"I sincerely doubt Mr. Gevrik is unaware of anything going on at Hogwarts right now," Tate responded quietly as he settled back in his chair. He looked at the boy for a long moment, wondering whether the loss of his radio in the face of certain exposure was going to be an issue. Hopefully not.

"And did anyone perform magic in front of these Muggles?"

Ronnie knocked on the door and entered behind Mike. She was a little late to the party, but she needed to be here. She was part of this too, she saw the muggles and everything that went on. She wasn't going to let Mike go down for giving them the radio. "Professor...." Ronnie started but saw that Mike had alread given the story. She would just wait now and see what else was going to happen to them. "I was there too Professor." Ronnie said, hoping that if they got punished at the very least, Mike wouldn't go down alone.

"Well, it stands to reason that if they were Muggles, they couldn't be in Hogsmeade. If they WERE Muggles... and they were in Hogsmeade... well. I would have to do some research into that. Having a car isn't definitive proof. There are magical means of running mechanical items," Tate shrugged, blinking in surprise as a girl suddenly appeared in the doorway behind the young boy.

"Sir it is my fault on the radio it was mine and the guy took it from me twice,I thought I was out of of his reach but .... not wanting go in to things that the headmaster didnt want to know about "Sir would any one try and test you by testing us ?" that was the the biggest thing that had some one set them up to make the school look bad.

Ronnie looked at Mike...they had talked about this in the common room, but she didn't know he was going to bring it up in front of the Headmaster. Would the Headmaster find them crazy? "Could the boundries of Hogsmeade be faultering?" Ronnie asked not sure how that actually worked or if there even was boundries placed around it like there was at Hogwarts. So many questions, so few answers.

Yup. They were still talking about the radio, so the boy was obviously concerned about its disappearance. Not that they could do anything about it at this point.

"That isn't really the way they work," Tate mumbled.

"Not..." He wanted to say it wasn't likely, but if there were Muggles, then something wasn't working as it should. "Not on their own," he finished.

"I appreciate you coming all this way to tell me about what you witnessed in the village. I'll do some research and figure out what's going on. You don't need to worry over this. Above all else, you're safe at Hogwarts."

"Thank you Professor." Ronnie said not sure what else to say, were they being dismissed from his office? She didn't get the all the answers she was looking for. "Is some one messing with the boundries?" Ronning blurted out, she wasn't going to ask, it seemed like the Headmaster didn't want to talk about it much anymore, but she couldn't help it. She was curious...or nosy...one of the two, but either way she couldn't leave with out asking.

Nodding and stepping back to stand next to Ronnie " Sir I am sorry bout the radio,Ronnie ,Sierria and the outhers were doing fine it was my fault that it got taken,I guess I didnt quiet get it in class and underestimated the capeabilites of the outher guy. " looking at the pitchure of the wizard behind his desk that looked like he was knitting a pair of woollen socks.Mikey waited hopeing Ronnie would not say somthing and get herself into trouble with him.

"As I said, I'll do some research now that I'm aware of the issue," Tate raised a quizzical eyebrow. Asking a question louder didn't change the answer.

"The radio is gone, kid. Just let it go." Tate stood suddenly, towering over at both of them. "But I'm sure you did the best that you could, considering the absolutely unexpected nature of what occurred, but I assure you... I will find out what's going on. You can tell those who helped you in the village not to be concerned. At all."

cool that was it no wand snapping ,no sitting in the dock while being yell at bout revealing the magical way of life " Yes sir,and thanks " turning to exit trying to see if Ronnie was behind him he heads for the door

Ellie noticed two people leave the Headmaster's office and took that as a sign that it was her turn. She made her way to his office door and knocked firmly on his door. She'd never met Tate before, but he seemed like a nice guy. Ellie waited patiently for the Headmaster's response.

Ronnie wanted to respond again. The headmaster hadn't really given them any answers, and Ronnie wanted to know what was going on. But then he stood up. He looked much taller in person..."Yes sir." Ronnie responded following Mike out of the Headmaster's office with one last look at him. She hoped her eyes said she hadn't forgotten about any of it.

Tate waited as the two students left, and he was surprised as a Ravenclaw appeared in the doorway. They were ALL so sneaky. "Come in, come in," Tate gestured for her to take the chair across from his desk even as he reseated himself.

