This corridor is a simple, airy hallway with openings to allow in as much sunshine as possible and fresh air. It is an excellent transition from the school to the grounds as it exits out into the courtyard.
The hug helped, but she was still just a tad worried about him. Wrapping her arms around him, she nuzzled his shoulder. "You wanna go in and get milkshakes?" Maybe that would cheer him up? Because she still wasn't sure that he was perfectly fine.
Milkshakes. A tad random, but the randomness brought a smile to his lips. "Sounds wonderful." He was saying that a lot, wasn't he?
Shaking his head once again to dispel the thoughts, he shifted his weight and helped her up. The longer they avoided talking about what they needed to talk about would only make things worse, but at the same time, at least for the moment, it felt better.

Returning the smile, she did a bit of shifting and hooked her fingers onto her heels, her other hand keeping hold of his as she slipped off the wall. She quickly decided to push all worries aside. "Don't forget your mug."She had almost forgot about it with all her worrying.

"Right." Leaning over the wall, he scooped up the mug and then straightened. Hand in hers, he gave her a small smile before starting them off to the kitchen. Until now, he wasn't even aware they made milkshakes there.

With her wand in her hand and her notes in her robes pocket, Sierra Greingoth headed out to the corridor that led to the courtyard. She had a homework assignment to finish, and if she didn't hurry up and get it done now, she'd probably miss the deadline. She'd already missed one or two assignments already. Missing a third would be deadly on her grades.
When she reached a deserted area of the corridor, she reached into her robes pocket and withdrew a little plastic bouncing ball she'd borrowed from a housemate. With all her might, she threw the ball down the corridor, giving it a few seconds to bounce away before she aimed her wand at it.
With two short flicks, she said, "Immobulus!" Only, the ball didn't stop, which meant she'd somehow missed. She lightly growled at the ball and then took off after it, her wand still raised. With another two short flicks, she said, "Immobulus!" The ball froze in place. She caught up to it, grabbed it and stuffed it in her pocket, and then walked off.
The corridor leading outside was currently empty, except for the short Hufflepuff girl leaning lightly against the wall; Katie was quiet, staring out of the window at her side as light streamed in from the sun set high in the sky. The weather was nice, warm even and evidence that they were nearing the end of term. Soon enough, they would be on their way home for summer vacation.
As dark brown eyes looked absently out at the grounds, the sixth year twisted the butterfly ring on her finger, carefully moved to her index finger for the moment.

It was awesome. It was amazing! Legend couldn't believe that he had mastered the spell. Jumping down the short steps the sixth year began to run. Yes he was ignoring the obvious no running in the halls rule but really who would that hurt? He slowed his pace once he reached the corridor that lead outside. Wasn't that- he grinned. Planting his foot on the window sill he jumped outside.
The snow was long gone so he welcomed the earthy ground under his feet. Silently he walked along the wall where Katie's back was turned. Legend pulled out his wand and gave it a flick, a silver wispy line had shot out, but quickly it changed into a beautiful majestic animal. He flicked his wand again, guiding the silver rabbit to circle around Katie happily.

All of a sudden there was something fairly small in size and silver flying around her, breaking Katie from her thoughts and turning her full attention toward it, an almost inaudible gasp escaped the girl. It was magic. Clearly, that wasn't a surprise; This was Hogwarts. But it was much more than that, the silver animal form was a bunny rabbit!
Not even thinking about the fact it was definitely someone's Patronus or why it would find her, Katie made to turn as the rabbit circled her, trying to keep it in her line of vision. It was beautiful. But it was a Patronus, so who had conjured it? Looking away from the rabbit, Katie gazed down one end of the hall to the other end, not seeing a single person. It seemed she was still alone, but that couldn't be. ".. Legend?" It was doubtful, but it was her only guess.

The rabbit continued to circle the small girl but Legend could already tell it wouldn't last long. He was getting tired and the silver animal already seemed like it was fading. The blond grinned as he heard his name. With a final flick of his wrist the rabbit was gone.
"You rang?" He asked loudly poking his head out of the open window.

