Adam walked around the pathways all on his own.As he walked around he began to imagine his drumset back home, then had his favorite song ring in his head, then he began playing invisible drumset to One Night Only.He hoped he wouldn't bump into anyone or hit them with his fake stick.

Relieved, Cedric heaved a sigh as she opened her eyes and actually started to talk. He almost thought Lexi had fainted. And it was such a relief she needn't go to healer or anything... although he would love to go to the pretty healer. Really.

"So true. Very rough." Cedric chuckled at his own remark. Indeed, that was rough. Lexi and the books made a good combination; it'd make anyone they bumped, accidentally, feel dizzy. And he was certainly dizzy now. Well, just a bit. "I hope you're all right. I'm sorry, too," Cedric said sincerely, an apologetic look written all over his face. He then noticed the books all scattered around them, some were open, some looked damaged. He started picking it, one by one.

It was boooooooring! So Simon walked out, not sure of where he was going and just allowed his feet guide him to wherever. As he walked, he spotted a familiar guy. What was he doing?

Simon ran behind Adam, as quiet as a snake, "YO ADAM!" yeah, that was a bit louder than what he had intended, hehe.

Adam hunched forward a bit but was not completely scared.
Spinning around he saw who had screamed at him.
With one raised eyebrow Adam said in response,"Hi Simon. How are you?"

Aw man, Adam wasn't scared. Hm, he would have to try harder next time, maybe jump off a tree and surprise him or something. "Bored. There's not much to around." he responded. Well, except for classes, but he was hanging in there. "What about you?" he asked.

"Playing some fake drums in my mind. And nervous for Quidditch. I am actually attending classes this year- half of it is because who gets to study magic and the other half because I must be active in the school if I make the team- so I am just getting a head start now.You?You must have more to do?"Adam asked with raised brows.

"Drums." Simon repeated, his seen them in films, but not actually played them. "That's cool." Simon thought about Quidditch. He's heard his house mates mention that and something inside him wanted to play, but he just didn't feel like it. "Good luck on making the team, although I'll be cheering for Slytherin." Simon smirked, playfully.

Simon thought that everyone had to attend classes. In his old school it was all mandatory, apparently not here. Still, he had to attend them in order to prove himself to his...yeah, he didn't want to think about that. "Yeah, I want to get good scores in all my classes, but I hate the homework." he slightly whined. "Do you know if they give a lot of homework?" please say no. Simon hoped they didn't, he really enjoyed hanging out in his common room with Fee and homework would just ruin that.

Lexi waved off his apologies with a flitter of her hands. "No worries. I have had worse spills on my own really," she said in all seriousness. Noooo worries. She stayed sitting where she was, though, as he began to pick the book up. She chewed on her bottom lip and watched. Drat. That was her fave book. She knew it could be repaired, but it still hurt her to see it like that.

"Have you been having a nice start of term, Cedric?" she asked by way of a conversation starter. She was really terrible at that sort of thing. Typically awkward, saide weird things. She was fairly certain that the Hufflepuff thought she was crazy already... so why risk further embarassment?

A slight frown worked it's way across his brow as he tried to puzzle the game out. He repeated it a few times in his head, to make sure he had heard right and then when he still didn't quite get it, he found himself muttering the process out loud, his finger bouncing back and forth as if pointing from one thing to another.

Finally, he dropped it and gave her an exasperated expression. "I understand the string. I don't understand the horses." Despite it being a similar game? Strange. Perhaps too much thinking was involved for his liking at the current moment.

Worse spills? Ah. That sounded awful. Cedric wondered how many times she had bumped on other people. Perhaps she had also some collision with a tree or a wall, which was far more awful than just crashing into people? He perused the book upon picking it up from the ground at the exact spot it had fallen to. From the looks of it, Lexi could have hopes of it being repaired but he doubted that the book could retrieve its full comeliness. For a second time, he threw Lexi an apologetic look as he handed her her book.

Cedric smiled. Have he been having a nice start of term? "Ah," he stalled for some time, somewhat unsure how to answer such a simple question, "I think so." His term so far had been uneventful... but he knew that sooner it'd be a great term for him and also for everyone, as most past terms were.

Lexi poked out her bottom lip a little bit as Cedric handed back her broken, beaten, battered book. Unholstering her wand she pointed it at the book and said, "Reparo." Nothing. It was USELESS. She would tape it back together. That was what she would do. Yeah. Shrugging her shoulders she looked at Cedric and said, "Oh well... things happen, right." Giving a smile followed by a giggle she stood up and began to dust the back of her robes off.

Watching him seem to think about his start of term she furrowed her brow and waited... "You think so? YOu haven't had any great advetures... no near death experiences, no antlers to show off?" she said and flicked the end of hers with her fingernail. How HAD he missed the atrocity on her head? Ah. It seemed lots of people did actually. "If you haven't been having fun we will have to change that immediately. Go find something fun to do.. roller skate through the castle... go fly around or something..." she mused.

