Lucy was enjoying reading and drinking her orange juice, she had a lot to do this year with her friends in the classes and all in Hogwarts. She wanted Gryffindor to win the house cup. This time she was all prepared and ready.
There was a lot going on in her mind while reading, maybe she wasn't reading but think of many thing. She could not concentrate on one single thing.
She looked around to see if she could find her friends. She slightly got up from her seat and looked at a distance, but sadly she couldn't find anyone around. She sat down again drinking the orange juice.

Evan's mouth dropped open when Selina spoke to him in that manner. He opened his mouth to defend himself, and wanted to shout that nothing was happening between them and that she could stay. Really. He just thought Sophie was pretty, and that was it. Selina didn't have to leave, in fact, it would be better if she stayed. But, for some odd reason, because deep in his heart he did want to be alone with the Lion prefect even though he couldn't quite understand why, he couldn't defend himself and just said dreamily "Yeah, see you later..." Did people really think he and Sophie should be left alone? If so, this was a problem. He didn't want to be alone with her. Not in his logical side. He only wanted to patrol the deserted corridors and chat with her. No big deal... right?

Pondering that in his mind, he sighed as he watched the people and Sophie speak. He eyed his own table again, to see if anything was out of order. They were doing fine, it seemed. Just as it finally dawned on his that he was actually sitting at the GryffinDORK table, he suddenly heard his name mentioned in one of Sophie's replies with one of the firsties, and turned at that.

Aww... so she was unhappy with her sorting? He gave her a friendly smile as Sophie explained him the situation. Whispering a "Thanks!" back at her for being kind enough to let him talk to the girl, he turned towards the little unhappy soul in front of him.

"Hey there, Jamie," he greeted with a short wave. He didn't introduce himself again, Sophie had already done that pretty well. "Why are you so sad over it?" he asked softly. He wanted to kill those people who spread stupid rumours about his noble house. See what you got, an unhappy girl with her sorting.

"Don't you listen to rumours that we eat people. Pshh, all lies." He made a dismissive hand wave. "In fact, we've won the House Cup for the recent two years." Feeling any better because she was in a successful house? He hoped so. "And actually, there are many people you can get to know and grow to like very much over there." He gave a short nod. Having met almost all of the firsties in this last hour, he could tell all were bright kids. He hadn't met any annoying one, and that meant something, considering he found Gryffindors quite annoying. But that was another story, and probably not a wise thing to say now.

"Would you like to meet your fellow amazing friends?"

Rene walked up to te Gryffindor table. It was the closest to her table and she figured she need to spain her horizins and meet other students other thatn the ones she already knew. Walking up to the table everyone seemed busy in ther own little converstation. Turning to leave, this was a failed attempt if she could say so herself.

As she started to leave, she heard a girl say soething about Runes. That was her favorite class. She turned back and saw the girl "Hello Im Rene. Where you just talking about Runes. I love that class." She said

Arabella-Marie smiled at Rene and said "Yeah i love Runes myself just wish i could understand them a bit better"

Rene returned the smile. "Do you mind If I have a seat with you?" she asked pointing to the open spot next to the girl. "Im really good at Runes. I was with some of the top students in my class last year." she added not trying to make herself feel surpior. "Im a hufflepuff , this is my last year"

Arabella-Marie smiled at Rene and said "Sure go ahead, i don't mind at all and that is cool i wish i could be better at Runes some of the things still confuse me" Arabella-Marie added "I am Arabella by the way and im in my second year"

"Nice to meet you Arabella" she said extending her hand towards the girl. "What is your best subject? she asked

Arabella-Marie shook Rene's hand and said "Hmm i think my best subject would have to be History of Magic"

"OH...Not my best subject. Im terrible in that subject" she replied "That and Arithanc..Arithmanc..Artihimency. See I evne have a hard time saying it."

Arabella-Marie nodded and said "Yeah i just love anything about History and i have to say that Arithmancy is one of my worst subjects i can just never seem to get my head around it"

"So what do you like to do?" she said "I like to shop and dance"

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Well i like to watch and play qudditch and i like to caht to my friends"

Phew! The lessons weren't as bad as everyone said they were. Now that was a relief. And some of them were even funny? Well, flying was always fun that was for sure. Alex smiled at her before she mentioned homework. Oh no, just noo. His face instantly dropped at the mention of it. Gr, homework could just... Disappear oh yes it could. Humph. "Well I'm with you on that one... Does it take up a lot of time?" he asked slightly worried. He would still have time to hang out with his friends and fly though, right? Right?! Panic.

"That's what friends do." he shrugged with a smile, and it seemed like they could be great friends. He would have to spend a lot of time by the sidelines when the try outs were up. Because he would have to cheer on all his friends, yes he would. "How do you know you have no chance?" he asked slightly surprised. She should just go for it. Then he grinned. "Don't worry about other Slytherins? Now that is a sentence that is just a big fat lie." he laughed. People should always worry about Slytherins, even if he hated the prejudices against his own house. *squishes the green-ness*

Oh chicken, so very tasty oh so tasty! *Om nom nom* Heh. "Better than usual?" he asked glancing down at his chicken. Did it usually look bad? Cue suspicious look at the chicken. Baad chicken.