Ahh!! It was such a nice spring day. And on days like this Carter hated to be indoors.
And so Carter along the corridor heading to the courtyard carrying one of his textbooks. As he was walking a sheet of paper dropped out of the book he was holding loosely in his hand.
Without noticing he continued on and out to the courtyard leaving the paper behind...

Watching the rabbit fade into the air and disappear completely, Katie couldn't help the small frown that formed on her lips. She had liked it!
As soon as the silver animal vanished, Legend's voice rang through the deserted corridor. The Hufflepuff turned around quickly, surprised to see his head in the wide open window. In that instant her initial surprise was replaced with a bright smile, an almost amused look in her dark eyes as she stepped up onto the sill. "That was yours?" Katie asked, eying the tall Gryffindor slightly. "It's a bunny." Yes, she was stating the obvious. The form of his Patronus wasn't what she would have expected, though.

Legend shrugged. It was a bunny. He hoped that Katie wasn't about to make fun of him or something. At least Pluto couldn't eat his Patronus. "It used to be a wolf. I did it once before when I hadn't mastered it. It was a wolf then." And now it was a bunny. Improvement? Not so much but the rabbit did make it look more mystical.
Legend jumped into the sill himself and wrapped Katie in a hug. "I'm sorry about the Game." He said quitely. Even though Quidditch was a stupid sport it still sucked when you came so close to winning and then lost.

Marie was tired of studying. She didn't see the point in it anymore now that OWLs had been cancelled so she was heading outside for a bit of fresh air.
Walking through the corridor to the courtyard she noticed a piece of parchment on the ground. Geesh, some people were really careless. There was a trash bin a few feet away. Whoever threw that parchment on the ground could have just as easily put it in the trash.
Bending down to pick it up so she could throw it away, all color drained from her face. She recognized that parchment. It was the note she had left for Carter in the CoMC nursery last term.
Quickly picking it up she looked around to see if Carter was somewhere around. Not spotting him a thought occurred to her. What if someone else found it last term and he never seen it at all. Maybe whoever that person was realized they still had it and just tossed it on the ground.
SPOILER!!: Dropped parchment

PS: I'm sorry I walked out on you... again.
Reading over the note again all sorts of emotions ran through her mind. So much had happened since she wrote that note. Deciding not to throw it away she held onto it as she walked out to the courtyard. She needed to sit down.
It use to be a wolf, and it changed to a rabbit. A bunny rabbit. Katie knew enough about the patronus charm to know that they didn't change every other day, only for special reasons. Her smile grew a little bit, dark eyes staring up into emerald green ones. "I like it. It was just.. beautiful," There were simply no other words to describe it. "I thought you said Nova was a smelly rabbit?" Katie asked, in a teasingly playful manner. She hadn't forgotten all those arguements they would have over that in the past years.
For the briefest of moments Katie had been about the same height as Legend, maybe even a tiny bit taller, standing on the window sill. And then he jumped up, and her rather short height of 5'4" became very obvious again. Not that she minded once he hugged her, wrapping her own arms around him as he spoke, she leaned her head against his chest. "I should have played better," Katie shrugged slightly, absently moving one hand to rub her face where some of the paint had been during the game before returning her arm around his middle. She looked up at him, "But it's okay. It's only a game to me.. I just feel bad for Melanie and Jake." Both, because it was their last year, because Melanie was their Captain and Jake had gotten pretty hurt at the end. It wasn't exactily the best way to end a championship game.

"Course it's beautiful. It's mine. I made it." Everything Legend made was amazing obviously. The sixth year grinned. Yup, even little silver rabbits. Legend shifted, uncomfortably. "Who said it was Nova?" He asked avoiding the question. Nova was a smelly rabbit. His rabbit Patronus wasn't smelly. Plus he actually liked that animal.
"Wasn't your fault." Legend said with a shrug. "The game has stupid rules anyways." Katie knew all about Legend's thoughts on the sport. He would much rather be mountain boarding that scoring chaser points for a sport that really only depended on the snitch so the other 6 players really weren't needed.
"They will get over it. Melanie knows you got far. And Jake..well injuries are normal. The right team, never wins anyways." Ravenclaw always had to go and stick their noses in it!

