Kyle looked bewildered at the boy - obstinence got you no where at all with Vindictus. It might have gotten you thrown into detention, the bottom of the lake, or any other place you'd rather be than having him yell at you to the point of you quaking in your pathetic little boots.

She gulped.

"Don't provoke him," she pleaded, her eyes large with fear - fear true fear after all ever since she'd met vindictus she thought her new Boggart would be him - but nope. Still giant hairy spiders with all their multitude of eyes - eep scaryness.

Maybelle walked onto the fields. She had heard that MUGGLES of ALL people were on Hogwart's grounds!! And sure enough, there they were, trying to learn how to fly. She went over to one of the Hufflepuff's. She didn't know exactly who he was but anyways...

"Muggles? In Hogwart's? How DARE they! What are we going to do to stop them?" Maybelle asked, whispering to the boy she stood next to. She saw one of the muggles and decided it was time for action....maybe...

Kyle glanced over to Maybelle, and gave her a very big look of watch what you are saying and then glanced to Professor Vindictus. If she followed her gaze she would understand.

"Hey you want to help me polish over here?" She hinted for Maybelle to walk over and get away from the guy with the sword and the very agitated Professor.

Maybelle looked at Kyle, uh-oh...she slowly walked away so she wouldn't say anything else wrong.

Maybelle nodded and followed Kyle, there was NO way she was getting in trouble or anything. "Sorry, I didn't know." Maybelle said, feeling slightly guilty.

Simon was about to reply to Maybelle when Kyle spoke well at least that was good, and then he watched Maybelle walk over to Kyle she heard Kyle ask him if he wanted to go stand next to her, well no he didn't he was going to stand where he was so that he knew what was going on.

Simon heard Mark say something to Professor Vindictus and sighed, he was too scared to look at Professor Vindictus because he was sure he would be cross and then Simon realised something the Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain had a sword, now Simon was really beginning to get worried.

Isobel FINALLY found where the muggles went. She ran up to the broomshed and peeked in. Why was Maybelle in there? Ew. Isobel saw a boy standing and blocking the door. "Can I go in?" She asked. She REALLY wanted to know what was happening.

"I do NOT bargain with imbeciles," replied Vindictus rather sternly. "You will do as I SAY."

He kept staring at the teenage boy and folded his arms across his chest.

Emily, who had rushed back to the broom shed with Professor Vindictus had been watching the scene unfold. Thankfully the situation was being handled.

Not wanting to interfere or make things worse she just stood to the side of the room by the door. As Professor Vindictus had announced nobody was getting out.

Emily still couldn't believe how childish those muggles were behaving. At least she felt a bit better now, having lost her temper at them before- she wasn't the only one.

"You chicken?" Mark would have totally folded his arms across his chest as well...if he weren't so afraid of falling off the broom. He settled for staring right back at Mr. Blonde Haired Bossy Man. "Maybe you're a fake, then. Do magic and I'll come down."

Selina looked at the teenage boy and tried to stifle her laughter. It erupted anyway, "I'm sorry, but how old are you? I mean seriously you're acting like a child. What would your mother think?" She knew that at that moment everything was very serious, but this teenage boy who was older than the small eleven year old was acting like a fool.

Elektra was watching and she raised her eyebrow and then saw her friend. Oh, boy. This isn't going to end well. Elektra walked over to to Selina and she looked up at the teenage boy on the broom. "Oi, what's he doing up there? Why isn't he coming down?"

Vindictus heartily laughed at the boy.

"You're joking, aren't you," he replied and it was rather odd how his demeanor changed in a split second. A sparkle appeared in his blue eyes and he shook his head slightly. The man had a plan.

He turned to the Hogwarts students who clustered in the shed. "Emily, can you please restrain the young lady, and Jacob, you're doing a great job blocking that door. Everyone else, please step away from the young man who refuses to get off one of my broomsticks."

Reaching inside his robes, he pulled out his wand.

"Would you like for me to pull a rabbit from a hat?" he asked the teenage boy. "Or would you like to see something more dramatic?"

