"I'm fine thank you. I like the name Raven by the way. So your a first year too?" Avery asked interested.

Avery laughed. " I wish i could be like a cat. They are so lazy." She sighed.
" I'm sorry about your father running away but your lucky you have a sister and a mother. I am an only child."
"So tell me about Gunsmoke!" Avery nodded wanting to learn more.

"Really, thank to you by liking nick. Yeah I'm first year too" Raven answer.

Avery looks an interesting girl, and of course, she and me are both gryff, we're maybe become a friend. interesting, "so, hows study, Avery, mine is suck, most of the classes I been loss" Raven ask

"I really hope that Gryffindor will win!" Nika said smiling! "I am going to try my hardest to get house points! And cheer our Quidditch team on!" Nika was ready to do all she could to help Gryffindor win. Plus it being Rex's last year here it would be nice for his team to win. "So, other than classes and homework are there any other ways to earn points?"



"So did your sister graduate already? It must be nice to have someone to tell you all about Hogwarts, that way you are prepared for everything." Nika sighed she wished that she had someone to share her experiences with.

"I actually don't really know much about the classes, but my friend Rex told me a little about divination. Sounds like a fun class, but I don't think I would do too well in it." Nika shrugged, "So did your sister tell you about any of the classes? Which class do you think you would like the best?" Nika really liked Emily and was enjoying talking to her. It was nice having someone to talk to about their new school.

Witsy made it back to common room after what seemed like a long day. Her classes were fun enough but this break seemed heavenly right now. Her hair, usually up, was now a mess hanging over her shoulders. She walked straight to the fire and would have kept going if the fire wasn't so hot. She took off her tie and dropped her books and collapsed on the floor. After several minutes she looked around to see if anyone was doing homework yet, thinking if they're not, well then I don't feel as bad.

Looking across the room she spots Rex. Kind of moving towards his direction she didn't want to intrude and was too tired to ask permission to join them she just dropped to the floor and sat legs crossed."Jacqueline slept the night. No dreams from the looks of it. I woke up several times half worrying half because I was having nightmares, but she slept through the night. How are you?" She was ready to listen to anything and be with the comfort of friends for a while.


Feeling rude, given she was exhausted, after she probably interrupted her conversation with Rex she looked over to a young girl,"Allo, how are you? I'm guessing this is your first year... I can't recall seeing you before?" Witsy couldn't help but stop and say hi, she seemed friendly. "How's your first day been?"

Avery smiled " I'm sorry they suck. Mine are... good I guess. I hate arthimacy. I have never been good at math. How about you?" Avery asked. He seemed nice for what It's worth hopefully they would get to know each other better. " What is your favorite subject? I mean er do you have any pets." Avery sighed. She was not so stable on first conversations.

" You do not seem the lazy type" Rex told Avery." Yes, I am happy to have a mother, a sister and just found out about a cousin, roo" Rex said to Avery.
" Gunsmoke had a Marshall with last name Dillon, a dancd hall girl, also head of the bar, Kitty,who like Marshall Dillon, Doc, guess what he did and Festus who had been the deputy' Rex explained to Avery. Rex will tell her more later.

" You are a true blue, make that red and gold Gryffindor" Rex told Nika." I knw you will do yoru best in classrs, homework and cherring on our Quiddich team" Rex said to Nika."Well, you can help the professors in their classes or offices plus look out for games that all the houses play" Rex explained to Nika.

Ruby slumped into the common room and plopped down on an empty couch. Within seconds of sitting down, she felt like the couch was trying to...eat her. Or so it seemed because she suddenly felt claustrophobic.
"Stupid, squishy couch," She murmured and pushed herself up a bit. Now she could survey her surroundings and make sure no one was staring. Because staring was rude and she would punch the first person who stared at her. 'Actually, she'd punch anyone who'd stare at her', she thought afterwards.
Her gaze turned to the fire that lit up the common room and suddenly she felt claustrophobic again, even though the couch wasn't eating her anymore.
"Why is everything so red in here?!" She thought. Snorting, she rested her head on the armrest and closed her eyes. But she wasn't sleeping.

Sep walked into the common room and scanned it with his deep brown eyes. Adam was nowhere in sight. But he had to come back sooner or later and when he did, he too would discover that Septimus Galen and Adam Burn were indeed brothers. He sat down on one of the squashy sofas and held an old letter in his hand. He watched the door, waiting for Adam. It was going to be great seeing Adam’s reaction when he was shown the letter.