Rolling her eyes playfully toward the sky, the Hufflepuff refrained from bringing up a third year Transfigurations class with Pilliwickle with the butterflies and the poor mutated thing he had conjured up. Katie should have known Legend would say that, she had walked right into that one. The Gryffindor's rather large ego aside, it was still a pretty magic formed creature. "Is there any other rabbits you know?" Katie asked in return, raising her eyebrows as she pulled away from him a bit.
Katie supposed he was right. More about it not really being her fault than about the rules, but she chose not to comment on that. The seventeen year old knew perfectly well how he felt about the wizarding sport, and had known for quite a long time now. She nodded slightly, hoping he actually was right. "You don't ever talk like that around Alexis, do you?"

It was true he did not know a lot of rabbits. Legend didn't even like rabbits that much. He blammed Nova and Katie's attitude for that. Her constant yelling at him to stay away from her pet had caused him to become bitter to the fluffy creatures. So why was his patronus a bunny? He had no idea. But it wasn't Nova. "Yeah! There are loads! They are outside on the grass all the time. Cutter than chubby Nova." Because Katie fed that rabbit way to much. It was going to grow into godzilla rabbit and eat all the carrots in the school. He smirked.
"I do! Her team never one when she was at Hogwarts anyways." Only once, and Lex had said she had been young then. It was the second time Gryffindor had one the cup and only did it once more after. "So it means I'm right. Pro Quidditch is obviously different." He looked around, making sure no one was listening in on their conversation. But the hall was near empty. "And between you and me I think Prof.V is a bit biased."

The mention of rabbits out on the grounds reminded Katie of that Czes guy, who had thought poor Nova was a wild rabbit and that Masterson would actually let his couple-year-old daughter hold a wild animal. And thinking about that, she realized she hadn't seen the Hufflepuff guy since that term; It was Masteron and Jadyn that she missed, though. "Legend Chosen, my rabbit is not overweight." Katie stated firmly, being sidetracked from the main subject of why his Patronus resembled her pet. Okay, so Nova had gained a bit of weight and she had grown quite a bit in the past few terms, but she was suppose to grow! And she was still cute. "She is perfectly healthy, thank you very much!"
Oh. Well, Katie wouldn't have known that. It made more sense now that he explained, she hadn't ever bothered to ask Savannah anything about their House Quidditch history and she could have simply gone to the Trophy room and figure it out for herself, but that wasn't about to happen either. Katie didn't really care enough to know. If possible, her eyebrows raised more as Legend glanced around the empty corridor, the only exception being them. "Why do you think that?" Was it because Ravenclaw had won, or something else? And was it even possible to be bias further than a thought or opinion when it came to a Quidditch game? Katie didn't know.

"Legend Chosen, my rabbit is not overweight." Legend mimicked in a high voice, just like he used to when they were little kids. The blond grinned. "Don't hurt me." He said holding up his arms in defeat, just to protect himself. He didn't want Katie to be mad at him right now. Things were going to well. And they hadn't even had their first dating fight yet, so he wanted to keep things they way they were.
Why did he think that? Jeesh, did Katie know anything at all? Legend sighed, leaning agaisnt the frame of the window. "Because. He used to be in Ravenclaw. And PLUS, if you look in the Trophy Room you'll notice right away Ravenclaw has won the majority of matches since forever. Gryffindor has like...three, no lie. And Slytherin is like one above that. Hufflepuff did pretty good for a while, but Ravenclaw is FAR ahead of anyone else when it comes to winning." And Ravenclaws were suppose to be SMART not good at sports. So his only reason to them winning was that SOMETHING wasn't right and someone was helping them along. Of course he wouldn't say this to anyone else. Prof. V was scary at times.
