Selena stuck her tongue out at him. PFfft. He was really nothing but a big fat meanie. "You can be wiser, but you're going to forget it all soon anyways, because you're ooooolllllld," Selena said. Because once his brain disappeared he wouldn't be so smart anymore. He was so silly. Selena gave TallPerson a blank look. She blinked at him like he was stupid, which he was... but Selena had a bigger question. After all, she had never gotten up to the letter "G" in the dictionary... or the second word "What does gullible mean?" she asked.

Yeah. She was such an ubergenius.

. . . Darn it. Selena muttered something under her breath. "Are you really going to make me repeat it?" she complained. Because wasn't the first time enough already? She pushed him, since y'know, he was busy being overly dramatic. "You're so weird, I didn't say anything about being your friend..." Selena added. Pffft. He had no proof.

He was such a loser, it was decided. Selena had decided it so it was official. Yup.

Selena smiled brightly as he tossed the chocolate frog at her. Eep. "Look! They're mini, just like meeeee," she exclaimed like a giddy little child. Hehehe. Tinyyy. Because being mini was awesome. "Everyone likes me," Selena said rolling her eyes, "I'm special that way," she pointed out. Because let's face it, who didn't like her? What wasn't there to like about her? He was seriously getting old. "But, thank you TallPerson, maybe you're getting old, but at least you're generous?" Selena said with a smirk.

She wasn't just going to compliment him all the time. His ego was swelled up enough.

"FINE!" Sebastian yelled in defeat. "I'm old. Give it a break, Selena." He said, sighing. Sure, it was fun and all but he was getting annoyed with being called old. He was only 16! "You're annoying." He muttered under his breath, looking around as some people were playing soccer/football. As he was watching the people play soccer/football, he heard Sel ask what gullible means and he turned, raised an eyebrow at her, then shook his head.

WOWWWWW.

"Oh really? Yes, I think you should repeat it, ShortPerson. I think you just said...that you practically lovvvvveeeee me in other words." He said, putting a hand to his ear, to hear 'better'. Ah yes, he was going to have this over her forever. Fooooorrrever! "Still can't hear you..." He trailed off, waiting for her to repeat herself. Mwahahahahaha.

Seb rolled his eyes as his munchkin was happy about the mini chocolate frog. Like he was going to get the huge one that was expensive for her. Yeah right, he didn't care about her that much. Nope, that one was going to his mother. Hah. "Conceited much, Sel?" He asked with a chuckle. 'Everyone likes me, who doesn't?' - he mocked in his brain. Silly Selena. "And yes, I am generous. Be happy I'm not mean." He said squinting his eyes into an evil snare and then taking a bite of his pumpkin pastie.

Selena giggled and nodded. "Alright, I will, just wanted to hear you say it," she said with a smirk. She continued to eat the chocolate smugly. So maybe she felt a little bad for annoying him so much but it was a bit amusing. "Thank you," she whispered to him. She liked being annoying. Pffft. He was just jealous. Mmmhmmm. "What?! I don't know what it means," Selena huffed, crossing her arms. It wasn't her fault.

She now felt stupid. Psht. She'd go find Emma later and tell her to help her define it. Yup.

Selena grimaced. "Nooo," she muttered. Oh god. He was going to keep poking fun at her for that. Eccch. She did not want that happening. "IIIIIII..." Selena started before shaking her head. She was not going to be able to finish that. "Iiiii..." she started again. Grrr. He was being a meanie. Mmmmhmm. "Iiiiiiii...." she started yet again. Nawh. She wasn't going to be able to finish that wretched sentence.

Pffft. He rolled his eyes at her. PSht. What did he know. "No, of course not, I know you like me too," Selena pointed out. Pffft. Silly TallPerson. He knew it, she knew it, everyone knew it. It was next to impossible to not like her. Mmmhmm... unless she didn't like them... which... was usually rare-ish. Mmmhmmm. "Sure," she said. Not mean? Pfft, she didn't know where he was from. But. Sel was pretty sure that he was a teensy bit mean. Or just meaner than most Gryffies. Yup.

"I'm bored, can we play with that ballie thingy?" Selena asked. She had no clue what that thingy was. But it seemed fun to kick. And Sel had a lot of experience kicking stuff.

Caroline stood in the playing field, waiting for her 'footnall coach' to get there. She already had a ball and was dribbling it around for a bit. It was one of those rare nice Feburary afternoons. Most of the snow had melted. She sun was out making in warm enough to be out on the gounds today. There was still the chilly breeze in the air. She kicked the up and caught it. She did that for while. After she got bored with kicking the ball, she started jiggling it in her hands. She looked around. Where was he? She was to start walking back toward the castle if he didn't get there soon. There last meeting at Hogmead was fun, but she had to go and say something stupid and it had gotten awkward, to her at least. She sighed and put the ball on the gound. She kicked the ball across the field.