Adam gave the portrait it's password and when it opened up, he bent over low and walked in. In the far corner he could see Septimus holding something in his hand.Hoping that his black robes and red hair , Adam crawled on the ground and tried to make his way over to the stairs into the sleeping dorms.
"Ouch!"Adam said, as he accidentally hit a tables leg.

“Adam!” Sep said, seeing his brother on the floor. OK, random! He crouched on the floor next to him. “Adam, I know you don’t believe me now, but trust me, we are brothers! Look, I even have something to prove it! It’s a letter my mum sent me years ago, but I never read it, seeing as I couldn’t read yet. But I just did, and I seriously think you should, too.” He handed Adam the letter clutched in his hand.

Dearest Septimus,

I know it’s been years since we talked, but I want you to know something. Please don’t show it to your father. I really don’t want him to know about Adam. But you have a right to know.
You see, soon before I left you I met another man. (I won’t mention his name.) I married him and had a son, Adam Burn, just a year or two older than you are. He is your half-brother and looks a bit like you. He is only a few years old now. I hope that one day you boys can meet. But if you can, please don’t let your father know. At least not until I feel comfortable seeing him again. I’m just… not ready for that kind of drama. That’s why I left. There’s far too much drama in being with your father.
But anyway, please won’t you keep a secret for your mum? I can tell right now that Adam is going to be such a nice person. If you ever meet him, which I truly hope that you do, perhaps we may be reunited as well.
Like I said, you had a right to know. And now you do. I think you and Adam will get along quite nicely. You are brothers, after all.

Adam took the letter and read it , at least twice just to be sure of himself and Septimus' evidence.Grimacing a little , Adam didn't want to hurt Septimus, the kid was just too energetic and overjoyed that he may have found his older long lost brother.

"Septimus.."Adam started out quietly in a gentle voice."Although it can be a tad true...there are many Adam's in this world. And i may look like your mum, but I find that a coinincidence."Adam said , giving Sep a weird smile."I'll ask my mom something..."

Witsy was started to doze off-couldn't keep her eyes open. "I'm going to bed, goodnight, I'll talk to you in class tomorrow." Witsy wished she could float to her room that way she didn't have to walk. Knowing her, though, she would end up outside the castle's walls and end up in the lake. She got to what felt like her feet and climbed the stairs.

Septimus was getting frustrated now. Yes, he did prove a point that there was plenty of Adams. But he said he’d owl his mum about it. That meant Adam was giving in just a bit. “Good,” he said. “Can I come? Say, later in the owlery?”

Raven smile like him Avery is like talking, "Yeah, I have Owl --named Aguiluz --he's on the Owlery" he say. Favorite subject Raven paused he think of D.A.D.A., yes it is, not boring subject. "I fill comfortable in the Defense against the Dark Arts, love it" he say at least. Hated or not very like subject the think Divination he shouldn't sure though. he never mention it.
"All classes is dominated by upper year", he commentary mention

Adam shook his head. So it was a bit rude, denying his maybe brother to not be in attendence when Adam would visit his mother, but he wanted to do this smartly and there was only one person who would understand.
"I will Owl her- my mum.But Septimus I want to be rational...I want my best friend to be there with me...I'll bring back the return letter. But I want to do this with her..."He said leaving his words to hang.

After a nice, warm dinner at the Great Hall, Braeden was ready to plop down on one of the armchairs by the fire in the common room and let his feet rest, which still ached slightly from all the wandering he had done around the school grounds all of that afternoon.

D'awww, the common room was so warm and cozy that night. Pulling out his wand, Braeden conjured up a bag of marshmallows and plopped down onto the nearest couch, right in front of the fire. Since there were barely any other people in the common room, he pulled his legs up onto the couch and laid there like he owned the place, resting his back against the armrest. Mmmmm, this was the life. No homework to get done, no boring books to read, nothing to do but lay down and stuff his face with marshmallows. Braeden was liking his sixth year at Hogwarts so far.

Using his wand, the boy picked up one of the marshmallows from the bag and allowed it to hover in the air. He pulled back his wand slightly and, with another wave, tried to send it off to the fire.
Keyword being tried.

Sadly, Brae had never been very good with his wand, even performing the simplest of tasks. Instead of sending his marshmallow off to the fireplace, he accidentally sent it a little too far to the right, causing it to hit the head of a sleeping redhead resting in one of the armchairs by the fire instead. Ooops.

