"If you don't like him then can you talk to your parents about it?" Nika couldn't imagine having to be forced to marry someone. "Follow your heart it knows best. If you don't like the guy then you shouldn't gave to marry him." Nika tried to give her own piece of advice. "My motto is to follow your heart." Nika gave Halle a smile. Hopefully she wouldn't have to marry the guy in the end. "I love helping."

Nika gave the girl a warm smile, "Hey Fiona." She loved making new friends. "Hmm Maybe. I'm not a very observant person to tell you the truth so I wouldn't know." Nika laughed at her flaw.

Nika looked over and saw Selina coming into the Dormitory. "Oh heyy Selina-" Nika stopped herself when she noticed how tired the poor girl looked.

"My parents died when I was en and brother doesn't know how to break it off. He thought maybe moving to London would stop them, but they still want the marriage. The good thing is he doesn't like in that way either, we rather be friends." Halle said. A sad smile appeared on her lips. "I'm trying to follow my heart, but sometimes it's just not that simple." Halle said. "Thanks so much! You're a good friend you know that?" Halle asked.

Selina picked her head from her bed and looked at Nika, "Hey there. What's up?"

"Yeah I know what you mean. It's tough, but just stay true to yourself." Nika's face lit up, "Really? I'm a good friend?" Nika smiled at Halle. That made her feel good. Nika had trouble making friends at her primary school because a lot of kids thought she was weird. "You don't know how much that means to me Halle. And you are a great friend too!"

Nika looked at Selina with a smile, "Oh nothing really. My birthday is coming up soon! And I'm excited, but other than that nothing really." Nika raised her eyebrows and looked at Selina and realization hit her, "Let me guess Quidditch? Is that why you are worn out?" Nika stretched out her arms and yawned. "I think your tiredness is contagious."

Alicia had been quite for a while. Her energy level seemed to have dropped into 20 percents. Of course, she had been roaming around the castle the entire day, jumping here and there and playing tag with Nika at the lake. She fell asleep immediately while she was actually having conversations with Nika and Halle, her new friend. She was just too comfy laying down on her bed. Her body twitched and her eyelids fluttered. Her face turned slightly paler and a terrified look appeared on her face in all of sudden. Yet, she still couldn't escape herself from this bad dream she was encountering now.

Nika looked over at Ally. "Ally? HE-LLO???? ALLY? EARTH TO ALLY!" Nika waved her hand frantically in front of Ally's face. "She isn't dead is she?" Nika was confused, a moment ago Ally had been talking with her and Halle and now she is lying on her bed with her eyes closed. "Oh Ally please don't be dead! PLEASE!"

Alicia's eyes stayed closed, but she started mumbling. "noooo stay away from me.. you disgusting little creature!!!!" her voice was shaking terribly. She jiggled both her legs and arms as hard as she could, like she was trying rescuing herself from something "get off me. get off me!!" Tears suddenly streamed down on her face. Yet, she wasn't able to hear Nika at all.

"Thanks, Nika." Halle said smiling. Somehow this girl made her smile no matter what. "Of course your a good friend! You're such a kind and caring person, I mean you just helped me devise a plan as to how to get out of that marriage. And now you're going to help spread the word about the art club, only a true friend would do that and I have only just met you!" Halle said smiling. "Thank you too, everybody used to not like me until they all found out I went to an 'exclusive rich kid' boarding school." Halle said smirking. People are so petty.




Halle saw Alicia twitching in her sleep. "Alicia are you ok?" Halle asked, worried.

Zoe walked into the dorm and sat down on her bed because there just wasn't anything else to do. She barely knew any Gryffindors... Why was is so hard for her to make some friends?

"Oh fine then. I was only trying to see if your awake that's all." Nika stumbled backwards. Gee what's up with her. Nika frowned when Ally spoke again, "What? I'm not even on you. If you would even care to open your eyes you would see that I'm standing a good foot away from you. Why so angry with me all of the sudden Ally? I didn't do anything."Nika was confused. Why does Ally hate me all of the sudden?

Nika felt all warm and tingly when Halle told her how good of a friend she was. "It's okay I never really had that many friends either." She looked around and then turned back to Halle with her voice lowered, "To tell you the truth my only friends were my imaginary ones." Nika laughed at her own patheticness. "They all thought I was weird." Nika laughed again, "But I would have to agree that I am." Nika looked at Halle with all seriousness, "I don't really care though. Being normal is overrated anyways."

Nika looked over and saw another girl walk into the room. "Hi!" Nika waved energetically. She gave the girl a friendly smile, perhaps too friendly of a smile. "I'm Nika!"

"Hey Nika, I'm Zoe!" Zoe was really happy someone finally talked to her. "Nice to meet you! You're the first Gryffindor I meet", she laughed.

Halle smiled a bit and lowered her voice too, "That's alright it was the same with me for a long time, my brother thought I was metal for a bit but then he figured out I didn't have very many friends." Halle smiled. "Everyone's weird. Weird equals normal, if your not weird then your just......there." Halle said laughing.

Elyon cartweeled into the Gryffindor common room, done with all of her homework. She pulled out her book Catcher in the Rye, and began to lose herself into the novel, despite how large it was. She didn't bother to see who was in the room, she only had about two friends anyway, two friends whom she had not seen in a long time. Adam and Selina had seemed to disappear, and she missed them dearly. Now she just spent all of her days reading or studying, occasionally speaking with her older brother Christopher. Sometimes, she thought he was her only friend. She shook the thought out of her mind and kept on reading. Books were her friends too!

Selina snuggled under her blankets and tossed and turned while she slept. Her dreams began to take full form. She was walking down a corridor and everyone around her was moving in slow motion. The corridor seemed familiar like the hallway to her mother's office at the Ministry. Then suddenly the hallway went completely still. The once slow motion figures ceased to move and they began to disappear one by one.

