Kyle ran up to The grounds keepers hut about to knock on the door.

"Mr. Styker," she panted, "there are muggles! On school grounds and they can see the school!" Then she saw Selina and smiled, "I shoved him out of its reach," she added, looking to the ground.

Chad had been leaning back in a chair at his dining room table when a student busted into his house! Without knocking! In fact, it was so unexpected that in Chad's shock, he leaned back a bit too far and went down to the floor with a CRASH. Ouch.

"You better have a good reason for just coming in here..," he frowned, leaning his head back on the floor and looking at them upsidedown, raising an eyebrow as another student entered. Why the sudden popularity?

Muggles?

"This is a practical joke, yes?" Heh. They looked like they were standing on the ceiling. Too funny.

"No its not a joke - they were headed towards the whomping willow." Kyle panted, "sorry about not knocking" she appologized, "here" she offered him her hand to help him up - it was only decent.

When she watched him fall Selina stood in shock. It was not something she had expected him to do. Before she could help him he replied believing it to be a joke. Slowly Selina went over to Stryker and helped him up the best her small eleven year old frame could.

Then when he was settled Selina looked him in the eyes and said, "Sir, I pride myself on telling the truth. I would not joke about something this serious. Sir, Muggles are in the Castle and they are not fictitious. Please sir, you have to believe me."

Chad gave a "merci" as both students helped him up to his feet and de-tangling himself from the chair. "How did they get in?"

Selina gulped and looked up at the older gentleman, "Through the front gate, sir. They just walked in..."

Chad frowned at them again. "Through the front gate...that is not possible. They are always locked, except for Hogsmeade weekends. How did they?..." Still in slight shock, Chad quickly slipped his feet into some sneakers and pulled on a coat. "Show, please."

Kyle nodded, "Of course," Kyle nodded, appologizing for barging in again and stepping quickly out of the cabin door - too fast she tripped.

"ow" she mumbled, standing up and brushing off her knee - a scratch here and there wasn't going to be bad when it came to major law violations with muggles at hogwarts.

Oop. Kid down! Kid down!

Oh, she was getting up. Not dead. Phew!

"Are you okay?"

Selina was about to respond to his question when Kyle took a dive for the floor. She stood in shock at the fall and asked Kyle, "Are you okay?"

Once Kyle looked good Selina said to the Stryker, "Sir, I don't know. I can show you."

Ellie skipped up to the Groundskeeper's door clutching a bunch of somethings of a paper-ish material in her hand. After knocking, she flipped through the somethings as she waited. Heh.

Chad answered the door with a cup of delicious green tea in his hand. "Bonjouur," he answered happily, taking a quick sip. "How may I help you? I just boiled a pot of water...would you like some tea? I have hot chocolate powder, too, if you prefer."

Bonjour?

"Uhm... Hello!" Ellie greeted. She'd decided to ignore the 'bonjour', whatever that was supposed to mean.

She made to move inside his cute little hut, taking in all his whose-its and whats-its, "I-" Oh tea? No, no, wait...chocolate?! "Hot chocolate sounds good." It always sounded good. Even if it were 100 degrees outside, hot chocolate would be idealll.

Anyway, as she was saying, "I brought you these." Ellie held out the stack of pictures she'd taken at the museum for him. They were just of skeletons and models mostly. And those few of Stryker with the T Rex were definitely in there. Those were the only ones moving, as well, seeing as the skeletons were not alive.

Chad moved out of her way as she moved into his hut. "One hot chocolate coming up," he smiled, closing the door behind her and then moving back into his little kitchenette. "Would you like some marshmallows as well?" Waiting for an answer, he brought the prepared hot chocolate over to her and carried a bag of marshmallows in his other hand. If she wanted some, she was more than welcome. If not, well..he would nibble on them.

"You brought me pictures??" Aaaaaw. *wiggle* "That was very kind of you, Mademoiselle. You enjoyed the museum, yes?"

Heh.

GASP.

"You have MARSHMALLOWS?!!" Ellie was impressed. He had it MADE out here. Even the house elves forgot the marshmallows sometimes. Yes, yes we want marshmallows.

She BEAMED up at him as she took the chocolate.

Wait..Mademoiselle? "I'm Ellie." He'd obviously not known that, or he wouldn't have mistaken her for...made-whatever. Ellie was much less of a mouthfull anyway. "And of course." She had, like, tons of copies of those pictures. She was pretty sure her dad had had a liiiittle too much fun developing them.

"Best class ever." Totally. Even if Saylen was teaching it.

"I have MARSHMALLOWS!" he repeated, except a little louder and little more excited this time. Complete with a HUZZAH! arm raise. And celebratory wiggle.

As Chad handed her the marshmallows, he gave a chuckle at her facial expression after he'd called her Mademoiselle. "Mademoiselle is French for 'Miss'. But, it is nice to meet you, Ellie," he nodded.

He then turned his gaze down to the stack of photos and started to look through them. "It was a very good class," he agreed. "Thank you for the pictures. You did not have to." But she did, soo...

"Excited that school is nearing the end of the term?"

BEAM.

Marshmallows were the ultimate bestest friends of hot chocolate. Totally. Ellie took them and sprinkled them into the chocolate. And now she'd have to drink it before they melted into oblivion.

And he...he was laughing at her. Ellie put on one of her POUTS and eyed him until he spoke. Meanie. ...Or not. French, huh? He kinda sounded like Little Professor. But Little Professor wasn't French.

Was he?

...No. No.

She just nodded at the nice to meet you bit. She agreed. She thought.

BEAM.

She did have to. Cuz he was in some of them. And her Dad made a gazillion copies.

"No." She never did. "I hate it when things end." They should last forever. She was really bad at handling changes anyway.

No? Oh.

"Yes...things ending do tend to not be very nice. They downright suck, if I may say so," he grinned. "You should not worry over it, though. It will all start up again. There will be new things and new people to meet. New friends. New trips," he winked. "All sorts of fun stuff!" Yes! Fun stuff! New stuff! Good stuff.

No. Not nice at all. They DID suck. Ellie raised her eyes to look at Stryker. She liked him. He understood. Unlike SOME people.

Except...new stuff sucked too. Except for him. He was apparently new and she liked him. And Little Professor. Not all new people were great, though, like some that shall remain nameless Bishop.

New trips?! Ellie smiled at the thought of those. Was that a promise? It should be. She'd decided she liked trips.

"You're right." Overall, he was right. And she knew it. But even the new stuff didn't make the old stuff ending any better.

Chad gave a bit of a humble shrug. "I know I am. I am not just a pretty face, you know," he smirked, returning back to his kitchenette for his cup of tea. "No, but seriously, just roll with the punches, so to speak. May I suggest taking up yoga? Soothes the soul. At least...I think it does..."

Ellie laughed as she rolled her eyes. Pretty face? Mhm.

"Yoga?" cue more laughing. Whatever that was, it sounded hilarious. Not to mention the word alone was funny.

Chad grinned as he took a seat in his chair. "Yeah. It is some muggle sport that is used for relaxation and stuff." He shrugged. "Muggles are weird, I guess."

"Like Quidditch?" Quidditch relaxed her. Sometimes. When she played Beater. THAT was relaxing. And fun.

With her face mostly hidden by her curly locks of long hair, Sierra Greingoth hurried to the door of the groundskeeper's hut. Once at the top stair, she sort of edged up closer to the side of the hut, so as not to be seen by too many people, and then raised her hand to the door.

*knock knock knock*

She withdrew her hand and remained still and quiet, hidden away in the shadows, while she waited for a response.
