She paused in her tracks and spun around on her heels. "To learn from me? I knew you just wanted something from me," she remarked. She, of all people, would know how to spot those type people from miles around. She was a Slytherin, after all. In the back of her mind, she started second-guessing the way she was speaking to him. What was she even so angry at him for anyway? He was only trying to be nice. She froze when he made the comment about it being hard not to notice her. She knew where he was going with that line of thinking, and at eleven-years-old (practically twelve now), it still sort of embarrassed her a little. He'd stepped out of the way, which she knew meant he was allowing her to pass. She remained still as she looked up at him and said, "I'm not angry with you. You mistake my personality for anger." ...and then she stepped forward and walked off. |
For anyone Rex walked around aimlessly. Rex walked into the front gate. He hut his knee and leg. " Ouch" Rex called out. |
"OOOOOOH!" Lucy marveled at the BIG PRINCESS CASTLE. "Seeee, Mark? I so told you that it was meant to be. I am a princess and THIS will be my castle." Without even wondering why she had never ever been told about this castle, Lucy made her way through the HUGE gate, and promptly started skipping. "I wonder what color the curtains are." |
Mark scoffed at Lucy as he followed her through the gate. "As IF. Clearly, I am better than you. I have all the makings of a King. This is going to be MY castle." He would win this battle. Clearly. "I hope they aren't pink," he answered her question, not really caring if it was aimed towards him or not. He made sure to pull a face to emphasize his dislike for the colour. "A manly colour, I hope." |
Emily was walking across the school grounds when she noticed two people near the front gates. Edging closer,m she realised she didn't recognise them.... they looked different. Not in Hogwarts robes.... Noticing the gates were open the pit of her stomach fell... they weren't... were they? Muggles?! What with a muggle man being in Hogsmede earlier anything was possible. What was she going to do?! she couldn't let them go up to the castle... |
K-Lee wandered the grounds of Hogwarts, bored. She could do homework, but she really didn't feel like it. A seventh year Ravenclaw was lookign in horror at two random teenagers that K-Lee didn't recognise. They weren't wearing Hogwarts robes, and they didn't seem to go to Hogwarts. Eyes wide, K-Lee walked up to the seventh year. "Are they muggles?" She whispered to the older girl. |
"WhatEVERRRRR." Lucy ROLLED her eyes at him. She never even said he could go inside her castle. It was HERS. Well. Maybe she'd let him go inside and kill the spiders. But that was IT! Lucy paused when she noticed two girls standing a bit off from where she was, "AWW. Lame. Don't tell me someone else ALREADY found it!" LAME. |
Emily suddenly realised a second year slytherin girl that was wandering the grounds, only to come to a stop beside her, looking at the two ... muggles. "I think so...." she whispered back. "I mean... they don't look like they belong, they're different." Emily inhaled a deep breath, don't panic, she told herself... stay calm. "We have to stop them from getting any closer... we need them to leave." she said looking at the slytherin. "I'm Emily by the way", she added as a quick introduction. Emily pulled off her hogwarts robes and dumped them in a nearby bush with her bag, she shoved her wand down her shirt, padding down her jumper to make sure the muggles wouldn't notice it if they saw her. "Do you think we could convince them to leave? say that we were exploring and that its not safe.... and theres.... snakes??? scare them off?" _____________________________________________ Emily suddenly realised the girl had spotted them.... this was not good... or was it? |
"I'm K-Lee and yeah, that might work. We could say we go to a school close by and this is where we board. The teachers evacuated it because it was overrun by snakes." She said, still watching the muggles, one of whom had seemed to notice them. K-Lee did as Emily did and removed her robes, wearing her school uniform underneath. This would not be good if the muggles got into the school. Making sure her wand was hidden in the arm of her sweater, K-Lee looked back at the muggles. Now Emily had noticed that they had spotted them and K-Lee looked at the muggles again. She hoped nothing too bad happened. |
Kyle was walking round, and stopped right next to her classmate Emily Browne a fellow Ravenclaw the year above her. "Muggles?" She whispered. Quickly hiding her bookbag and school robes in a bush she walked over to Emily and K-Lee. "Do they see it for real do you think? Or as a ruin?" She pondered, nervous. She didn't want Hogwarts to be exploited - no witch burnings again please. "We could all cast serpensotia at the same time." She interjected, "Kyle by the way" she introduced herself quickly to both Emily and K-Lee. |
Emily nodded. "Right... let's go say hi". Looking at the two teenagers Emily began to approach them. She made sure to have a friendly smile on her face. "Hi there", she said looking at the pair of them. They were clearly younger than her. |
"I'm K-Lee." K-Lee said quickly to Kyle. She nodded hearing the plan. She understood the plan but she wasn't confident with her magic enough to perform serpensortia, so left that part for the other girls. "Hi, I'm K-Lee!" K-Lee said brightly to the two muggles. If she acted nice enough to be trusted, they may listen to them more. |

