| | |  The Practice Pitch
 When not in use for games, the Quidditch Pitch is open for students to practice their Quidditch skills before attending team tryouts, and it's also open for students to practice their flying skills (make sure you get a broom from the Broomshed!)
Once the Quidditch season officially begins, team captains can 'book the field' with Professor Vindictus for practice and non-team members can watch practices occur. When practices aren't in session, the pitch is open for flying practice. Note: This thread is for IC role playing and not chatter. All SS rules apply in this thread. | |

Rene stepped on to the field holding her broom. It felt good to fly again. She looked around mounted her broom and off she went circling the pitch and then postioning herself in front of the goals. She pulled out a quaffle that she had charmed to return to her after it hit the goround. She threw it at the post moving so as to round the goals like she would need in the real game. Maybe if she was luck somebody would play keeper for practice with her.

Elyon walked up to the stands of the Quidditch pitch, occasionally tripping over seats and people. Her nose was buried into her book as usual, and she wasn't really sure where she was going. She looked up at the end of each chapter to watch the other players practice. She was very interested in the techniques of Quidditch, but a bit more interested in her book. She waved to a few players when she had to tear her eyes away from the pages. She was oblivious to their strange looks as she stuck her head back into her book. | |
