"Elektra," Selina begged, "Please don't go and see him. I know that I haven't been the best influence when it comes to Gervik... but I am asking you as your friend to respect what you know I know and listen to me. You will only be hurting yourself if you make a move to contact him. We all want answers... but going to him?"

"Selina Skylar I swear I won't go talk to Gervik alright? I promise." She said assuring her red-headed friend. "Look, you and I both know that Gervik is probably behind this right? So...I guess the best thing we can do is to wait until Tate comes back then go talk to him about it."

"I don't think Gervik would stoop so low as to put all of us indanger by revealing... wait. All semester long he has been preaching that by keeping Muggles in the dark not only are we hindering their progression, but we are hindering the Magical ability to be completely ourselves. These students, the Muggle ones, are driving us mad trying to keep the Magical identity a secret. If we tell to save our sanity... we break the law. It was a set up... all along... I can't believe I didn't realize. Elektra, they want us to break the law, but I don't think Gervik is behind this. He was just a scapegoat."

Elektra raised her eyebrow. "What? Come on Selina, you know for a fact that Gervik is behind all of this. Maybe someone is helping him out and I want to find out who, but I know Gervik is doing this and he's got some help, but who is the good question." She said sghing and then huffs. "Break the law? What do you mean break the law? Like using magic on Muggles?"

"Revealing any type of magic to Muggles means we get a direct ticket to jail. Think about it Elektra, Gervik doesn't want us in jail... he wants us to coincide. This is not about getting us to cooperate, something more is going on here. I mean... the Astronomy teacher and the Herbology teacher have both disappeared. Something is bigger than Gervik. He's a distraction... he's trying to protect us." It had finally all come together to Selina. All of the speeches and conversations. Gervik knew this sort of thing would happen. He was preparing them.

"Ok, so if he wants us to coincide then why is it that everytime I hear the very mention of his name my head starts to get fuzzy and I hear this-" She paused and then went to a different coversation. "Anyways." Elektra thought about what Selina was saying. She did have a point. "Well...if it's not Gervik...then who is it? I mean who is more creepier than Gervik Selina?"

"I-I don't know. I mean... wait what do you hear?" Selina was interested as to why Elektra would even mention such a thing in the context of the crisis. What was her friend getting at?

"Look nevermind that ok? We got more important things to worry about right now ok?" She sighs I really need to learn to keep my mouth shut. She thought to herself. Its bad enough it started up again after the first Divination class, but now with all this havoc going on...

"Right, perspective. So any theories? I mean I wouldn't rule out Gervik just yet, but I think he is a dead end. Any other people in charge that make your stomach lurch of suspicion?" Selina could think of a few.

Elektra thought for a moment and theonly person she could of was one teacher that got on her nerves ever since flying. "Vindictus! It's gotta be him. He's so evil and...it's Vindictus!"

Helena was... well... lost.

She was walking around the school grounds, looking for a suitable place to practice the spells she learned in the Charms class. That was part of the assignment. So here she was, facing the... iron gate? She was... like... really close to the... outside-of-Hogwarts part of the world.

But anyway. Spells to practice.

Helena made a few steps further, ready to practice. She took out of her bag a small ball she took with her and charmed it to bounce. Just because she didn't want to practice the Freezing Charm on a live animal or something. Sooo she pointed her wand at the ball, made two short flicks and said "Immobulus."

And it stopped bouncing and lay frozen on the ground. Hehe.

Lucy was just bored and and she wanted to practice her spells too that professor had given them to practice. She just made up her mind and came on the front gate. As she moved around she saw her friend Helena there, she went to her and said "Hey there! how're you?"

Helena was about to practice the second and last spell, the Banishing Charm, but then heard a voice. It didn't mention any name, but it must be talking to her, as there was no one around. She spun on her heels quickly and noticed that the voice belonged to Lucy. "Hi Lucy," she said, her mouth slightly twitching into a smile. "Good, I was practicing the spells for the Charms assignment. How about you?"

Lucy smiled as Helena talked to her, she heard her talking about the homework "oh, i'm too, i wanted to practice them too, should we do it?" she asked.
Lucy from her pocket removed her wand. As she looked for something to try the spell on, a wind blew and all the leaves on the ground started moving and floating in the air. She quickly took a firm grip of her wand and flicked it twice and said "Immobulus" and the floating leaves rested on the ground.
She then looked back at Helena who was standing just next to her and asked "so, how was that?" saying that she gave her a smile.

Helena watched carefully as Lucy casted the Freezing Charm on the leaves. "Great," she said, grinning. She was pretty good as well with that spell, but the Banishing Charm... uh... not so good.

The girl looked around for something to banish. A few small rocks seemed good. But she made sure that the rocks were as small as possible. She knew that her aim was terrible, so she didn't want to even risk hitting someone.

