Raising a brow in amusement, she stared at him for a moment in silence before a small, quiet giggle escaped her. Barely long enough to be even considered as a laugh. "I know you're the Master of Everything Josh, but really now..." Hehe. Who was he talking about anyways?
Hmm and just as she was all comfy with the moment and such, the girl frowned as she gazed at her Gryffindor's face. Something wrong? Her smile faded just a tad, before he started to speak. Or tried to speak that is. Perhaps she had said something wrong. That seemed to go through her head a lot right now, but she couldn't help but think it. Or maybe she didn't say anything wrong at all. A short walk? "If you want to, I guess." she nodded, pulling away from him slightly.
Oh. Oh they were in the broomshed. Eep! And there was a spider web close by!
Huh?
The Master of Everything?
Oh...riiiiiiiiiight that was him. He was the Master of Everything. But why had she brought it up now? Yeah, why? He was sure that right now he was not looking like a master for he could not even master his own heart and mind (if he had one of that of course) and instincts and senses and feeling and eyes (he could not look away from the girl though he had tried) and himself in general. So why? Why?
Ah!
Of course! She thought he was speaking about himself. That was a no no no. Josh did not boast about himself. Well...okay he did boast but not to her. He believed she already had figured what he was. It was unnecessary. So,
''No!'' he said quickly
''...well...i mean...yes. I am the Master of Everything. But...i was not talking about myself. Actually i was...''
NO. Her smile faded and as if it was not bad enough she frowned too! That meant he had officially ruined their perfectly nice moment. And that was
the first perfectly nice moment of their freshly reborn relationship. Yes, right he was the master. But this time he was the Master of Good Moment Ruiners.
Did she just step away? Again, not sure. Did he want that walk? Not sure. Yet there was one think that he was sure and it was the fact that, this time, he was not going to let himself ruin the bound they created between each other. Not even a single moment. Therefore, he was not going to repeat the previous mistakes and was just going to be honest with her. Honest with everything he had in mind....which was, at this case with how he felt now, probably the hardest thing to do he had ever encountered.
Hard or not. Difficult or not. He was going to do it. Taking a deep breath, the Gryffindor boy closed and opened his eyes again then fixed his gaze back in the she-snake's pretty eyes.
''Rose...'' *another breath*
''...Evelyn. I'm sorry. I am just... We can walk if you want to but i am just...'' Pffft.
Forget the words. Right after his last swallowing, Josh decided let the words he had planned as an explanation off his mind and instead getting closer to the Slytherin girl, he kissed her like there was no Lafay.
Well...Lafay already was not there so no one was going to drench them with ice cold water this time.
