Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Flibbertigibbet!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

If she wanted to talk about it, he would be there, but he had learned his lesson from fourth year to be careful on how much he pressed.
Instead he listen to her yawn and soft sighs, finding no placement to say anything else. They would probably both fall asleep here, and that was fine with him. He was tired after their fight and could really use a mental break from the stress it had drawn up. So he rested his head back against the sofa and closed his eyes.

Witsy was sure but the looks of Jacqueline she was about to just fall over but she stood next to her in case of any sudden claps. Witsy was happy to be with her even under the circumstances. "I'm right with ya." Witsy hugged her and made sure she made it to the bed and not her trunk. "Can I get you anything? Maybe some pie?" she said jokingly and smiled

Beth walked into the common room and spotted an empty chair nearby the fire. She sat down and began to read one of the books she'd checked out from the library. Her kitten, Star, jumped into her lap and curled up into a purring ball of fluff.
