"A new room AND a wardrobe? How wonderful. I do hope that they don't get too carried away. I am a very simple girl and happy to just have a place to live. I have to admit though, it will be nice to have clothes other than the one or two things I have from the orphanage. Maybe we can burn those some day," she said. How she would love to burn those old rags.

"My parents are going to spoil you so you better get used to it real fast. I mean my dad took my moms jewelry and made our necklaces so be prepared. And I mean they will send you packages unexpectedly. You'll have anything you want. They love to spoil me and you've never been able to have a chance to be spoiled so they will." Jamie laughed. "Yeah we could totally burn them some day." She smiled then she sighed. "So I hope you like trees."

"Umm, tress?" Rowan laughed. "I love being outside, so yes, I love trees. Why do you ask?"

"Our house is surrounded by them. It's pretty cool during the fall though. All the colors and what not." Jamie shrugged. She opened the tin of cookies and saw chocolate chip. She loved chocolate chip cookies.

"That sounds lovely," she said, opening her own tin. "Brownies! How did your, I mean our, mother know that I LOVE brownies? Would you like one?" she asked offering the tin to her new little sister.

"I told you. They know everything without having to ask. It's scary." Jamie took a brownie from her and smiled. "Thanks big sis. You want a cookie?" She offered the tin.

Rowan took a cookie and placed it in her tin for later. "Thanks," she said. "It's too bad I can't be in Slytherin with you. We will have to study together in the library. Is there a class that you are looking forward too?"

"I know right." Jamie sighed and smiled, "Well I can't wait for Herbology. I love plants. What about you?"

"I can't wait for Transfiguration and Care of Magical Creatures. After living with muggles most of my life, I'm fascinated with these 2 classes. I never even dreamed they existed." Rowan decided to warn Jamie about the Potions professor. "About Potions class. The Prof is a bit of a troll but if you keep your head down and don't speak out of turn, she's not so bad. I was terrified of her last year. Just don't let her get to you." This was, in fact, the first person Rowan thought about when she had said she was allergic to mean people.

Jamie smiled and said, "That's completely understandable." She then thought about Lafay. "she can say and do whatever she wants I won't let her bother me at all." In all honesty she was supposed to have respect for the professor but she wasn't really respectful to others. Mean people.

"So you like plants. Maybe you can help me in Herbology. I'm afraid it is not one of my strong points. I'm curious. I know it is your first year but do you already know spells and such? How about flying? I can't seem to get the hang of it." Rowan felt like she had a ton of catching up to do.

"I only know a handful of the basic spells mum taught me. And of course I'll help you in Herbology. Oh and flying is almost as fun as cliff diving." Jamie nodded. Yep she was a risk taker. A clumsy risk taker. "I can help you anyway you need help."

"Well then, you are already miles ahead of me. Who knows, with your help I might even be able to over come my fear of heights." Rowan stretched. She was feeling antsy, excited, and adventurous all at once. "Do you want to go explore the grounds?" she asked.

"Maybe. Then we can go cliff diving together." Jamie smiled. When she mentioned exploring the grounds she looked at Tyrone."How about you go ahead and get a head start and I'll meet you there. I need to talk to Tyrone about something private." It wasn't that it was something she couldn't tell her sister, it was just a Jamie thing. "Promise."

"Okay," she said. "See you later. Nice to meet you Tyrone."

"Oh well just wandering around",Fee said,"but i should do that more often i guess.When it brings me to meet you i mean."The blonde still had to figure out what had happend over the summer.Hopefully sophia would tell her sooner or later. Maybe the Slytherin vould help her. Ohhh and there it was."Bad things?",she asked rasing an eyrbrow.Okay now Fee was worried.Really worried.Ohhh Sophia was olanning on a new party already? Sounded awesome."Well this time i am relly going to help you then",the blonde winked.They would have soooo much fun. As always.Hehe.