Aha! Another friendly face by the table red. Alex smiled at the small girl. He chuckled a little when he heard her talking to herself. "Not anything like you I believe." he grinned at her, well because she was in her second year now. Yup, yup, yuppers. "Hi Heather." He hadn't seen her since The Slytherin Queens little partay. "Good to be back?"

"Are you going to try out for your team?" she asked it would be wierd because if they became friends then they would have to compete againist each other if she made the team.

Arabella-Marie nodded at Rene and said "Yeah i am going to tryout for the Gryffindor team, are you going to be trying out for the Hufflepuff team"

Willow passed the Gryffindor table as she went to Ravenclaw.
She was just looking at the different people when a foot came under hers and she went flying and knocked over two Gryffindors.
"Dammit!" Cried Willow. "I'm so sorry!"

"yeah ive been practicing all summer" she said Thinking about all that time would be wasted if she didnt make the team

Chloe entered the hall hoping she may find someone she knew at the Gryffindor table. She looked around and caught sight of her freind Lucy sitting all alone. She walked over to her and sat down and asked, "Hey Lucy. How was your summer?". And then proceeded to put some food on her plate from the table.

Arabella-Marie grinned and said "Your not the only one who has been practicing all summer, i am determined to make it onto the Gryffindor team" Arabella-Marie would be embrassed if all of her hard work paid off for nothing

"We should get together and maybe practice before tryouts If you want." she said "Its not like it couldnt help"

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah i would like that Rene, i have a lot to do the past few days before the train left and i have not had time to practice"

"OKay" She said that had worked now she didnt have to proactice alone in the afternoon. "So what type of broom do you have?"

Arabella-Marie smiled at Rene and said "I have the latest model of the firebolt"

''Depends,somtimes you can do homework pretty fast,but sometimes you have to focuse and do it much longer. I know,it sucks.'' when she saw his face expression,it made her laugh. ''Dude,you are damn funny! I like you! And ofc,there is time for friends,always.''she winked.

''It's just when I see all those kids,and i see how confident they are, it just makes me nervous and scared and I quickly give up. I mean, I still want to try,but I have that feeling it just won't be good enough.''she said and looked down on the floor. She was being really honest with him,and yes,they can be fantastic friends. ''Well,if you say so. But I think you are better than most of Slytherins out there. Really. You should worry about Gryffindors! Lions are the ones that you have to be afraid of.'' he cheered her up really fast. And that's good. She laughed again,along with him.


''Hahha you are so silly! No,the chicken is fine! When I was younger I didn't used to like chicken at all. But then,this summer,when I went out,I tried the chicken again,and was pretty surprised how great was it. And now I am eating it again and it tastes better than the one I tried this summer. Oh,you can trust the Hogwarts food. I suppose.''she giggled. ''Thanks for telling me to try it!'' she smiled widely. She enjoyed eating her chicken and salad.

Awww Jacky was soo cute, really.She always made Fee smile.Cutie pie.Total cutie pie."I missed you too",she smiled hugging her friend back.Even though they had seen eachother back in Diagon Alley,the blonde was glad to be back at Hogwarts and see her a lot more.Hogwarts reunited them. "Ohh with Alex?",the girl chuckled,"so how come you know my best friend?"It was kinda funny how huge yet so small Hogwarts was. "I knoow where ahve ypu been all the time?",the Slythie asked her friend.Weird how so many people seemed as if they had hidden somewhere."Ohh your fave pie?",the blonde asked curious",what is it?"Smelling the food made the girl hungry too, the headmaster should better hurry with his speech.

"You are welcome Selina",Fee smiled hugging her friend,"now the party can begin."Sadly Sel wouldnt be able to be at the famous Slytherin common room parties.That was a pity.But then again, Fee could always male something up for all of them. How sad they didnt know eachother before summer, Freya's,Cass' and her party at the Ice cream parlor had been insanly cool."And you got into the house you wanted, i am soo proud."Nothing better than that, really.

Ohhh Selina really seemed to have a Quidditch family.They all seemed so talented, how cool was that?!"Ohhh already practised with Adam?",the blonde asked.Even though he would never admit it, wasnt Adam afraid of heights just a little? Hehe."I really want to get into the team",she nodded,"but then again how embarrassing would it be if i wouldnt make it at the try outs?"Noot good at all.But there was no one she would chicken out. Not Feenella Schwarzberg."Iam sure you will make it",the girl winked at her friend.Oh, they would play against eahother then.Fun times.


Mhh what was her fave class here?nThere were many coo, subjects, some of them were just stupid.But every school had usless subjects,right?!"I would say Ancient runes and Divination",the blonde told Selina,"even though there are a lot of insanlel good ones."DADA and Charms for example, or Transfiguaration or Flying.Except COMC and Herbology Fee liked every subject. Well potions...ermm.. that was Lafay's fault.
