It was a perfect late spring day. The grass was a vibrant green, the skies were a brilliant blue with a few fluffy white clouds floating listly overhead. June had finally come and this was the last horrah before students buried their noses in their books because finals loomed just around the corner. The stands were packed with students, staff, and even a few parents - all of whom were anticipating a fierce fight for the much-desired Quidditch Cup.
Looking resplendent as usual in his officiating robes, Professor Vindictus strode out onto the pitch and began the customary introductions.
"Welcome Hogwarts students, staff and alumni to one of the most anticipated games of the school year - the Quidditch Cup Championship game!" he exclaimed and the crowd roared to life. "May I present the two teams fighting for Quidditch supremacy - the Badgers of Hufflepuff and the Eagles of Ravenclaw!"
The crowd grew silent for a split second and the familiar creaking noise of the gates opening could be heard. Suddenly, both teams could be seen standing at the ready with their brooms by their sides.
WHOOSH!
As soon as the teams were airborne, the crowd went wild with cheers and applause. Vindictus already had the rosters and read them to the fans. "Hufflepuff is led by Chasers Captain Melanie Lockhart, Simon De Simpson, and Kaitlynnh Mae. At Beater is Kaia Barnard. Keeper is Treyen Lockhart, and at Seeker is Jakers Morgan." To his surprise, the entire Hufflepuff team had their faces painted as to resemble beastly Badgers. He then focused on his own house, Ravenclaw. "Ravenclaw is led by Chasers Vashti Greenwell, Spike Hutchinson, and Emily Brown. At Beater is Captain Jacob Blunt. Keeper is Amadeus Kipling, and at Seeker is Ellie Stone."
For fifteen minutes, both teams warmed up before settling into position overhead. "I want a clean game from both houses. Try not to intentionally put each other in hospital and no brawling afterwards. Your friends and your teachers are watching you - there are even some of your families in attendance today. All of you have fought hard to make it to this game and regardless of who wins, all of you are winners to me. Go out there and play with all of your heart and soul, and savor the game because this is the last game for some of you." Vindictus paused for a moment as he let this sink in and released the Bludgers and Snitch. "Remember to play your positions. It's time. On my whistle . . . one . . . two . . . TWEET!"
A shrill whistle was heard and the players zoomed into action. Remember that the first question is for both teams' Chasers only.

It's a blur of yellow and blue as the Chasers fight over possession of the Quaffle . . . kicking and shoving ensues . . . growling and even a few squawks are heard . . . suddenly a figure in blue darts out of the scrum holding a scarlet ball . . . Vashti Greenwell tucks the Quaffle beneath her arm and zooms down the pitch . . . she zig zags back and forth as the Hufflepuff defense tries to slow her down . . . Greenwell enters the scoring area . . . she raises her arm and she shoots . . . DING! Vashti Greenwell scores the first points of the game for Ravenclaw!

Treyen Lockhart retrieves the Quaffle and he puts it back into play . . . his pass is caught by Kaitynnh Mae and she tucks it under her arm as she zooms down the pitch . . . she swerves past a Ravenclaw defender who attempts to block her path . . . Mae raises her arm and makes a lateral pass to Melanie Lockhart . . . she catches the Quaffle and zooms forward . . . Lockhart feels her broom become slightly wobbly and realizes that a Ravenclaw defender has bumped her . . . she raises her arm and passes to Simon De Simpson . . . he catches it and zooms into the scoring area . . . De Simpson raises his arm and he shoots . . . THWACK! Amadeus Kipling uses a mighty sweeping motion of his broomstick and swats the Quaffle away from the right goal hoop.