"What can I do for you?"

Owls, as a whole, can be very good at being silence. Their wings are built in such a way that flight is soundless, their beats unheard as they approach their prey. Their hoots are quiet, muted even, to avoid attention.

Herjenmie was really not a normal owl.

He did not often opt for silence; in fact, as he arrived at the castle, he'd let out a few loud hoots on his way through the courtyard, just so the few students there would realise he was present. After all, one did not get treats by being silent, did they?! (Herjenmie also staunchly ignored the fact that other owls seemed to do fine on the treat front without being loud.) As he swooped through the window, he stretched out one leg and tapped his talons against the window.

It was only polite to knock before entering, wasn't it.

Wings spread wide, making him possibly appear to be quite the intimidating, large creature, Herjenmie approached the desk, not immediately folding his wings upon landing and instead choosing to flail them about a bit before tucking them against his body. Head cocked, he stared at the headmaster dude for a moment, big eyes thoughtful.

Hop. Hophop. He moved closer to the man, spreading his wings a little again when he held up his leg with the letter attached. Wobbling, he ended up hopping back a step or two on the desk, knocking things askew as he flopped onto his back and flailed around momentarily to right himself.

Herjenmie had bad balance after long flights.

Tate sighed... another owl. ANOTHER. OWL. Someone was torturing him, and he had a pretty good idea who it was. With a growl, he ripped the note free from the poor bird, taking in the gist of the message in a moment's glance.

... not following the curriculum... serious misconduct... you will be held accountable... will arrive shortly.

SIGH.

He chucked a biscuit at the owl before rising to his feet. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but it appears I have to ... be not here for a little while." It looked like a good time to go to a party, really.

Emily entered Professor Tates office. Once inside she allowed the muggle girl- Lucy to slump gently into one of the chairs. Then took a seat herself, and waited for Professor Vindictus.

Kyle climbed through the doors and took a seat in the far corner of the office, ready to give up her seat for anyone who needed one. She smiled over to Emily, and sighed.

Isobel followed the group in and sat down by Kyle. She wanted to ask what had happened in the broomshed, but this would be a totally inapropriate time to do so. She figured she'd find out in the course of the conversation. Judging by what had happened before, like at the Whomping Willow, it couldn't have been good. She looked toward the Deputy Headmaster. To be honest; he kind of scared her.

Jacob didn't sit with the witnesses or the muggles, he stood to one side of the table so he would be able to see the faces of both the the kids on one side and the Deputy Headmaster on the other. There was something about the whole situation that confused him really...

Why had the students only gone for Vindictus when they were in the broom shed? From what he'd heard was people saw them come through the front gate, and no one had the brains to go to a teacher? What did they think was going to happen... Just because they'd come in doesn't mean they could go out the same way. The protection on the school must have faultered slightly... So Why? Why had the students been silly? Why had the Protection failed? Where is Waldo? And Why exactly are We looking for a guy named Waldo?!

Vindictus finally entered Tate's office and noted the group of students who came. "I hope that everyone here can answer some questions that Headmaster Tate will ask once he arrives back at the school," he said as he walked over to an empty chair next to Jacob. He deposited the petrified and confunded teenage boy in the chair (sitting upright, of course), and gave Jacob a look that said 'watch him.'

"If you're here just to see what is going to happen, then I suggest you leave or risk upsetting the Headmaster."

So Tate was coming.... this would be interesting.

Emily looked around at her peers... this was a serious matter. She knew that she would be well equipped to help answer questions, she was after all there from the beginning.
"Professor I believe I was the first the see them enter the grounds, and have followed the whole ordeal." she said, adjusting her position in her seat- trying to get comfortable.

Tate was coming, this would be good - right? Good? She thought biting her lip.

Listening to what Emily had said she then looked over from Emily to Professor Vindictus, "Professor, I was there as well when Emily saw them." she admitted her voice awfully meak thiht then. After all she was still somewhat stressed from running around trying to get the needed Professors.

Since everyone was saying when they were there Isobel decided that she should too. "Professor, I was there a little after they first arrived, and at the Whomping Willow." She had missed the broomshed because she hadn't known where the heck they had gone. She probably would have found them eventually, but she had been talking to the two professors.
