“Drink one” The sign over the small shelf of miniature potion bottles intrigues you almost as much as the small tent set up next to the marquee does. You’re tempted to take one, and as you take a sip a tingling spreads throughout your limbs. The entrance to the tent looms over you as your body begins to shrink. Looking around at your surroundings, which are even bigger now, for everything is still in its normal size, you step forward into the tent and find walls of tall hedges before you: The entrance to the maze.

As you make your way in, your path is frequently adorned with funny animal topiary, be it flamingos, toads, or even turtles. Butterflies flutter here and there and every once in a while your path will lead to a dead end clearing. You can either back track or sit down on the provided benches and enjoy the view of a small pond complete with water lilies. You’ll find as you make your way through the maze that the time of day runs on an enchanted loop. At first, the sun rises, dew sparkling prettily on the leaves and hedges, flowers opening up to drink the morning sunlight. Walk a little further and it becomes a lazy afternoon. Butterflies float around as some of the enchanted flowers being to sing and hum. Eventually, the sun begins to set. A romantic hue accents the pathways as you weave your way deeper into the maze. While the enchanted sky darkens, you reach out a hand and catch a snowflake. The moon rises, reflecting off the now snow covered hedges, a perfectly peaceful setting.

So come on in, get a little lost, find your way to the end of the maze where you’ll find yet another basket, this one brimming with small blue potion bottles. Feel like returning to normal size? Then go ahead and drink one, which will cause the tingling to start again now to turn you back to normal size. Should you ever get lost, don’t you panic! Here and there throughout the maze you’ll find baskets filled with maps for those who prefer knowing where they’re going.

OOC: You can only be so small, specifically 15cm's. So no matter how many shrinking potions you drink you will still be the appropriate size for the maze and no smaller. Same with getting normal sized. Drinking multiple potions won’t leave you a giant. Also, the maps are conveniently spelled to show the holder a “you are here” dot.

Arya carefully pulled on Sabel's hand as she leaned on her heels, head tilted to the side as she considered him with a grin. "You really don't like being this height do you? Do you even remember being short?" Of all the years she'd known him, he'd always been tall. The tallest of all her friends. Him being short was weird, but even know he was still taller than her, so it wasn't that weird.

"True, but before you were taller than almost all the students in the castle. Now almost all of them are taller than you." Excluding the ones in the maze. Her eyes followed his hand as it raised over her head, and she swung the other lazily as she listened to him. "Why is that so bad?" She looked at him, perplexed by his being bothered at being as tall as grass.

Christopher looked down at himself. He was still having a bit of trouble believing that he was only 20 centimeters tall. He was also trying to figure out how he would be able to regain his regular height. Oh well. He shrugged and walked around trying to figure his way out. Maybe he'd run into a friend or two.

He couldn't help thinking of how much Violet would've loved it here. It was all romantic and girlish and all that stuff girls loved. Christopher laughed out loud when he saw a turtle and a flamingo topiary. He leaned back against a rather large leaf against one of the maze walls and sighed. Once you took it all in, this place was really cool.

"Yes, but now they can step on us. I was careful when I was tall. Clumsy, but careful." The only toes he stepped on were during dance lessons, and even then, he had worn slippers.

There hand swinging slowly came to a stop at his words and for a moment all she could do was watch him. That was SO Sabel of him to be worried about protecting her and SO sweet. "I highly doubt anything will happen to us." she dropped his hand to wrap both arms around him for a squishy hug. "But its so sweet for you to be worrying when you don't have to."

She pulled back so that she could show him her smile. "I can take care of myself you know. You don't have to always watch over me." Though this certainly wasn't her complaining.

A slight smile touched the corners of his lips as Arya delivered one of her signature hugs. With one arm he returned it, the other remaining in his pocket, trapped without time to be removed. He wouldn't comment on how things that never should happen, tended to always happen and that just because there was no expectation for disaster, didn't mean there wouldn't be. Instead, he remained quiet, and simply returned the hug.

Only when she drew back was he required to respond, keeping the small smile on his expression. "I know I don't have to. But it gives me some peace of mind to. And I know you can, very well. If it bothers you I'll do my best to restrain from continuing to do it."

Violet was starting to become calm thanks to the helfpul words of Selina and Kyle. Still she had her wand at the ready in case someone or something might attack. As she walking she couldn't help but keep thinking about Christopher. Oh how she missed him, she wondered what he was doing, was he even at the Prefect's Tea Party, and did he dress up as anything. Probably whatever he was wearing Violet was still going to think that he looked cute and handsome! It wasn't until that Violet turned to see Christopher in the maze and shrunken as well! Violet gasped and smiled eagerly running over to him calling out,"Chris! As soon as she got to him she immediately wrapped her arms around him hugging him tightly.

Suddenly Christopher heard his voice being called. He looked up to see Violet a little too late, for the next thing he saw was the tiny girl hug attacking him. He laughed and pulled back. "Hey Violet, I was just thinking about you!"

He laced his fingers in hers and led her back to Selina and another girl much older than them, who she was probably speaking to earlier. He grinned up at the girls. "Sorry for taking Violet from you. Oh, and hello Selina."

"I don't mind at all." She shook her head with a soft smile. "Its just....I don't want you to stress yourself out worrying over me." She realized that she could be a handful at times, and didn't want Sabel running around trying to protect her when she was capable of doing so herself.

Christopher grinned down at Violet. He thought it was so adorable how she nervously rambled all the time. He wondered if she did that to everyone... Huh! "What a coincidence," Christopher said coolly. He supressed a laugh once more when Violet abruptly stopped talking and stared at their hands. She was just too funny!

He extended his free arm to shake the older girl's hand. "Nice to meet you Kyle. Cool name by the way! I'm Christopher." He also smiled down to Violet. She still really adorable, her quirkiness was just too cute!

"You think or you know?" Cause there was a difference, and she'd just established that it was only acceptable for him to worry a few minutes of the everyday. Any more worrying than that would probably have her worrying as well.

Tilting her head, she swayed a bit in his arms. "I'm sure I can think of a few ways to keep you distracted from worrying the rest of the day."

Oh well there was that too.

He couldn't help the slight heat of embarrassment that found his cheeks, his hands splaying on her lower back. "I'll do my utmost bestest." And he was serious despite the curious grin. "Though distractions are always welcome."

That was all she needed to hear, that he would do his best because that was better than just thinking. Hehe. Distractions. She was soooo good at them, and at keeping him distracted. Raising up on her toes, she kissed him lightly. "Distraction number one."

He wasn't too sure which aspect stopped his heart; the absolute adorable Arya standing before him, the kiss, or the smile that she had. Whichever it was, or whatever combination of them it was, all he knew was that it was the most wonderful thing in the world.

It was a quick kiss and so unexpected he didn't get time to return it, but the action visibly relaxed him. A small hum vibrated through his chest as he smiled down at her, seeing only her. "A very good number one." Leaning down, he returned the kiss gently, a makeup for having missed it the first time.

See? Distracted. And this was just one of the newer distractions, she hadn't even used the ones she'd learned over the past few years. She would have responded had he not leaned down and returned the kiss, eyes sliding close and mind going blank.

This kiss lasted longer than the last, long enough for her to return it before slowly pulling away. A smile still shining through as she lightly rubbed her lips together.

Chuckling a little, Sabel rubbed his nose against hers. "Only for you." Judging from the distance in both their voices, neither of them were worrying about anything anymore.

Another chuckle escaped him as he leaned his head down a little to whisper in Arya's ear, as if sharing a secret. "Though I think....we distracted the distraction."