Yeah, Selena was very annoying and it was getting to him. Why did he even talk to a thirteen year old again? Oh yeah, because she actually 'liked' talking to him.

*SMIRRRRKK*

"Well I'm not going to tell you, you'll just have to figure it out by yourself." He stated. Yeah, like he was going to waste his time defining the word, gullible. Psh. He waited for her to say that she was his friend or something close to that and it didn't seem that she was going to get it out. "Oh, I can't hear you, Sel. What did you say?" He asked leaning closer to her to hear. "If you don't speak up, I'm going to have to take the chocolate frog away from you..." He said with an evil smirk upon his face. Would he do it? Nah, he wasn't going to put his hands on that wretched chocolate of hers. Yuck.

Sebastian looked over to what Selena called, 'that ballie thingy' and laughed. "Uh, sure. Are you good at sports?" He asked, curious as to if she was or not. Wait a second. "Oh no, I shouldn't have asked that. You have no knowledge of playing sports, now do you?" He teased. Why exactly was his evil-ness coming out today?

Selena frowned. "Stop stealing my smirk, it's my smirk," Selena said poking him. Pffft. It was totally her smirk. He wasn't even a Slytherin, so he wasn't allowed to smirk. That seemed perfect reasonable to her. Besides... he was totally stealing her smirk.

She didn't want to figure it out! No, she was going to get Emma to figure it out. Mmmhmm. Later. "Fine, I will," she said, sticking her tongue out at him. Hmph. She knew he wasn't so nice as to defining a word for her. Eeeeehhh... Selena leaned away from him as he leaned closer. "Iiiiiiii...." she started again.

*GASP*

He was threatening to steal her chocolate. Pffft. See, he wasn't that nice. She knew it. "I..." she started once more. "I'myourfriend," she muttered quietly. Selena grimaced. Grrr... he was such a meanie. "You're evil," she said, as she shoved the rest of the chocolate frog into her mouth. A completely big fat meanie. Mmmhmmm.

Why was he laughing at her? What did she do? "I don't know, I never played," Selena said shrugging her shoulders. Pffft. How was she supposed to know? GASP. How did he know? Selena stuck out her tongue at him yet again. "In my defense..." she started. "Yeah, I don't have a good excuse," she sighed. "BUT! They're kicking stuff, and I am very good at kicking stuff, do you want me to show you?" she asked with a smirk. She could totally kick him instead. But that would hurt...

"No, you copied that smirk from my gorgeous face." Sebastian said, smirking once more at her. It was true though! Mwahaha. "You shouldn't flatter and lie to yourself like that. Your hidden feelings could actually come out." He teased, feeling a bit guilty on that statement but shrugged it off. He was only joking and if she got mad, well too bad for her.

Seb nodded, crossing his arms as she said she would figure out what the word, gullible, meant. How did she not even know that word? That word was in most of the jokes out there! He listened intently, waiting for her to say that she was his friend. He knew that once he threatened her by taking her chocolate she would give in. He leaned closer, finally hearing her mutter it and he chuckled. The Gryffindor grinned as she called him evil and he stepped over to her, giving her a bear hug. "Oh how I like you, munchkin." He said, taking his hand and messing up her hair. Once he finally got it to full messiness, he stepped back, feeling very accomplished. "Karma sucks, doesn't it?" He smiled.

"Wait a second." Sebastian said, running over to grab one of the balls at the side of the field. He ran back, placing the ball on the ground in front of the both of them. "Eh, let's just kick it back and forth, but don't kick the ball hard, okay, Sel? I don't want to get hurt by your badness." He teased once more. Was badness even a word? Probably not, but whatever. He didn't need to be smart around ShortPerson: she had half the size of brain as him.

Selena scoffed. "Believe what you want, but that's totally my smirk you're copying," Selena said as she stuck her tongue out at her. Hmph. He was so weird. She gave him a blank look. "I'm not flattering myself or lying," Selena said. "I actually don't know what you're talking about," Selena admitted sheepishly. Because she really didn't. Maybe she did act like a blonde sometimes... hmm... whatever. Her bestie was a blonde.