"Do I look like I'm talking to you? Why don't you go play with some dollies or something." Mark gave the girl a glare and then turned back back to the man. He didn't come here to deal with miniature pipsqueaks.

That was it. She had been playing his game his entire trip. This kid was seriously cruising for a bruising and she was going to be the one to dish it out if he did not stop. She may be little, but she sure packed a fiery punch and her left hook wasn't so bad either.

"Only if you play with yours first, princess..."

Elektra raised her eyebrow at Vindictus. It was no wonder why she didn't like him. He was...odd. What exactly was he thinking now to get this boy off of the broom. What is he going to do? She thought to herself. She looked at Selina and then she started to take a couple of steps back away from Vidictus and tugged Selina back. As for the teenage boy...Elektra raised her eyebrow to the teenage boy and she looked at her friend. Oh, he did not just say that!! "Why don't you come down here and say it to her face you bloody coward!!"

Vindictus shot a glare at Selina and Elektra, and shook his head. He'd deal with taking away house points from all of those interfering AFTER he finished with the intruders. Make that a lot of points.

"Surprise you? Now that is my specialty," Vindictus grinned and waved his wand around. Blue and bronze glittering sparkles rained down on the inhabitants of the shed and vanished as they hit the ground.

He was just showing off.

Now it was time for him to fulfill the boy's idiotic request.

Vindictus pointed his wand at the teenage boy.

Petrificus Totalus!

With a simple swish and flick, he cast the curse nonverbally. A blue light emitted from his wand and headed directly at the teenage boy.

ZOMG!

THEY WERE MAGIC!

"I KNEW it." She said that to no one in particular, but SHOCKED all the same. She held out her hands to catch the sparkles, but they just disappeared, only the flash of light caught her attention again.

ZOMG! What was he doing to Mark? GASP!

Selina put her head down at the look that Vindictus shot her. She had not meant to upset him or cause any trouble, but the boy was making fun of her. All day long she had been trying so hard to preserve the Statue of Secrecy and it had finally worn down the eleven year old. This pressure was way to much for an eleven year old to handle.

She secretly hoped Vindictus did not take away points, that he would be merciful and make her serve detention instead. It was wishful thinking.

Then Vindictus did something she did not expect... magic.

"Sir, the Statue!" Selina said.

"You need to be quiet," Vindictus immediately retorted. He was working within the law when it came to intrusions at the school.

Elektra just stared right back at Vindictus. Oh, she knew since the first flying lesson that things were never going to be ok with him and her. She never did like him in the first place. After just looking at Vidictus and not showing any emotion she looked in shock at what Vindictus did. She couldn't believe it. Has he lost his mind?! Elektra looked at Selina and then back at Professor Vindictus.

Mark watched in amazement as there were sparkles everywhere! He went to reach for one, though, when, from the corner of his eye, noticed a flash of light emit again from the Man's stick.

Next thing he knew, he was stiff as a board and slipped off the broom, hitting the ground with a THUD.

Jacob turned his head to see a girls requesting entry, "I'm sorry, ma'am" he said trying to sound professional. "I've been given orders not to let anyone in or out." but everything was really interesting in here. He lowered his voice "But I can't stop you from waiting out there and listening" oh yes, Things can be heard out there. Jacob scanned the room anod counted heads, were there more people? Couldn't be, Jacob was so awesome, he must have just miscounted in his awesome gaurding position... or someone was hiding and now showed themselves

Oh... No One calls Vindictus chicken, Jacob had half a mind to charge at the boy now...And what was Vindictus doing? Was he actually doing magic for the muggles?

Oh this is fun! Jacob wanted to do something to... Can he cut their heads off... Oh, he ever so wanted to cut their heads off... Please!

Oh, never mind... HA! he had to admit watching people being petrified and falling off there brooms was funny... Now can he cut his head off. 'Oh, cut your own head off' Shut up Brain, it's your head too.

Vindictus watched as the boy fell to the floor like a sack of potatoes.

"Confundo!" he said as another jet of light burst from the tip of his wand and headed towards the petrified boy.

"WHOA! How did you DO that?!" Never mind the fact that Mark was on the ground all stiff like, Lucy wanted to see MORE MAGIC!