One after another disappeared until Selina was left alone, "Hello?" She called out. She was only returned with silence.

"Hello?" Again no one responded.

"Bloody hell," at that a door swung open at the other end of the hallway. Selina walked toward it and hesitated at the entrance. What was on the other side. Taking a deep breath Selina picked up her foot and put in the doorway.

Suddenly she was on the Pitch. It was a newly trimmed Pitch and Selina could hear the chants of the crowd around her. She wanted to turn and bask in her glory. When she turned around her eyes were met with a pair of older eyes. The older student looked down at her with his hands at his hips. Simon was just standing there looking at her disapprovingly.

"Did I do something wrong, Captain?" He eerily pointed to the scoreboard. The blue eyes looked at the board and saw that they had lost to Slytherin.

"No! This wasn't my fault! It wasn't my fault!" But it was too late. Her team mates began to crowd around her and grab for her. "No, No I SWEAR!!!"

Suddenly Selina awoke with a jolt at a thud in the Dormitory. "AHH!" She looked over to see the thud was created by a cartwheel. "Elyie you frightened me."

Elyon was absorbed in her book, she hadn't heard Selina's screams. "Oh, hello Selina! I haven't seen you in so long!" She smiled up at her friend, though a bit puzzled by the look on her face. "Selina, I must've really surprised you, because you look very scared. Have you seen a ghost? They're not very scary though, I think they're very kind...." Elyon kept rambling on, still not really sure why Selina was so panick stricken.

Elyie continued to talk on as Selina readjusted to the land of the waken. She was so shaken up by her dream. The loss to Slytherin was quite a blow, but she had made a decision to work harder and win the cup next year. However, she was finding it hard to concentrate to Elyie talking when she was so stirred by her dream.

"Uh-huh. Yeah I would love to go and help you with Charms homework." Selina replied.

Elyon stopped talking abruptly. She looked up at the red head and giggled. "Oh Sely! I was talking about how the Fat Friar should be appreciated as a ghost more, not Charms homework! I'm done with mine though. Why are so off?" She gasped and her eyes widened. "Did Nargles get to you?" she said in all seriousness. She lifted up her cork necklace and said, "I always wear this so that they won't make my own brain fuzzy. I got one for Christopher for his birthday, he's very glad he got one. I make one for you too, if you'd like!" Elyon smiled. She liked making these necklaces.

Selina realizing what she had said began to giggle, "Sorry, Elyie. I'm just a little out of it. You see I just have been having these dreams lately... about Quidditch. I mean everyone in this ruddy house knows how much I love the sport. And we lost the chance to compete in the Cup. I can't help but feel like part of it is my fault. You see I'm the youngest on the team and maybe my age makes me a worse player than everyone else." Exasperated Selina continued, "Oh I don't know! I just want to prove that I can do it, but maybe I can't."

"Oh, Sely. You work too hard! And you're too hard on yourself as well. If you really think it's your fault, keep practicing! There's no reason to fret over it now. It's already done. Just think, now you can be free! It's done and over! I don't know why you'd linger on the past, Sely, that just causes stress and guilt." Elyon giggled. Sely was so silly sometimes!

"You don't understand. My Dad plays Quidditch for a living. It's like I need to be good at Quidditch and I love it so why shouldn't I be. Everything I do in this school is to set myself up to play Quidditch professionally. If I don't have Quidditch I have nothing..."

"Sely, that is the silliest thing I have ever heard! You can love Quidditch and still have time to practice, because if you don't, you won't get any better! That's like me saying, 'My dad has cancer, so I'll be a disappointment to him if I don't consume enough carcinogens and die.' That's just silly! He'll love you no matter what you do in life, can't you see that? Anyway, you're eleven! You don't have to be a star player just yet!" Seriously, Sely put way to much stress on herself, no wonder she wasn't having sound dreams! Maybe Elyon should make her a dream catcher too....

"Elyie my Dad is Jake Skylar. I don't know if you follow Quidditch at all, but that's a big deal. I know in my heart that he will love me no matter what I do, but don't you see where my stress comes from? There is a place in my heart that knows he will be proud regardless, but the other part of my heart knows that I need to be better to even have people look at me with my last name being what it is."

Elyon cocked her head to the side, very confused. "Who's Jake Skylar?" Her dad was Ezra James, but that didn't have anything to do with their conversation! "No offense Selina, but that's kind of rude of people to only look at you for what your last name is, which wouldn't make sense if they did, anyway. So be yourself, and just do the best you can. Who knows, maybe you'll turn out to be something fun like a Hogsmeade shop owner, or a Ministry worker, ooh! Or a teacher at Hogwarts!" That'd be fun! Elyon herself wanted to be a doctor at St. Mungo's; helping people was her thing, though Selina was more of a Quidditch player than any of the jobs she listed.

"He's a... you know nevermind," It was nice to talk to someone who didn't know who her father was. Every time she talked to people about her father the conversation never ended pleasantly for Selina. It was autograph this, tickets to the Cup that. Selina's own identity was always left in the dust.

"Yeah, I guess that would be fun. What do you want to do?"

"Hmmm, okay then! My dad's a history teacher, but he teaches Muggle teenagers, not wizards and witches," Elyon giggled. She hoped Selina knew what that was, because if not, they'd both be confused about their father's occupations.

"I want to be a doctor at St. Mungo's! I love to help people, animals, the environment, or anything, really!" Elyon smiled brightly at her friend, her electric blue eyes sparkling. "But we can never know what will really happen, unless one of us can tell the future!" The tiny Gryffindor laughed, wishing one of them could.