Selena swore quietly under her breath. "Sure you do," she muttered with a pout. He was just a big meanie. She scowled when her hair was messed up by none other than TallPerson. Grrr... "Thanks," Selena said sarcastically as she attempted to finger comb her hair through. And, surprise! It didn't work. Maybe that was why he couldn't score a date. Not like she'd say that out loud. "Yes, it does," she said as she sighed.

She watched as he went to retrieve a ball. She looked at the checkered ball in front of her. "I'm not dumb, everyone's just kicking it," she said. So she was going to be normal and kick it. She stuck her tongue out. "I'm not bad at it! I'm awesome, and badness isn't even a word," she said rolling her eyes. She stepped back one pace and kicked the ball waiting for the sound of it being hit.

And she was still waiting, eyes shut. But apparently it didn't come. Instead, she heard herself squeaking as she waved her arms around trying to keep her balance. Which apparently didn't work. Thank you for not having grace. Hmph. She scowled from the ground. She was even shorter than before now. "Don't laugh," Selena said, glaring at Tall Person. She stood and then glared down at the ball. "I hate that thing," Selena said, pointing at the ball.

Carter approached the playing field at a jog. He was running late. The excuse, which was hard to believe, was he had nothing to wear. It seemed everything that he normally played in had awful grass stains on them. That was not the way to impress a girl. After finally settling on something that didn't look completely green he hurried down to meet Caroline.

"Hey." he said catching up with her. "Ready to get started?" he asked.

Caroline turned around when she heard Carter's voice. She flashed him a big grin. Thank goodness she thought that she may have scared him off already. Dang he looks so cute, even if it was just an outfit then anyone would wear just to practice any kind of sport. He could have just gotten done with a quidditch match looking like he did the day they met and he still would be as cute as he was standing in front of her now. Geez Caroline had on a Slytherin tshirt and a pair of sweatpants and she had her hair pulled back in a pony tail. Haha. That was very attractive. Was she really falling for the Gryffindor? Argh she wished she had a minor right now, so she could see how bad or good she looked.

"Hey you!"She said smiling at him again. She nodded "I'm ready when you are. So what am I learning first coach." She giggled it seem funny to call him coach.

Carter stood there with a big dopey grin for a few seconds before remembering what he was there to do. "Oh yeah." he said. He walked a few paces backwards. "Let's start with kicking." he suggested.

"Alrighty." he said. "Let's see what you got - go ahead and kick it over." he said readying himself.

Caroline watched Carter stand there for a few seconds. She giggled to her self. She had kind of lost her train of thought, for some reason. She nodded, as he said that they were going to start with kicking first. She took a deep breath. She was worried the she would kick it to hard, or too soft and make a fool of herself. "Like this?" She asked as she kicked it, not too hard but not to easy, either. Ok, at least to went right to Carter. "How was that?" she smiled.

Carter stopped the ball with the bottom of his foot as it came toward him. "That was perfect." he said. "Are you sure you need a coach?" he asked chuckling.

"Alright. I'm going to kick it back now, just stop with the side or bottom of your foot." he said before kicking it back to her.

Hopefully that wasn't too hard of a kick...

Caroline smiled. Well she had really only ever just kicked a football. If she could ever get a hold of one. Her mother frowned upon Caroline and her sibilings from anything that muggles had or done. She laughed "I'm sure that's the best I can do"

She prepared herself for the ball coming her way. The ball went rolling right by her foot. She blushed, and turned around running after the ball. Okay, she took another big breath and kicked it, a little harder than last time. The ball flew though the air about two feet over to the right of where Carter was standing. "See, I told I'm not so good kicking long distance or stopping the ball" She giggled.

"You're doing great." Carter said encouragingly. In his book any girl that knew anything about football was enough to impress him. And the fact that Caroline wanted to learn made him like her even more.

Maybe he'd have to address that little 'boyfriend' slip up...

But before he had time to ponder that thought further he noticed the ball was coming back at him.

... And it was a few feet off ...

Running to catch up with the ball he stopped it against his chest before letting it plop to the ground.

"Okay. Let's just try it a bit slower." he said. "When the ball comes toward you hold your foot like this." he said holding his foot sideways. "The ball will just kinda stop in the arch of your foot." he explained.

He then kicked the ball back to her a bit slower.

Caroline smiled at the compliment. Well at least he thought that she was going great. She watched as the ball go up in the air, and go over to one side. She watched Carter run after it and stop it.

She listened to what he told her to do next. She watched as he told her that when the ball came to her to put her foot out like that. He showed her, and she stuck her foot out and turned it sideways, to get the hang of it.

