going to need Simon to wake him up for the Championship game. Seriously. And make sure he doesn't spend too much having breakfast, like today.
Yes, Treyen was running late to the game, but thankfully, he wasn't playing.
Arriving at the Stands was very easy, and he didn't mind being a spectator, he actually liked that even more than playing. Or...yeah, not more than playing, but close enough.
That's when he saw someone who, ironically, he hadn't seen in a very long time. Ironically because she was a Hufflepuff AND a fourth year. Where on Earth has Cricket been all this time?? Well, he took a seat next to her, of course, "Right, this is your first game, no? Who are you supporting? I'm going for Slytherin this time." And his eyes were now focused on the Pitch. Slytherin? Well, that was...unexpected...didn't he...disliked Slytherins very much?

Oh hi, Jacob? Ellie was more than slightly confused as to why he was coming over. He had a perfectly good seat all on his own...all the way over there...away from herself.
Wanted...he was wanted..ugh. Fine. She wasn't going to be a 'sour puss' today.
Ellie blinked at Vashti. Why did it matter if the game was in December? What did the game have to do with it?
GASP.
Red and Green. Lions and Snakes. She got it now. Heh. "Yeah, shame. It would've matched your outfit perfectly." Yeah?
Oooh. Vashti had wanted them to sit together. That's why Jacob was here. "Hey, Jacob," she said a bit monotonously.
Just because she wasn't going to be sour didn't mean she had to be excited.

Inch, inch, iiiiiinch.
Destiny finger was inching it's way closer to the girl's hat. She really din't know who she was, she could only see half the girl's face, but that did not matter at all. She didn't need to know the person to touch their hat..especially if their hat looked like a lion!
That was a specially made Destiny rule.
Hearing the girl speak, though, she had lowered her hand completely. It didn't bite YET!? That's because she hadn't touched it yet! "That thing should be illegal. Even if it does feel like a stuffed animal." Plus the girl's smirk should be illegal because it freaked Destiny out.
SPOILER!!: Marie..in a baaad mooood.

Which was probably a good thing since Ev was the best seeker they had. Still, she didn't want to see anything happen to her best friend.
Looking around for her friends she didn't see any of them yet but she did see...
Right.
Destiny was just going to ignore the lion on the girl's head. If she pretended it didn't exist, it wouldn't be able to bite her. And if she shoved her hands in her pockets, it REALLY wouldn't be able to bite her.
Turning her attention to the game, since she had gotten a good look at Patroclus, she cringed at the sound of Marie. A very mean Marie at that. But, she wouldn't be Marie if she wasn't mean, would she? Nope. Destiny would have told her to sit next to her, but after those mean, yet very funny words to the lion head girl, Marie was walking away. GAH!
"HEY!" she called out, before giving the other girl a sympathetic look and chasing after her she-snake friend. "Marie! Wait for meeee!"
Marie knew Destiny couldn't run very fast.

Kita was late. And she knew it. Having skipped breakfast, she ran towards the stands in a bit of a weird combination of clothes. A red skirt, green top, red cardigan and green shoes weren't her ideal combination of clothes but that's what happens when you decide to remain undecided on who to support.
Scanning the stands, she saw a strange looking girl who had a lion mask hat on. Kita's jaw dropped as she made her way towards that girl. For the first time, this little chatterbox had nothing to say.
As she approached the girl, her jaw dropped again. "Oh my days," she gasped, "Caroline!"
Simon was late, he had only just decided that he was going to come and watch the Quidditch match, he had been so busy with homework and other things that he hadn't been out in the grounds for awhile, not since the last Quidditch match.
Simon looked around to see if there was anyone he knew but there wasn't anyone so he just sat on his own and started to watch the game, hopefully it would be entertaining.
