While you wait for your turn with the Headmaster, take a seat in one of the comfy couches scattered on either side of the gargoyles. If you're bored, he has thoughtfully provided you with several magazines about exceedingly boring Muggle subjects for your perusal. | |

Lexi had made her way down all the stairs and was DETERMINED to go ahead toward her common room, but she just didn't have it in her just yet. She was filthy from the FLOO and her shoes were starting to hurt her feet.
Plopping down on one of the seats she began to sniffle slightly and WISHED Salander would come FIND her. She was thinking toward him like WHOA. Hehehe. Perhaps she did't need to SHOUT for the enchanted parchment to tell him that she was in need of her Slytherin Prince. Clearing her throat she did say, "Salander... I am in the Headmaster's Seating area... come find me?" Perhaps no one would hear her talking to herself...

Simon walked down the gargoyle stairs to the seating area waiting below. He may been dismissed and told to leave the office but he could still linger a bit to make sure of things before he wandered off to the common room or wherever else he might head towards. Walking to a couch, the sixth year sat down on it with a sigh to see whoever followed and perhaps find out a thing or two about what had happened and would happen.

Smiling slightly she pulled her arm across her face trying to wipe the tears clean. " What a debacle, right?" she said in a small voice. She really wanted to get to the common room and grab some clean clothes and then have a shower, but it seemed SO far to walk.

Simon looked over as Lexi caught his attention, smiling back at the girl before nodding at her question. "Yeah, most definantly," he replied in agreement rubbing his head absently with the back of his hand. "Now if only it had happened earlier we could have had an excuse not to go to London in the first place," he mused with a chuckle trying to lighten the mood a little.

Lexi gave a little snort of laughter and shook her head. "I don't find it a coincidence that as soon as we all left the wards failed and Muggles got in. But then again... I tend to think everything is a conspiracy though," she said with a slight shrug of her shoulders as she finally pushed herself up from the sofa. "Wanna walk with me back to the Common Room?" she asked as she held out a hand to help him up. She needed the company and Simon was aces anyway. Win, win.

Way to close a call for meer coincidence," Simon remarked, glad to hear her usual laughter despite it all. "Sure," he said accepting her offered hand and getting up himself to his feet.