And WHO where these people? "What's with their clothes?" Robes? Really? Mark hadn't received a memo that the Renaissance era was back in, or whatever. History wasn't his fortay. As one of the people started to talk to them, Mark paused and gave them a funny look. He didn't remember inviting them over. He leaned in to whisper to Lucy, "Why are they talking to us?" |
Kyle took a quick step over to the muggles. "Hi I'm Kyle, I wouldn't go in there - its full of snakes and there are no stairs." she considered staying but decided against it. "Nice to meet you K-Lee, and Emily" she smiled. Walking over to the Muggle teens she smiled and waved. " 'ello I'm Kyle" she smiled batting her eyelashes, her large blue eyes glistening happily - she was acting like a hopeless flirt. Which she was not. When the guy Mark said why are they talking to us, she rolled her eyes. Maybe because you are intruding? she considered glaring slightly. "Whats with our clothes - whats with yours? You two aren't even wearing jackets - and its freezing and snowy here." She commented back. Raising an eyebrow. Kyle wasn't even wearing her robe's right now, she was wearing a school uniform skirt, sweater, and all that yeah but a military style pea-coat isn't a robe. |
Emily stood there... they looked uncomfortable. The boy in particular didn't seem to approve of them approaching. "Hi my names Emily", she said introducing herself... she figured she had to start somewhere. "Are you two from around here?" |

Which meant that she had won. YAY! A REALLY LOUD GASP escaped her mouth, and the girl started bouncing. "Maybe they're the castle SERVANTS!" OH YEAH. This was her LUCKY DAY. "Do you work here?" She asked, towards the group. |

Getting the distinct impression that the girl had some sort of superiority complex going on she proceeded to press her question. "No... I do not. Forgive me but you didn't answer my question. Are you from around here?" After a second made another comment... purely because she instantly disliked the girl. "Are your parents nearby? its dangerous to go wandering around on your own." |
"No we live in the area." Kyle glared, "AND don't call me a servent lady got that? You are the one trespassing." She stated the facts. And slipped a note to K-Lee and Emily, someone said stunning spell? think we should. she shifted her wand, it was tucked up the sleeve of her sweater holstred - they weren't magical they couldn't get away from the stupify spell or even Petrificus totalus. |
Mark ignored everything that these...RANDOM people were saying and turned to Lucy. She was on to something! "A castle with REAL servants? COOL." He was really anxious to go into this castle now! "Don't bother with them, Lucy. Let's go inside!" |
GASP! Oh no they didn't! K-Lee glared at the girl. Did she just say they were slaves? "I'M NOT A SLAVE! AND I DON'T WORK HERE!" She took a deep breath to calm down. She had to learn her Slytherin temper sometimes. "We go to a school nearby and this is where we board and have some of our classes." Much kinder then. "Besides, why would you think we work here. Sure Emily looks old enough, but I'm only 13! Isn't it illegal for me to work?" K-Lee turned to the older girls for confirmation if it was real. Now noticing the note that Kyle has slipped her and Emily, she read it inconspiculously. With a slight nod at Kyle, K-Lee pushed her wand slightly down her sleeve, so it was at the ready if she had to quickly use a spell. Stunning spells she could do. |

HUrridly writing a response she handed the note back... I don't think we should use magic in front of them.... they are muggles after all. |
She read the note, nodded, and then glared at the boy. About to speak somerthing interrupted her, looking up she saw a rock falling from the sky. Kyle heard a whistling sound, and looking up gasped. Ooops. She had lobbed a rock at the whomping willow earlier that day right before coming over - she had come over to find it and well she found it - right over Lucy the muggle teen's head. "Watch -" before she could finish it had knocked her in the back of the head - the rock was going quite fast so there was no chance the girl could be awake still. "oops....Rex was right don't throw rocks." |
Emily was somewhat stunned at what had happened... Lokking at the boy she said, "Perhaps you should get your parents and leave, you are trespassing after all. You shouldn't be here." Looking back down at the girl Emily went to kneel beside her to check her head... "May I?" she asked. She didn't want to scare the boy. |
Kyle did feel bad, "here use this," she said taking an ice pack out of her bag, and handing it to Emily she had gotten it earlier just in case the rock hit her -- so it was a backup method now. Helping someone she'd accidentally hurt. She gulped, thinking what else could hurt them. Invisible Threstals, any other magical creatures. "They need to leave fast - we should bring them to the local hospital...I can run and grab someone from town." She suggested, shrugging her shoulder. |
Hey, guys. Don't RP for me. It's not cool! Thanks :) Quote:
Clearly. She waved her hands at the small group. D: That girl threw a ROCK at her. RUDE. |