Eyes wide as saucers, Braeden watched the girl, waiting for a reaction but hoping dearly she had been too deep asleep to feel that. Please be asleep, please be asleep, please be asleep!

Septimus understood wanting his friend to be there. True, he was disappointed, but didn't want to push Adam and upset him further. "All right, then," he said. "Just out of curiosity, who is your friend?"

There was no way Ruby could fall asleep with the room being so hot with that darned fire but she pretended to be asleep anyway. That is, until something small hit her head.
Jerking her eyes open, Ruby sat up so fast that the couch creaked. She looked down to find a marshmallow, laying on the carpet of the common room. Someone was throwing MARSHMALLOWS at her?! This was worse than staring!
Quickly, Ruby looked up and scanned the room for the culprit. At once, she noticed a boy staring at her (so now he would get punched, too), his eyes full of fear. Ruby narrowed her eyes at him, reached down to pick up the marshmallow and then walked over to him.
He was sprawled on the sofa as if he were a king but apparently he didn't know where his mouth was for he had hit her instead. Brandishing the marshmallow at him, she glared.
"Think it's funny, don't you, throwing food at people?" She said dangerously.

"Second year Gryffindor. Kurumi Hollingberry...You aren't gonna start to bother her also, are you? She has a lot on her plate-well I think she does."Adam smiled.

Septimus gave a light chuckle. "I don't bother people unless I'm under the impression they're my long lost older brother." He smirked. "But I think I might know Kurumi... yeah, but I haven't really seen her since the Start of Term feast. Anyway, sorry if I've made you uncomfortable with this brother thing," he said, standing and pulling Adam up with him. "But you will tell me what your mum writes back?"

Braeden watched with wide, horrified eyes as the girl - who now resembled a lion on the hunt - sat up at the speed of light, her eyes opening in a way that let him know she had not been asleep at all. And which gave him the impression that she was ready to kill.

As the fiery redhead made her way over to him, Braeden had to try his best not to get up and jump out the nearest window. Instead, he quickly shoved his bag of marshmallows between the cushions of the couch, where she would never see them and therefore never find any relation between him and the marshmallow that had hit her.

"I... have no idea what you're talking about," said Braeden innocently in response to the lioness's question. Throwing food? What food? He didn't even have any food on him! "I've never seen that marshmallow before in my life, I swear," he quickly added, a little too desperately to really give off the impression that he was innocent. But GAH. This girl scared him.

Cautiously, Braeden looked around the common room just to make sure there were witnesses around, in case the lion-like girl decided to, y'know, kill him.

"Yeah we'll we're usually hanging out- so we are all over the place.Adam said of his and Kurumi's 'friendship'.
"A bit. A bit."Adam said in a rushed comical voice.
"Of course I will...Anything for my little....Gryffindor Lion friend."Adam rather said instead of brother, he just couldn't yet.

She stared at him hard and then reached past him, digging into the couch. Sure enough, there was a bag of marshmallows which HE had hidden behind so as to give away any evidence of his game.
Ruby held the bag in front of his face and unclenched her jaw.
"Then how do you explain THIS?" She said, shaking the bag in his face. And then he was looking around the room, as if to get help or something. HA! He was on his own.
But then her brain hatched a brilliant plan. She quickly lost her lioness demeanor and sat down next to him. "I only wanted to see if you'd share them with me," She said in her most honey-dripping voice. Flashing him another smile, she offered him the bag. Wait for it, wait for it...

Nika turned around to find that a girl had started to talk to her. "Hi, I'm Nika! I'm very well, How about you?" She was very happy that someone else had decided to talk to her! Hogwarts was full of such friendly people. "Yeah, it is my first year actually. What year are you in?" Nika smiled at the girl, "My first day has been very good! I have met a lot of people and the day just keeps getting better!" Nika explained, she loved Hogwarts so much already and it was only the start of the term.

"I will defiantly keep my eye out for opportunities to earn house points!" Nika said cheerfully. She was in a very good mood today and was sure that it would continue as long as she was in Hogwarts with her new friends. "So Rex, what do you like to do here when you get bored?" Nika asked him.

Witsy felt warm inside, cheesy but true; everyone should have the right to have a good first day and meet new people. She smiled, "It's nice to meet you Nika. I am well, had a great day as well, tiring, but great." She nodded when she heard she was a first year, "that's cool... I see you've met Rex, quite a character he is." she gave a small laugh, "I recently just met him as well, and I'm a second year. He's really sweet. Where are you from?" She thought she add to get to know her more. She found Nika to be really likable.