She kept her eyes on the ball as he kicked the ball back to her. When the ball came over to her, she stuck her foot out and turned it sideways. She stopped it. She really stopped it. she looked down to check to she if she stopped it completely. she looked at Carter and grinned "Hey, I did it. I stopped it." she sound exactly like a little kid who had just had leaned how to ride their bike without their parents following behind them.

Carter smiled and ran over to her. "See. I told you that you could do it." he said happily giving her a playful little hit on the arm. He then looked at her for a second with a sudden urge to clarify the relationship with a kiss. But he soon came out of his daze to realize he must have been awkwardly staring at her.

"So..." he said before clearing his throat. "Shall we give that another go?" he asked.

Caroline grinned as he ran over to her. She blushed at the play hit on the arm. She returned the hit and pushed him on the shoulder just as playfully. “I did” She smiled. She had really enjoyed the time that they have spent together since the tea party. She was really starting to like him. She caught herself staring at him and him staring at her. They were standing very close. ohhh hello there cutie She smiled up at him and for a moment she thought that he was about to lean in and kiss her. She shook off the thought of being kissed by him for now, and moved her stare down at the ball just as he cleared his throat.

She look back at him and nodded “Yeah, let’s give it another go” she waited until he was back at a good distances and then she kicked the ball back to him. She waited for him to kick the ball back to her. She just couldn’t stop smiling, or thinking about how close they just were.

Carter walked back to his original spot. He watched as it rolled to a stop right in front of him. Looks like she didn't kick it hard enough. Or, the grass needed to be mowed. Oh well.

He kicked it back to her.

"So. Our next quidditch game is coming up soon." he said casually. It was going to be Slytherin against Gryffindor. He was excited for it. "Are you going?" he asked.

Ehh... that was a dumb question. Her house was playing, of course she was going.

Caroline frowned slightly. Argh it was a little short but no worries. She prepared herself as Carter kicked it back to her. She watched it come to her and she easliy stopped it with her foot. She was really starting to get the hang of it.

She looked up from her glaze down at the ball. She nodded "Yes. Of course. I've been waiting on this match all term." She smiled."Why you ask?" She asked him.

"Hey. You're getting rather good at that." Carter said with a smile watching her stop the ball.

"Well... the next match is Slytherin against Gryffindor." he said before kicking the ball back to her. "And if its not weird for you, I'd like to see you after the match." he said. "That is, if you don't mind running off with the enemy." he said with a smirk.

"I'm always starving after the matches. I was thinking we'd run off to the kitchens..." he suggested.

Caroline blushed and grinned "Thanks" she said stopping the ball. She felt like she was getting the hang out it now. She kicked the ball back to him "You're a pretty good coach" She told him.

She watched as he stopped the ball with his foot and state that the next match would be Slytherin against Gryffindor. Which made the match more appling to her. What he said next nearly made Caroline miss the ball. She stuck foot out more and stopped the ball. He just asked me to meet him after the match

She shook her head no. "No it wouldn't be weird." she blushed.If she kept this up she could wear green to the match to support Slytherin and have a red face to show her support for Carter.

She laughed. "I don't mind running off with the enemy." she said raising an eyebrow and kicking the ball back to him again. "I've beenn known to be a bit of a rebel" She grinned again. "So the kitchen after the match?" she nodded for a comfirmation to make sure it was real.

Carter chuckled and blushed. "Thanks. I think it helps that you're a quick learner." he said with a smile.

He then stopped the ball as it came back to him. Then he kicked it back to her.

"Absolutely." he said. "Can I tell you a secret?" he said with a smirk. "I'm looking more forward to that than I am to the match." he said. Which, was saying something because he LOVED quidditch.

"Maybe we can make something together. Sports always gives me a killer appetite." he suggested. Plus, making a pie or a cake or something sounded brilliant right now.

Nika had a hold of Emily's arm and was pulling her towards the field. Nika couldn't wait to step foot on it. She hasn't played football since she came to Hogwarts. "Come on Emily!" Nika was way too excited about this. She had her football tucked in her arm securely, Hogwarts couldn't get any better. She let out a squeal as she walked onto the cool grass. "So Emily have you ever played football before?" Nika wiggled her eyebrows and jumped up in the air. She was so eager to begin playing.

Emily smiled as she waas being dragged by Nika. Someone was excited.
"Ow Nika! Too hard!" she said pulling her arm away "I've never seen someone so excited to play football" Wierdo.

"Uh, not really. I've kicked a ball around but never really played. Seen games on TV though. Me dad watches them."
Yep, back in the days of muggle TV. Why had Nika talked her into this again? Emily wasn't exactly... sporty. She was more... studious. Mabye it was time to try something knew then?!