She pointed her wand at a tiny rock and whispered "Depulso." The rock flew away from her, but not exactly in the direction she had in mind. But she'll just have to keep practicing for better results.

Lucy couldn't control herself but laugh as Helena said she did great.
She looked at Helena as she tried the banish charm on the small rocks. Lucy was pleased to see the first year, trying the spell so well, it wouldn't look good if she being a fifth year couldn't do the spell correctly.
Lucy looked back at then ground where she saw the leaves, she took her wand and pointed it at the leaves and said "Depulso" the leaves moved and gathered at a place.
"hmm, that wasn't bad, right?" she asked Helena looking at the leaves.

Helena watched as Lucy banished the leaves and a smile spread over her face. "Not at all," she said, then looked for another tiny rock. She pointed her wand at it and whispered again "Depulso." She was thinking for some time to try using non verbal spells, but she was still too young for that. Whispering was good for now. At least she wasn't almost screaming the spells as she had seen others do.

But anyway, she casted the spell slightly better this time. Her aim had to improve, right?

Lucy was done with her practice now, she just had to show it to the professor. She smiled as Helena said it wasn't bad, that made Lucy more confident about her spells. She could easily do them now, without much trouble, in fact charms was one of her strongest subjects, so she had to be good in it.

She saw Helena practicing her spell again on the rock, she had to be more perfect on them, she could see her whispering her spell. Lucy came next to her and and said "Hmm, why don't you try to say the spell a bit load, so that it's pronounced in the right way, it's all new for you, i know, i had been from the same thing, when i was in my first year" she said hoping that the girl didn't felt bad or think that i was making her feel small, that was really not Lucy's intention, she was just trying to help out the little girl. She was like Lucy's younger sister, she didn't had a real younger sister but she felt Helena as her little sister.
Lucy took a paused and then said "or i could help you out with it?" saying that she waiting for an answer.

Oh, so she noticed. "It's not the whispering," Helena said quickly, slightly blushing. "My aim is the problem," she added as she bent her head down, trying to hide her bright red face behind her hair.

"I'll just have to keep practicing," she stated after a few moments, when her face began to turn back to its usual pale colour. But it felt nice that Lucy... cared. Because... before coming to Hogwarts, Helena didn't have this kind of caring friends. She spent most of the time at home, so the only ones caring for her were her parents.

"I can't believe the term is almost over," she suddenly said, not exactly being aware of the fact that she said that out loud. It made her feel happy, that she'll go home, but on the other hand... she'll miss this place. And three months is a pretty long time.

THE FRONT GATE! Cam sneakily walked towards the gate, in a hurried manner. Oh the gate. He wondered if he could just slooooowly sneak away. Eh. He shouldn't have stayed here because you know, maybe professors could have seen him and then did get that thought. But no, Cameron was not a delinquent! But oh, something caught his eye.

Paper. Maybe he needed to recycle some... ohhh wait. Hehehe. He grabbed some and put it in his small bag, walking away with a sneaky look on his face.

Kurumi made her way to the front gate as she continued her search when she noticed something very peculiar. Why were those...OH! Kurumi trotted over and grabbed the item and set it down gently in her bag.

No sense in making the contents of her bag a mess...or squishing something that ought not be squished.

The front gate, Sierra had heard, was a pretty interesting place to be. Apparently, there had been a Muggle sighting--or two, actually--in this spot only a few days ago. Muggles! What had this world come to?!

Not to mention the fact that this was one of the many places Michael White had annoyed her. She rolled her eyes just thinking about it. She remained quiet as she walked along the edge of the gate, her eyes scanning the ground and the areas around her. Finally, she smiled as she picked something up off the ground, tossed it into her bag, and headed off.

Jacob was now wondering around the grounds... Where oh Where could his little sheep have gone... Here hunt item thingys. 1... 2...10... ready or not here I come!

Really? stop hiding. Wait why was he at the front gates? This couldn't be right, oh look at that.

That could be interesting for later, he picked one up, he'd have to actually look inside, before handing it over.

Now where were the others.

It was always a good idea to start at the beginner, Patroclus' mother Pandora had taught him! So where better to start over than at the Front Gate! Literally the start of the school!


With his bag slowly filling, it jostled on his back as he crossed the grounds, the sun beaming down, warming his rich brown hair.

At the Front Gate Patroclus noticed something that was defiling the image of their impeccable school! Bending down, he saw that rather than the bin, it was much better to be placed in his bag!

Ah the front gates...the place where the school was most cut off from the outside and where the muggles had started their mistake journey. Shaking his head, Simon was about to turn around and head back when he noticed paper fluttering in the breeze.

What tha...hopefully not more Borr trash.Walking closer, his eyes lit up looking between what he found and his list. "I think that fits rather nicely," he mused picking one up and stashing it in his bag before returning wence had had come.