Edward calmed down his emotions. now was not the right time to be too mad at Heather and he wasn't in a particular mood to argue with Cass for interrupting them either. "Heather." he called her with a softer tone in his voice. "...answer me. is there something wrong with your arm? i just want to know the truth, so tell me, please?"

Heather looked at Edward with anxious eyes and bit her lip. "Ed...i'm sorry." she said and turned around tugging at Cass, telling the girl to leave with her right now. "I can't talk with you right now..." she said, holding a firm gentle grip on her right arm. "...next time." she said and walked away with cass followed by the Panda doll.

"alright." he said, watching the two girls walk away. Heather did mention a 'next time.'

He watched as Lexi tried to repair her poor book with a repairing charm of course. As it perfectly seemed it did not work. But, at least, of which he was downright relieved, Lexi wasn't disappointed or mad or teary-eyed... or giving him I'm-gonna-poke-you looks and worse, you're-dead looks. "Yes, things definitely happen," he nodded, casually.

And there she was again, talking... jabbering like there were no tomorrows. Not that he was complaining. He found it actually amusing. At the citation of the word antler, that was when he realized it was antlers that was on Lexi's head. He had noticed it some time ago, after the accident and exactly when he stood up, and composed himself. But he merely cared about it and his curiosity apparently hadn't gotten the best of him so he hadn't asked Lexi about it. And... perhaps, just perhaps, the accident malformed her antlers as well? Well, as he was peering at it now, it looked pretty fine. "Well, I think near-death experiences are rather be experienced by those who seek them. And antlers are rather be wore by those," he was gonna say weird people but Lexi was wearing a pair. Bother. "by lovely people..." He finished with a slight shrug.

As for 'roller-skate through the castle' or 'fly around or something'? Hm. A teeny bit of consideration regarding those matters wouldn't hurt.

"They're separate games," she didn't open her eyes to look at him until she recognized his confused tone, bright eyes smiling at him when she did make contact. "The horse naming game, and the string figures." Maybe she hadn't made that clear? She was being choicely lazy with him today, so it was possible. "I think you can make horse figures though....maybe."

Cracking his eyes open, Sabel turned his head slightly to squint at Arya. "No...I got that much." Frowning he tapped his fingers against his stomach. "I don't understand the horse game...the naming and the points." That made sense right? Or maybe he was just too tired to think properly.

He was making her think too much. Not that she minded though, not for him she didn't. "There are a lot of horses in my town." A LOT. "When we're driving around town...instead of calling out whatever it is you say, we call out there real names. The first one to say their name gets a point, two if the horse is new." She hadn't played that game in a while, and was probably forgetting some small detail, she was sure of it. Hm. "Make sense?"

"Oh...so you know all the names of all the horses?" That was quite a bit of memory for quite a bit of horse. Blinking he slowly nodded his head, turning his eyes back up to the sky. "I thought that you made up new names for the horses. Hence the confusion."

Fee giggled when Kita squealed her name.She really had missed her bestie.Why did it seem they had too seperate for so long all the time?Not cool."Ohhh i've been good too",Fee nodded,"spend my whole summer with Hugo."Okay why exactly did she mention that again?! Now it was out, peeeerfect girl."glad to be back.What about you?"Maybe Kita had meet the boy of her dreams?! Hehe.

"Its from riding them, and I don't know all their names anymore." Being away from home for the majority of the year for the past four years had her not knowing the names of some of the newer horses. She shook her head, eyes sliding close again. "No, that would be confusing. Its much easier to use there real names."

"Unless you forget their real names." Sabel mused as his eyes slid closed again. He wasn't too sure what took him down a certain, particular line of thought but he knew once he was a few feet onto it that there was no turning back. It was obvious from the way that Arya talked about it, that she missed the games, the horses, the experience of being back with family.

It took him a moment to think his plan through till the end, or at least past getting to his feet, before he pushed himself up and in the process took hold of Arya's forearm, pulling her up as well. "Come come."

Anakin blinked at the difference in his cousin, he'd heard she'd gone blonde, but this was the first time he'd actually seen her since. And normally he was used to seeing her hair curled, but today it was straight. It looked nice. And that worried him, 'cause Beck wasn't here and that meant it was Ani's job to protect Melrose.

Even if it meant against his best friend. Siiiigh.

Hugging his cousin in return, Anakin smiled widely at her, how was he? "I'm doing pretty well." Exceptionally well. At least he'd made new friends. And then...the Hogwarts experience. "It's hard, but I do like it here. I'm just worried how long I can hide my 'problem'. What about you? How is everything?"

Luna walked along the pathways. They were pretty plain. But they were pretty. It was nice to get out of classes for a while. She took a deep breath, taking it all in.

"No...its like remembering people's names....people who mean something to you..you never really forget..." Their names, their little quirks, she would never really forget them about the horses or the ones she loved. Her eyes slid open and she was pulled from her thoughts when he got up, looking at him curiously as she rose with his help. "Where are we going?"