Sophia grinned. "I do that a lot from time to time." she said, nodding her head. "I always run into people on my walks!" she said, agreeing with Fee. She hadn't seen Fee in awhile, and it was nice to run into her. "Yea." she said, solomly. "Do you wanna know what happened?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. A trick that 'ol Eddie taught her. "Yes you will." she said winking. This would sure be an intresting party, and she laughed at the thought of it.

"Good, I'm glad you approve. I already have the collar, see?" Tyrone reached into a pocket and pulled out a small collar that wouldn't even fit his small wrist. On it was a small tag that had Jewels carved into it.

Tyrone laughed lightly when Rowan gave a surprise attack to her cat. He shook his head softly.

Tyrone had zoned the pair out as they started talking about thier home and got all excited over something. He tuned in long enough to gather that Rowan had been accepted into Jamie's family. He looked behind himself, looking the way he had walked to see something small and black running towards him. he walked towards it, only to see it was his little kitten. She had followed him, all the way from the common room. Tyrone shook his head, smiling as he bent down to pick her up. He noticed that she was panting, obviously tired from her adventure. He walked back to the others, in time to hear Rowan bid hm good bye. Waving at the girl he said "Congrats on becoming sisters. It was nice meeting you too"

Tyrone turned to Jamie and held his hands out to her, offering Jewels for a cuddle before he put on her collar. "Meet Jewels, she decided to follow me from the common room. Silly cat. Have a cuddle if you like"

"Mee too",fee nodded,"its how you make new friends the most."Hogwarts was juzst a great place to get to know new people, there were so maaaany opporturnities."Of course i want to know what happend,Sophia",the blonde told her friend.Maybe it was something really bad and the Gryffie needed help.What were friends for?She was totally ignoring the fact how much that eyebrow remembered her of Edmond.Siggggh.

While others around her walked by chatting with friends or maybe on their way to a class, Katie stood by one of the large openings, leaning one side against the cold bricks as she stared out at grounds absently. Her gaze fixed on the nature of Hogwarts before her, the Hufflepuff's mind was elsewhere. She knew she should probably be writing home, or at least to Julian. He would be able to pass on the message home if she chose not to send a letter there right away..

Hmm. Finlay Carmicheal was ready for another run, and this time he was kind of hoping that Ara was not going to come down and distract him again. That would be rather counter productive, and if he wanted to keep his nice muscles, he needed to stop getting so distracted. Although when he got down to to the corridor to the courtyard he saw something that kind of made him stop on his way down to the lake. There was a girl, and she looked a little....lonely? Or worried. "Hey..." He smiled, coming to a stop near her.

Jamie smiled at him. "Yeah it's kind of cool to have an older sibling." She looked at the kitten and she took it,"Oh she is so adorable and I like the collar. It's really great." She pet the kitten ever so softly and felt it begin to purr. She loved cats almost as much as she loved her own owl. "Here," she said handing Jewels back to him. "She is adorable."

Tyrone smiled as he settled the purring kitten on his shoulder, sporting a brand new collar. "I'm the eldest, so I wouldn't know. Although sometimes the younger ones can be a little annoying at times. Then again, my sister is only four" he smiled sheepishly, absently petting Jewels. "She is adorable isn't she? I saw her in the pet shop and I just had to have her. It was like she was calling out to me. Besides, we already have a couple of owls flying around. Father didn't want another"

"Well I guess I was the eldest but now Rowan will be. I'm the middle child now." Jamie shrugged. She never really cared about ranking. "Well she is adorable and I can understand the feeling about having a house full of owls. Me, my mum, and dad all have one." She shrugged again as if it was no big deal. "So have you met anybody else?"

"No, not really. I'm not really one to be all out-going and friendly. I'm used to sitting in a corner and reading my books. I went to a muggle school for a few years, so I could get the basics of an education and everyone thought I was too weird to be friends with. I always had my accidental magic coming out at shcool. One time, I was being yelled at for sleeping in class and the next minute, the teacher had her mouth zipped shut. Literally. I was pulled out of school not long after that one." Tyrone stated. he laughed a little but there was a serious tone in his voice that told of its truthfulness. "How about you? met any other frineds?"
